At least 56 civilians have lost their lives in northern Syria due to air strikes by the US-led coalition purportedly targeting Daesh terrorists operating in the violence-wracked Middle Eastern country, says a UK-based monitoring group.
The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said 11 children were among the victims of the coalition’s Tuesday air raids near the Syrian village of al-Tukhar, situated close the Daesh-held city of Manbij near the Turkish border.
The attempted putsch in Turkey began on Friday night and the violence and fighting between the rebel soldiers and government loyalists dragged into Saturday, when the coup was largely defeated.
“Reports are circulating that 3 US military advisers have been killed in Manbij. They were reportedly supporting SDF operations in the city when an ISIS guided missile hit them.”
If true, all I can say is that sometimes it’s hats off even to ISIS :-D Hopefully, the moderate hangarounds masquerading here as “SDF” were accordingly rewarded as well.
Any doubts this airstrike was retribution?

Assad uses the diplomatic term “Erdo’s opposition”, but the timing of the exact start of the coup gives it away immediately as to who was behind it.
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad says the Turkish president may be using the recent coup attempt in Turkey to eliminate his opponents in government institutions.

If in fact it is confirmed I should celebrate. The only complain is more bags please.
