Syrpers, major developments in each of the 3 largest cities in Syria:
1) Homs: al Waer neighbourhood will most likely be rat free by this Friday. Terrorists are/were being removed by buses to northern Homs Province and thousands are reconciling with the Government.
2) Eastern Aleppo city: Last night massive air attack hit some neighbourhoods of eastern Aleppo city, some gains by Syrian forces and allies were made, but in fact it was a prep ops for the up coming campaign to clean the city from the terrorists and liberated the thousands (some say 30,000) civilians trapped with the terrorists that are not allowed to leave by them. This is going to be a big campaign and several forces will take part of it. Watch for actions in Bustan al Qaser, Atl az Zarazir, al Ameria and Sheikh Sa’eed.
3) Damascus/East Ghouta: the recent breakthrough in ar Rayhan farms near the village of the same name, places the SAA and allies in a position to cut off the terrorists in Tell Kurdi, once that happens the District 5 and al Shifuniyah will be highly exposed and hard to defend by the terrorists, which could spark a quick collapse of defensive lines, this would be catastrophic for the terrorists in east Ghouta since it would put a tremendous pressure on the far eastern side of Ghouta with a possibly impossible to defend position deep in the cauldron.
All the above will be happening in the next few days, and that at the same time northern Hama and Der ez Zor frontlines are hot as hell. Great momentum for Syrian forces and allies, may the offensives be swift and effective.

NEW YORK, September 23. /TASS/. International consultations on the settlement of the ongoing conflict in Syria will be continued in the future, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said following the meeting of the International Syria Support Group in New York.
“Nothing has happened and we will continue our consultations,” Lavrov told journalists after asked about a possible agreement. “We will continue our work to guarantee the ceasefire in Syria.”
“We will continue our work on the ceasefire, but certain details needs to be finalized,” the Russian foreign minister said. “Some of our partners tried to make the Syrian authorities taking unilateral steps. We insist, however, that the opposition must take steps as well.”
“We (the International Syria Support Group) have a common understating of the situation, but certain details must be finalized,” Lavrov added.
Profound thanks the Russian Federation and it’s President and Prime Minister, all it’s loyal leaders under Vladimir Putin, for the calm, unceasing defence of human integrity, dignity and the protection of them under law, new Eastern/Russian/Chinese law since the West erased all it’s laws in order to own the whole of a Western genocidally minimised, globe. Chaos cannot continue to rule.
Russian military intelligence officers were the main target of the West’s attack against ‘Syrian government’ forecs some days back- and many were killed. Such deaths are never publicly admitted – but eye-for-an-eye ‘revenge’ always follows to ‘balance the books’.
So, the strike against the British led intelligence room is very, very plausible- and the reason for no official word (or video ‘evidence’) SOP in these tit-for-tat cases.
Russia makes the price for direct action against its people exceedingly high- and the West knows this. When the West strikes Russia, it knows there will be a very strong response. If Trump wins, the planned war against Iran will require the deep state to organise another ‘9/11′- but those that do the monsters’ direct bidding are incredibly wary about goung that route again. Our side is slowing down the monsters more effectively of late- but do not be naive. The monsters hold all the cards- and their progress, slow or fast, is relentless.
“Taking into account all the above, Ankara should not forget that its military presence in Syria is possible only thanks to Moscow in the first place, which did not impede its Euphrates Shield operation,” he said.
The expert noted that the political and military presence of Turkish armed forces on the territory from the western Euphrates towards the city of Azaz, including the city of al-Bab, does not trigger Moscow’s concern.
However Russia, he added, firmly insists that it is the Syrian government army which should control the line from Aleppo and Idlib to the north of Lattakia.
“This is the red line for Russia. In case the Turkish troops cross this line, it could drastically alter the situation in the region and trigger the process of turning the “proxy hybrid wars” into direct military actions between foreign forces in Syria – and this means a new world war,” warned the political analyst.”

Then Erdogan apologized. Then the phony coup, that probably shook out a couple dozen CIA agents and operatives from the Turkish Military and the Turkish Foreign Office.

“The Washington’s foreign policy on Syria seems to look like “if the Russians come back to us with constructive proposals, we will listen.”
“If Russia demonstrates that it is serious, we will work with the opposition to reciprocate and to pull back from this cycle of escalation, because the opposition also has a responsibility to observe the cessation of hostilities if the government does and to disassociate from al-Nusra.” In his statement however John Kerry attempted once again to push for what amounts to a ‘no-fly zone’ — the grounding of all Russian and Syrian aircraft. “The only way to achieve that [cessation of hostilities and violence] is if the ones who have the air power in this part of the conflict simply stop using it – not for one day or two, but for as long as possible so that everyone can see that they are serious.” © AFP 2016/ TIMOTHY A. CLARY Kerry’s ‘Parallel Universe’ in Syria Revealed in ‘Scant, Factless Show’ Commenting on the above push, Jim Jatras, a former US diplomat and foreign policy adviser to the Senate GOP leadership called it opportunism. He referred to Kerry’s words that “we all agree that ISIS (Daesh) and Al-Qaeda are our common enemy.” “How does grounding the Syrian Air Force and Russian Air Force…defeat ISIS, defeat Al-Qaeda? It doesn’t. In effect, they would be the beneficiaries of these policies,” Jatras said in his interview with RT. The former diplomat also commented on the recent attack of the humanitarian convoy in Syria. “This is the kind of thing we’ve seen so many times before, not only in Syria but in Bosnia, in Kosovo, Libya and other places,” he told RT. “Something happens and within minutes Western officials are saying “this is who is at fault, here is what happened, and here is the blame for it.” And then only afterwards, “after all the headlines have gone around the world about responsibility, do we hear any argument about what the details are, what might or might have not happened. And those will be on page 19 somewhere,” he added. © SPUTNIK/ MIKHAIL ALAYEDDIN Syrian Army Announces Major Offensive Against Terrorists in Eastern Aleppo The former diplomat also referred to the major operation of the Syrian army against terrorists in the eastern outskirts of Aleppo, which it announced on Thursday. “Let’s be clear: Right now, the Obama administration has one priority and that is to stop eastern Aleppo from falling to Syrian government forces,” he said. Strategically, he explained, if the jihad terrorists lose eastern Aleppo, this war is over. The fighting may go on for a while, but that will be “the tipping point in terms of who is going to win. ” “They can dance around any way they want, but the bottom line is always going to be to try and stop the Syrian and Russian forces from decimating these jihadists and changing the outcome,” he stated. With regards to the Friday meeting of Russia’s and US top diplomats, Jatras noted that while Lavrov and Kerry “may seem to agree on various details, in terms of where the two countries want to go in Syria they are poles apart.” “The bottom line for the Obama administration is regime change, which means a jihadist victory in Syria, and that is the rabbit they are constantly trying to pull out of the hat,” he said. © REUTERS/ DENIS BALIBOUSE US, Russia Have Hours, Days for Make or Break Deal on Syria Ceasefire “I don’t know why the Russian side keeps talking to them as though they have common goals and interests, when in fact they don’t. They are dealing with ideologues here who are dancing to the tune called by the Saudis and other supporters of radical Islamic forces, and they’ve got to stop entertaining that they can somehow make a deal on this… There are no real moderates. They are all Wahhabists, they’re all terrorists, they’re all jihadists,” he finally stated. While the results of the meeting are still remain to be seen, political analyst Elena Suponina also suggested that it will be hard to avoid new incidents as the two countries “hold talks on the minefield. And this field is called Syria.”
