According to the Jerusalem Post, President Shimon Peres met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel at Beit Hanassi on Tuesday, where they discussed Egypt, peace talks, and the Iranian nuclear program.
During the meeting, Peres said that the world saw the results of democratic elections in Gaza, where Hamas was elected (…) “If a religious extremist dictatorship rises the day after democratic elections, what are democratic elections worth?” Peres asked.
Well if it’s elected then it’s not a dictatorship unlike the Zioinist poodle Mubarak,
Always amuses me when Western pundits and liberals confuse liberalism with democracy. When democracy results in liberal outcomes it’s kosher. When it doesn’t produce liberal outcomes they go buck mad and start talking about populism or extremism.
What Peres fears is that a genuinely free election in Egypt would see the Muslim Brotherhood come to power and they would immediately open the Rafah crossing and send in huge amounts of aid to Gaza.
If the Muslim Brotherhood did come to power it would be another stooge US/British Islamic puppet state like the Taliban and Saudi Arabia as MB is suspected of being a creation of British intelligence which both Mohammad Atta and Ayman Al-Zawahiri were members.
Atta we know has CIA and other foreign intelligence connections and Al-Zawahiri is suspect given that his brother Muhammad al-Zawahiri, is the head of the Albanian network, according to Yossef Bodansky, director of the House Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare.
