Trump’s America is still a superpower. It was supported by no less than eight other countries, including Honduras, Guatemala, Palau, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Togo, Nauru and southern Sudan and do not forget Israel.
The resolution passed with an overwhelming majority of 128-9, the UN General assembly declares the US’ recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel ‘null and void.’
It took Donald Trump a year to reduce American world hegemony into dust. Surely this is not a bad thing. Trump promised to make ‘America Great Again,’ he certainly accomplished the first stage of his mission. For America to be great it better be small and insignificant first.
The vote today is a clear message to America and Israel. Sympathy is not running out, it is basically over.
Oh! Canada…Hellyer warned us and the Magnitsky blind voting the blind…with buddy bronfman rumrunning the Boards…the ‘center’ was never meant to hold. Mary Christmas and Temple-ON!
The performance of Trump in the White House and Nikki Haley in the General Assembly of the UN was a masterpiece of ineptitude. I could not believe what the two of them had said. They basically issued imperial decrees to all member states, saying you either support us, or else. Nothing but threats and political blackmail. In all honesty I was not sure how the vote would go. I did not expect overwhelming support for the US, even though some analysts stated it was a foregone conclusion that the US would get its way. However, even I was astonished by the colossal defeat of the US. No doubt this is a shock for both the US Government and the Washington political establishment.
I have written before that Washington is having a tough time understanding the current situation in the world, not knowing what it really had to do. The performance of Trump and Haley proved this. The world rejected their imperial decrees. The consequences of this are going to be pretty catastrophic. Even small countries are now going to be encouraged to distance themselves from the US, looking towards Russia and China, and both must be astonished by the foolishness the US showed in the UN. This resolution will make history. It marked the end of the US as a great political factor on the international scene, at least from the psychological point of view. Now all eyes will be pointed towards Russia and China, and both will enjoy huge political esteem.
Gilad,
South Sudan abstained it was not one of the 9 & if it was included that would make 10 incld. USA not 9. Here is a screen shot of the vote:

It is funny to look at hat countries voted for what.
I belive it says so much about the political spectrum, and the dominance of the regimes in those countries.

Those voting against are well American stooges, they are littery in the USAs pockets. Then there are the countries whom did not vote, hence helping the American cause.
Here we have Argentina with the new government they got for not long ago, and then there are the usual suspects. Well Mexico, Canada, Colombia they have 0 independence so they have to vote like they do.
And then looking at Europe, we got Bosnia, Czech, Croatia, Latvia, Hungary and Romania. Take special note in the joke that Bosnia did not vote, i write this for those whom where yapping about the Saker not “getting the dynamics” of the Serbian and NATO war he wrote some articles back.
Then we have the rest of the world. Here Philippines and maybe Paraguay or of some interest.
Make your own conclusions, cause it cant be more illustrative. heh!
The point is that even some of the stooges voted against the US, including US NATO allies. This is complete and utter humiliation of the US, and Nikki Haley’s performance at the UN was unbelievable by the foolishness she showed. The world is indeed changing, and the US is having a tough time understanding this, still living in the past.
“Then there are the countries whom did not vote, hence helping the American cause. ”
I guess that is one way to view it.
But I assumed that those who abstained were actually avoiding voting no. That is, they really belong in the “yes” column but were afraid to actually vote yes.
Katherine
in Canada’s case, they were apparently going to vote yes until Haley issued her blackmailing speech, but were so offended that they abstained instead.
Best part was before: “We’ll be taking names!”
After: “We’ll remember this vote!” HAHA!!!
Yeah, come on you dimwitted buffoons, sanction 128 countries in response! I dare you! I double dare you!
I always use the analogy that the US behaves like a wounded beast, trying to scare potential predators off with a terrifying scream… this pathetic showing at the UN they displayed this week they looked more like a screeching, stuck pig.
The US seems to mass produce brain dead demented harpies like Haley, Rachel Madcow, Maxine Waters, Power, Rice, Mensch (a British import.) There must be a factory cloning them somewhere.
“Trump’s America is still a superpower. It was supported by no less than eight other countries, including Honduras, Guatemala, Palau, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Togo, Nauru and do not forget Israel.”
LOL
There were about 30 abstentions, curious who they are.
To be fair, though, the humiliation of the vote applies more to israel and their zionazi enforcer network of quislings and traitors. The usa, by publicly announcing their total subservience with this Jerusalem nonsense, and by being israel’s all round suka malchik, has already been humiliated to the max. The country probably couldn’t sink any lower…well, maybe. When it comes to zionazi colonial’s, there really is no floor to the depravity and debasement.
Palau and the Marshalls are little more than US territories that, for whatever reason, have voting rights in the UN
The vote was 128 against the US.Including most of the world’s major countries. With only seven US stooges voting with the US and Israel to make 9 in total. Leaving 35 not brave enough to vote against the US,nor craven enough to vote with the US, so instead abstaining (including Canada and Mexico). And finally 21 countries too terrified of the US to even show up to vote at all.
RT had a link to Greenwald showing the results, thanks Veritas.

I noticed India voted yes, apparently the Modi government is not as zionazi influenced as netanyahoo would have hoped. :-D
The world will not be saved by vote. Donald and Bibi are only showing the facts on the ground, not empty words in the air. The UN is useless in the real world. Those who voted against Jerusalem are the very ones who made Jerusalem possible. Jesus would stride into the UN Hall of Infamy and call them hypocrites and whitewashed sepulchers, as he did in the Jerusalem Temple, of which only a wailing wall is left.
Jews need to get over their God-complex. Jerusalem is for all of humanity. Trump’s castle move is a first step in that direction. Jesus laid down the law of love. The Love Army seconds it. When Jesus saw this day, he wept and said: “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those who are sent to you! How often have I longed to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings but you would have none of it!”
Let the US move its embassy to the Holy City, and let all nations follow suit. A New Jerusalem has been promised. A sign of that will be when Palestinians are made full citizens in their own land, and Jerusalem becomes the fourth great city state, after Rome, London and Washington, a womam dome to match three manly obelisks. Mark my words, it will happen when the Love Army’s Ten Commandments of Love are given their due, which will be individualized by me and you.
Love, Dennis, from the Love Cafe
Sadly, it’s true that the UN is a hollow giant.
Sadly, the mouthbreathing knuckledraggers from Washington have a large army of brainwashed trained murderers, and no empire has ever quietly receeded into oblivion. There will be war.
Jerusalem is a symbol of many things to many people, I understand that, although I don’t care for it at all. I couldn’t care less if it stands for another thousand years or burns to the ground tomorrow morning.
What pisses me off is that a fourth generation of Palestinians is being born in the refugee camps all over the middle east. They can not sit at their computer in their own homes and write this in comfort and safety, like I’m doing right now. That’s the unresolved issue that must not be forgotten.
By the way, those who are interested in biblical prophecies – the part about the fig tree living for three scores and ten years… the time is up next year, 2018. Just saying.
Surely the current US elites would have been saddened that their major $$ support saving were not realised when the voters for didn’t include Israel
Will the zionazis double down and follow through with their threats (as vomited via trump and haley)? Or will they do a “strategic retreat” and try to carry out their threats only on a select few?
Yes, the follow-up on threats and “taking names” will be interesting to monitor.
Trump might be able to salvage something from the “empty threat” situation if Haley can be made to take the fall.
Get moved to a new job.
Patsy Haley.

I was reading the Brookings Institute publication “Which Path to Persia” and trying to figure out how this Jerusalem move might have something to do with it. With respect to a US military attack on Iran, the publication said that America would have to do it alone because no other states would agree to be involved and no other states would allow American aircraft to be based in their countries for the purpose of such an attack. (which may be the reason for permanent American bases in Syria) If America were to attack Iran, pretty much the rest of the world, except for Israel would have serious problems with this. If the US decides to go it alone, not being in the UN would be advantageous to America.
The article said that an Iranian attack on America would definitely be required to get the war started and it would have to be a bad one to get full US citizen support. Trump and Haley being humiliated at the UN may be the catalyst for Trump to pull out of the UN, and recognizing Jerusalem as the capital may be the catalyst for Iran to execute their false flag to get things underway.
Or maybe they’re just really stupid
What do you think MH370 was????
Two Iranians, Pouria Nour Mohammad Mehrdad and Delavar Seyed Mohammad Reza boarded with false passports; passports that normally would have been detected prior to boarding, but wasn’t.
And other suspects, including one who supposedly looked like the black Italian soccer player, Mario Balotelli, but has never been named and thus had to be one of the five passengers that pulled their luggage and ran.
The BBC Persia also ran part of the story to cover this stuff-up, and I’ve already identified the ‘middleman’ Kazam Ali as Ari ben Menashe, the former SAS/MI6 assassin, who has so many hits for the CIA it isn’t funny.
Now answer one simple question; What would Britain and NATO have done had MH370 with two Iranian terrorists on board killed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge while they were honeymooning in The Maldives?
Much the same as what happened in 1914 when the Grand Duke Ferdinand and his wife Sophie were assassinated.
And remember NATO was already in the Crimea at that time.
I’m not really following this. Are you saying there was a CIA plot to take out Catherine and William by crashing a hijacked jetliner into them? And then blame it on the Iranians? So as to gain Nato wide support to destroy Iran? Then why didn’t it work?
And Brave Australia, the American Deputy Dawg, also abstained. I wonder if PM Turnbull will be replaced by Julie Bishop just as the last abstainer, Kevin Rudd was replaced by Julia Gillard
The line is typically quoted (or misquoted, as in “methinks the lady doth protest too much”) to suggest that someone who is strongly denying something is hiding the truth,[2] or to imply doubt in a person’s sincerity.[4] The phrase can be used this way even when the subject is male.[3]
In rhetorical terms, the phrase can be thought of as indicating an unintentional apophasis—where the speaker who “protests too much” in favor of some assertion puts into others’ minds the idea that the assertion is false, something that they may not have considered before.[5][original research?]
The quotation’s meaning has changed somewhat since it was first written:[original research?] whereas in modern parlance “protest” in this context often means a denial, in Shakespeare’s time to “protest” meant “to make protestation or solemn affirmation”.[6]
I’ve pondered this since Trump made his announcement and have begin to see a underlying possible motive while playing the right card at this particular moment in history. This has been sitting on the desks of several past presidents and nothing has been done by any of them. Why now, against any reason would this move be taken? We have in the west allowed the agenda of the neo cons and their list of countries to be destroyed, one after another with the knowledge that Lebanon and Iran are in the cross hairs of Israel and the Deep State. If the Western Countries will not stand up against this genocide against the world and the remarkable undertaking by Russia, Iran, Hesbolla, to save Syria from this madness, perhaps, just perhaps and I pray that the rest of the world as indicated in the vote has shown it no longer will be bullied and will finally say, ” we have had enough “. And who gave them this chance to show the world, but not the nut bar at the UN, but Trump.
A very interesting proposition.
Not beyond possible.
Trump has to have a lot of experience with feints and jabs from his deal making days.
The problem with this idea is Kushner. His son-in-law. His beloved daughter’s shtubby.
As much as anything else this whole scenario harks back to Shakespeare in the sense that the royal family’s mess is the country’s mess/dysfunction.
Katherine
All the talk and political posturing comes to naught as “Israel” allows it’s young military people to shoot Palestinian children and toddlers with high powered rifles in order to justify “Israel’s” conjured existence in that region
