Syrian government forces have achieved a series of local successes in the framework of their operation against ISIS cells in the province of al-Suwayda.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the National Defense Forces (NDF) and the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) restored control of the administrative border of the province after had cleared about 400km2 in its eastern part and had besieged the remaining ISIS members in the area of Safa.
By Monday, the SAA, the NDF and the SSNP have launched a final push to purge ISIS terrorists in this area.
While the Syrian military is finishing its operation in eastern al-Suwayda, the Tiger Forces, led by General Suheil al-Hassan, have started their redeployment from the provinces of Quneitra and Daraa to the northern part of Hama province.
On August 10 and August 11, at least three convoys of the Tiger Forces were sported en route to northern Hama. They included battle tanks, OTR-21 Tochka tactical ballistic missile launchers, UR-77 mine clearing vehicles, BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers, vehicles armed with machine guns, a large number of artillery pieces and other equipment.
Syrian pro-government and pro-militant sources expect that the al-Ghab Plains will become a main target of the upcoming operation of the Syrian military.
On August 11, units of Russian Military Police were deployed on the Murak crossing between the government-held and militant-held areas in norther Hama. According to pro-militant sources, they will establish a new humanitarian corridor allowing civilians to leave the militant-held part of the Idlib de-escalation zone.
Possible civilian casualties are one of the key issues delaying an implementation of military option against Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies in Idlib by the Syrian-Iranian-Russian alliance.
Separately, the Turkish state-run media speculated that about 1,300 members of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) were deployed in the government-controlled area in the northern part of Aleppo province. The Turkish media claimed that members of the Kurdish armed groups will be involved in an upcoming attack by pro-government forces on the so-called moderate opposition.
While no photos or videos have been released to confirm these claims, these reports reflect the Turkish reaction on the recent rapprochement between Damascus and Kurdish factions in Syria.
A possible improvement of relations between the YPG, which currently receives support from the US, and the Assad government is something what Ankara does not want to see. So, the Erdogan government may soon attempt to impact relations between the sides through diplomatic channels as well as many make another attempt to increase military pressure on the YPG.

Turkey assembling an army from various elements to confront SAA in Idlib????? Up to some kind of trickery?
0 01
“Support from Turkey includes paying the rebel’s wages as well as providing military support in the form of weaponry.
Turkey is helping to establish a so-called ‘national army’ made up of Syrian rebels in an effort to thwart any strategic gains by President Bashar al-Assad in the war-torn country’s north.
The initiative is part of wider long-term plan by the Turkish-supported opposition to cling on to a swath of territory in the northwest, which now constitutes the last opposition stronghold standing.
According to reports, the force is so determined to present itself as a legitimate authority that it has ordered its rank-and-file to don unique military garb, comply with a newly formed military police, as well as cease affiliation with any sub-group outside of the army’s structure.
The so-called army is made up of about 35,000 fighters from various Syrian rebel groups. It is not yet clear whether this includes Salafist Jihadist elements such Jabhat Fateh al-Sham*……..
“
Erdogan will not be saving them with his military. The Kurds are entering the operation in force, according to reports. He would be caught in a pincer and the Russians have given their warnings already. They intend to blast the 50,000 ISIS, al Nusra and Uyghurs to dust and charcoal chunks.
Erdogan needs all the “allies” he can find. These scum are proxies not allies. They’d skewer him and post his head on the flag pole over his palace.
He lost in Syria. It’s over. Like the Kurds, the best thing would be to help kill these scum as fast as possible. Join the air war against them. Use his artillery in coordination.
He needs to strike back against the US. Killing all these terrorists will hasten the end of the US in the region.
His game now has to be to survive the economic hybrid war the US has launched against his nation and people.
Given the current Economic War conflict with the United States, I keep waiting to see if this Turkish offensive might be aimed at Manbij where the Americans have an illegal military base.
“In June of 1787, James Madison addressed the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on the dangers of a permanent army. “A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty,” he argued. “The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.” ”

Erdogon is likely using the time honored but bloody defense against an uprising at home by staging a foriegn invasion. The Turkish economy is under Economic Warfare from the US Government and it is highly likely that Wall Street and other Currency Speculators are involved. There is at least some danger from this that what the US Government desires could occur, which would be to have their Economic Warfare lead to unrest and possibly another US supported attempt to overthrow Erdogon. Thus, Erdogon might be implementing the old Roman defense against revolt at home.
There is one pair of dots that seem interesting but thus far I have not seen connected.
Is the area of “Northern Latakia” that is now drawing attention the same place from which drones have recently repeatedly been launched towards the Russian airbase?
Preparations for ‘Idlib Dawn’ Campaign in Finishing Stages.
“ Operation “Idlib Dawn” is approaching, as anticipated before, it takes few weeks to move thousands of soldiers and heavy equipments from south to north, the many SAA units continue to arrive daily in the battle zone, dozens of videos reporting it. The Tiger Forces are already in full force in northern Hama (Major General Suheil al-Hassan and main commanders have arrived and prepping for the ops).
The outstanding 4th Armoured Division, that was giving a hand in Suweida, has now started to move up to Lattakia/Hama. Hizballah has transferred some 500 fighters from Deir ez Zour to Abu Duhur/al Hader area. Thousands of NDF from all over the place plus thousands of Arab militias (some from Idlib) are also moving in to the battle front. Estimates put all the SAA forces for the Idlib Dawn ops at some 70-80,000, very heavily armed and will count with full support of SAAF and RuAF.
The SAA MO continues:
1) Skirmishes are now daily, some special operations are already in progress in northern Hama and NE Lattakia, yesterday a SAA Comando managed to blow some al Qaeda terrorists near Jsir al Shughour, terrorists leaders are being targeted.
2) Shelling is daily and through a very large area, pounding gathering places and any armoured vehicles garage that the hundreds of spies are tipping off.
3) Air attacks are daily and increasing in frequency, ranging from 40-80 strikes in a day. Key targets are weapon depots (we hear daily news of a depot exploding) and logistics centers.
4) SAA spies are very active in blowing things up, yesterday a whole al Qaeda 5 stores building blew up (full of weapons) in the city of Sarmadah, few kms away from Bab al Hawa border crossing, a clear indication weapon depot of turkish weapons shipped to al Qaeda in Syria in the past few years. Many more events like this will happen in the next few days.

5) Main border crossing in northern Hama were closed, clearly indicating that the offensive is about to start in few days. New humanitarian crossings are being establishing for civilians to leave in areas in Idlib.
Recent turkish lira melt down and the show down of turkish-american relationship will have deep impact in northern Syria.
1) it is estimated Turkey pays salary to 50,000 syrian and foreign terrorists in NW and northern Syria, in turkish lira. With the economic collapse due to the recent chaos, it is very likely that payments will be delayed, cancelled or at least lose purchasing power, meaning hard time for turkish backed terrorists ahead, financially, which may increase looting and intra-terrorist fights.
2) Russia and Iran are very active to cut a deal with Turkey to trade border protection against massive wahhabeasts flow from the up coming battle in Idlib vs a complete halt of turkish regime help to the terrorists (logistics, intel, weapons and supplies).
All in one, the operation Idlib Dawn is approaching, maybe a week alway, but with increasing intensity of skirmishes and bombing, special attention will be placed to seal the border with Turkey, but it will come after the main terrorist’s defenses are broken in northern Hama and al Ghab plains. The initial objectives, based on the prep shelling and air attacks seem to indicate the following area to be targeted, but it is not excluded that other areas are not involved due to terrorists attempt to divert the SAA forces initial momentum. Besides, over 100 cities and villages are determined to reconcile, and right now this is probably the nbr 1 priority for the terrorists, to hunt down anyone that is willing to reconcile.

Have no doubt, the campaign to free all NW Syria will be like the southern front, a mix of military and reconciliation, it is expected in that in 2-3 months all the area will be liberated.” (Canthama)
Trouble in Paradis, hmm… Al Tanf.
” ISIS was completely eliminated from the Suweida Province.
http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=33.139851&lon=36.801453&z=9&m=b&gz=0;365803527;326705928;0;5186903;1593017;5094957;3543090;3875766;6948852;3161870;8816528;0
The rest these ISIS terrorists (recalling they got there from two places, from the displaced ones from Yarmouk camp in south Damascus that joined forces with the embedded ISIS inside al Tanf pocket), are located now in a smaller area at part of al Safa volcano and north of it, their situation is completely hopeless.
http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=33.139851&lon=36.801453&z=9&m=b&gz=0;370500183;330052085;82397;805800;1016235;207276;2224731;0;2774047;1035894;1153564;2185457
Some ISIS terrorists started to surrender without conditions yesterday and more to come in the next few days. This campaign is nearly over.
As an expected side effect of this victory in the Syrian desert is that the al Tanf pocket will be reduced in size from the facto today’s one, al Tanf pocket is not managed by US backed troops or terrorists in all its extent, but by drones and sats images, while on the ground ISIS ran free raiding and hiding, with the ISIS complete annihilation, the de facto today’s al Tanf pocket will be reduced by 2/3 roughly to the 50 kms radios, with that happening, the US and its terrorists will be in a very tough situation to hold al al Rukban refugee camp, since the refugees could safely walk toward the SAA lines, few kms away without the risk of ISIS anymore. Most of the refugees there are from Daraa and East Ghouta, they badly want to go back now that peace is everywhere.” (Canthama)
Lavrov in Turkey, White Helmets Rehearsing for CW False Flag in Jisr Al Shughour.
” Lavrov is in Turkey, and just said publicly: al Qaeda/Nusra all wahhabeasts allied to them is fair game in Idlib, time to annihilate them all, they were never part of the de escalation zone.
More SAA troops continue to arrive around Idlib’s wahhabeastan, week 3 of piling up a formidable Syrian force all over the border with Wahhabeastan/Erdoganistan. Skirmishes are becoming quite violent in Hama and Western Aleppo.
Trucks with chemical products (could be chlorine) were spotted coming from, of course, Turkey, to al Qaeda head quarters in Jisr al Shughour, clearly indicating that a CW false flag is being prepared by Oscar winning White “freaking” Helmets. The area around Jisr al Shughour is the magnet of NATO’s foreign terrorists in Syria, this is where a constellation of global wahhabeasts have settled, and most recently, guess whom?…ISIS.” (Canthama)
