Dear friends,
The glorious US corporate media did it again. Even though Hurricane Irma is still a week away from any possible landfall in the USA, the media leeches did what they always did: the created a panic. As a result, things are slowly but surely going crazy in Florida. The problem with my much beloved Florida Peninsula is just that, a peninsula with basically only 3 evacuation highways to chose from. That, in turn, means that if you evacuate, you want to do that early. That also means that by now most hotels are already fully booked. To be fair, Irma is a CAT5 monster (sustained winds now at 175 MPH and a pressure down to 929mb) which can potentially present a major threat to the entire state. The governor has already declared a state of emergency for the entire state.
Since I came to Florida in 2002 I have already lived through Charley (eyewall), Ivan, Jeanne, Dennis and Wilma and I know that from now on things are just going to get uglier and crazier, with potential food and gas shortages next. What is most irritating is that is all an entirely man-made panic because while things right now do look bad for the Keys and South Florida, there is a pretty decent change that Irma will somewhat weaken over Hispaniola, then curve around and over the Peninsula and further weaken overland. I am not saying that all will be well, only that as of right now caution is warranted, but not panic (there will always be enough time for that later).
Anyway, to make a long story short, I might have to evacuate with my family. At some point in time, I am likely to lose power no matter where I am. And keeping my family safe might turn out into a rather exhausting exercise. So please accept my apologies if I don’t reply to email or don’t write much for the next 10-12 days or so. I will do my best, but with a CAT5 hurricane creeping closer, I will have to spend a lot of time looking over my shoulder and deal with all the headaches which come with any mass hysteria.
Wish me well, keep me in your prayers, and hopefully nothing too terrible will happen.
Hugs and cheers,
The Saker
Damn Siberia is starting to look tantalizing . Take care Saker.
Isn’t Siberia where Dmitry Orlov went?
I would love to hear your view on whether you think the weather has been weaponised.
Some say it has (HAARP etc) and that the US is targeting countries with earthquakes and hurricans.
But why would the US chew up it’s own territory?
Others say this is untrue and fierce weather is just good old mother nature having a blow out.
What do you believe?
HAARP is old hat (20 years old)
Look into the power plants that are causing this on the land – all these hurricanes are ON the land – not the sea! these ARE definitely manmade
check out weatherwar101 on youtube and his website,he has hundreds of images and has been studying this for 20+ years (and may have been trying to shut him up too)
Many people (including myself) are just realising his work
– after years of trying to get people to see what is going on with our weather and why we have these strange clouds – geoengineering is not the main problem here – it just contributes to i
This has been going on for 100 years and has now built up to a very frightening level, our rainwater is not natural anymore, our clouds are manmade and its down to pure greed
objection,
manmade weather, absolutely, but using water vapor machines for doing this, absolutely not.w101 is a willing or unwilling disinfo agent distractring from the worldwide geoenginnering and used as geopolitical tool for decades.
please look into other more informed and more reliable sources and you will understand, there is a difference between cloud seeding in smaler scale and real weather warfare (eg hurricancreation/control)
for a start:

Very interesting what you say.
Other investigators agree with you. I wonder if it is connected to the chemtrails spraying.
“With the exception of the false flag terror attacks staged on September 11, 2001, government-sponsored acts of weather warfare and environmental terrorism are exceedingly more deadly and destructive.”
“Now that everyone knows that HARVEY was steered into Texas coastline, it’s generally understood that IRMA will likewise be directed to a specific target… … …still unknown! That the national conversation has shifted so quickly to manmade superstorms is a HUGE happening. For only when a critical mass of Americans realize that these superstorms are geoengineered from substantially smaller storms which naturally form during hurricane season, will the awareness be sufficiently raised to terminate them altogether.”
Why might they be doing all this?
“It seems that TPTB are determined to do anything possible to corral Trump into the pen of climate change compliance as set forth by the Paris Agreement.” says the author

Looks like a horrendous event for the Floridians and Texans but the US wouldn’t do a thing like that to it’s own people, surely?
Hope you are safe, Saker
Dear the Saker,
Take care of yourself and your family. I hope it does weaken and avoids the penninsula. I think after Houston and Harvey the media is behaving in its usual insensitive way…..
Yeah. They keep showing the same empty shelves from a few stores in Puerto Rico with the tone that stores are already emptying out in all parts of Florida.
One the other hand, landfall should happen on Sunday.
If Irma goes through the Everglades, at least that will suck up a lot of water.
This is not Houston and Texas. A lot of Florida is swamp not concrete.
Wind damage and power loss will be the main problems.
I remember reading “Storms of My Grandchildren”, in fact to memorialize the fubaring by storm of one area after another I may re-read it tonight. I thought he was somewhat over the top, though he was careful to stick to conservative estimates of disequlibrium in the radiation ballance. It’s tiny, a matter of (memory vague) maybe 1/4 per M2 watt – but I want to check on that…
But it is looking like he was about right. Pity.
One may speculate on the effects of storms on the global war… Maybe they’ll make murdering each other harder to do…well, we can hope so long as we live…
Saker, I am sure you have priorities clear. Do not worry about stuff that can keep. But our prayers are for you and the family.
Keep safe!

All the best,
God bless and protect you, your family and all families in Florida.
Pity you won’t consider the fact that the 7 years of tribulation began with August eclipse and that these few storms are but the beginning.

Dear Saker,
Good and extensive discussion here by two lady meteorologists, including a Fla. native:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0EVytOGj-E
Frankly it does look as though Florida is in the crosshairs. Personally, I’d try to go West and get out of Florida while you can do it without hazard. Of course, if your home is really sturdy and you have enough food and water and are located above bad flooding, maybe you could weather it out. Best of luck and vaya con Dios.
Having watched the ABC ladies, my advice to the Saker is:
Leave now.
Don’t wait.
Cheers, Katherine
Good luck Saker and stay safe. Hopefully Irma will see the error of her ways and head back out to sea and leave the land based life forms alone. Sure hope this one doesn’t do much harm, especially in places like Haiti where they have no safety net at all.
Best to you, Saker! Take extreme care!
Priorities are you and your family.

Good luck Saker, from all of us! We are in uncertain new waters all of us, navigating the media storms. From Charlottesville to North Korea to Myanmar… it’s as if the establishment narrative is totally out of control. Stay safe, we need your guidance!
Thinking good thoughts for you and yours. I’ve got family there and praying for them, too. Hopefully it runs out of steam before it reaches Puerto Rico. (miracles can happen)
On the NHC website, under forecast advisory, they give the size of the wind field. Hurricane force winds extend about 100 nm from the center even though max sustained winds right now are about 185 mph (basically an F3 tornado).
The people in great danger are those who will be closer than 50 nm to the center, and those who experience landfall and the first 50 to 100 miles inland.
I agree that there is unnecessary panic, but the challenge seems to be that most people cannot figure out whether they are or are not in the danger zone, so I guess the authorities tell everybody to evacuate.
I just posted this at the Moon of Alabama. Hope it may be useful

According to many politicians and talking heads Hurricane Harvey and Irma will help Make America Great Again. Unfortunately they do not understand the broken window fallacy
https://mises.org/blog/broken-window-fallacy-still-alive-and-well
It is about time that America takes care of its own backyard. Too bad this is what it takes to focus on reality.
take care and keep safe, Saker & family!
Think about after the storm; the repercussions. I hear in Texas most people who were hit do not have flood insurance, and are mortagaged to the hilt. The liklihood of mass bankruptcies from this unfortunate weather is most high. I’m not sure what financial position people in florida are in, but if the situation is anything like that in Texas, and the hurricane hits, looks like an economic tsunami may shore up in the aftermath, possibly not too unlike what hit the U.S. back in 2008. In the hurricane’s path, not only would I be boarding my windows up and getting on to higher ground, I’d also be pulling my money out of the stock market for safe measure.
My advice, Saker, is leave now, better safe than sorry as the saying goes. My arch conservative (weather wise and otherwise) other good friend in Fl is already on the road, heading for Jax as I type. He’s a little south of you in the area of Patrick AFB, IOW sandbar, and has friends in Jax where he will stay. If needs be he can head northwest from Jax if the storm heads up the coast.
Stay safe!
Auslander
Be safe and Take care
May God protect you and your family The Saker !
If the storm keeps on course for Cuba it will disappear from the news for a couple of days as hurricane damage to Cuba is never reported in the MSM. Don’t want to generate any sympathy or aid to Cuba.
I would leave as this one is not a hurricane to bet against.

Keep safe! Yourself, your relatives and panicking people around you!
Good luck Saker. By the way, isn’t it strange that two hurricanes appear, one behind the other ? I always thought that there was a pretty big time difference between hurricanes.
I lived in Florida for about 19 years. Up until 2012. We used to have what Floridians call ‘Hurricane Parties’. Those were the days my friend. Oh, the memories.
Three quarters of the time, the storms, hurricanes, never presented any significant danger, but Lowes, Home Depot and the market chains made money big time. Water, batteries, wood, flashlights etc sold out to the extreme.
Saker, if you can drive your family as far north as Chicago, you are most welcome to stay at my place. No worries.
If you ask me, I would say that where you are , there is less danger than being in the southern part all the way to the Keys. Usually anything north of the ‘Space Coast’ and Tampa should be relatively safe.
You have my e-mail. Feel free to contact me if you so desire. I’m praying for you and your’s my friend.
Alekum Wa alSalam.
And also, Happy and Blessed Eid.

May you and your family be safe and sound. Godspeed!
Dear Saker,
The safety of yourself and of course your family is far more important than some ‘time out’ from your blog. You had a vacation a while ago, and things went well through.
I saw the first footage from the Carribean, and I can only advise one thing: get the hell out of there, while you still can. Of course you are right that media are stirring it up to insane proportions, but hey, with measured wind speeds of up to 350 km/hr, do you want to sit that out? At least try to find shelter far north.
Take care, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Take care, sir — and if you’re willing to drive to North Carolina, I have a free place for you to stay, as long as necessary.
All the best!
Keep the gunpowder dry…
Godspeed to You all!
The psychos who gave us 9/11 and Harvey are cashing in on Irma.
Watch them steer this hurricane for maximum fireworks this weekend.

Take care Saker. We shall be praying for you and all the others in harm’s way.
