I just stumbled upon an article in an Austrian magazine called Contra where they reference your article on the German language Saker site.
Get this: they explain that a Russian technology called SITREP is so powerful that the whole of NATO is terrified:

The last word in the the German text (second to last counting ‘auf’), ‘Feuerleitprozess’ confounds Yandex. My guess is that it means something like “fire control operation” — which is a good description of what Russia has been doing in Syria.

Germany plans to dispatch a military contingent to a location near Libya with the alleged mission of training the African country’s army, a report says.
Germany’s Der Spiegel daily reported on Saturday that Berlin mulls sending more than 100 troops for the purported training mission.
