By any chance, can you tell me where I can find a transcript? The interpreter is perfectly understandable but he translates only one fragment of a sentence at a time. That makes it a little difficult to follow what he is saying over the course of a 45 minute presentation, as one has to consciously connect the fragments together.
alas. that’s all I have. looks like the Russians are better at warfighting than at public relations ;-)
