Now I am really scared. The “best soldiers in the world” have arrived in the Ukraine to train the Ukrainians in the art of war. Check out this video:
Impressive no?
The “non-lethal aid delivering” US instructor teaches the Ukie recruit how to use a Russian RPG and following this advanced training, the Ukies declare that they will soon go and fight in the East.
Wow!
Let’s see who else got “advanced” US military training recently:
- The Georgians
- The Iraqi government forces
- The Afghan government forces
- The Yemeni government forces
Hmmmm.
Come to think of it, maybe I am not as scared as I thought I would be :-)

They should deport the fifth column .Maybe they can go to work on changing the yank gov’t.
Givi & Co must be quaking in their boots!
Givi & co must be having a big laugh at this, at least for now. It always starts out as a harmless joke, and mushrooms into the bitter laugh. Remember how it all begun in slavyansk, when even the old babushkas easily stopped entire Ukie tank brigades, now those jokers in the funny uniforms have turned Donbass into a wasteland. As lately as two months ago the popular refrain was that Ukraine would never be permitted into NATO, why, the Western European members would never countenance such a prospect. Read cassad today and there’s a tacit admission that NATO is entrenching there in all but name only. These videos are a laughable certification of this reality. I thought the whole point of Russia’s strategy in Donbass was to block Ukraine from NATO. By predicating our assumptions on legal technicalities of NATO membership qualifications, we’ve missed the reality on the ground. Funny videos, but who’s laughing at whom?
NATO can have it. It will be the biggest, worst money pit in the history of the world. It will be a black hole, no, a gigantic sinkhole that will suck down the whole EU and the Empire along with it. A few years from now, you will hear a huge sucking sound as all the wealth of the west gos down that deep bottomless pit. They want Russia to end up paying for this monster money pit, so Russia’s strategy will be to not only avoid direct military intervention, but to try to avoid getting stuck with the bill. The Ukrainian people really screwed themselves by supporting that illegal coup, because it is they who will ultimately end up holding the bag.
@ Novak,
Q; Funny videos, but who’s laughing at whom?
R; Ukraine is like a kid with Dow syndrome. Would you adopt or shoot it?
[comment based upon natural selection]
Daniel Rich that’s a disgusting comment…I’m shocked the moderators let it through.
The bottom line is that Russia will not allow the Empire to gain first-strike capability. That would be suicide for Russia. That is the red line that Nato dare not cross. So who will blink first? If Nato tries to put missile “defense” in UkroNaziLand to “stop Putler”, then Russia will have no choice but to invade and put a stop to that reckless chess move. It’s Nato’s move. Do the Europeans have the nerve? Do they have the nerve to be one teeny weeny step away from WW III? Russia is waiting…
In the meantime, Ukraine is a financial tarpit to anyone who owns it, and the west owns it now. They broke it, they bought it. What a mess. The world is one hair-trigger away from nuclear confrontation. This is way worse than the Cuban Missile Crisis, because Kennedy had the good sense and strength of character to say no to the Joint Chiefs who wanted to Dr. Strangelove it. But JFK was the last president to take personal responsibility. Who’s in charge?
The genius of the west boils down to “nobody” did it.
should turn out to be Vietnam like quagmire in Ukraine for us and Saudi Arabia in Yemen… then we will certainly know what the best and their vassals with their weapons can do ..there is always a interesting battle when an irresistible force meets with an immovable object…but I don’t tag the best and vassals in these 2 categories…its high time they get a good kick on their backsides so they use their latest tools against their leaders or stop picking them again for a unjust cause
True, its a sad fact that the US only learns after a serious bloody nose. The “victory” of the Cold War gave the Empire a serious case of “exceptional hubris”.Compounded by many other “victories” against Third World militaries since. You see, even though the complications of those “victories” hurt the Empire after. It is the military defeats of their enemies at first they remember, not the aftermath. They believe the aftermath problems were caused by bad civilian interference later.Only results like Vietnam have a sobering effect on the US (for a while at least). Its important for the junta to be destroyed before the US and NATO truly set up shop in Ukraine. It would save many lives all around.
It’s not a funny matter indeed, and shows, among other things, insufficient respect of Minsk agreements.
(10: Withdrawal of all foreign armed formations, military equipment, as well as mercenaries
from the territory of Ukraine under monitoring of the OSCE. )
It may encourage both sides to have further hostilities.
The matter was raised officially by Lavrov to Kerry; told back that this is transparent, defensive, and invited.
‘Destroying junta’ quickly does not appear to be on the cards in Moscow. But past color revolutions in the longer run failed, and their leaders became unpopular. —Nothing to suggest that this regime is on a path of doing any better.
Question: who’s actually paying for this “training”? Certainly not the U.S.
Answer: the Ukies, from the IMF loan they get – which loan they must pay back to the IMF – who is again none other than the U.S. :-) Thus, the Ukies are paying this “training” twice – and the U.S.A. is getting paid twice :-!
Who can now claim that the Empire is “loosing” :-?…
The ukies will never be able to pay back anything at all. They will default.
True, they will not be able to pay back the loan, that is the whole idea behind IMF – they will just keep paying the interest on it – while inexorably drifting into total slave-tude…
@ Johan,
Q; Who can now claim that the Empire is “loosing” :-?…
R; The tribesmen will sell the entire Ukrainian kit and caboodle first [aka ‘free market economy’], then buy a British football club and move to either the Apartheid State or the UK.
An alternative look at the war in Yugoslavia:

Looks good to me!
Happy St Geroge’s Day

“Looks good” to me as well–provided we are talking of practicing
with bazookas (have used similar stuff JIC though I have been in
the engineers and not in the infantry): what’s *wrong* seen from
the pure weapon manipulation perspective? It’s hard to conclude
on the “fierce warriors :-)” by just seeing the video. OTOH
underestimating your opponents (and I may be more pro Russians
than most here, modestly speaking) is dangerous nearly always.
Bazookas are typically two men weapons (one loads, the other
shoots) and to warn look behind is the rule: if you stand too
nearly behind when the shooter fires you are dead.
Reminds me of a Viet Nam story. The VC captured a recoiless rifle and shot off a round. The backblast was horrific and the VC, having no experience, figured the muzzle was pointed the wrong way. It didn’t end well.
I think I know the story (similar *truthful* source as in the The
Deer Hunter). The Yankees, to give you an example so to be able
to figure out how much the story may be *realistic*, couldn’t
even trash their empty Coca Cola cans around: they had to dig
them. (Guess why?)
Putin–I LOVE Russian humor–explained it to perfection when he
was talking of Ukraine: “To lose is always painful; but it’s a
hardship especially when you lose to yesterday’s miners and
tractor drivers.”
The “VC,” largely former farmers and peasants, not only have
kicked out the invaders, they have been the #1 (with Hezbollah
having arguably taken their place today) adroit soldiers in the
world.
I particularly like how the TRAINER stands right in front of the gun while the trainee is pulling the trigger. I can see a great future for both of them.
I try never to mock the afflicted….but I get your point.
And a tent is behind them,
The loader is on the side (simulating the reloads) and the rocket launcher is always EMPTY.
Yeah but they’re pretending it’s real, aren’t they? or why bother practising the bit about putting the safety on?
Does the rule say “never point a gun at someone only if it is loaded ” ?? or does it say never ?
@ Kat Kan,
Q; or does it say never ?
R; A suicide bomber can only train once…
Have you had a hand at a military drill or joined a patrol ever, are hunting guns and firing ranges your reference?
Moreover and as a minorant: try to stress as an instructor (leader to be respected and listened) among *unrefined*, *crude* people (cannon fodder) that your #1 worries are total *cautiousness* and prescriptions following ALWAYS…
There’s a desperate and brainless sucker born every minute who, knowingly or otherwise, wants to suicide himself for rich assholes who couldn’t give two squats about them. I imagine that, given training or no, they must send many shovels to scrape what will be left of these poor, brainwashed little punks off the sidewalks of E. Ukraine. Be sure to send a thank-you card to AmeriKa and Germany for all their help in setting up the “let’s you and him fight” scenario while making the way for Western corps. to plunder the natural resources of the Ukraine.
Sad waste of life no matter how you look at it.
Big money for American guys in Ukraine
Saker, what do you think of this Strelkov interview, in particular NLP/brainwashing & Ukrainians becoming zombies?: http://slavyangrad.org/2015/04/23/interview-with-igor-strelkov-war-as-a-litmus-test/
What a joke..it will go viral in DPR/LPR and in RF army…. lol
Maybe more than just training

@Varjag 2007
Translated from Russian by Kristina Rus
U.S. Marines, who recently arrived in Ukraine will provide protection for President Poroshenko from his own army, rather than teaching it, said on talk show “Politics” the representative of the Executive Committee of the Union of Paratroopers of Russia, Valery Yuriev.
According to him, Poroshenko can not trust the Ukrainian army, therefore, must seek protection from it.
“I think it’s just a unit that will provide security for the leadership of the country. This is a combat unit, and no instructors. Personal security of Poroshenko because he has no confidence in his own army,” – said Yuryev.
[…]
Is it because I hate them or do they really look like a bunch of dumbc***s!
Well this demonstrates the Yanks are not willing to really spend money on Kiev, and the support they give is really just for photo ops. I bet these guys thought they would be shown how to use Javelins.
The problem with the US Javelin, is the missile is probably costs more than the T-64 tank it is taking out, assuming they never miss even once, and the T-64 is completely destroyed. Also imagine a stockpile of Javelins being captured by the rebels in another boiler, the Yanks can’t let that happen.
I don’t see how the Kiev forces can break a stalemate with the rebels without real support from the West, and so far there is no evidence they are going to get it.
The only thing I can think of is another false flag.
From the scorched earth tactics the Ukies are employing in Donbass, I doubt their objective at this stage of the war is to recapture Donbass. The Americans want to fight this war on the cheap with a cordon sanitaire around Donbass, mimicking the larger scale one around Russia. The idea is to lay siege and increase the cost to Russia through attrition and burdening their budget with social welfare costs of Donbass. It’s sinister, cynical and effective. It’s cheaper to break Donbass through starvation and attrition than it is to storm with the readiness level of the NAF and Russia. In the meantime, NATO will seek to consolidate and fortify its death grip on the rest of the Ukraine. Russia might have to go on an all out offensive to avoid this trap.
@ Poll,
Q; Russia might have to go on an all out offensive to avoid this trap.
R; The only thing Russia has to do is keep the Donbass afloat and let FUKUS pay for the imploding Ukrainian economy.
Now, that’s a true Sun Tzu warfare strategy.
As the saying goes, “You can’t make an omelet without upsetting a chicken…”
Well, I made that up, but you get the picture. Real people will pay for this charade with their blood, lives and limbs.
This is your rifle,
This is your gun,
This is for fighting,
This is for fun.
Wankers whatever their uniform and patch says.
As soon as the first incoming hits, they’ll need track shoes to run and satellite phones to call for rescue.
what the video shows is that dominance (US to Ukraine) is clearly established. The US teaches people part of the former USSR how to use a Soviet designed weapon. I feel sorry for those poor fools answering “yes” and “all right.”
Other training includes, only from the best of the best:
“Method and Procedure for Raping each other”
“Introduction to drug overdoses and firearm suicide”
“Basic weapons mishandling”
“Basic course in self sabotage through chronic sleep deprivation”
“Uniform and other costume inspections”
“Introduction to Colorful flag waving, parading, teams sports, and co-dependence”
All they need left is some team sports exercises, boy scout uniforms, colourful flags, steroids, Pop tart MREs, PT reflective belts, gay porn scandals, and dump carcinogens in their own drinking water, and the Ukrop scraps will have an even more successful weapons donation campaign to the NAF. Half of the Ukrop scraps will go down from self inflicted wounds, the rest will die from blood loss after being raped.
NAF might as well demobilize, the Americans will finish off the Ukrop just fine.
this is a funny comment anon…pathetic and funny
angloamericans are not shy about their presence in ukraine to train then why does russia have to have so many excuses not to come to rescue of her allies?
Russia if she wants to survive will have to man up or be defeated completely.
no dithering and show of cowardice for so long.
anglso want russia to be entangled in tree and branches while Anglos are cutting down the whole forest-it seems now.
instead of getting one self in explaining to anglos, russia has to act as man and assert to say -so what? so waht if i want to come to rescue my ethnic Russians?
well, I guess if you don’t mind nuclear war, then yeah…why should Russia be so careful not to step on Insanity’s doorstep ?
Well, I do mind nuclear war.
And IMO think Russia has a wise, pragmatic, intelligent and cool President and Foreign Minister.
Do not let them drag you into this Ukraine mess, Russia.
Up till now, well done.
Well, to be fair that is CLEARLY a ‘defensive’ RPG, that or the Ukies are so bankrupt they can’t afford rockets. D’ya think that in 6 months time they”ll be stood on the front line continuing the mime sequence?
Tomorrow they get taught by the masters of the universe to run directly at the ‘enemy’ and attempt to beat them to death with a missile less RPG butt.
Not too funny as at the end of this they say “we’ll practice shooting some more and then will go to the East to kill them all”…
Not so funny as at the end of this clip they say that they’ll “practice shooting some more and then will go to the East to kill them all”… Horrifying!
I don’t find the video funny.I find it a serious lesson in the US involvement in Ukraine. I agree with Saker that the training (at least what we see) won’t help the UAF much.Though a half-trained man is a more dangerous enemy than a totally untrained one is.The video is meant as symbolism, and serves its purpose. It shows the World that the US is standing with their new Ukrainian “brothers” against the “evil” Russians.
Having said that, lets break the video down a bit.First, there is a certain idiocy in having US troops training Ukrainians to use a weapon that they have always used.Any Ukrainian military instructor could show them how to use that weapon. So what weapons are they really there to show them how to use. One’s not shown on the video.Secondly, the US instructors don’t seem to speak Ukrainian (at least most of them). And are training either English speaking (somewhat) Ukrainian troops,or using a translator to translate to the troops.I don’t know how many Ukrainian conscripts speak English (of any caliber),but it can’t be that many. And really, how effective and quick can troops be trained well using a translator to pass instructions back and forth. This video is really more proof of the dangerous escalation of NATO involvement in Ukraine. We may find it funny on the face of it.But the underlying meaning is far from funny.
{sigh} – those poor young kids, learning to shoot like they are hunting deer wandering in the woods, no idea of the hell they are being pushed into. Their trainers likely have no more real experience than them.
Tath’s the point. No experience. A most easy to became death at prime battle with this type off training
Saker – you may not be scared of soldiers trained by US forces (as you correctly listed). But to think that these trained forces are usually killing their own people – I feel sorry for the common Ukrainians.
this is a very perfect, the longing the hole …. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MncEu9Aedds
LMFAO!!!!!
The 26 April 2015 article by Finian Cunningham Washington Choreographing All-Out War with Russia? http://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2015/04/26/washington-choreographing-all-out-war-with-russia.html says:
“… the military training given by the Americans to their charges include the use of US-made weapons, not the usual Soviet-style munitions that the Ukrainian Armed Forces traditionally use. Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich notes that the mode of training indicates that Washington is preparing to fulfill its promises of supplying lethal weapons to the Kiev regime. …”
So, this is definitely *not* about “merely training them how to use some old Soviet-era weapons”. Obviously, something big is in the works.
