I think the next phase of the Russia-NATO war should be a diplomatic offensive. Putin should give a speech re-presenting the December security guarantees treaty demands, saying, in terms everyone can understand, that agreeing to the treaty only really means nothing more than returning NATO military forces to their 1997 dispositions. Did NATO populations and governments feel in the least insecure in 1997? So how can returning to those same dispositions be harmful now? Given Russia now has the world’s attention, Western media will no longer be able to suppress Russia’s conditions for peace — that promise that, by agreeing, all Europeans, including Russians, can feel secure. At the very least, that should at least give a boost to nascent European peace movements, encouraging them to focus their demands on their governments so as to support Russia’s peace offensive.
If Russia’s demand for security guarantees is spurned a second time, then Russia can fairly say that all the blame for what comes next falls on Europe and the US. I think China will be able to back that line 100%. Its purpose is to expand cracks that are already appearing in NATO/EU facade of unity. After that there’d probably come a ratcheting-up phase, which I would guess will focus on the Balkans and the threat to Russia’s security posed by NATO’s “defensive” missile emplacements in Romania, but I might be wrong.

I could connect here (in France), to Sputnik easily, RT only some short moments (DDOSS), but now, since this afternoon: all connections to rt.com and sputnik are gone, they simply do not “exist” anymore.

With the reference to “ceasefire”, I smell a rat. Remember in Syria, every time the Orcs started getting hammered, calls for a “humanitarian cease fire” happened, which allowed the Orcs to have a respite to re-organize and then continue fighting.

1. Copy the youtube video URL.
2. Go to https://9convert.com/en195
(There could be other converter sites, this is the first that worked for me. Not all youtube video download sites work).
3. Just put the video link there, and download the video in MP4, in your PC where you can watch it locally.
So far, this is the only fast and effective solution. Occasionally Tor browser works for some videos, sometimes.
