This is a series of talks where each talk is short and one can enjoy the long video in shorter pieces. An absolute must-listen is the convenor’s (Radhika Desai) opening statement which explains so clearly the concept of multi-polarity or pluripolarity.
The second one by Victor Gao brings a new view to how China perceives these changes in our world.
Ben Norton from Multipolarista takes a look at the influence of socialism in the Belt and Road Initiative.
All of these are worth listening to, and it is easy as the presentations are short, and one can come back to it.
Topics include: * NATO, AUKUS and the military infrastructure of the New Cold War * The evolving China-Russia relationship and the West’s response * The Biden administration’s undermining of the One China Principle * Solomon Islands and the West’s plan for hegemony in the Pacific * NATO’s plan for Ukraine and how this impacts China * Prospects for sovereign development in the Global South
Speakers: * Victor Gao (Vice President, Center for China and Globalization) * Ben Norton (Editor, Multipolarista) * Li Jingjing (Reporter, CGTN) * Jenny Clegg (Author, ‘China’s Global Strategy: Toward a Multipolar World’) * Danny Haiphong (Author, ‘American Exceptionalism and American Innocence’) * Chris Matlhako (SACP Second Deputy General Secretary) * Mustafa Hyder Sayed (Executive Director, Pakistan-China Institute) * Professor Ding Yifan (Senior Fellow, Taihe Institute, China) * Ju-Hyun Park (Writer and organizer, Nodutdol for Korean Community Development) * Rob Kajiwara (President, Peace For Okinawa Coalition) * Sara Flounders (United National Antiwar Coalition, International Action Center) * Yury Tavrovsky (Chairman, Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development)
All organizational schemes trend toward centralization. Multipolarity wont last.
I don’t agree. Your statements are devoid of meaning, for me.
Organizational schemes tend towards a higher degree of organization (whatever that means), as the name implies. Centralization is a type of organization – there are others.
Clearly the recent trend towards multipolarity is a reaction (as in action-reaction) to the centralization of power in one pole (of empire). This seems to contradict your (1st) statement.
Also, and obviously, nothing lasts for ever. So multipolarity will pass, just like unipolarity. Just like you, me and the stars.
Unipolarity has surely only happened once, and for only 30 years out of how many?
“Unipolarity has surely only happened once..”
Unipolarity requires “full spectrum dominance” was was never, or could be ever, achieved, hence the requirement of the would have liked to be hegemons create myths of how could an ongoing lateral process of transcending The Soviet Union have happened and render a simplistic notion – it was us – we won the Cold War – raising a confusing question – well then who lost? So before they lost, there was no unipolarity?
As a certain cat proposed – phenomena don’t need to be perceived to exist.
There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.
Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
The Lord killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.
He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the Lord shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.
It lasted for millions of years and it is called biodiversity. Technological emergence of one specie is anecdotal… And THAT won’t last.
Human societies and states have grown larger and larger over time, and have started controlling many aspects of human lives. But this does not mean centralization. These societies and states do not agree upon sharing power or surrendering their possessions to another society or state. That alone shows it is not centralization. Centralization means finally there will be only One Size Fits All – one religion, one language, one ideology, etc. One Size Fits All is never a good idea to run a human society; such a society will fail in the long run, because if anything arises that can kill one man, it can kill all men, and in the long run, every society comes across some idea, some germ, some enemy, that has the potential to kill most, if not all; a completely homogeneous society will be very easy to finish off.
There is a movement about state gaining more and more control upon money.
A typical American doing a shopping day will have to register “tax liable” purchase 20+ times. Putting it together will be an accounting job that will take hours to finish.
It was not like that in Medieval times. For sure they did not save every phone call in Medieval times for surveillance purpose
So, you are expecting that world is headed for another unipolarity, just Russia at the top instead of USA?
Entropy is real for everyone and everything.
As lawyers say: assumes a ‘fact not in evidence’.
This statement has the format of a statement of scientific fact with inevitability. It’s the standard way that neoliberal economists make dogma look like an inevitable fact of the nature of things. They ape physics but in actual fact its more like astrology.
“There is no alternative.” (TINA) was propaganda when Thatcher first said it and it remains so today.
Which is why carefully developing structures for the multipolar world is important. For example, a global reserve currency calculated from commodities and national currencies makes it much harder for a single nation to dominate international finance. Not impossible, harder. Or consider how the UNSC might behave if it had a mandate of consensus and acting on behalf of the general assembly. Someone will eventually break the rules or ignore them. But if humanity could get a couple of generations out multipolarity, it would be well worth it.
uni-polar hegemony is the alchemical grail for all would be empires; nato achieved something close to it after fall of iron curtain; always felt temporary; with all respect, a cursory glance at centuries of geo-political history teaches us that the opposite of your statement is true TGL,
Every multipole is an assemblage of unipoles, and when they all orient in the same direction, you get a stronger overall field strength. That’s one of great overall beauties of this very unipolar discussion. I may not be completely aligned but no one is, albeit there is a high overall field strength, even in the great diversity of the players, that I agree with.
But I do think of that great Orwell quote:
“Now I will tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently. We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites. The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods, but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives. They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal. We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now you begin to understand me.”
― George Orwell, 1984

Poles are about power, or influence. I once followed a euphemism about the ‘power’ of love, but there are also all these other powers, opposed to the power of love, and yet love is, no matter how powerless or powerful that we perceive it, and God is love.
The love of power differs from the power of love in important ways.
Please Andreï, come back soon . Now. Please.
Three monthes you’re out now.
This blog fall down, and down and down every day.
It’s a pity to see that
COME BACK!!!!
If i recall correctly, saker announced he was taking a break for health reasons.
Also, he said that if!when us enters direct confrontation, he would need to go radio silent because he lives there and doesnt want legal problems.
Methinks he is already radio silent because of that.
In any case, we will have to wait, its up to him, not us.
I think it is still top quality with very interesting contributors. Of course losing The Saker for such a lengthy time would be detrimental to the site. But this is more a reflection on the high quality of what The Saker does rather than those left. This is still a great site with those temporarily running it doing a fantastic job with very high quality, and many “must read” articles.
Whiner. All can now see that this important blog that has been able to gather contributions from many brilleiant people is Andrei’s work. But it is perfectly able to keep going in this interim. This is a frustrating moment in the SMO: great progress but at the same time it is not possible to remove the Ukrop artillery pounding Donetsk quickly.
Winners are grinners losers are whingers.
America outsourced its empire for corporate multi million dollar bounces, that simple. The beginning of the end started all the sanctions, invasions and drones.
Fake money always goes broke. Everyone else is talking their book.
Palliative care has window of two weeks so families can adjust to the sadness of the coming loss.
The way things are going, America may only have two years with laughter and celebrations. Arabs dancing with swords and Chinese sipping rice wine while handing out fortune cookies.
Or we could all die of monkey pox that escaped from a lab in Ukraine. Stranger things have happened.
There is something going on almost unnoticed – Multipolarity is a shadow of it. Vernadsky put it thus :
The Transition From the Biosphere To the Noösphere
Noös, Greek for mind, with the same root as Poet.
To quote two famous Ukrainian scientists, Vernadsky (parents Kiev Cossacks) and Alfred Lotka of Lvov.
Vernadsky wrote that at the WWII time, the Noösphere was asserting itself, almost unnoticed, and Lotka posed the riddle : Thought is not a form of energy. How then can it change material processes? Lotka could not solve it.
Planetary-wide Noösphere is after all the realm of economics, the subsumed biosphere being the realm of ecology.
So again the riddle – how can thought change material and biosphere processes (agriculture, energy generation, economics, society, and of course war)? And that planetary-wide?
Here is Vernadsky’s Biosfera, in English :
The Transition From the Biosphere To the Noösphere by Vladimir Vernadsky
Excerpt from “Scientific Thought As a Planetary Phenomenon”
https://larouchepub.com/other/2005/site_packages/vernadsky/3207bios_and_noos.html
Vernadsky
Vernadsky notes this transition is not reversible, even with interruptions, and has the character of a ruthless struggle.
It looks like some in Russia have noted this – Putin appointed Anton Vaino chief of staff, a known noösphere proponent.
That is why NATOstan looks mindless, behaves mindlessly, is savagely mindless to citizens – we look upon it from the Noösphere point of view already! We need a Noöcracy, Plato’s term of the rule of the Wise.
The sheer mindlessness of Biden, Truss, BoJo is obvious to all, and a total mystery as to why?
Even Macron in 2019 said NATO NATO is brain dead.
The craziness of Kiev, Azov, Poland Is all to well reported.
One way to make sense of this is a civilization senses it being superseded, irreversibly, by a natural law even they cannot wiggle around. This is not something “imperial” but natural law, scientifically knowable, and a ruthless struggle. This planet with its Sun, geosphere, biosphere, and noösphere is changing.
Sure, Macron said that…and then he contributed his own people to go to Mariupol. Russia hasnt yet fully responded to Macaronis direct intervention, except to shoot down the helicopters. It will be interesting to see if Macrons own brain works once Russia gives a full strategic response.
Le Pen vowed to dump NATO, as DeGaulle did previously.
That is Macron’s Joker card in the pack – France has been there, done that. No way that the crystal ball works.
NATO is now telling Z, sorry, expecting, sorry, awaiting, to cop on, sorry, whatever.
Even Blinken says we will be not be more Ukrainian, nor less, than Ukrainians, but they must deal.
Trouble is, is Z has 3 problems –
“If I don’t fight Russia I will be disappeared by the USA, UK and EU””
“If I don’t fight Russia I will be executed for treason by my Azov Nazi’s”
“When Ukraine finally understands I was bought and groomed by the West to fight a proxy war to the last Ukrainian, they will execute me for treason”
Will Z ever see his $690 million in the Caribbean?
Macron likely does not want to go Z’s way – he will see his stash in the Channel Islands.
Just imagine what Macron thinks of this :
Washington would support a possible security alliance between the UK, Ukraine, Poland and the Baltic States, the US envoy to NATO says

The Corierra dela Serra leak about a British Commonwealth of Europe was on the ball!
Excuse me, I just read the larouche link. I may be wrong as this is theory I not am able to coop up with.
But I was puking when I read it as it reminds me too much of The Rome Club and the dystopic evolution theories from the West’s environmentalists from the 1970’es.
“”Living matter” is the totality of living organisms.” “The concept of “life”. “The military/economic importance of strategic raw materials”???
These theories are for globalist psychos only who want desperately to control the world, control all life and control the planet itself and its universe, playing God.
“Strategic raw materials”, but how is it we have more oil and gas available today than ever? “The concept of life”, we meet this phrase in the old eugenics club, in Moderna’s “vaxx”, a basic theory for racism, genocides and nazism.
If someone wants the correct concept of life, read the bible and hear what Christ says.
The earth is limitless as the sun, self controlling and flexible as plasma moving in and out, but the system always remain within the same frame.
I hear Bill Gates wants to “vaxx” all living things also vegetation……………for profit.
Im not a buyer, and I hope Vaino is only one more of Putin’s playing along judo. Convincing West he is beating their drums in the globalist game.
“famous Ukrainian scientists, Vernadsky…”
Vernadsky? Ukrainian scientist?
Please stop spreading this disinformation!

Now that China has lifted 800million+ people out of poverty in the last ~40 years & Russia has lifted 46million+ of its people out of poverty in these last 20, why the success of Multi-polarity (aka Chavez’s “Pluri-polarity”) is so critical for humanity, is now 85% of the world’s people who don’t live in “the collective West” have an alternative to the billionaire oligarchs who’ve inserted themselves above political authority, i.e. the will of the people and are moving the so-called Western “liberal democracies” into the stage immediately before Fascism, i.e. Authoritarian Populism.
This is not just a geopolitical struggle for territories but a much greater struggle for the Global South to use a different economic development (Ordoliberalism) model – backed by Russia’s military & China’s financial clout – “the critical mass” (as someone else called it) – that was needed to challenge US world domination.
After these last ~300 years of the West’s rampant industrialization, colonialism & exploitation, this is truly the start of a huge advance for humanity – which may even result in the end of world hunger and world poverty over the next 30 years, or so.
Stay tuned folks – it’s an incredibly excited time to be alive!
Perfect reasoning, you re reading the sleeve cards, the hidden road map,Unc Davy.
One of the best discussions on the current situation in geopolitics and economics today that i have ever had the privilege to listen to. The only thing i would ask for is perhaps a list of timestamps to indicate when each speaker begins so we can skip forward to those we are particularly interested in hearing as this is a fairly long video and not everyone will have the time for all of it.
Thank you for reposting this here, i hope this excellent channel gets the wide exposure it deserves.
I needed it myself, so here is my share:

Great to hear from Victor Gao – China’s policy.
I really regret this multipolarity effort is leaning towards, and is led by, people connected to Socialism. It won’t work. Socialism does not work, as any collectivist totalitarian ideology/regime, and Chinese Communism is really a collectivist totalitarian BS, no matter what people say about its supposed success.
I hopeI’m not being too naive, and I do hope Russia, which I enthusiastically support (because I admire the Russian people and culture, and think Mr. Putin is the most successful Head of State/Government in the 21st century), does not fall into this trap of “Socialism” and “Communism”.
If Russia sticks to and promotes freedom, entrepreneurship, and fundamental and traditional values (including religion), it will have the chance of really being a game changer in the international arena.
It is worth mentioning also that despite all this talk about “multipolarity” and all, the Chinese Communist regime is well known around the world for promoting colonialist and mercantilist policies, and supporting some utterly bad and corrupt governments (like Cuba and Venezuela). Just like the US and the EU do everywhere. No difference whatsoever.
It is a warning to Russians: a commercial and geopolitical alliance with China and other Socialist/Communist regimes is OK for strategic purposes, but do not embrace this ideological BS. It will hurt you in the end and take Russia along a path of destruction and loss of importance and influence.
An imperial, ordering, giving advice to Russia and China?
Those days are gone, the London/WallStreet regime in self-destructing under your very feet.
Laughable to pontificate when the ground itself collapses :

Putin will address western financial carnage at SPIEF this week.
Yes, “bonbon.” We missed this latest fiasco with the BIG Banks in the US: Citigroup, JP Morgan, and three others.
Wall Street On Parade: 6/15/2022:
“The five megabanks that the Office of Financial Research says make up the core of the U.S. financial system have lost a combined $300 billion in market cap year-over-year and the Fed is still tightening monetary policy.
But that’s not even the worst of the news. U.S. megabanks are heavily interconnected to foreign megabanks through trillions of dollars in notional derivatives. Despite the economic devastation in 2008 from derivatives, the Fed and Congress have continued to allow foreign megabanks to serve as counterparties to U.S. megabanks’ derivatives. (U.S. megabanks also serve as counterparties to each other’s derivatives.)
The share prices of foreign megabanks are doing even worse than those of U.S. megabanks. Credit Suisse’s ADR closed on Friday on the New York Stock Exchange at $6.17, a year-over-year decline of more than 40 percent. Nomura has lost more than 30 percent year-over-year while the serially-troubled Deutsche Bank, which was a $120 stock in 2007, closed on Friday in New York at $9.98.”
And while the Big Five Banks are having problems, with a 14-15% Inflation in the US, Dr. Michael Hudson states all this being caused by the US Monopolists (gas, natural gas, water, retail corporations, real estate, grocery store chains, etc.) ALL Monopolists, in other words, are maximizing their multi-billion $$ profits.
The way we read all this is: the US $$ Hegemony is faltering (at best) and they have lost control of what China, Russia, Eurasia, and other nations are doing to better themselves far from the reaches of the US$$ Hegemony.
You can’t have a world hegemony like ours, if more and more nations are removing themselves from the Iron Grip of the US Dollar.
$300 billion big money for some, pocket money for others.
Alexandre, the issues here is how different methods of ideology can work together in one cohesive whole.
I really think you should go and listen to the first two presentations.
Cuba and Venezuela corrupt? vs what? Socialism does not work? Have you taken a look at China lately, socialism with Chinese characteristics, and their poverty alleviation?
The idea is that the human task on this earth is bigger than ideologies, and that we work together according to a set of international laws, set by the world for themselves.
The alternative is of course you remain in whatever will be left of those that think they own the world, i.e., single polar, one boss prescribing to all others – the way this boss is describing it now, is democracy vs autocracy. Please don’t fall for that.
All countries have a certain degree of socialism, for if they didn’t the world would be in a constant stage of revolutions. Certain people/countries try to give socialism a bad name, mostly the capitalist ones, for they don’t wish to lose a bit of that profit. The U.S. is a good example of that as they sell their military hardware for ever more wars which are created by taxpayer dollars while millions live in poverty, perhaps another million or two live on the sidewalks under railroad trestles and other places seeking shelter, but seeing there is no profit in poverty they don’t even bother to address it and the American people are no different for all they care about is number one.
If you could at least be consistent with. If we are to believe your words, “the communist dictatorship supports the dictatorship in Venezuela and Cuba”. Either you are fundamentally intellectually dishonest, or you are utterly ignorant. The one who saved the “dictatorship” of Venezuela is Putin. Apparently you would have liked to see Guaido’s democracy triumph…
We immediately see Western supremacy, in fact rampant racism… China has forced how many countries to trade with it?
@Alex
The statement that socialism does not work denotes a fixed mind set. It implies that it is capitalism or failure. However, capitalism has its faults too. For example, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics falsifies the unemployment percentage by categorizing the long term unemployed as “not in the workforce” instead of unemployed. The real rate is about 20% and the problem is that unemployment benefits run out after a year. The issue confronting young people is student loan debt of at least $100,000 with an interest rate of 8% that the banks create out of thin air. Industrial capitalism, does actually produce useful goods for sale, but financial capitalists are just parasitic without contributing anything in return. The return of money creation to the US Treasury would soon fix that.
One should not confuse socialism with communism, where the state owns all means of production, because bureaucracies are inherently inefficient. However, in order to function satisfactorily, societies do need an adequate social safety net, for example universal free medical care at the point of delivery and benefits that are not just a temporary fix. A universal basic income would solve a lot of those problems and be much more efficient to administer.
The Federally mandated minimum wage has remained at $7.25 per hour for the past thirty years, although some State governors have increased theirs to $15 per hour, which is still inadequate and not geared to the cost of living, especially now with the doubling of energy costs.
– or example universal free medical care at the point of delivery
A closer look at free health care will reveal that whether “free” or not people will have to pay for health care at some point. Cuba has free health care, paid by Cubans.
Cuba:
– If you are healthy you have to pay for free helath care for others
Majority on the Saker are Liberal voters?
Having Obama-Biden to “defend” USA will never work of course.
Meaning USA is facing
– Russia
– China
– Own traitors
I could agree with you in the basic.
Western socialism (democrats, social-democrats, leftists) is all about slavery in the end, they have their ideological roots in old slave ranches, KKK, and Rockefeller’s think tanks and soft value money.
But the third world socialism is different. We talk about Samba socialism, China’s socialism is about 1,4 billion people living a decent life, Cuba and Venezuela socialism is to avoid being exploited by brutal US casino capitalism like Haiti.
I mean you cant just compare and throw 1,4 billion Chinese out to “freedom” and Western chatting democracy. it wont work either.
How the Liberals at RT and the Saker view the world
– The use of the concept of a revolt here is not accidental. The West is promoting a liberal world order based on clear ideological assertions. These include the market economy; the globalization of standards, trade and technologies; liberal democracy as the only acceptable political form for the organization of states; an open society and a diversity of cultures and ways of life; and its interpretation of human rights.
https://www.rt.com/russia/557231-ivan-timofeev-its-about-more/
West is viewed as “neo-con” and “marketliberalism” by the Liberals.
China (tax rate 17%) and Russia (tax rate 15%) is viewed as “socialism”, while US (tax rate 130%?) is viewed as exploitive capitalism.

The only cauldrons I am familiar with are from Act 1 Scene One of Shakespeare’s Macbeth with the 3 witches and the cauldron of drinking establishments I frequented in central London, regularly.
At Az Osint they gave maps, one in Zolote, can’t remember the other region, with Russia creating 2 cauldrons yesterday. No mention on the Military Summary.
Anyone?
There will soon be taverns in “New Russia” (Novorossia).

Thank you for this informative panel. I especially am grateful for the segment on Luchu (Okinawa) of whose history I was almost completely ignorant. Thank you also for the series posted previously on American imperialism’s destructive influence on Japanese culture. Luchu has been the unfortunate victim of the imperialist policies of both Japan and the US and more publicity must be given to its plight.
I had the privilege of entertaining Radhika Desai and husband Alan in my home a few years back. They were friends/near neighbours in London 15 years ago before moving to Canada.
Radhika also convened an online meeting with Michael Hudson and a dozen others a few months back.
She was kind enough to give me a copy of her book, although I found it a bit hard going, very academic.
The dollar is key. Its purchasing power is based on military power and financial hegemony. This is ending. Once the dollar is replaced by local currencies in trade and finance the dollar will go home and become a local curency again. The hundreds of military bases will cease to be. This process has started and will be automatic. We can sit back and relax.
Extremely beautiful woman.
This enlightening discussion will be very welcome.
Whether in Socialist or Capitalist systems, the concentration of power / decision making in a few hands invariably leads to poor decisions and capure by the ‘well connected,’ whether nationally or internationally.
Thus in the USA, all the government regulatory agencies of food / medicines / agriculture / manufacturing are controled by the industries supposedly regulated. Even the USA military is closely controled by the Military Industrial Complex, which funds political campaigns and provides senior officers with handsome retirement jobs and so on.
100 years ago, a band of British writers — such as G K Chesterton, Hilaire Belloc — suggested that these issues required a fundamental dispersal of power and placing control in the hands of those directly affected by the decisions.
Curiously, one senior USA general, Douglas MacArthur, was persuaded by these British thinkers and reformed Japanese farming along such lines. In the space of a few years, a Japanese peasantry, ground down by generations of poverty, became productive, middle-class farmland-owners. Meanwhile 40 +/- historic landowning families received compensation funds to invest in newly created car / electronic / photographic and other industries. When asked, the same general also reformed Taiwanese agriculture and launched that backward country into a comparable economic miracle.
Many are familiar with the concept of Japanese ‘quality circles’ in manufacturing. Actually these are an extension of the same idea of decentralised power. Manufacturing is a very complicated business and the best decision makers are those intimately involved in producing carburetors / seats / engines and so on.
The real alternative to Socialism / Capitalism is decentralisation.
Intuitively true.
As I know West a municipality will be where some small group decide municipality need an “all season road” costing $10 mill for 100 inhabitants, where the construction entrepreneur is part of the small group, and this corruption is systemic.
re “West’s plan for hegemony in the Pacific”; living in the fascist Zionist occupied Australia I have a dog in this fight.
I am hoping that ZUSA starts a fight that will cause it’s total destruction both outside and inside the North American continent, and China wipes out all US military/CIA/NSA installations and bases that defiantly sit on the Australian land mass.
And with those scum bags gone maybe we can grow some balls and be a truly independent nation.
@ grr — Like you I’m mostly able to post near the end of the comments:) Being also an Australian I am 100% backing up your hopes. It is impossible for me to be proud to be Australian — because it’s insulting to be a poodle that sucks up to the demands of the War Mongering USA. Unfortunately we also have the 2 main Govt sponsered TV stations ( ABC & SBS) pumping out anti-Russian & anti China propaganda 24/7 -along with rest of MSM. Plus a handful of war mongering Politicians. Australia is going to pay a heavy price for tying itself to the USA !
The USA has never, in recent history, utilized a “true” free market capitalism. The Austrian School of Economics is true free market capitalism (that works), but the USA oligarchs (The Fed) seems hell bent on Keynesian Economics which doesn’t work, especially combined with their otherwise terrible and greedy fiscal policies. Imperialism was NEVER the intent of the Founding Fathers of the USA. The average working American work paycheck to paycheck, struggles to save, don’t own stocks and is just waking up to what the American government and three-letter agencies have REALLY been up to.
No habrá gente decente.
I agree with your opinion.
America is a terrible country. She founded the country by killing all the indigenous people. Great Britain is also guilty. The food buffalo also became extinct.
The atomic bomb was dropped on Japan in World War II. Germany-Don’t be put down by Eataly. Since World War II, he has been spending money on the military-industrial complex in Korea, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, ETC and this time in Ukraine. Japan is worse than America. The 1% dominate the 99% and 50% of people can’t eat three times. All profits are tribute to America, and the 1% of people who receive the spills make a difference.
I have lived for 74 years and Japan is no longer good. I want Trump to win the US midterm elections. Mr. Kissinger is also 99 years old. There will be no decent people. Sanctions on Russia are in Russia’s interests. Earn a lot of money with the resources. The German chancellor is a fool, so this winter is cold.
MacArthur was alerting the military-industrial complex.
