Moscow-Beijing Express
The China-Russia alliance is in full bloom – if you know where to look

Any questions about Russia’s and China’s long term cooperation were put to rest, after conducting research on what these two Anti-West colossuses are doing, on a daily basis. (Image by www.politrussia.com)
This week, I did a web search on the popular internet engines, Google and Bing. I did this, to follow up on my previous Moscow-Beijing Express article, where I pondered if these two giants on the world stage were hopefully transforming the “Putin-Xi marriage”, into a truly long term, bilateral alliance, for the future. See The Xi-Putin honeymoon is over-now it’s time to make the China-Russia marriage succeed long term
www.thesaker.is/21262 or http://chinarising.puntopress.com/2016/03/02/the-xi-putin-honeymoon-is-over-now-its-time-to-make-the-china-russia-marriage-succeed-long-term/
What I found even surprised me and definitively reassured my hypothesis of hope.
I looked for “Russia + China” and “Xi + Putin”. In each case, behind the Great Western Firewall, there were a couple of recent entries, and then mostly dated drivel from 2014 and before. There is obviously a reason for this. It is called censorship and propaganda. It’s probably not the search engines’ fault. The carefully scripted Western narrative of supreme empire and global hegemony is happening in the newsrooms and editorial boards of newspapers, radio and television stations across Eurangloland. This is being confirmed over and over, as shown in this article, with accompanying videos: Top German Journalist Admits Mainstream Media Is Completely Fake: “We All Lie For The CIA”
If you search for the same strings in Chinese though, you enter another reality, and I suspect the same observation would be true in Russian. The Chinese language web is saturated with articles, photos and videos of “Russia + China” and “Xi + Putin”, and it is up to today’s date and added to, with every bilateral contact and collaboration.
Since many, if not most Moscow-Beijing Express fans are not fluent in Chinese, I did the next best thing: I did the same searches on two of China’s biggest English language newspapers, the People’s Daily and Global Times. I could have added Xinhuanet, Baba Beijing’s global news agency and China Central TV (CCTV), but I found all I needed in these just these two publications, to make the point of comparison between the West’s Orwellian Memory Hole and the unvarnished truth on the outside.
Just in the last three weeks, it is easy to see that the Sino-Russian alliance is in full gear. Wang Yi, China’s Foreign Minister announced on March 8th that,
The China-Russia relationship is mature and stable. Our comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination is built on a solid foundation of mutual support and mutual trust, the two sides have a strong desire to strengthen win-win cooperation. The relationship can pass the test of any international development and will not be weakened by any particular incidents.
The “international development” and “particular incidents” are of course, an oblique reference to everything the West is doing to surround, threaten and destroy China and Russia, from Eastern Europe and the Ukraine, to Hong Kong and the South China Sea. Minister Wang also reiterated the importance of Putin’s and Xi’s five face-to-face meetings in 2015 alone, which set the tone for bilateral relations. He did not mention that including officially announced phone calls, these two world leaders have met and talked a total of eleven times, since Xi Jinping became president in 2013. This intensity of leader-to-leader contact is quite extraordinary.
Wang went on to say,
China and Russia have strong economic complementarities and a significant desire to work with each other and he wishes to turn the countries’ strong political relations into more fruits of practical cooperation.
Sounds like a solid game plan for the 21st century, if you ask me.
With the eventual meltdown of the Western financial system happening in slow motion, and its commensurate global economic recession, China’s and Russia’s bilateral trade have equally suffered. After growing exponentially in the last ten years, cross border trade fell 27.8 percent in 2015, to $64.2 billion. Rock bottom commodity and energy prices, the latter of which is most certainly being manipulated by the West, to hurt Anti-West Russia, Iran and ALBA’s hydrocarbon producers, are the biggest culprit, as brilliantly exposed in Caleb Maupin’s speech at the Second Congress of the Trade Union Center of Brazil (CSB) http://chinarising.puntopress.com/2016/03/06/caleb-maupins-speech-at-the-second-congress-of-the-trade-union-center-of-brazil-csb/
In spite of this geopolitical sabotage and the West’s faltering global, Bretton Woods economy, China’s Ambassador to Russia, Li Hui told the world on March 8th, that both sides are very upbeat about the future, via the Belts and Roads initiative (and by extension, Russia’s EAEU, the Eurasian Economic Union), and are continuing to sign numerous agreements and projects. China’s Minister of Agriculture, Han Changfu, stated that the two countries are also expanding investment and technology in his realm, an export sector that Russia hopes to exploit to even greater heights, in the future, as publically stated by President Putin, at almost the same time.
People often forget that it was Joseph Stalin who early on, supported North Korea, in seeking its independence from Western colonialism. China’s People’s Liberation Army made sure of that, during the Korean War. See China, North Korea and the upcoming international sanctions-China Rising Radio Sinoland 16.3.10 http://chinarising.puntopress.com/2016/03/10/china-north-korea-and-the-upcoming-international-sanctions-china-rising-radio-sinoland-16-3-10/. Thus, it is no surprise that on March 13th, China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, met with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in Moscow, to declare their bilateral solidarity, to maintain stability on their neighboring North Korean borders. These two statesmen also declared that Uncle Sam’s intentions to install in South Korea its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD), would sabotage the regional strategic balance and foster an arms race. Why? Because Russia and China know that this THAAD system is not really meant for North Korea, but is fully aimed at them.
On March 17th, China’s state-owned Sinohydro announced that it had signed an agreement to build a bridge across Russia’s Lena River, in the Republic of Sakha. Costing a nearly cool $1 billion, it was reported that a comprehensive plan for the bridge would be submitted at the Eastern Economic Forum, in September, 2016. How many of you heard that there is now an annual meeting under this banner, feted by Russia? See 2015 Eastern Economic Forum to kick off in Vladivostok http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/939128.shtml. Now you know and with China having a huge common border with Eastern Russia, it is no surprise that it will be an enthusiastic participant in the years to come.
On March 23rd, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets praised China’s and Russia’s cultural theme years, including language, tourism and youth exchanges, as well as last year’s China-Russia Media Exchange. Cultural diplomacy is often poo-pooed in the West. But in two countries that have certified civilizational histories, these cross-cultural gestures have deep, symbolic importance for their leaders, governments and peoples.
Two days later, a high ranking Communist Party of China (CPC) official, Liu Qibao, called upon his country’s and Russia’s media,
…to play a positive role in promoting the integration of China’s Silk Road Economic Belt initiative and the Russia-initiated Eurasian Economic Union(EAEU) project.
Mr. Liu also pointed out to the world that this concept is based on Presidents Putin and Xi signing a Belts and Roads-EAEU integration agreement in May, 2015. Where did Mr. Liu say this? At the second China-Russia Media Forum, this time in Beijing. How many of you heard that China and Russia now have an ongoing media forum? Now you have.
And who else was there? Russian Presidential Administration chief Sergei Ivanov, who addressed this forum. Mr. Ivanov is President Putin’s executive day-to-day manager and his eyes and ears in the Russian government. Having Ivanov there was tantamount to having his boss there in spirit. Liu Qibao is head of the CPC’s Central Committee Publicity Department. The Central Committee is overseen by Xi Jinping, so he too, was symbolically represented.
If that wasn’t enough of a hint, Putin’s Mr. Ivanov met with more high level CPC members and paid a courtesy visit with Xi Jinping, to solidify his visit. Thereafter, Baba Beijing announced that,
Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin attach great importance to the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership of the two countries… The close high-level exchanges demonstrate the importance of the relationship. China has always prioritized ties with Russia.
Now, the Russian Presidential Administration and its Chinese homologue, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee are going to working hand-in-hand, into the future, with Xi saying,
This is an important display of our high-level, mutual trust.
To kick off this new partnership, Xi and Ivanov announced that their two countries should work closely to settle hotspots around the world, these of course, almost all being perpetrated by colonial Eurangloland. They also underscored China’s and Russia’s 15th anniversary of their 2001 China-Russia Treaty of Good Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation, as a foundation for this team effort. How many of you heard about this treaty? Now you have.
That same week, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich invited China to participate in the construction of a high speed train (HST), between Samara and Tolyatti, in Southwest Russia. This, on top of the ongoing Sino-Russian Moscow-Kazan HST project, which is already underway, all fitting nicely into the aforementioned Belts and Roads-EAEU integration.
Simultaneously, Russia’s Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller was in Beijing, meeting Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli, to stress their bilateral commitment to energy trade, manufacturing, processing and construction, as well as to hammer out plans for the construction of the Western Gas Pipeline, to compliment the already started Eastern version. And it should be no surprise, the media was again told that this falls in line with Xi’s and Putin’s vision for bilateral cooperation. Not long thereafter, Russia announced that it is increasing its sales of hydrocarbons to China. Get the hint?
And then the geopolitical bombshell was dropped. China just announced that it was appointing its first special envoy to Syria, Mr. Xie Xiaoyan, a seasoned diplomat with years of experience in Africa and possessing a deep knowledge of the Middle East. Mr. Xie is surely not going to be palling it up with America and the European Union, both of which are the root cause of Syria’s unnecessary misery, since 2011. No, I suspect Xie will be in regular contact with China’s allies, Russia, Syria and Iran, to do battle against Western tyranny. This appointment has huge practical and symbolic implications for these four countries, as they work together to battle Eurangloland’s Worldwide Wehrmacht, especially in the Middle Eastern theater.
What was just described was three weeks of high level, high intensity cooperation between the world’s only hope from becoming slaves in a fascist world of Western tyranny and perpetual war: Russia and China. I shudder to think about where we would be, without their ceaseless efforts to create an Anti-West vision of peace and shared prosperity for all, including humanity’s 85% non-White majority. Five hundred years Western of racism and genocide. Enough is enough. Go Russia! Go Vlad! Go China! Go Xi!

Why China supports Russia
http://bit.ly/1Aa90W7
I think all this talk about “China+Russia = True” talk is silly, Russia natural partners and allies are not in the alien east, with Russia’s brother states in Europe.. The notion that Russia would turn away Europe and pivot to asia is ludicrous. Russia future is in Europe not in asia, specifically Russia future is with Germany not with China. For demograpic, cultural, historical, religious reasons, but also due ot the simple fact that the majority of the Russian population and industry is focused in the European parts of Russia and geared towards Europe.
This whole “pivot to asia” Russia is doing is mostly just a trick to make European states jealous.
I know there are many pro-Russians and anti-Russian that becomes hysterical with excitment when Russia talks about disconnecting with Europe and going full asia.. The anti-Russian because they do not consider Russias Europeans and want Russia to be as alien as possible, and the pro-Russian for the same reason.
But both are wrong, Russia is European and her future is with her European family, specifically Germany.
The ignorance of the above statement by Anonymous is staggering. Good cause for his appellation.
The historic misunderstanding of Russia not being an Asian nation also with the Far East and Siberia and Mongol elements is pure ignorance.
Not only is it Asia also by geography and necessity but by its involvement within Asia historically.
But, of course, ignorance requires lack of knowledge and/or deliberate ignoring facts.
In either case, Anonymous achieves his goal.
Larch…is this Anon dumb or just pretend ????
@ Larchmonter445
First of all, I want to tell you how much I admire your very informed opinions, all the way back to the “China-Russia Double Helix” White Paper that you wrote. I have a copy of the PDF in my permanent files.
OK, so anyway, RI just introduced a new feature called “Donetsk Blog”. It’s from a new website called Doninews (Donbass International News Agency).
https://dninews.com/
It appears to be a really good site but the reason for me posting this under this excellent article is that they have a rather short but interesting story on Doninews titled “China threatened to call in the US debts if Americans put pressure on Russia”.
https://dninews.com/article/china-threatened-call-us-debts-if-americans-put-pressure-russia
1.5 Trillion in Treasury notes is the debt held. plus they hold billions in US dollars, plus they do enormous trade with the US.
They will not dump anything. They do slight adjustments in their monthly holdings of all sorts of debt vehicles and currencies.
It would be useful to keep in mind that unless a real nuclear exchange takes place for some crazed reason, China and the US will be locking horns but neither will be sabotaging the economy of their own country to hurt the other.
Devaluing the Yuan does enough to hurt the US. Trump has poiinted this out as a mainstay of his campaign.
Here’s my take on China vis a vis Russia, in the context of the US hegemonic, hybrid wars:
China will assist financially, as it did over the last 18 months, will make high value investments to help in key industries.
China and Russia coordinate UN votes.
China and Russia communicate regarding Middle East and Iran. Some coordination.
China and Russia are have a long, close cooperative and strategic partnership that is definitely not an alliance. It is never going to be an alliance in global strategic terms.
China and Russia will coordinate in the Eurasian Development, New Silk Road; that is agreed already.
China and Russia have led the way to the weakening of the petrodollar as irrelevant.
China and Russia will welcome a US change and work as a trio of superpowers to defeat radical Islamic Terror. (if Trump gets in).
China cannot cope with the US alone. Russia can cope, militarily and strategically, but not financially with the US alone. (Russia needs China for financial assistance if the US keeps the pressure on. Russia is selling significant chunks of state owned assets to get Rubles it needs.)
Finally, I see an Asian Pacific defense zone of Russia, China and maybe Vietnam (if Russia can convince them) against an aggressive US with Philippines+Japan+Taiwan+Australia, if neo-cons stay in power in DC.
Russia, with the S400 and S500 (coming in 2017) will be a de facto shield with China’s S400s along the entire Asian, SE Asia, Far East.
The US can push China and Russia together militarily and/or financially, down the line, over time.
For now, China and Russia are good strategic friends. And China won’t be rocking the US economy because that would hurt China. It, like nukes, would be a end-times tactic.
As in real life of people, whoever holds massive debt, loses power. The debtor actually has the advantage. It’s counter-intuitive, but that’s business. Small debt is different. 1.7 Trillion is weakness not strength for China.
So, as for Donbass’s wishful thinking, it isn’t realistic. And it isn’t necessary. Russia will be okay soon. Putin is doing alright. China will do alright when they get that engine of growth going again. The conversion to a consumer society is hard to accomplish with 1.4 billion people. And while their two top trading partners, the EU and the US are not growing themselves.
Lee,
I thank you for the kind words.
I answered you query as best I could for now. And just realize, I may have not put my name on it.
I’m a little in need of sleep. If it posts as Anonymous, my error.
I explain China and Russia and their mythical “alliance”. It’s a partnership of strategic cooperation. Not an alliance. Each still bolsters the other where most weakness exists. It makes neither whole, just stronger when necessary.
Thanks!
Oh, and I hope you got some rest.
I don’t expect China to risk destablising its economy either. I couldn’t find any solid english-language backup for the story which disappointed me as DNInews has been reliable in the past.
PLUS tbh l have been wishing for China to make some supportive gesture for Russia for over a year.
So much of the West’s justification for sanctions and now a massive buildup of military on Russia’s border is pure allegory – hot air.
A statement by the leader would be difficult to ignore.
That’s why l came here!
“But both are wrong, Russia is European and her future is with her European family, specifically Germany.”
Excuse me, but just whose “future” could possibly be with the God-awful Euro-trash? I think you have Putin confused with Erdogan and Tsipras; maybe even with the Ukronazis. The pivot to Asia is not about jealousy; it’s about survival. Europe (minus Russia) is a cesspit of degeneracy, disintegration, and mounting tensions everywhere. Russia knows what it is doing leaving the Euro-trash to rot away.
Very well said.
I agree that with Putin at the helm Russia does not need Europe. However, I wonder if sometime in the future, when another President holds the reins of Russia, who is perhaps an Atlanticist, if this will change. I hope not. I hope Russia remains strong.
Yes it is silly Anonymous.
The photo used for this propaganda stream should insult you if you have half a brain.
I have no idea why some commenters seem so determined to reduce the conplexity of the China-Russia relarionship.
Clearly, anglophile oligarch Malofeev wants you ro think Russia and China are bossom buddies. Does this network work for Russian or his interest ingratiating himself to the so-called Third Force.
Quite obviously it’s the latter.
“Russia is European and her future is with her European family, specifically Germany”
Peter The Great worked hard on Europeanising Russia … XIX century Russian nobility craved for European bliss (Tolstoy’s characters all spoke English and French among themselves :!) … Russian Tsars were all blood-related to European rulers … Lenin was a European gift to Russia (remember that nice sealed German train :?)… and all the XXI century Russian oligarchs (the mainstay of Putin’s economy) crave to be European… Hitler tried to nudge Russia towards joining German family, but no, Stalin imagined he was something special and violently resisted… Perhaps Angela Dorothea Merkel might succeed where her late Parteigenosse failed? Just imagine: German engineering and Russian slave labor building the way to a bright European future…………
And Putin is working hard to Russianize Europe.
Nice try.
“Hitler tried to nudge Russia to join the german family”
Sure, he wanted them for doormat.
You are totally blind..btw where you been since about Feb. 2014 ????? talking about no leaders in Europe ????Even Mr. Putin/Lavrov get tired to deal with those idiots…
Not blind.
Not hoping for pie in the sky
Russia’s future is with Europe.
It is the #1 objective of Russian foreign policy — to turn Europe away from the AngloZIonists.
They will succeed, eventually.
When Mongols conquered Russia, they were ignored until they succumbed, although leaving a mark upon the land. Nevsky focussed his attention on the West, thus saving Russia.
Such is the relationship between earth (Russia) and sky (China). It is measured in eons, immovable rock against relentless wind.
It has always been and will always be. Check your mythology.
China could end World War 3 today.
Why why why have they not?
Orwell told you about the tripartite structure of the world long ago. He did not speak for forces one (Behemoth), two (Leviathan), three (Ziv) nor for the Spectre (of Fire).
Orwell spoke on behalf of force five, the Aether — plasma — our electrical being and stuff of the world. Above him is void, container of the soul of all things.
Six points. Like a star, symbol of an ancient priestly class (not the Jews!) which has poisoned all truth for their own narrow ends.
Putin understands what you can not even fathom.
Beyond which is #7, unknowable God.
Is it any wonder the worshippers of Lucifer insist you stay within their narrowing geometric parameters?
Fear not. We are here to meet our destiny.
Why do you fight it so?
Thanks for all the info and links. Has there been any progress made into the causes of the many chemical plant explosions and other industrial incidents? How are Chinese-Indian relations shaping up? Thanks again!
99% of Chinese on the street also love Russia, even the muslim minority.
Thank you for your excellent research and well-written article. MERCI!!!
I know that the Russian elites and the Chinese elites see the need for a strong partnership with eachother.
But my question is what does the common man on the street think of all of this? Do regular everyday Russians actually regard the Chinese with fondness? Has their opinion of the Chinese changed over the years? And vice versa?
This is the real question in regards towards anything long term that is lasting. Otherwise this is just an arrangement based on mutual needs that will fizzle out as soon as their is no immediate need to cooperate.
Tangential to these questions you ask.
Recall that in mid-to-late 1950s there was a severe ideological clash between the Chinese and Soviet communist parties. The Chinese, led then by Mao Tse-Tung, adhered to the orthodox outlook, congruent with Stalin’s, and severely condemned Khrushchev revisionism (in particular following Khrushchev’s speech at the CPSU XX party congress, in February 1956, in which he slandered Stalin).
I recall a number of early border incidents at that time. Some of them were quite, quite bizarre.
For instance (as reported then by official Yugoslav press).
Naushki is an urban locality in Russia (then USSR) at the very border with Mongolia. One day in that period, a large detachment of Chinese soldiers arrived to the Naushki railway station by train (through Mongolia, which was allied with both China and USSR, but eventually took side of USSR). The commander of the Chinese detachment ordered the soldiers to line up along the rail platform, slide their pants, squat in unison and – relieve themselves on the platform. When done, they hopped back on the train, leaving behind the brotherly Soviet station generously covered with feces.
FWIW, I read somewhere about two years ago that the best-selling non-fiction book in China at that time was the Chinese translation of Putin’s official biography.
Are you work for NYT ????
“… Are you work for NYT ???? …”
What did you intend to say:
A) “Do you work for NYT?”
or
B) “Are you a work for NYT?” (presumably asking whether he himself is a piece of artwork commissioned for NYT, a rather unusual question, by the way…)
?

Waldo, why don’t you give sejmon a break?
First of all, it’s obvious from his other posts today that he is not a native English speaker, but can get his basic point across just fine, thank you, and he has the courage to mix it up with anyone.
One of the best things about this vineyard in English is that anyone from anywhere that doesn’t require 90% translation help is welcome to try to get their point across and ask any question they have.
That gives the vineyard a very rich population of visitors and participants from all over the world, that’s kind of cool. IMHO. Sejmon is probably a tough character and can take whatever belittling you dole out, but what about others whose English is on a par with his or weaker, who have been hesitating to post anything? People whose first or even second language is not English but have a rich, unique perspective that could add to one of the vintages here? Some varietal grapes that you and I simply lack.
Actually, we need more guys like that with their charming grammar and spelling, than more English teachers, if you’ll think for a few minutes…….
Try caring about that reality a little bit more on your next post, okay??
ps If there were an intelligibility contest between you and sejmon in a third, neutral language, my money would be on sejmon. If it were in HIS language, I’m pretty sure he could obliterate you, but out of civility and basic human decency, would treat you better than you treated him. Ummmm???
So many, many “Brotherly” words – and all for suggesting to a participant on this blog to improve his very basic English?
You speak of civility and basic human decency, and yet – you yourself write “If it were in HIS language, I’m pretty sure he could obliterate you, but out of civility and basic human decency, would treat you better than you treated him. Ummmm???” (etc.) to someone completely unknown to you. The English-learning web site whose address I posted is known to be very good, but there certainly may be a number of even better ones. May it be suggested that your abundant most youthful energy would be incomparably better spent in trying to find some of those, joining in the effort to improve the basic language discourse here. Unless you do insist that speaking in prehistoric grunts would be more “charming” and “kind of cool”?
Jeff,
Thanks for an informative briefing. The 21st century world is awaiting its saviour from the evil-greedy-murderous Hegemon represented by the AngloZionist plutocracy. And, the saviour is not Russia, or Putin, or China, or Xi, or any other country, or any other Head of State. The saviour of mankind is Russo-Chinese Alliance – alliance at Head of State level, down to the people-to-people friendship.
Let us take a minute to go back to four centuries back, and see how Eurasian powers China and Russia were politically consolidating their empires/countries. Starting from 1613 AD the Romanov dynasty started building the Russian empire and from 1644 AD the Qing dynasty consolidated the ancient Chinese empire under Manchu rule – both empires acquired landmass contiguous to their existing territory keeping the original inhabitants and their society-culture-religion-language intact. Thus Chinese and Russia empires were multi-religious, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-linguistic in essence as well as in practice. Persecutions and repressions were there, but that was for ensuring State control against groups who challenge the State authority. Both the empires fell (again as a rule of history, no dynasty or political system continue for ever), and socialist parties (with stated objective of establishing communism) came to power in 1917 in Russia and in 1949 in China. Today in 2016, after traversing a path that had so many blind alleys, and false crossroads, both China and Russia finds themselves as a moderately advanced economy with basic standard of living maintained, and looking forward for immense potential of ecologically and economically balanced growth.
Can we find in the four-hundred years of history of the above mentioned two Eurasian giants, anything resembling the genocide-plunder-destruction-duplicity that has been associated with the European powers during last five hundred years of global expansion ? The British aristocrats carried out genocide in North America and Pacific to wipe off the aboriginals and went on to establish British empire in (what is now called as) USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ; British aristocrats tried hard to colonise south Asia (what is now called as) India-Pakistan-Bangladesh-Myanmar-Sri Lanka as well as south Africa (what is now called as) South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia by killing about one-third of the population and establishing economic colonial empire to extract all kinds of wealth.
Similarly, the Spanish aristocrats carried out genocide in South America to wipe off the aboriginals either completely or in some regions, cleansed the males and went on to establish Spanish empire in entire south American continent except the region of (currently called as) Brazil where Portuguese elites established their empire. The Spain and Portugal countries of nineteenth and twentieth centuries lived off their empire built with brutality-cunning-evil spirit which the so-called backward tribes of America could not match.
In a sense, I referred to the above historical facts, to remind all the readers and commenters of The Saker and numerous other websites that, the peoples across the globe has been fed up with the repression and destruction by the evil forces of AngloZionist plutocracy who established “hegemonic control” in the name of capitalistic progressive social forces, and we have to look forward to the Russo-Chinese alliance for freeing the globe from this AngloZionist octopus.
@ Straigt-Bat: Don’t wonder if The Saker features your post as public article. Really good, I saved me a copy.
Thanks, Martin from S.E.B.
I also get lots of inputs from many of your posts, particularly those in relation with Soviet and post-Soviet life in east Europe.
Excellent half millenium overview, SB.
At the deepest level, the Wisdom of the East endures the Hubris of the West. Complicated by centuries of better and worse actors on all sides. But don’t get caught up in those temporary distractions, as interesting as they may be. Maintain the longer view perspective, the Great Work of balancing the consciousness of the human race by checking and deleting the nonsense and further developing the best of both east and west.
At the fulcrum in between stands Russia, the Keystone nation of the Eurasian land mass. A great and noble responsibility has she, and she’ll carry it out with courage and God’s grace. The best people east and west, north and south are rising in consciousness of what must take place.
Bro Anon,
I can’t agree more with you as you said, ” Maintain the longer view perspective, the Great Work of balancing the consciousness of the human race by checking and deleting the nonsense and further developing the best of both east and west. ”
While I mentioned about the disruptive forces of west European powers (USA can correctly be termed as west European colony with other peoples joining the mainstream essentially as ‘workers’ – Africans forcefully brought as slaves while east Europeans and Asians migrated for employment and ‘better’ living) played in other continents, the European countries contributed to the human civilization a lot on literature, art, and development of applied science.
The saviour of mankind is Russo-Chinese Alliance..
The Russo-Chinese relationship is based on narrow self interest.
The Third Force interest is keeping land power Russia (Behemoth) from achieving her full potential by keeping her fully detached from Europa, now inundated by sea power (Leviathan) while China (Ziv — air) sits passively on the sidelines, in perfect alignment with the interests of said Third Force.
Should Russia regain her full strength, uniting with Europa, Third Force gangsters will be threatened by rule of law in exactly the same way Russia’s oligarchs were threatened when Putin came to town:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cUqaGjgA8BU
C I eh?
Your statement mixes some of the existing geopolitical issues with a wish-list (to which you subscribe): ” The Third Force interest is keeping land power Russia (Behemoth) from achieving her full potential by keeping her fully detached from Europa, now inundated by sea power (Leviathan) while China (Ziv — air) sits passively on the sidelines, in perfect alignment with the interests of said Third Force.
Should Russia regain her full strength, uniting with Europa, Third Force gangsters will be threatened by rule of law in exactly the same way Russia’s oligarchs were threatened when Putin came to town. ”
Looking from a five century historical perspective, it can be clearly noted that the ‘world system’ (of inter-continental trade and commerce as well as geopolitical positioning) has been dominated by the Germanic forces: in 1500s, 1600s, 1700s the Iberian powers and Dutch, in 1700s, 1800s the British and French, in 1900s the British, French, and USA. What we term as ‘AngloZionist’ forces, have been all along active (at a more subtle level) even around 1693 AD (when Bank of England was created). Like it or not, the same ‘AngloZionist’ cabal is the Hegemon since long time – before 1913 (establishment of Federal Reserve in USA) the cabal had informal headquarters in “Europa” (to use your terminology) and after 1913 the cabal had informal headquarters in USA (‘third force’ as you call). They are same, and not two different entities. Having said that, it must be noted that 90% of the population in either side of the Atlantic is under continuous repression by the cabal – formally as well as informally.
You feel that China sits passively on the sidelines (in perfect alignment with the interests of said Third Force). This observation may got formed due to Chinese ‘inactivity’ in the recent affairs in Asia and Europe continents. Now, looking back into past one hundred years of Chinese history any one can identify that the Chinese lack preparedness/excellence in armed conflicts/wars – China had to fully depend on Soviet forces to gain the current geographic boundary in Manchuria and other north regions, in Korean war China actually turned the tide against USA forces by sacrificing tens of thousands of manpower, in short Vietnam border war Chinese forces were actually defeated, for Taiwan issue Chinese generals, still now feel uncomfortable on war. Is the Chinese PLAF and PLAN preparedness enough for taking part in international conflicts (along with Russian efforts) ? How many military bases Chinese built till date to project their geopolitical forces outside Hainan island ? We can conclude that it will take another decade for China to actively participate in international conflicts.
But, does it mean that China is sitting on the sidelines ? No, not at all – the geo-economic landscape of Asia and Europe is set to change even if 50% of the OBOR projects materialise in next 10 years; the action by China central bank to increase Gold stock (sourced from domestic production and import) is aimed at taking on the Hegemon’s “magic wand” of fiat Dollar notes; the ongoing projects of port infrastructure (civil-cum-military purpose) in Djibouti, Gwadar, Kedah will ensure Hegemon is at check. And, it is well-known fact that, all these activities are planned and executed keeping Russian leadership in loop (to develop complimentary power base across world).
Finally, you are feeling that Russia may regain her full strength after uniting with Europe. Well past five hundred years of history clearly shows that Russian power-sociopolitical life-economy flourished “in spite” of European powers putting (along with Ottoman power) all sorts of barricades and disruptions (including, but not limited to French Militarist Napoleon and German Fascist Hitler marching on Russian land with forces drawn from almost all regions of so-called “Europa”), and not “along with” European powers. And interestingly, whether Russian land is ruled by monarchist autocracy or socialist communists, the AngloZionist plutocrats always wanted to destroy Russia and dismember the united land to be able to control all resources.
On the contrary, it is very clear that the Chinese and Russian governments, due to their pro-people
stand, can and will definitely play a positive role to maintain “true” independence of Eurasia and will play ever increasing role in to defeat the Hegemon collectively on the global arena.
Forgot to add my identity to the above post …
SB, I was looking for an extremely esoteric video that presents the “left hemisphere” of the planet
(North and South America) vs the “right hemisphere” (Eurasia or AsiaEuro if east to west, as the sun travels, in fact, due to our clockwise rotation, assuming North to be “up”.
It presents earth (geophysical, geological) consciousness as an allegory to human brain consciousness.
Left brain (the West) = Sacred Male Intellectualism, Logic, etc
Right Brain (the East) = Sacred Feminine True Care, Love, Intuition
Left Brain Imbalance = NWO Dominators
Right Brain imbalance = Submissiveness
Solution: Balance
Same for individuals. Fun allegory. I’ll try to keep a record of it, next time I run into it.
Bro Anon,
Interesting allegory… But, applying it to the geopolitical arena will be really difficult.
The Hegemon will be defeated when it loses control of Europe.
Occam’s razor wins the day, again.
Okay, CI , eh? Hey, hey, I say:
Rather than divide the planet down the unbalanced Atlantic (Unipolarity, war, imperialist domination, geopolitics, mind control, the “laws” of the Hegemon) pull a reverse and balance it through the great Pacific (peace and economic development, spiritual enlightenment,a multi-polar world living in natural law and harmony ).
Marginalize our Eastern Establishment (CFR, Skull and Bones,PNAC and all that traditional colonialist, imperialist rot) by pushing them over to the extreme Right (where they belong!) of the Mercator Projection of the world: http://i.stack.imgur.com/avbeW.jpg and
http://i.stack.imgur.com/DInWP.jpg with their Old World satanic parent controllers (Chatham House, House of Windsor or Saxe-Gotha, Tavistock Institute, Bildebergers) around to the backside (how appropriate for those buggers!!) of the planet’s dark side.
Let Atlantis stay sunk. along with their pagan god Mars, and let the Pacific Era of Mankind begin. BRICS, win/win, etc, etc, etc.
Then, instead of being stuck in left brain imbalance, in the heart of darkness chakra, we’ll take the view from the top:
https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTuSsoUqE-f4WDstO0Yq63Kuor9DAOP7kHJSsEuvO2QxNeK4mXUJw
from the northern axis of the earth’s poles of rotation.
Now, from that perspective, those pesky West Europeans are put in their place and the Atlantic world and its ocean (compared to Indian Ocean + Pacific) is just quaint place to visit on the shore of a new Great Lake.
And that’s called ascension to the Crown Chakra of the Earth. And notice where the center of gravity, (balancing point) is, so to speak: Rus…………. A spiritual journey, a whirlwind geographic, not geo-political, world tour.
Gravity does not exist
http://www.atlanteanconspiracy.com/2016/01/gravity-does-not-exist.html
There is much truth in what you say Brother Anon, however, balance only exists between poles.
Ascension lies beyond.
CI , eh? I have been having some fun if that’s permitted. Sometimes the tone between contestants has a deadly vibe, here. For some reason, it reminds me of Hearns vs Leonard
https://youtu.be/5nuWHtWToXw
Tommy Hearns used to be “The Motor City Hit-man” until the Detroit Chamber of Commerce intervened and forced “Hit-man” to be changed to “Cobra”. (Hey, Murder Capital of the USA, what’s the problem with locally accurate nicknames??)
But I am more mystified than worried. SB seems like he’s got a straight up style (my former impression of you) while suddenly you’ve gone mystical on us, like some kind of Octopus with plenty of black ink in store.
Suddenly, there’s numerology (Forces 1-7 + ????) and symbology all over the ring, errr, vineyard.
Fascinating!!! No such thing as gravity??? Did someone slip some LSD into your last Latte?
Grasshopper inquires of the Master: Are you referring to the balancing poles the Flying Walendas used?? https://youtu.be/IoSV9FhupHI Where’s the “balance ” between the poles of the earth or any other planet? I don’t get it.
Ascension lies beyond what? Beyond the physical domain? Beyond the checkerboard floor of the Temple of Solomon? In the realm of consciousness? In Russia but not China? In a spiritually prostrated sodomized EU? (I’m kind of with Nussiminen there, though with slightly less sadistic vitriol….) More straight arrows right out of the Alps, splitting the apple on the crown chakra, ala Wiliam Tell, please, please, O Champion of Europa.
Or has she been abducted by the Bull (Zeus)? http://www.getty.edu/art/collection/objects/882/rembrandt-harmensz-van-rijn-the-abduction-of-europa-dutch-1632/ ie, trampled and raped by the NWO psychopathic oligarchy?
I thought this was lost in the ozone or censored by Mod on Duty like my two with the black preacher calling Obama a word no white person can get away with, but I just found it, after using some of this post’s contents else where. WTF, I’m going to press the button. No, not the launch botton, the Post a comment button. This one may survive, and the one before it never arrive. (I’m trying Dennis James O’Leary, I’m trying!)
Brother Anon
You’re a beautiful human being.
I very much want to stretch perceptions. Sometimes it works and sometimes its a miserable failure. On gravity, Western civilization is good at naming things. When we name things we presume to ‘know’ them, which is incorrect.
Science can predict behaviour. It can never know the thing in itself. That job goes to the philosopher and sage. In our culture the philosopher has become an oppressor of sorts, toxic neoliberal, while the sage was put on meds.
I oscillate, between king and queen of wine sacs. Fun stuff this esoterica, but I’m new, testing this and that. It is a joy to behold new ideas.
You know what CIA Krishnamurti said, it is no great accomplishment to be well adjusted to a society that is profoundly sick.
Bro Anon,
We are talking about how to marginalize the evil dark forces, but the current reality is the evil has spread its tentacles wide across all continents and oceans and deep into all human and natural resources of mother earth. Under these circumstances, apart from a rock solid alliance between Russia (with its technological excellence and abundant natural resource including energy) and China (with its trade-commerce excellence and abundant manpower) no other entity will be able to save the earth and civilization. (Even though there are entities like BRICS, but the individual countries are in economic trouble and/or subversion by Hegemon is going on feverishly and/or country leadership involved in high degree of corruption).
You’re right SB. I know it’s a dire situation. You’re a straight up contestant errrr, contributor/commentor here, and your balanced view merits my attention. So far, you’ve got one of CI, eh’s poles (Or is that Nik Walenda? ttps://youtu.be/MX_jFK9Zf5k ) firmly grasped by the fulcrum point, as far as I can see with two eyes darting back and forth like an Eagle and the third one not fully opened yet. While CI, eh? appears more erratic (First I thought he was super left brain Sacred Masculine, power intellect adept, a great source of data and analysis, but yesterday, he suddenly went right brain on me (see my last comment on boring Moveable Feast Cafe (two guys reading MSM, nothing social happening, no music offered, until right before closing time, by yours truly……) in response to Aussie Laddie (Peter AU) and Aussie Lassie, errrr Babushka…….
At any rate, there appear to be different consciousnesses at work everywhere, at all times, even when it comes to the basic five senses interpretation of my music offering. At least we are working on it here. Maybe our brain waves will actually get in sync long enough to affect the world brain. I don’t think the enemy can win, going up against Natural Law century after century after century. It appears they have more people under deeper mind control than ever, but there are also more people more mentally free than ever, simultaneously. New conditions, entirely. Nothing is fixed, nothing is immutable except Natural Law itself. Just ask Nik Wallenda about that one!
I just hope they didn’t put any LSD in CI , eh?’s last latte and he doesn’t step out of a second floor window denying the Law of Gravity or any other natural law. That would be a real loss!
Bro Anon,
Thanks for your inputs about my views. I really care for one thing – mother earth has limited resources which human civilization must utilize in a balanced way. Hence, I raise my voice quite straight to-the-point against any type of imbalance (created by any power, community, ideology etc.).
Generally I read all posts with interest. Yes, i also noticed incoherence in some of the posts of C I eh? in this article itself. (Even if i have strong faith in spiritualism, I don’t mix up religious philosophy with anything else in life). Found peculiar comments by C I eh? where he brought in theological points while commenting on geopolitical matters – this is not appropriate for a serious commenter. Also, it destroys the logical flow of discussion.
C I eh?
” Occam’s razor wins the day ” … That’s a general statement.
We have to give the Anti-razors also level playing field many a times.
The Hegemon will prefer to physically destroy (what we know as) west Europe than loosing control to Eurasian powers.
LSD makes you hallucinatory and suggestible, which makes me think I live in a pharmacologically induced reality. With more than half of the population on daily meds, my assessment seems correct.
However, I have noticed Malofeev Marauders are a-plenty here. I might have misidentified you.
On the subject of Europe, Russian foreign policy is committed to integration. China can not replace Europe for Russia.
What I see developing in China is a technocratic nightmare beyond imagination. The Chinese leadership is hyper materialistic. I would not trust them anymore than I trust AngloZionists.
C I eh?,
Nowhere in this article, Jeff mentioned that he does not wish a integration between Russia and Europe … I never noted in my comments that Russia should not integrate with Europe – in fact, in this connected world, if any country / civilization wish to remain in shell without integration with another country / civilization, it will commit hara-kiri. If China can continue to develop relationship with EU and other European countries, why and how should Russia not do the same ?
Question is not about ‘integration’ – issue is ‘alliance’ between two parties that will ensure support from each to the other in tough times as well as good times … Russo-Chinese alliance will be beneficial to not only the partners, but also to Eurasian continent.
Thank you Jeff.
It is important that we are all aware of this very important relationship and recent developemnts.
It would be good to have your input into what is going on in the South China Sea. I noted a change in language from China to the US last week. Thanks.
Rgds,
Veritas
If they want to survive they must create somthing like NATO 2.0
I had been wondering about China with it’s continuing investments in the US and the drop in trade between China and Russia, but it seems they are quietly chipping away.
A good article on Iran sanctions and the recent US attacks on the Yuan in Consortium news by Alastair Crooke. He has a number of articles at the Valdai Discussion Club website and also his own site.

The BRICS are not an alternative to the neoliberal economic system. The bric countries have implemented neoliberal reforms and policies and have become fully integrated into the neoliberal system. Their higher levels of growth was the result of direct foreign investment because of the cheap labour, lower taxation etc. All in all, the multipolar world is a myth as the BRICS will remain economically undeveloped and dependent on the West.
http://www.inclusivedemocracy.org/journal/vol10/vol10_no1-2_BRICS_and_the_myth_of_the_multipolar_world.html
The dissolution of USSR/Easter Bloc and the introduction of neoliberal capitalism into the russian and chinese markets had destructive effects. Because of all these, Russia and China have limited economic and national sovereignty to oppose US aggression.
On the other hand, USSR and Maoist China were self sufficient and sovereign states. Soviet Union did not care about sanctions as its economy was not dependent on foreign investment and foreign trade was very limited.
https://gowans.wordpress.com/2013/12/23/seven-myths-about-the-ussr/
https://gowans.wordpress.com/2012/12/21/do-publicly-owned-planned-economies-work/
The so called Chinese economic miracle is the product of the massive foreign investment by western-based multinational corporations. The rapid growth of Chinese GDP is mainly related to external investment and not so much about endogenous growth. In order to retain growth, China is dependent to western markets for trade and investment. A possible fall in investment and foreign trade, will cause great trouble. Chinese elites are not willing to change their economic system as they have become billionaires at the expense of the Chinese populace who are exploited as cheap labour. A solution is to raise living standards and wages so as to create a strong internal market, but that will end the profits of the elites.
As for Russia, the legacy of the 1990s privatisations and the dismantling of the soviet planned economy have left deep scars. While USSR was a leading industrial power, Russia is not and will never be as long as it remains integrated into the neoliberal globalised economy (e.g WTO membership) and follows neoliberal style policies. While Russia is not a destination of western investment (as China is), it remains dependent on hydrocarbons exports and is not a self sufficient economy.
xvg: Sadly one can mostly agree with you (and me).
Look what is happening to Brazil and Venezuela.
But folks don’t want to admit that.
I’m still hopeful for Russia’s and China’s SWIFT successor and massive Gold purchases (currency changes??), but real hope for a healthy society – I’m slowly losing faith.
As long as any country, including RF and China , is run by an Oligarchs owned economy, only the symptoms of the problems can ever be treated, rather than the illnesses healed.
Capitalism never works, anyway never works for the vast majority.
In the past I always looked up to Moscow, now it is a city like Paris or New York. Very sad.
I really will spend more time on Russian lang. Cassad and in Leninist/Stalinist vk forums.
Folks here are mostly liberatarians themselves.
xvg,
Found some plain truth in these posts from you and Martin from S.E.B.
Essentially what you described are the shortcomings and threats to BRICS, in general and China-Russia in particular.
We need to also keep in mind that the proposition about Russo-Chinese alliance is only at a nascent stage. Both the countries have miles to go, before they can address their economic problems, issues arising out of 5th column, defence related preparedness … jointly … finally to arrive at the world stage as an alliance ready to take up any challenge.
@ Straight-Bat: I didn’t know all of that from day one.
But having been there during the last three years with borrowed together last money on self-organized tours (mostly by train via seater or hard-sleeper or even more than a day without a seat and 2 days without hotel) I was at first very positively surprised concerning the overall modernity and high living standards. They really do have a wealthy middle-class. A large one, like maybe in West-Germany of the 1960ties. Most people you see on the streets or in long-distance trains are doing really well.
Train stations and trains are _verrrrry_ modern and luxurious plus extremely clean. It is by the very meaning of the word unbelievable by Western standards. The West is a joke compared to China. And not only middle-class: In air planes it is not rarity if the normal-looking person next to you turns out to be a multi-millionaire who owns 12 Mercedes and about 40 companies all over Shanghai, Hong-Kong and outside China in Singapur or Dubai.
On the other hand I always wondered where there are communist aspects somewhere or anywhere. No! There aren’t any anymore. Nowhere. This also got confirmed to me in numerous discussions with people that I was traveling with in the same cabin for 27 hours.
Reading on ZH about the Oligarchs and about the cluelessness by them how to deal with the stock crashes earlier this and previous year made me wonder even more.
Then I saw poor people who are walking the tracks of coal mines to find some small tiny pieces of coal on a daily basis. Unimaginably polluted air in industrial hotspots. But you hardly see that much poverty in China.
I wasn’t aware of this specific globalresarch video before and thank xvg a million times. It answered all of my questions and confirmed all of my odd feelings at once.
And the people working in such exploitation factories are not the ones who would ever ride with such a train. Anyway not hard-sleeper. I must add another thing: On long distance connections across all of China there is in many cases only exactly one train pair per night. But at the same time there is a regulation which limits the maximum length of such trains. Most of these trains are booked out a week in advance. And they don’t have enough coaches (due to the limit). There may be 15 sleeper cars, 1 restaurant car and 2 seater cars. Those from the seater car are not permitted to enter the restaurant if the train is sold out (for obtaining a seat). Food and beverages are not the problem, because they are constantly being delivered all across the trains (at small fees). Well, but all those who were not lucky enough to at least reserve a seat must also stand “somehow” “somewhere” in one of the few seater coaches. It is like a border situation in Macedonia and the coaches are locked with special keys. In the hallway aor between the coaches it is very noisy, windy and ice-cold during winter time.
Again: The tracks are state of the art modern (minimum max speed often 160 km/h), most lines were rebuilt (completely rebuilt!!!) over the past decades, some every 10 years – for better high speed tracks without curves etc. Most lines are electrified. The coaches are modern. The engines are all very modern electric locomotives, hardly ever older than 5 years. BUT: Somebody who could decide to operate **more** trains on such long-distance relations simply fails to do so. This leads to a class war at the “border:” between the sleeper coaches versus the seater coaches. If there was be any communism left, they would double or triple the number of train relations.
Having said all that: The situation in general isn’t bad. Train tickets are extremely extremely cheap and state-subsidized. Same for an apartment (costs about 150 EUR per month, at a small town inner city).
And as said – those lucky enough to have some state employment (security staff, train station, whatever) have a good life. The public sectore is huge and the gov employs tens of millions of people.
Cars are new and without scratches. People on the sreets are all wearing very nice expensive clothes and I never met any single person woh has no expensive Smartphone.
NEVERTHELESS: The Oligarchs connected to the party ( you really have to leave out the “communist”) are billionaires. This becomes clear to everyone who visits zerohedge.com on a regular basis.
The ruling class is very fearful to layoff coal minder, but with oil and coal prices bottoming the party now announced that it plans to lay off 1.4 million coal miners in the very next time, starting this year. During my travel preparations I often cam across remarks (this factory cannot be visited due to worker’s revolts in recent years etc, in some cases there were deaths during mass protests).
This all may be a bit out of order.
But those were some of my impressions and experiences.
Now after xvg pointed us to this globalresearch.ca video it all became clear to me in an instant.
I finally begin to understand what is going on there and how it all started: _After_ comrade Mao’s death.
His face is still everywhere: Before all on most values of bank notes.
But as it turned out it is nothing more than an empty fassade. A fraud :-(
Martin from S.E.B.
Sorry for a late response to your post (on personal experience in China). Please allow me to bifurcate response as given below:
(1) The experience you gained in China is similar to one of my friend’s experience – very modern railway and roadway infrastructure, large middle-class with spending power, huge government sector, poor mining and agri workers, corrupt officials-turned-businessmen … in nutshell we can say, that China completed world’s quickest ‘living standard upgrade’ project in 25 years to lift the standard of living of about 400 million citizens – with so many drawbacks (as you noted) least of which is that since past 5 years Chinese government is trying their best to reorient the ‘export-led economy’ to ‘consumption-led’ economy. Another fact of matter (as you bemoan with the last word of your post “a fraud”) is Chinese leadership has not maintained their ideological honesty.
(2) However, my friend, think over it from a logical and rational base, away from sentimental basis. (I try to go deeply through the issue and try to think unbiasedly). After post-Mao instability was over by 1979, and through 1991 when USSR got dissolved, Chinese leadership sensed that the prevalent mode of “socialistic economy” will not bring high standard of living for close to 1 billion citizens within a short time period of say, 10 years. They also sensed, the citizens will not give more time for a good economic performance by the ruling party (and, the global capitalist AngloZionist forces will bring downfall of the Chinese Communist Party, even if Tiananmen square failed). Hence, knowingly the top leadership converted themselves as ‘capitalists borne out of communist party’ sourcing technology and capital from USA. Having said that, I don’t know what the current party leadership is thinking – they are already on a slow reversal mode …
You’re absolutely right.
Thanks a lot, Jeff for the report, but, since you live in China, I am missing some news about how is doing the common people there and, since China is supossedly a Communist country, I am very interested in how working conditions are improving there for the majority of the population and also how Health and Education systems are, especially if they are free and universal. Also would be of interest for me to know about housing conditions in China, if buying or renting a house is affordable for most of the population.
I ask about this, since the only other source of news about China in this blog, apart from you, is Cathal Haughian, who is writing a book with “some people much more rich than him belonging to the most wealthy dinasties from the West and who works educating the best families of China”.
I wonder what this concept ” best families” could mean in a supossedly Communist country like China.
Thanks in advance.
China is certainly unknown for me, I have never traveled there and the Chinese immigrants I can find here in my country are very reserved to tell anything.
It is well worth going there. I went to Guangzhou for the Canton Fair with my daughter. We booked a hotel well away from the international scene and really had no idea what to expect.
One worker at the hotel spoke a bit of English. We spent a lot of time each afternoon just walking around the local area and would eat at a different restaurant each night. No english language anywhere so we would pick a restaurant that had pictures in the menu Everybody seemed to eat out there, a lot of noise and laughter.
I had a contact with one company about 100 km from where we we staying and we went there for a day to look at the products. At midday it was a mandatory lunch break and my contact, a young women a few years older than my daughter took us out for lunch. It turns out she had studied engineering and my daughter was also studying engineering so they had a lot to talk about.
She sounded very bright and optimistic about the future, married for a year and looking toward having a family. She asked if my daughter was my only child or if she had brothers or sisters and I told her about my son and other daughter both around her age. She said that they could only have one child. She talked about that for a bit and obviously had a longing to have more than one child. Everything else she talked about, she was bright and optimistic, only the one child law was gloomy for her.
There was a large television screen on the wall of the hotel where we we staying. Late each afternoon a couple of policemen would pull up on a motorbike, buy something to eat and then watch television or sleep for about four hours until it was knock off time when they would leave. There didn’t seem much else for them to do.
In the shops everything is cash, no card. Counterfeiting is a problem and somewhere along the line we picked up some counterfeit RMB. Most shops had a machine to run notes through to see if they were genuine. Everybody would test notes by flicking them and checking them carefully.
In the very tiny part of China we saw, everybody came across as cheerful, optimistic. Only the one child law. There was a real sadness there.
A bit on housing in the area in which we stayed. There were no houses as such. Everybody lived in apartments. It was a mixed area of apartments and factories. The factories all had large gardens around them, the streets were lined with shady trees and it was very peaceful walking around the area.
Not all areas that I saw were the same as this though.
Here I am used to towns and cities being zoned as residential and industrial so everybody has to drive some distance from home to work.
The One-Child policicy that was forced upon China by its enemies is not valid anymore for about 2 years.
Wikipedia confirms this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-child_policy
I know China very well and could post a detailed report, but then again I’m not a good writer.
Most people do have work and do have quite enough money.
Nobody accepts any gifts, like food. They simply have enough themselves. I traveled on several tours added together 10.000 kilometers there by train inside China, and 7000 more by plane. I know places nobody else would ever go to.
In poor industrial areas. Until now (!) folks have work and are quite happy.
This also gets confirmed on ZH: The Great Divide: the Death of the Middle Class – Jeff Nielson https://www.sprottmoney.com/blog/the-great-divide-the-death-of-the-middle-class-jeff-nielson.html
There are only new cars in China (ok, until a while agao they had a policy that cars needed to be destroyed if 15 years old).
But many folks do have the latest big modern expensive cars. Not seen in Europe (when many people driver 10 to 20 years old cars as a rulse of standard).
*HOWEVER*, China has to do with Communism as much as the fishes with mountains.
And Oligarchy got intermixed with the so called (a sad joke!) “communist” party.
That’s at the same time, why China is exactly not more independent than Russia. They may have less jeiwsh zionists inside China, but they were trapped into the western monetary and economic system and now depend on it.
The party plans to lay off millions in the coal industry alone, now that the global recession is deteriorating.
From your wikipedia link.
“On 29 October 2015, it was reported that the existing law would be changed to a two-child policy, citing a statement from the Communist Party of China.”
I was there early 2015 so perhaps it has changed now. It seems that how the law was enforced depended on the provinces and population densities. I believe it was never applicable to ethnic minorities.
“”””“On 29 October 2015, it was reported that the existing law would be changed to a two-child policy, citing a statement from the Communist Party of China.”””””
You are right, I later wondered about the late date myself. But it was 2 minutes after I sent my message.
Nevertheless: In late 2014 and January of 2015 folks were already telling me that the party planned to change this law. It appears to have been a widely discussed controversial topic in China.
> I believe it was never applicable to ethnic minorities.
True, I wrote this last week here in some thread, the muslims (and other minorities) could have 2 childs all the time over all the decades. Isn’t that a strange policy?
And in fact this did improve the demographic balance in their favour in the autonomous Uigur province.
I doubt Wikipedia tells the real or at least not the entire story:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-child_policy
“””””During the period of Mao Zedong’s leadership in China, the crude birth rate fell from 37 per thousand to 20 per thousand,[2] infant mortality declined from 227 per thousand births in 1949 to 53 per thousand in 1981, and life expectancy dramatically increased from around 35 years in 1948 to 66 years in 1976.[2][3] Until the 1960s, the government encouraged families to have as many children as possible[4] because of Mao’s belief that population growth empowered the country, preventing the emergence of family planning programs earlier in China’s development.[5] The population grew from around 540 million in 1949 to 940 million in 1976.[6] Beginning in 1970, citizens were encouraged to marry at later ages and have only two children.
Although the fertility rate began to decline, the Chinese government observed the global debate over a possible overpopulation catastrophe suggested by organisations such as Club of Rome and Sierra Club. While visiting Europe in 1979, one of the top Chinese officials, Song Jian, got in touch with influential books of the movement, The Limits to Growth and A Blueprint for Survival. With a group of mathematicians, Song determined the correct population of China to be 700 million. A plan was prepared to reduce China’s population to the desired level by 2080, with the one-child policy as one of the main instruments of social engineering.[7]”””””
On a side not, isn’t it interesting?! The Western propaganda outlets always blame Mao for being such a brutal murderer and whatever other fairy tales. No matter what he has or hasn’t done, the numbers by themselves prove alraedy that Capitalism is a much deadlier thing, than Mao or Stalin could even in theory ever have been.
Again:
“””””During the period of Mao Zedong’s leadership in China, the crude birth rate fell from 37 per thousand to 20 per thousand,[2] infant mortality declined from 227 per thousand births in 1949 to 53 per thousand in 1981, and life expectancy dramatically increased from around 35 years in 1948 to 66 years in 1976.[2][3] “””””
“There is obviously a reason for this. It is called censorship and propaganda. It’s probably not the search engines’ fault.
Not all the fault of those search engines would be a better way to put it. Both engage in covert censorship and arrange their searches to miss or bury material. Both also work intimately with the zio-media to ensure what they vomit out will completely drown out everybody else’s material in web searches.
Saker says a lot of thought provoking stuff, but he’s just plain wrong here. This hasn’t been written by the Saker – please re-read the author is Jeff J. Brown. Please stop trolling your dis-information.Mod on Duty.
This whole China-Russia alliance is just wishful thinking, mostly on the part of Chinese and Russian nationalists. Both Xi and Putin are nationalist populist leaders with control of their domestic media. It suits both of their interests to play up the narrative that they will form a co-operative axis to resist and ultimately defeat ‘the West’ but it’s all just propaganda for domestic dummies – and it is working well for both leaders, for now.
The reality is that the Russians and Chinese leaders may say nice things about each other in public, but they trust each other even less than they trust America – and with good reason. The Russians are rightly concerned about China’s long-term ambitions in Siberia and the Chinese remember that the Russians were just another colonial power that abused China when it was weak and ultimately permanently severed Mongolia from their empire. They almost went to war in the late Mao era. (And some people would make the case that it was only thanks to the involvement of the Americans that they didn’t clash far more severely than they did.)
So it’s all for show. That’s why their elites stash their money in American and British tax havens and send their kids to school and university there.
What a lot of poppycock and Western Hegemon wishful thinking!
Amazing alliance.
But.
The fifth column in Moscow is lying in wait.
The Russian central bank which defacto rules the economy is just an extension of the Fed.
So much for an alliance.
Dear Saker, how can there be an alliance between a so called systems rule in Russia run by anglozionists from behind the scenes and personal rule in China. In other words how can there be any alliance between sovereign China and puppet Russia.
Russia firing a few missiles in Syria means nothing. Look what they did in Donbass.
“Look what they did in Donbass”
Err, shouldn’t that be: Look what Ukraine did in Donbass? What Russia didn’t or couldn’t do (yet) proves nothing. The intervention in Syria will quite probably be of more importance than you could ever have immagined.
Look at a map. A union between Russia and China will be the most powerful military-economic pairing in the history of the planet. Facing East and West at one time. They will be invincible provided they don’t let the Reptilian Order drive wedges between them.
“Those friends thou hast, and their adoption tried,

Ah ah, i had a good laugh.
Russia is not a “colossus”. China is. Russia is the loud junior partner while cunning China focuses on her economic development.
When one talks about a so-called “sino-russian alliance”, he makes a fool of himself and we can be sure he has no clue about what he’s talking about.
China hates Russia, far more than the US. China respects strength and so consider US as a real opponent. On the contrary, China sees Russia as an arrogant and failed white empire that needs to be dismantled. Chinese are very vocal about redrawing siberia boundaries and will come in due time.
In the coming new world order, Asia will be the center of the world, and US and China will be the two main powers. Those agree that Russia’s primetime is gone.
As in the 60’s, China will deal with Russia at some point.

Same old rubbish spread by academicians in west European/North American educational institutions, think-tanks, MSM websites/news magazines, and more importantly the trolls in alternate media ! Referring to, may be one article among thousands of scholarly articles, that appear every year in Chinese media, these academicians and trolls (paid by the AngloZionist plutocracy) create a kind of psyops to create confusion among the elites in both Russia and China.
An intelligent observer/reader need not think beyond a minute to identify who those paid trolls are ! Chinese mainland government don’t even claim Mongolia as their territory (against the Taiwan government claim of Mongolian country, as Taiwan consider themselves as successor of Qing empire) – how stupid to consider that China will claim Siberia !
> how stupid to consider that China will claim Siberia !
The millionaire sitting next to me in a China Southern machine (cheapest economy class!) defended indeed this very narrative.
But at least it was possible to have a discussion with him.
I told him that without the Stalin and the Soviet Union China might now be a part of central-Japan.
At least this convinced him a small bit.
Fortunately such ridiculous ChinaOverEverything views appear to be held by a clear minority.
The official government newspapers are in fact way too West-licking.
And youtube as as much blocked, as most other western websites, social medi (good! must be blocked!).
There are many smal biz offering VP software to bypass the IP-Filter.
This is what foreigners use.
I heard from a good friend that a Chinese who tried to use this simply open an account on youtube got arrested 3 hours later and had to stay in prison for 15 days. I asked again, and it was confirmed.
On the other hand: While trains are secured like air-planes (everything sealed off, you must board a train station, luggage checks, high security areas) – on normal land you can freely walk around as you wish, take a taxi and do whatever you like.
Police is educated, smart and friendly.
The USA is a real Police State like Izrahell, I wouldn’t put that label onto China at all.
I really love China!
But a bit real communism couldn’t harm …..
“The USA is a real Police State like Izrahell, I wouldn’t put that label onto China at all.”
This is what really surprised me when I went to China. The average person has far more freedom, or certainly far less rules and regulations in their daily lives than we have here in Australia. Less police on the streets and on the roads, and they were not armed.
The only place where I saw a lot of security was at the Canton fair. Even there, the armed security stayed mostly out of sight.
But as I have said, I only saw a tiny piece of China.
Martin from S.E.B.
As noted by you and Peter AU, in China peoples are indeed ‘absolutely free’ to enjoy citizenship, but they are ‘severely restricted’ to spread subversion against State and Party.
Looking from a political angle, ‘communism’ does not exist in China – it is a unique mix of State Capitalism and Party-backed Oligarchy controlled Economy initiated by Deng in 1980 … the system is under severe stress due to corruption – but knowing the Chinese resolve, i’m sure they will address those problems.
Argh, sorry for the typos.
Actually I have no time.
Here at least a small spelling error correction of many that would be required:

Today’s China is not a role model country but it is a neoliberal dictatorship where the communist party nomenklatura became oligarch billionaires and preferential business partners of western elites and multinational corporations. While the Chinese state institutions continue to remain soviet style, the economic system is more similar to the american one rather than the soviet or maoist economic systems.
The centrally planned state owned economy transformed into a neoliberal one. The socialist welfare state got dismantled. The vast majority of workers live miserably and get exploited by the large multinational corporations that have established operations in China.
While there are some geopolitical differences with the west, China is deeply integrated into the global economic system as a subordinate partner.

I know it first hand that every single word of what you wrote is true.
Finally somebody who knows and tells the TRUTH.
Appears the American trolls on this forum section ….are worried of a future Russian- Chinese alliance!
You?
The goal cannot be that something related to China and something related to Russia have or build something related to a partnership.
The essential thing is, that humanity finally wins the war against the words “something”/”somebody”.
The real test of this alliance will be the degree to which the Chinese and Russian armed forces become interoperable. Will the two jointly develop new fighter jets the same way USA and UK developed the F-35, or the EU developed the Eurofighter? Will Moscow be willing to purchase Chinese-made destroyers, in the same way the USA purchased the Harrier? It will be interesting to see whether or not China is invited to co-develop the S-500, or new engines for their respective stealth fighters.
China and Russia are changing worthless FIAT paper against g o l d, g o l d and otherwise g o l d, while China is also buying up important parts of the Western economy.
Here the latest ZH article about Russias gold purchases:

“China and Russia are changing worthless FIAT paper”
and why exactly does that matter?
As you have also realised /the-china-russia-alliance-is-in-full-bloom-if-you-know-where-to-look/comment-page-1/#comment-225798
The not at all multi-polar world.
It could matter _if_ it would matter.
I was in the past always hopeful.
I say in the past.
The technical possibility is there. But it’s not being used, because we have no communists nowhere anymore. Especially not in power.
In that sense I agreed with you before you attempted to contradict me.
“The technical possibility is there. But it’s not being used”
So much for the “unknown” Putin, comrade.
I knew it all the time that it can only be you.
Well, be happy, I changed some views during my travels.
But not all.
“Well, be happy, I changed some views during my travels.”
I’m unhappy that you were wrong [at least partially and relatively speaking only, of course ;-)].
I am happy that you can change (and so can I).
I know you were involved with this conversation /moveable-feast-cafe-2016-03-29/comment-page-1/#comment-224669
In my opinion SysATI’s comment was the clearest description of our problem (power) and a hint to part of the solution.
Maybe we can all change some more.
I hope so.
Hi, ok, no problem. Life is a never ending experiment. It is no bad thing to learn something new and to gradually shift attitudes.
But sorry for the moment, I really cannot read or post anything today or tomorrow.
The 4th Reich wants Propaganda fees from me which I 1st absolutely don’t have and 2nd will never pay in my entire life!
That’s what I owe the dead childs and women and civilians and freedom fighters of DonBass.
At least this!
Unfortunately the system in Germany is turning more and more into a true dictatorship.
While the police is way too soft (to the real criminals), the justice system has reached the true level of 1934.
No joke.
Back in 2 days.
Tomorrow they want to forcefully open my door.
Reminder: I don’t have a TV since 1998 and no radio since the Iraq invasion (which they really celebrated on Z-German Radio)
Normal German woman was put 61 days into _prison_ because she refuses to pay NATO-TV (while not even having a TV device at all).

Plus: Everybody who refuses to pay this and or speaks out for Russia is labeled a “far rightwing Nazi”
Moscow and Beijing could end the worries of North Koreans in a sneeze.
Just give them a nuclear umbrella and they will be able to divert that money to food instead.

1-Apr-16 World View — China close to deploying very long range DF-41 missile
China-US differences sharpen over South China Sea
This morning’s key headlines from GenerationalDynamics.com
China close to deploying very long range DF-41 missile
China is in the final phase of testing the world’s longest range missile, the DF-41, with an operational range of 14,500 km. It can travel over the Pacific Ocean and strike any city in the western US, or travel over the North Pole and strike any city in the eastern US, in each case within about half an hour.
