Excellent idea. However, arranging it might be difficult, as the ones who fired those missiles are also in the UN SC. The might object, finding all sorts of excuses.
If worse comes to worst, the Russian Ambassador can present their video testimony along with a statement that they are ready to answer the questions of the UNSC anytime.
Of course they will simply ignore the evidence, but every little thing chips away at their mask, until they are revealed in all their ugliness.
Yes, I too think that the US will be tempted to deny him a visa. On the other hand, they might give him one, after which the boy suddenly gets “sick” from all that “gas poisoning” and dies.
