I would like to give a couple of thoughts about the secret society called Skull and Bones at Yale University. Reading the wonderful interview of Saker’s with Paul Craig Roberts and hearing what Dr. Roberts had to say about Skull and Bones, I felt that Skull and Bones was probably not very interested in a man like PCR. With the independence that he has, unless he’s looked into it himself in his spare time, PCR probably doesn’t have first hand knowledge. Skull and Bones looks for ‘team players’ in a way that he would never submit to.
Yale graduates used go to Europe to finish their education. Yale was considered the very best of the American colleges in the 18th and 19th centuries. The Atlantic American families sent their scions to Yale, as the creme de la creme of American high society has always associated within its own ranks for business and pleasure. The sons and also now the daughters of families such as the Tafts and the Bushes are sent to Yale because at Yale these rich kids will be eligible to join Skull and Bones. If one sibling doesn’t join for whatever reason, another will, so the families keep their connections linked for generations through the club. After graduating from Yale – Skull and Bones – these people join the white collar work force. The Wall Street banks, corporations and also the American government ‘train their own’.
Yale College was infested with Skull and Bones in the early 1800’s, Supposedly it was a Masonic Lodge that was imported by a couple of overseas students, men coming back from Europe or Britain. This was the first of its kind, a fraternity club that was secret. It remains a mystery why they called it Skull and Bones. The emblem of the skull and crossbones is an old symbolic pirate flag, and it is said that the Templars used it on their ships during their persecution on the high seas. The emblem is an ancient occult symbol of secret knowledge and the Masons claim to be descended from the Templars. Nowadays the many fraternity clubs throughout the Ivy League colleges such as Scroll and Key all have their own symbols. But the Skull and Bones is the most important of all, because of the wealth concentrated there.
Only 15 men, and within the past half century women such as Hillary Clinton, are ‘tapped’ or invited to join Skull and Bones each year from second year students. They are only in the club for a year and then move on, but they never lose their membership. Their fathers and grandfathers are all members of Skull and Bones. It runs in the wealthy families mainly of the eastern seaboard and to become a member is very exclusive. Its a lifetime membership with the mailing list and party invitations including all members.
Here is a sample of how Skull and Bones was viewed by other students at Yale. These verses were written in 1873 by a fellow student on behalf of all the students who were not ‘tapped’ to join Skull and Bones: (the capital letters were in the original)
We come before the college now on Justice’s side arrayed,
To claim redress for open wrongs that Vandal ( club) hands have made,
To give a college sentiment, expression bold and free,
Asserting each man’s native right, if such a thing there be.
We represent no clique or clan, but HONEST MEN and true
Who never will submit to that which FIFTEEN men may do,
Who feel the shameful yoke that long has on the college lain,
And who propose to do their best to break that yoke in twain.
We represent the neutral men, whose voices must be heard,
And never can be silenced by a haughty look or word.
Of those whose influence here at Yale would be but void and null
Did they not wear upon their breasts TWO CROSSED BONES AND A SKULL.
– The poem goes on to describe how every faculty in the college has been taken over by S&B members. The members do not represent the best and greatest of the college ‘guys’, but are men who are willing to submit to a secret law that no one knows except the other members. Its a long poem, so I’ll give you this, and then the last verses:
We offer no objections to their existing clan,
No one disputes with them this right, we question but the plan
On which they act. THAT ONLY HE WHO WEARS UPON HIS BREAST
THEIR EMBLEM, HE, FOR EVERY POST SHALL BE CONSIDERED BEST.

O fellow students, who with us revere these classic halls,
O ye across whose pathway bright, their sacred glory falls,
Ye men of every class who feel our Alma Mater’s care, (Alma Mater is a sacred thing in college life)

About all that originates within those brown stone walls (S&B’s ‘headquarters is a completely windowless rectangular building on the campus at Yale)
And if they will not hear our claims, or grant the justice due,
But still persist in tarnishing the glory of the blue,
Ruling this little college world, with proud, imperious tones,
Be then the watchword of our ranks, – DOWN DOWN WITH SKULL AND BONES!
The information I’m sharing is from a book written in the 1980’s. The author’s name is Anthony Sutton. He was on the faculty of Stanford University for a year or so, but his main area of expertise was industrial technology. He became one of the very first whistle-blowers of the elites’ global take-over. He wrote several books on ‘Technology and Russia’, which involved the question, ‘Did Russia really have the technology to be such an ‘ogre’ as the White House was leading America to believe ?”. Sutton’s experience and training in industrial technology led him to disbelieve this. After writing a few more books with titles like “Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler” and “Wall Street and Bolshevism”, someone anonymously sent him the only documents that have ever been exposed about the fraternity of Skull and Bones. In Dr Sutton’s own words, “Then a year or so ago, I received an eight-inch batch of documents – nothing less than the membership lists of an American secret society. Glancing through the sheets it was more than obvious – this was no ordinary group. The names spelled Power, with a capital P. As I probed each individual, a pattern emerged…and a formerly fuzzy world became crystal clear.”.
He wrote a book called ‘America’s Secret Establishment’. Its a strange masterpiece by a brave and solitary man. After writing 5 volumes on Technology and Russia, and then The Wall Street Series, he wrote his final book pulling into perspective the global take-over by a few elite families. The Skull and Bones club is so secret that the only other really good book on it is by a guy whose father was in the CIA. Kris Milligan was a devoted pupil and friend of Anthony Sutton and sadly, he says in his own book, ‘Fleshing Out Skull and Bones’ that Anthony Sutton was just beginning to promote a new edition of ‘America’s Secret Establishment’, when he suddenly died of “unknown causes”.
Anthony Sutton describes how Prescott Bush, the father of George Bush Senior was one of the infamous Wall Street Nazi bankers. Sutton tells how Prescott Bush, acting as an older member or ‘patron’ of Skull and Bones, was initiating freshly tapped recruits. It was a routine adventure that all new members go through, and this particular initiation involved going on a night excursion to a tomb and raiding it. It was Geronimo’s tomb. Who was Geronimo ? Geronimo was the last rebel Indian. He was the great leader of the Native America Indian Resistance during their final round-up. The wealthy families were again taking land from the natives and now forcing them into reservations, breaking the promises to not encroach any more on the inhabitants of North America. Geronimo was fighting the good fight against this final indignation, and of course he was eventually captured. He was never allowed to return to his own people and for the rest of his life he was kept under a kind of house arrest. After he died, his body was put in a grave that was not kept secret or given any honor. A few years later, during the 20th century, the Skull and Bones’ new recruits, with ‘Patron’ Prescott Bush in the lead, stole Geronimo’s skull out of the lonely grave.
Some years later Geronimo’s tribe and relatives demanded his bones be brought to their reservation and re-buried. But when the skeleton was exhumed from the grave, the skull was missing. Ned Anderson, Geronimo’s descendant fought a court battle for the dignity of the great Native American Leader. During the proceedings Ned Anderson learned about the raid and theft of Geronimo’s skull by Prescott Bush during a Skull and Bones Initiation rite. He was probably given the information by an anonymous member of Skull and Bones. In the end, Skull and Bones surrendered three different skulls, one being the skull of a child. But Geronimo’s skull was never surrendered.
I saw an interview with John Kerry, long before he joined the White House Administration. The interviewer suddenly asked Kerry about Skull and Bones. Senator Kerry became noticeably uncomfortable and changed his leg positions a couple of times. He laughed and said it was a secret club and being a member he couldn’t say much. The interviewer asked him if there was any ritual stuff in Skull and Bones. He laughed again and said “Yeah a little, its really a joke, we don’t take it seriously.”
What I’m about to say may seem far fetched to many people today. Rudolf Steiner, the Austrian occultist, 1861 – 1925, who helped with his advice to inaugurate Waldorf Education, Biodynamic Agriculture, and Anthroposohical Medicine, as well as giving over 6000 lectures on the Spirituality of Man in our time, has said that any ritual work, done anywhere, such as the celebration of the church service, or the small amount of ritual work done in a secret society, has tremendous effects in the spiritual world. This happens even if people attending the ritual don’t take it seriously.
And, I would like to add by the way, that the spiritual world is full of beings, not just good beings and dead people. There are evil beings in the spiritual world too.
So do you think that the skull of Geronimo, the world’s strongest and bravest Native American Indian is not used in ritual work at Skull and Bones ?

Does not contradict what PCR said. Those members eventually go working for Big Banks or Big Business or Politics. So the interest groups PCR described that shape American domestic and foreign policy.
The point of this essay is to point out that most people including VIPs like Paul Craig Roberts are totally blind and ignorant when it comes to the secret societies and their interlocking members who rule and control and own the United States. Does this essay detract what PCR says, maybe. But only because for PCR, this area is a blind spot for him and many others.

Skull & Bones actually started as an Illuminati outpost in US, one of the first after Adam Weishaupt established the Illuminati in Europe.
Humans accrue confidence and strength by associating with others of like mind; this applies to evil intentions as well as good. The last few sentences look sort of homeless in a Western context. Actually – yes. Mao needed funding for his plans and they were provided.

There were several reasons for kissinger to improve relations with China. One was to stab the USSR, over which the tribe was losing control. Another was to exploit the fifth column which was poised to influence ongoing events.
It is my speculation and hope that the Chinese leadership was well aware of these attempts and was able to counter them (unlike the Japanese and their games with the ‘fugu’.

From what I’ve read, Simon Magus was a great Gnostic and all the defamation of his name is false. He and Valentinus had the two great gnostic schools in the very early Christian centuries. The RC church was defaming any names that were ‘heretical’ in other words more esoteric.
On the linked “Illuminati” site above, they also praise Simon Magus as some sort of superhero. I also read both versions, but will just say that I don’t know. The proof is lacking on both sides of the claim, so I stick to the established interpretation so far.
Gnostics are technically heretics from the POV of the church, because they preach that “you can become God yourself” stuff, which is as such totally anti-Christian, it is luciferian.
There were many gnostic groups, some of them quite extremist like the essenes (allegedly), some much nicer like Cathars etc. But that’s another topic altogether. Cathars got completely wiped out by the pope’s armies in France back then, so the debate is rather which side here was truly anti-christian.
Sorry, one more thing. Simon Magus may have been a contemporary of the Apostles. There’s a story of him in Acts. When he tried to buy the power of the holy Spirit from Peter…and the RC early church has him defamed in the Acts, as being dispicable for wanting to ‘buy’ the spirit. But the apostles were on a ‘new path’ and knowledge was always purchased before. So Simon was only being normal…but he was a ‘heretic’. Read Elaine Pagels…many books by a scholar, really good.

From an Anglo perspective (I’m Zionist too but that doesn’t come into it), the skull and crossbones symbol is not so sinister and exists as a memento mori, which is to say, we are all mortal and should behave as such.
The connection with Simon Magus is unsettling though, as this is Simon, the ‘Peter’ (or ‘interpreter’) to the gods who went to Rome and became a Pontifex Maximus. (Not to be confused with the Apostle Peter who never went near Rome, as is clear from the books of Acts, Romans and Timothy.)

Did you ever come across Russ Baker’s “Family of Secrets” about the Bush family? It’s a fascinating appraisal not just of the Bush dynasty, but the last few generations of American history, and a very illuminating depiction of how the American oligarchy seems to work in practice. It mostly focuses on the life and career of the elder George Bush, and is very clever at teasing out buried connections between people, in business and private and public life (and the revolving door between all three) and piecing together evidence for what was probably going on in the background.
One of the themes that runs through it is the connection between old money and the world of intelligence, and the Ivy League (and especially Yale), and its secret societies (above all Skull and Bones) with both.
I’m sorry, but this is not smart. Dealing with the Skull and Bones society as a sinester “Old Money” conspiracy is one thing. But when you start talking about “evil beings”, this is not going to reflect well on the credibility of this Web site.
Leave the aliens and occult rituals to The National Inquirer. And I say that as someone who is reasonably familiar with this stuff for many years. It’s not going to help this site be taken seriously. Most of the Ukraine news is already considered “Russian conspiracy theory” by most of the MSM.

Dick Cheney, Bush Jr., Bush Sr., Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan et al. are NOT “evil beings”?
No, they are human beings, and psychopaths. They can do what is commonly known as ‘evil’, consistently acting foolishly and destructively, but are no more capable of ‘being’ evil than snakes, fleas, or mad or vicious dogs are. ‘Evil’, ‘demons’, ‘angels’, etc., are convenient shorthand notations to describe deeper realities, but should not be taken too literally (much as ‘energy’ can be conveniently used to describe relationships between objects within reference frames in the physical world but does not exist as some independent ‘thing’).
These terms and abstractions are useful as tools, but one should not be trapped by them, or other ancient notions invented by humans. The true reality of existence cannot be fathomed by the human brain or it’s cognitive structures and patterns. The people you mentioned are not even mere ciphers within the totality of even what we think of as the universe, much less the vastness of ‘god’ and ‘creation’. .
That said, if one wishes to say they are ‘evil beings’, then we have to be aware of the limited contextual neighborhood in which that has meaning, and not overextend it.
University sophomores in a secret club? Look up the definition for ‘sophmoric’, and check out ‘arrested development’ too. Then consider the emotional, social and even intellectual levels of the people who are currently running the world, and connect some dots. Why do these ‘leaders’ act like spoiled and disturbed little kids? Well…..

Thank you Richard. I agree fully. Apart from this being just some level of get-to-know-you club or community, there’s no reason to put attention to it. And when the last few paragraphs morph into a stupid spiritual nirwhana, it completely takes away from the credibility of the site and refers it to another whacko conspiracy broohaha.
The credibility of this blog is regularly invoked by someone in the line of shutting up or ridiculing certain people and quashing certain ideas or phrases. People can be thinking of very different things when they speak of evil beings. I am quite sure that The Saker does not blench at a mention of evil beings, but if I am wrong about this, the moderators can deal with protecting the site’s credibility.
Speaking of which (credibility), I have to say that for me the Masters of the Universe portrait or icon or whatever it is does not to me bespeak a balanced assessment of the things of this world.

You can’t awaken the collective unconscious and raise awareness without delving into esoterica. It is very important to talk about the occult, including freemasons, rosicrucians, forty foot owls, baphomets, and all that other crap. Open your mind. Ann is an example of a very aware and awakened individual because she is not afraid to read this stuff. You have to descend into the abyss and look around down there, as Nietzsche would say. To this day, according to Berton, they promote this economic circle through social gatherings, university ties and parties, such as the debutante ball, which is held annually at the Windsor Hotel. The young eligible bachelors are encouraged to meet and marry from the entrepreneurial circle.
While attending UBC I met a young lady a banker’s daughter from Montreal that was dating a friend and I asked her if they were contemplating marriage. She replied, ” are you kidding, my father has already picked out my husband who is a son of a bank president” . In my last year at UBC (1989), I had 15 units or something (which are quite a lot of courses, 9 if I remember correctly) and never attended a single class!!! I just borrowed the notes from nice notetakers who did attend those classes, and then when the finals came I crammed for the last 2-3 weeks and passed everything!!! By then my 5th year at UBC, I realized what the game of “university education” entails and how to take exams successfully. The badge of “bachelor’s degree” is just a piece of paper to get into certain job situations. BTW, “bachelor’s degree”, “master’s degree”, etc. are all Masonic terminologies! Hum…
During the summer of 1989, after I passed all my courses, I got a graveyard job to survey every single room and building on the UBC campus for light levels! The bridge where the VW was hoisted was Lions Gate, spans from Stanley park to the North Shore. I had some great professors in history and economics. Dr. Conway European history was great. . His classes were full and standing room only as other students ,not in his course, came in to listen. Another professor that stands out was Dr. Avakumovic. who made us read three books per week and then we had to discuss and defend the authors point of view. He marked us on how we participated. I had an econ 313 professor (not so great) from St. Petersburg Russia a Dr. Ronimois who was a propagandist. I think every university has one of these. The course was comparative economics USA vs. USSR. You got an ‘A’ if you wrote negative stuff about Russia.
. A first year math professor Dr. Okulic impressed me the first day of classes and for the rest of the year. He came into the class and started writing some formulas on the board while speaking in Russian. We all thought that he was lost and started to laugh. He turned around and in Russian accented English he said , math is a universal language you should understand the formulas without understanding what I am saying”. He got our attention.. I spent two years supervising student teachers for UBC which gave me some insight into the new generation of educators. They want to turn UBC into a post graduate university. . . .
They are only 2 professors from my 5 years stint at UBC from 1985 through 1989 that I remember (barely).
One was Dr. Hauptmann (I think that was his surname) who taught 4th year Mechanical Engineering. He worked on the Skytrain project and so we as his students also did some partial “exercises” on the Skytrain project. Mine was on the thermal expansion of the concrete rail platform. I think I got an A+ on my manual simulation of thermal expansion.
The other was a Physics professor who I have forgotten as to his name but he really knew his stuff. He taught 1st year Physics to survey the incoming students and to see if there were any geniuses among the greenies. What he is famous for is the [co-]discover of lithium battery (or a variation thereof) that was very important in the mid 1980s. I think he made his millions shortly thereafter.
All the rest were just passing time to get to their tenure or working part-time on their sideline businesses or projects that a university professorship affords. Especially those tenured professors!

I’m working on a new film project dealing with Roger Morneau, a demon worshiper who later became a Christian author and prayer warrior. I don’t think publishing an email with one mention of the spirit world is going to bring the whole site into the National Enquirer Realm. And I don’t think any mention of it should be taboo, especially considering the many ties between the elite and mystical occult practices. The Saker still mentions his religion where it is relevant to a post, the same way many other writers here declare where they are coming from, on certain topics. Our beliefs are part of our personal identity, so colour our perceptions of the world, including of the spirit world.
Even if some occult practice is stupid and baseless, or involves invented spirits, it still works to unite the people doing it, and may give them a shared feeling of strength or invincibility. The spirit being called upon for help need not exist at all, or may exist but be inaccessible through the rites and ceremonies used….. it makes no difference, because the power comes from the belief.
And of course they don’t do a ceremony then sit around doing nothing. They do it to gain unity with others, with whom they then proceed to do a lot of “business” which is where the results end up coming from.
Not an expert or believer, but having had long conversations with wise tribal medicine men, bocor, bonuman, shamans etc. , it seems that abusing the skull of a great independent warrior and spiritual leader for these nefarious rituals could only severely backfire on the participants.

Of course, Tammany was also a political club, though (I think) not a socially exclusive one. Political clubs were I believe a feature of political jockeying for centuries and certainly llhave affected all domesetic politics in a number of countries. Political clubs can be consituted on different bases and still wield influence. Or, rather, various types of clubs can have a distinct political role and aspire to affect even international politics.
