There is no doubt that were Israel threatened with the forced implementation of even something as fundamentally just and decent as a two-state solution they would resort to using nuclear bombs. They are dead-set on waging war until they get all the Palestinians’ lands, and they have made it clear that there is no place for non-Jews (non-White Jews, actually) inside this land they have stolen as if human mores had not changed since the 19th century.
In the blink of a post-corona eye, Russia has become something quite similar.
As former Russian ex-president Dmitry Medvedev just reiterated, if the Russian nation is seriously threatened with defeat nuclear weapons will be used in self-defence. Other than North Korea, only Israel feels the need to use such language.
Russia and North Korea are genuine nations, ones whose existence was not entirely contrived by and for Western imperialism, but in many ways Russia has become a new Israel. To be more accurate – Russia is now the counterpoint and antithesis of Israel.
Just as Israel, the poisoned blade of Western capitalism and imperialism, faces and constantly thrusts east and south, now Russia is the South and East’s defensive rampart facing West.
Russia has gone from post-1991 kowtowing to Western liberal democracy – earnestly trying to join them – to realising that the West has declared total war against them. How can there be a reconciliation? War in the Donbass has been going on for nearly a decade – that’s not the blink of an eye. Anyway, the West simply does not remove sanctions once in place – look at decades of Western policy towards Iran, Cuba, North Korea, etc. – barring total capitulation. The West only removed sanctions on China because they absurdly thought that China had gone capitalist and that it had all just been Mao’s doing. Sanctions are now back in force, as Xi has reflected the broad persistence of socialism in China.
The alleged end of history was based on the idea that only one type of civilisation existed any more, but it’s clear that there is a false idolatry of a West which exists in only in theoretical words and not in practical deeds, and there is a tolerant and truly diverse non-West which insists on national sovereignty and the right to cultural differences.
The West’s outpost in Asia is well-known – Israel – and it is not just a rich colonialist’s whim and folly. Israel serves as an imperialist foothold to destabilise the entire Muslim world and Africa – training, funding and supporting all types of awful monarchies and puppet governments – and for these crimes they suffer internally from the awful, unstable Apartheid they have created.
The surprising development is that non-Western bloc’s frontier has shifted West: from 1979 onwards it was clearly Iran. Forty years of war on and around Iran failed to topple the revolution, and drained the West of vital tangible and moral resources. The non-Western frontier has now been pushed back to Russia.
Russia is the country that – for reasons which are diametrically and morally the opposite for the reasons of Israel’s existence – will now serve as the non-Western bloc’s frontier, a frontier which will be in long-term combat and instability.
This top Russian talk show just discussed this same idea, essentially: without a Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0 – something that scares the West into backing down – this war has no end in sight. Russia will not be allowed to sue for peace – they are looking at a much longer war than in the Muslim World, as Russia is on the true frontier of the West and not merely surrounding a colonial outpost.
But it’s a new type of world: Russia is the frontier in a war which will accelerate the legal and practical formation of a new world order – that of West versus non-West; of NATO versus BRICS; of corporate domination versus the sovereignty of a nation united, and more.
This war is total – not in terms of forces used but in what it encompasses:
Economically, Russians – with all their history of state control of assets to direct them towards the people’s good – simply could not accept the idea that corporate CEOs should be above the people’s elected representatives. This, of course, is what Western liberal democracy is based upon: markets, prices, supplies, wages, jobs and stocks are exclusively controlled by billionaire elite – and they insist that this is the only political advance needed following the end of bloodline monarchy.
Politically, whereas the West looks at itself and sees the victory of liberal democracy, Russia and others look at places like the European Union and see a continent which has been roiled by constant turmoil since that project went fully online in 2009. And the EU is supposed to be the sophisticated one in the Western bloc! Russia has ended the one claim the EU could plausibly make – that the EU prevents war: Brussels did all it could to subvert the 2014 Minsk Accords and to reject peace efforts over the past year.
Monetarily, the idea that the dollar is as good as gold is no longer tenable, and this was true before record inflation. That the daily users of the once-mighty euro don’t grasp this only shows their lack of intelligence and the obvious subversion of their own leaders. Petroyuans, gold-backed rubles, Iranian state-backed cryptocurrency – these are the answers and the certain future.
Culturally, the West is fighting for things which the majority of their own people do not even want – some sort of open-air Amsterdam brothel or dreadful, drug-ravaged San Francisco commune. It has been written that this non-West/West debate is actually anthropological because the West is redefining what “man”, “woman” and “family” is. I prefer not to waste time on this, as it is so absurd and so obviously led by and for a tiny minority, but certainly for many Westerners upending “conservative” definitions seems to be their raison d’être – the class struggle, anti-imperialism, internationalism, the mass deaths of the Western war machine all apparently bore them. It’s also clear that the average Westerner is greatly shocked and often affected by this useless “war” and worries over its effects for future generations, but in the West such persons are silenced or self-censor.
Just as Israel is on the wrong side of all these issues, so Russia has become – justified or not – the standard-bearer of the other side. It is a good thing, because the West could never follow or accept a Muslim to carry this standard, like Iran has done. Unlike with Iran, when Western propagandists criticise the allegedly “arch-conservative” Russia they can’t resort to “anti-Brown” scaremongering, stereotypes and absurdities, because Westerners are far more familiar with and similar to Russian Slavs.
It is now a two-world world, and the frontier is the Eurasian borderlands – i.e. the definition of “Ukraine”.
There is no chance that Russia can be defeated and dismembered – not only do they have nukes of course, but their friends (China, Iran probably India and maybe even Turkey and Egypt) wouldn’t allow it. The same probably goes for Israel – their Western allies would force their own peoples to suffer anything to keep Israelis from sharing one olive farm, much less dividing the land in two. Anyway, as that talk show discussed, there’s just no way the West would personally engage in the WWII-sized conflict which it would take to achieve their desire of a dismembered Russia.
The conscience of Israelis surely allows them no true peace – they are always in an unwinnable settler war (the Anglosphere has combined genocide with isolation (reservations) for their indigenous peoples, but the isolation tactic cannot work long-term on Palestinians) – but Russians must grapple with the fact that they will be much like the Muslim World for the past 20 years: the focus of Western imperialist aggression, monstrosities and lies.
In this sense the world today is very much like it was from WWII until 1991, when Russians led the only empire where the center was bled for the benefit of the periphery.
Despite the fighting going on in eastern Ukraine it’s not World War III but clearly Cold War II, with Israel and Russia the unstable frontiers facing each other in ideological, philosophical, political and economic war.
Ramin Mazaheri is the chief correspondent in Paris for PressTV and has lived in France since 2009. He has been a daily newspaper reporter in the US, and has reported from Iran, Cuba, Egypt, Tunisia, South Korea and elsewhere. His latest book is ‘France’s Yellow Vests: Western Repression of the West’s Best Values’. He is also the author of ‘Socialism’s Ignored Success: Iranian Islamic Socialism’ as well as ‘I’ll Ruin Everything You Are: Ending Western Propaganda on Red China’.
The West will try to subvert Russia from within. Putin is an exceptionally bold land courageous leader, and I wonder what will happen if he is assassinated or poisoned? It is also possible that if things go badly for Russia economically and/or militarily, the Russian population may be subjected to a color revolution. So it is too early to say that Russia’s current stand will last for the decade or two that is needed for the West to lose its hold on the world. And what scenario does Mazaheri envision for Russia to finish the war in Ukraine successfully, short of nuclear war whic I doubt Russia will ever initiate?
I dont want to be picky, but this sentence “the frontier is the Eurasian borderlands – i.e. the definition of “Ukraine”.” makes no sense. EUrasia contains the word symbol for Europe, in EU. Europe are the Western nations on the Atlantic Peninsula, so how can Ukraine be a border between the north, Russia, the East, the Orient, and the West, Europe.
I dont believe this is being picky over a minor issue, for If we want to think precisely – surely an essential pre requisite,- we need to use our tools of thought, words, also equally precisely.
The issues with Ukraine dont stem from imaginary borders but the very real facts of history, chosen ideas, Paradigms and systems and action pathways, as Cynthia Chung has pointed out in her excellent article.
And the facts are that, after about 1000 yrs of trying – or more often, not trying,- people of mixed ethnicities, histories, racial genetic differences, are still struggling to learn how to live peaceably side by side. it actually isnt that difficulty to do – various ethnicities in Russia have been doing it for centuries.
It’s this issue the people West of the Russian border need to think about and work out. If Russian ethnicities can live side by side, why cant the Western Atlantic Peninsula ones also? ??
What is the single, basic, issue which is such a major stumbling block that they still cannot get past it?
Capitalism.
There is zero scope for peoples to live and thrive together while capitalism is the ruling paradigm.
Geography is meaningless with out those” imaginary borders”, the distinction is not geopgraphical, it is geographiy+ this += politics, religion, culture and civilization. The border is the Axis Ukraine – Greece , i pick those two because they are a mosaic of various civilizations and cultures larping as fundermental pillars of western civilization, especially Greece. Nevertheless, anything east of Ukraine and Greece belongs to a different civilizational paradigm than that of the west .
I have to disagree. I think that what you are doing here is exactly duplicating the same error that has been made over and over.
That is to effect a confluence of two conflicting concepts.
Maps were first designed wholly soley and only as a guide to geographical terrain. If you look at some of the old portolans, and ancient maps, you will see they mark in coasts predominantly, with known mountain ranges and rivers. That was was all, and that is what a map is.
But then, politics came into force and maps became political. Borders are only an idea not a geographical fact, Although some such have been used as a political border also.
But the way borders have changed and changed demonstrates very clearly how merely political they are. Look at the way the non existent “border” of so called “European Russia” has moved not according to any objective, measurable, geographical strata. It was designated by the Europeans – please note, Russia has never done this. It was started by a Swedish Army Officer just after Russia repelled King Charles of Sweden invasion on Russia.
First the “border” was to the foothills of the Ural Mountains. Then they discovered that the Urals hold the best diamonds plus other precious minerals, so the “border” promptly moved to the far side of the Urals, – again by the Europeans. The West/ East so called border which splits Russia into two separate entities, has jumped all over the place, following the Don, not following the Don, and so it goes.
Even worse and very topical is to look at West Ukraine now. First, it never was anything but a region of Imperial Russia, the name even only meaning ‘Borderlands” or similar. Then Lenin came along and started throwing borders all over the place “where there had never ever been borders before” as V.V. has said.
Then the wars of the 20thC had bits of Austria and Poland carved off and “given” to “Ukraine” now designated a separate people due to Lenins idea of a border.
And look at the mess we have now, due to this.
Just look at this and tell me that borders have a factual, objective basis in reality and not political input, please.
Can you now see how the borders that they talk of and fight over now are non existent imaginary concepts. There is only one use for a map in reality, that is as a guide to the travelling trader to manage his way across land crossed by rivers, which flood, and mountain ranges, etc.
The rest is a duplicitous furphy designed to fool the foolable. Which it has been doing very successfully for a few hundred years now.
There needs to be two products, one a map, which is only geographical, and one called “National Political Borders as of this date” which just shows claimed national regions, and which bound an intact sovereign peoples. The border itself, being political has nothing to do with the civilisation which lies within. There are no borders across and within Russia – It hasnt stopped the different ethnicities being who they are.
If borders are imaginary , why do humans spend so much time , energy and weapons dying for them?
Exactly. Why? At least one reason, or if it’s not a reason it’s a behaviour, is that They make the logical error called Reification, which is to concretise an abstract concept. Which is why learning to think is so important. They mess up their perceptions, which are 99% of what we think with, and over complicate things, so that the power mad, greedy, psychopathic, selfish and insane can easily mislead them. And they live in fear, thinking this border thing they dreamed up somehow protects them from a hostile world. And there are reasons for preventing those you dont want intruding on your space and life, but that’s it’s own specific situation. If everyone held the same view of nation and sovereignty no one would be trying to invade others nations.
@Uranus.
Same reason as humans spend so much time, energy and material living and dying for other imaginary things: Religion, Language, Culture and Ethnicity. But vivid human imaginations are founded on the bedrock of solid old evolutionary impulses: fight or flight (in human terms, War or Asylum-seeking).
Are these ancient impulses — based on Survival of the Fittest — out dated? Some people think so:
“For there is neither Jew nor Gentile but all are one in Christ” — St.Paul.
Greece is part of the Orthodox world, along with large part of the Balkans. It’s hardly part of the Western world.
I agree: EurAsia is the great grand horizontal continent that stretches from Europe in the West to Asia in the East. Full of cultures who have interacted with one another, swapping goods and ideas along the Old Silk Road; who name their wide homeland after two ancient mythical personages: Europa and Asia.
Continental Europeans like Putin say that Europe stretches from Lisbon to Vladivostok. As a Britisher of the Western Isles I presume to say, from Dublin to Vladivostok. But EurAsia is a geographical, historical and cultural fact.
In times of The Big Lie it is important to connect words with facts rather than accept political interpretations that aim to derail our thought processes

“We create our own reality” — Statement by the inmate of a Lunatic Asylum (I forget his name).
I believe it was Dick Cheyney : ‘We’re an Empire now, we create our own reality.’
Grand delusions of how the rest of the world where without agency, and left to study the history of their acts.
You need to understand it in the context of the whole senctence :
“It is now a two-world world, and the frontier is the Eurasian borderlands – i.e. the definition of “Ukraine”.”
West of Ukraine will be Empires uni-polar world, while the East of it will be the emerging multi-polar world.
The borderlands is a very large difuse ‘border’, not a line on a map.
What a very interesting and unusual take on the present situation. Thanks to Ramin.
The author has his facts backwards. Israel allows muslims to live in and vote in Israel. It is the muslims who want zero Jews in their lands, as evidenced by West Bank and Gaza.
So the Palestinians built a wall around Gaza to keep the occupiers out……. disingenuous, really.
Let the Palestinians of Gaza and East Jerusalem say so, right?
This is a very interesting article and provides useful insight into the emerging important role of Russia as one of the most important leaders in what many of us (including many, like myself, who are citizens of the U.S.) hope will become a multi-polar world. However, I question whether the following statement in the article is accurate: “there’s just no way the West would personally engage in the WWII-sized conflict which it would take to achieve their desire of a dismembered Russia.” I certainly hope the author is right about that but have no confidence that anyone in a leadership position in the U.S. (the de facto leader of the “West”) has enough sense to reach that conclusion. As a 79 year old U.S. citizen, I have watched during my entire adult life in horror and disgust the U.S. waging senseless, illegal and immoral wars of aggression throughout the world – millions murdered, tens of millions displaced, entire countries destroyed for the purpose of exploitation, war profiteering and sheer hubris in a foolish effort to control the world. Is there any reason to believe that the third rate amateurs in the U.S. State Department will exercise sound judgment and realize that their macho talk and escalation of the latest U.S. war of aggression must end? The same question should be directed to the Executive Branch, the Pentagon, the so-called “intelligence agencies”. I know of no reason to have any confidence whatsoever that anyone in the U.S. government is capable of exercising such good judgment. All these people seem to know is to swagger around making threats of escalation and wagging their fingers at other world leaders. Such is the state (non-existent) of U.S. “diplomacy”. It is foolish. It is embarrassing. It is dangerous – in the extreme. I fear that these damn fools are going to get all of us killed.
” I fear that these damn fools are going to get all of us killed.” Agree with everything you say, and offer symjpathies. it must be so hard for those Americans like yourself, having to watch what the Washington Cabal has done in your name and on your dollar.
But I do wonder – if enough Americans were to realise the danger clearly, from where, and whom, and that possibly the only hope for their survival and a future for their children lay in overthrowing this Cabal Mafia – do you think there is any chance of an uprising to get rid of them?
It has been done before in different places – but it takes “a few good men” [and women].
What do you think – is there a chance the mass of the people could rise up and physically throw them out, given that the Armed Forces in US are according to Doug MacGregor, getting weaker and weaker. ?? Be interested in the opinion of an American living there, as I am not, and merely watch from afar.
I wish that it could be true, but will not hold my breath. The Christian church has been spiritually watered down with lies that God may save believers, but the spirit of God cannot fully flow in such unbelief. That is what is needed is spirit in order to fight the demons that run the US state department.
Our colleges are indoctrination centers that produce woke liberal totalitarians that will cancel out an individual on social media and ensure his company terminates his job. This has taken root to the point that with sanctions the US state department attempts to cancel out Iran and now Russia on behalf of their globalist overlords.
One hope is that when the colonists decided to unshackle from the British crown it was only 5% or so that took to the task at inception. It would be a good endeavor to find that 5%.
I am not optimistic about the prospect of change in the dismal U.S. political cesspool. The neoliberal thieves have completely captured the electoral/political system through a corrupt Supreme Court, the majority of whom are right wing extremists. The U.S. lie machine is the most thorough and sophisticated the world has ever known. The mainstream media serve as propaganda agents for the government, keeping the majority of the people misinformed about government policies and objectives and uninformed about the matters which the government wishes to keep secret (which is a LOT of important information). The people seem to lapse into a state of amnesia following each successive revelation of our government’s crimes. For example, the fact that the Iraq war was sold on a whole passel of lies was made clear to even the dimmest of wits after the fact. One would think that the next time the government launched a new lie campaign to sell the next U.S. war of aggression the people might be a bit skeptical. But no, when the lie machine rolled out its bundle of lies to sell the proxy war in Ukraine the stupid, ignorant fools bought it lock, stock and barrel. Based on these dismal experiences I have no faith whatsoever in the ability of the “American people” to become better informed and fight against the thieves who are running this Country. On the other hand, our government is doing almost nothing to address the increasing level of suffering of the people, who are struggling to pay their bills. If the level of suffering continues to increase, as it surely will if the tone deaf government continues to refuse to offer any assistance to the people it is possible that that will spur the people into action. Time will tell. But I have given up on the ability of people in this Country to learn how ignorant they are kept by the relentless propaganda spread by the U.S. lie machine.
What an incredible text! I read it in one breath and am resting my mind to read it three more times. By the way, I write from my oblast in Brazil.
Ramin Mazaheri says that: “Dmitry Medvedev just reiterated, if the Russian nation is seriously threatened with defeat nuclear weapons will be used in self-defence”.
I have not yet read what former president Medvedev said, and I leave it to Russian speakers to confirm Ramin’s interpretation: that Medvedev is considering the defeatist “Samson’s option” (pulling the house down) or Hitler’s option (setting the house alight). But I remember clearly what present president Putin has said repeatedly: Russia will not be the first to use nuclear weapons; and Russian nuclear deterrent is based on superior nuclear strike-back if the enemy strikes first.
Has there been a change in Russian policy?
Placing Russia and Israel in the same category of being at the forefronts of opposing forces is not correct. It’s like comparing a bicycle with a Truck. Syria would better fit that description of being at the forefront of the Eurasian battle against the west. Israel is really a small district of a small oblast of the Russian federation. It has almost zero natural resources and militarily speaking very fragile with no strategic depth.
@maskazer: “Syria would better fit that description of being at the forefront of the Eurasian battle against the west.”
True. It is good to refresh peoples’ memories, that the real reason for Russia’s Special Military Operation in Ukraine originated in 2010 in Syria. By 2013 Russia had assessed correctly that Syrian Army could beat NATZO’s ISIS proxies but was no match for NATZO itself. So, when the great NATZO Armada assembled offshore of Damascus, Putin intervened. Israel’s nuclear-ready submarine (gift of Germany “to make amends for the Jewish Holocaust) was given the honour of firing the first NATZO cruise missile. That was when Russia unveiled its mastery of Electronic Warfare: instead of destroynig Damascus the first Israeli cruise missile veered off course and plopped harmlessly into the sea. Israel fired a second missile; same complete failure. The rest of the great NATZO Armada found that none of their missile guidance WiFi was working, so the sharks slunk silently away. That was 2013; by 2015 Russia began officially driving NATZO forces out of Syria.
It is no coincidence that U$ Jewess “F**k the EU” Nuland launched her anti-Russian coup in Ukraine in 2014. Neither is it coincidence that U$ Jewess Nuland chose a UkrainianJewish oligarch to lead her coup: “Yatsenyuk is our man”; or that she chose Ukrainian Jewish oligarch Poroshenko to be the first President of her Russ-frei Ukraine.
Nor is it coincidence that, after U$ Jewess Nuland had chosen Ukrainian Jews to ally with Ukrainian Nazis in creating her Russ-frei Ukraine, Biden chose his Apostolic Succession of Jews to be President of Ukraine thereafter. I remember when Obama and VP Biden were campaigning for the U$ presidential ticket in Chicago: Obama was called “the Jewish candidate” by Afro-American citizens of Chicago. Is it worth reminding people that Ukraine was once part of Khazaria, the great Kingdom of Ashkenazi Jews, which Russia incorporated into its own Western Ukraina. The Jews are an ancient people, have long memories and abiding ambitions.
Syria is “the stone in the middle of the road” that derailed the NATZO juggernaut.
Ramin, great article, I especially liked “some sort of open-air Amsterdam brothel or dreadful, drug-ravaged San Francisco commune”. Having lived in San Francisco for 10 years, I can confirm it truly reflects the notion of Sodom and Gomorrah from the Bible: sexual depravity, transgenderism, lack of moral compass, no law & order, etc.
The battle that is being waged between “the West” and Russia fundamentally opposes two ideologies: the former is liberalism to the extreme (economically and socially) and the latter is based on “traditional values” plus respect of each country’s culture and system.
What is interesting is that each country is now facing this opposition, and I would say, with a risk that it could degenerate into civil clashes or civil war. The Yellow Vest movement (loved your articles btw) vs. the EU elites for example. Here in the US, there is a strong revival of traditional values – for example, churches are full (maybe not in California, I left that crazy place, so can’t be sure), especially with young people – and the opposition of rural vs. urban, traditional vs. progressive, based vs. woke, is getting stronger.
We have to win or disappear, so stand your ground
“…but certainly for many Westerners upending “conservative” definitions seems to be their raison d’être …”
A very good point.
Conservatives, true conservatives, are not the enemy. True conservatives have the redeeming feature of regarding society as an organic whole. Thatcher threw that out the window with her now-infamous line “There is no society.”
The neo-liberalism that replaced conservatism is actually nothing new – it’s just liberalism with the mask off – the cult of individualism.
The left is so rudderless at the moment that those on the left that are part of the re-defining of concepts have been fooled into becoming willing tools of individualism and empire. The ridiculous debate over gender is just individualism writ large.
One result of this is that many from the left cannot see the morality behind the Russian operation in Ukraine.
It’s rather depressing when the left cannot distinguish between right and wrong.
Well Steve, as you say, we think alike. I am right with you here. The “Left” as we call it is now rudderless and lost. It is detached from its foundational moorings and as such easily falls prey to manipulation and distortion on the part of our usual suspects who would seek to distort all attempts at liberation, for all the obvious reasons.
Currently the “Left” does not really know how to think about its moorings or its foundations. Let alone articulate them. So it floats off into an ungrounded head space and gets lost in intellectual fantasy. I like the contemporary aphorism “revolution is the opiate of the intellectual.” Well of course, if intellect is all that is employed that merits comparison with Marx’s dictum that religion is an opiate of the masses. Both being little more than head trips. Nice opiates indeed.
No real or solid foundations being the problem in both cases.
I do like Gilad Atzmon’s observation that “the Left now has no choice but to rediscover its metaphysical foundations.” So how pray tell does the Left even get to think about it actually having “metaphysical foundations”?
Not to worry such a reconnection is in the process of being cooked up in the alchemical cauldron we call our current struggle.
In the interim all appearing hopeless and lost being a valuable inducement to souls going deeper in order to actually reconnect to those vital foundations. I am sure you understand what I am hinting at.
And again thanks to Ramin for once again carrying true Leftism forward.
SL, thanks for your response.
“So how pray tell does the Left even get to think about it actually having “metaphysical foundations”? ”
I think the outlook is not as bleak as our emotions sometimes lead us to believe.
A few years back a leading British journal conducted a survey with the question : who was the most influential person of the 20th Century?
When the leading answer came back “Karl Marx” their outrage was palpable, especially as Marx did not make it into the 20th cent. But this result confirms a discussion we had recently about the innate goodness of humanity. Quite often people cannot articulate profound political or philosophical truths, but they feel those truths in their hearts. The Marxian struggle for justice resonates.
Which is why an empire based on lies cannot prevail no matter how impressive its propaganda machine. In the current conflict we’ve seen propaganda unmatched in human history, yet before 12 months is up it’s beginning to unravel.
But back to your question. The metaphysical aspect is permanent. It cannot be nullified. We are born with a respect, even a yearning, for justice. Sooner or later that will blossom.
Well said Steve. Yes I picked up on the survey you mentioned. I am sure the people’s response honoring Marx was a shock to many, but I did not have any direct experience of the “palpable outrage.” My being thankfully too distant. But, as you say, how could it have been otherwise knowing what the English mind game is? Yes I share your optimism and confidence in the future. The current despair, doubt and confusion is in my opinion a vital part of the creative process. It forces a struggle that obliges the mass consciousness to go deeper into where the solution can be found. Time will tell, as I am sure you are aware.
“In the interim all appearing hopeless and lost being a valuable inducement to souls going deeper in order to actually reconnect to those vital foundations.”
Indeed. Which is why Ramana Maharshi, the greatest philosopher of the 20th century, (IMO) when asked by devotees about how to approach global affairs, instructed them to do just that. Go deeper.

But the utopical man Uranus was only there attendant where the heart was communistic, independent from the flag, while in the red realm each opportunist soon strted to wave the red flag. Any time real communism is an inner secret without explanatory gestus.
Meanwhile 84 years ago rich capitalistic ‘communists’ by heart endowed ‘human-islands in America and Europe.
Today it is for all who are interested apparent, that the pure endowments no longer happen in the west, but in the east. The debauched red mother KPdSU has left behind a collective child: communists in the heart within the Russian State, determining the way of liberation from the pirate overlords of mankind and their constantly endowed counter-world.
*) the ‘last non-corrupted in the KPdSU are in the -KGB’, a quote somewhere in the Prawda of 1988/1989, vouched by mundanomaniac. The human policing KGB was the division 5, I remember, with that the other departments had nothing to do. Out of the east is coming

The Russians alone

And the new time, when did it beginn? Personalized apparently around the turn of the millenium. V.V.Putin, law- studied, child of communistic and orthodox worker-parents in Leningrad, became shortly one after another Prime Minister and then President, carried by God and his loyal colleages of the security.ministeries.
His fundamental first step was the assembly of the powerful oligarch-billionairs in a circle in the Kremlin, where he made unambiguously clear, that they have to pay taxes and strictly have to stay out of the state.
By this the first steps of a true socialistic civilization were done in the realm of a christian collective image, which naturally no man can truely imagine from outside, as they are also invisible for any ‘eye’ but heart.

Mundanomaniac: I love the deeper point you are speaking to, and am in full accord with it. Our articulation styles are unique to ourselves, and vary to some extent, but I totally support the deeper point you are alluding to.
Agree about the authentic socialist deep current now emerging in Russia. Just like Edgar Case said right?
I keep anticipating (due to my Marxist training) that for Russia-China to successfully displace Western capitalist imperialism it must anchor itself inside the objective logic of that contradiction. To successfully contradict capitalism some form of socialist-communist national discipline is unavoidable. The logic of the struggle demands it. So I keep looking for signs that Putin and co are incrementally establishing what used to be called national socialism. An example of this process being Putin decreeing that Western investors can have no say in formulating policy in Russian companies.
The beauty here being this form of national socialism is going to be on a Russian spiritual-Orthodox Christian foundation. Which promises to take the process out of the nightmare of soul less ness that afflicted the 20th century versions. A slow but steady process under pressure which serves the emergence of a new spiritual humanity, just like you allude to in your own astrological language.
Much appreciation for your contributions.
Ramin´s big picture is on the spot: Israel is the driving hegemon of the West, Ukraine included.
It is increasingly looking like a contest between unequals. Russia is said by all commentators that I read, and I have found no reason to doubt them, to be united in its current stand against attempts to defeat/dismember it. On the other hand, the collective West (NATO, the EU, the US) is in disarray, if not in shambles.
Sooner or later the question of why we are there will surface. Nothing has gone to the West’s plan. Weapon system after weapon system has been countered, while Russia, showing admirable if not astonishing restraint, has adjusted and just keeps on incrementally advancing.
The kicker is that the world, excluding the collective West, shows every sign of being firmly on Russia’s side. And not all of the collective West. Hungary can read the writing on the wall. Others will follow.
Russia never had designs on the West. On the contrary, she wanted to join them. Too late for that now, and the same can be said about Iran.
As for Israel, a deep dive into the DNA of the current residents in Palestine/Israel might just show that the ruling Zionists are interlopers from Central Europe with only a hijacked religion (Judaism) for a fig leaf, while the Palestinians are the true direct descendants of the Biblical Jews. Wouldn’t that just put a cat amongst the pigeons?
Recent DNA testing, first privately then officially, showed just that result among Israelis and Palestinians. Netanyahu is on record as saying that means they have a second homeland. That’s what Ukraine is about.
Depopulating the original old homeland just helps the project along.
Kissinger stated that Israel’s day are numbered, I think he said it won’t exist in 20 years.
Your description of them is perfect.
Ha! Woher kommen wir? Wohin gehen wir? Warum sind wir hier? Poor Germany, caught like a fart in a mitten.
Ha! Where do we come from? Where are we going? Why are we here?
Do you have a link to those DNA studies, because those that I have read so far found no difference between Jews and Arabs that surround them, to the discomfort of the jews. And one study was paid for by Israel, too. Be interested to read any further DNA analysis.
“Despite the fighting going on in eastern Ukraine it’s not World War III but clearly Cold War II, with Israel and Russia the unstable frontiers facing each other in ideological, philosophical, political and economic war.”
I like that view, and it makes much better sense. Not World War III but Cold War II.
Thanks!
Me again….a second thought.
Since “they” are changing their strategy focussing on wearing down Russia, it’ s maybe time to move to another strategy now that Germany, Sweeden and others EU countries are siding with the West. It becones a nécessity to start thinking of assuring the sécurity of the whole eurasian continent, starting from the landmass of France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, including eastern Europe up to Russia, Turkey, Iran, Middle-East , China, India and neighbouring countries. They’ve opened the flood gates, must they live with it.
This is an excellent article. You discussed very important points and as an American I can attest to the accuracy of your description regarding the liberal agenda which is a direct opposite of Russia’s based traditional values. Your description of Los Angeles is precise and there are other large urban cities which emulate the same lifestyle and the hard promotion of the Frankenstein trans agenda, the implanting of a uterus into trans males is on the chopping block. America is more divided and fractured than ever which is why Russia will surely prevail in any long term war. The duality of the yin and the yang in comparing the intrinsic nature of Russia and Israel is very accurate in my view. Do not underestimate the power that Israel wields in the empire of lies. What Ramin wrote is 100 percent true, the empire will make the citizens of the west suffer much hardship to preserve Israel.
