They sell the shise that Russia had nothing to fear from NATO expansion into Ukraine. Is that why they have and are spending billions to try and nazifi this chernozem. This was a plan from the day the drunk Yeltsin gave USSR away. When the color revolutions failed, they were working to prepare this conflict. To limit energy sanctions they attempted to bring Syria to heal, so they could build pipelines across its territory and bring natural gas and oil from the Middle East and avoid the present crunch, but that failed, so now they are scrambling. The comment by the Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov that Hitler was Jewish has become the big news for Canada’s drama teacher PM whose father called out the army during the FLQ crisis created by the RCMP (they burned buildings and blamed it on the Quebecers) in order to crush the nationalist FLQ. This same PM gets a $200,000 holiday junket paid for by a lobbyist and people listen to this intellectual fruit fly.
@ Vuki
“To limit energy sanctions they attempted to bring Syria to heal, so they could build pipelines across its territory and bring natural gas and oil from the Middle East and avoid the present crunch, but that failed, so now they are scrambling.”
We have mostly forgotten the connection between the assault on Syria and the planned pipeline from the Qatar to Europe as an alternative to energy imports from Russia. With the Ukraine “safely” in NATOland, the Hegemon would then control the flow. They lost the Syria route and will not get the keys for the Ukrainian one either.
It’s part of the same war to choke Russia.
One also has to think of the Levant Gas Field off the Med coast which a certain country (one mainly behind US foreign policy and also the attack on Syria and Lebanon) wanted to get their grubby hands on. They’ve seen the writing on the wall and are now trying desperately to move from their dying host onto another to parasite from.
The idea was to supply gas to the EU via the Med and control the pipelines but that idea got foiled when Syria didn’t roll over. This action in The Ukr is of a similar nature with the Gas Field off the Donbas but also it was meant to be a bug out from the M.E. for them as well. A return to ancestral lands with a fat pipeline to the EU for their welfare.
Thinks just don’t seem to be working out for them and Russia and China are not keen on being parasited either.
Exactly that as well, and no regrets or charges against the warmongers from the West and the Middle East.
Sorry, he flipped the jabby juice company he owned for a cool $500 mil…..200gs is chump change when dealing with that grifter …..still, nice of Canadians to roll up their sleeves to help the poor bastard out.

I have an impression that Mr Andrei, as always damn right and to the point, must have studied Tesla, especially some of his adages, one of which goes like that……….”If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”. Inestimable in its wisdom and depth of intelectual honesty. However contemporary science has lost its genius too. Think for a moment if this could/would break the monopoly of Rockefeller medicine………….? Could we live in a complete different world worrying only if the sun rises yellow or orange? Possible, but if probable?……….. This man was a genius, absolute genius, like Tesla, despite the allegedly different scientific discipline. How it is possible that Azovs in Azovstal still have internet?
I think you pay for ‘data’ and you can link to all kinds of stuff….and as long as you pay, you can communicate….. someday in the distant future someone may develop a system for jamming signals of all types, you know like uav signals, and comms channels and all kinds of nifty stuff but looking at the constant drone strikes and anti drone missile strikes, Azov talking to Elinsky…..jamming signals is for future wars, no one ‘appears’ to have that capacity……….yet.
Since Azovstal is in effect a prison, prisoners have internet.
Of course no one monitors it !! Not even the new DHS truth ministry run by Nina Jankowicz who advised Kiev.
Tucker Carlson explains : This the point where we have to draw the line

The fellas in trap are permitted to use comm so that RF elint can listen. I am quite sure that RF can jam, but prefers to listen to chatter. They are drawing indictments, the chatter provides great evidence and probably tactical value. The push to talk button gives away position.
I am wondering about the power source, there must be lights and vents and sump pumps…assume diesel gensets, time to failure eg running outta fuel, etc,,, tictictic.
High-ranking NATO officers are connected through satellite.
I am really enjoying the flood of propaganda where Canada disowns the General just captured at Azovstal. Suddenly it’s all over the “news” that he resigned over sexual misconduct and fled to Ukraine. He supposedly resigned on April 5 and traveled to Ukraine, somehow ending up in surrounded Mariupol with the nazis.
Apparently he is denying the charges. Maybe he’ll spill his guts about NATO now that Canada cashed him out. As a mercenary he faces the death penalty.
The fact remains, US and her allies lie at the highest state level and from the highest UN rostrum, and we have been so propagandized that most people in the West blame Russia for liberating the World of NAZISM. .
I loved the idea of letting him hang but I’d do a pair of weird prisoner swaps for him:
Trade the Canuck (or anyone really) for Assange to be free in Russia.
Trade the Canuck for Freeland and lock her up in max for life!
Whoever posted the Assange trade idea here (this is where I saw it first) it’s a great idea. Think of how pissed off the US/UK would be. TWOFER!!!!
Mr. Martyanov’s comments are always insightful, to the point and factual. I enjoy listening to what he has to say.
This anti-Russian hysteria is very planned. Those with visions of world control know they need to humble Russia. But this attack is not just against Russia. It is against every human on earth who wishes to be free and left alone. Everyone must be brought to such a terrible state that submission to the overlords is the only thing left.
We better pray that Russia does not get humbled or destroyed in the coming war. Life is already going to be very difficult for all people of the west. If the unthinkable happens it is the end!
“But this attack is not just against Russia. It is against every human on earth who wishes to be free and left alone. Everyone must be brought to such a terrible state that submission to the overlords is the only thing left.”
Yes, yes and yes!
This is in fact the only point Mr Martyanov misses when he calls the rats in charge of the West Asylum idiots and incompetents who ruin the European economies: that it is not a consequence of blind imbecility but that it is DELIBERATE. Not that there is a scarcity of imbecility at the lower levels of the vast supranational bureaucracy but the agenda is set from higher up. The ‘Great Reset’ demands destruction first: Condoleeza Rice’s “creative chaos”

Anyone can tell me how Russia so easily, apparently, destroys the S-300 used by Ukraine against the RF?
My suspicion is that the Russians have a code to bypass the system in order to get through. This would be normal, as it would be naive to believe that none of these systems could never be used against their maker.
Here is a link to one of destroyed S-300
https://t.me/intelslava/27631
For the S-300 to work, you need a bunch of things… a single unit is I believe ~20 vehicles. If you can’t fuel it, it won’t fire. If your passive array is destroyed, you need to use active radar (and instantly become a target). If you don’t have all the radars set up and interlinked, it’s hard to target. Etc. Etc.
The ones that still exist are a serious threat and one of the reasons that you see many fighters flying ~50 m above the ground. More than that, and manpads are a threat, above 10000ft, the manpads won’t work, but the S-300 can lock and destroy you from 100km. I don’t think UKR has many full systems left intact but they are still very dangerous bits of equipment. I don’t believe there is a cheat code (other than understanding that there are tactics that can destroy them). It’s too easy to find in the firmware, and these are old models that UKR has upgraded themselves. UKR could and did produce serious hardware (they were one of the main factories of the Soviet Union).
In this case though, I believe it was drones spotting for artillery that did the job. You can’t use S-300 on drones, it just isn’t cost effective… and the heavy Russian artillery can launch smart shells up to 40 km.
NATO heavy artillery can launch smart shells up to 40 km I believe. Russian heavy artillery can launch shells up to 90-120 km.
Their 203mm Malka (2S7) has a range of over 55km (using rocket-assisted ammunition). The latest self propelled gun (Koalitsya, or 2S35) has a range of over 80km (155mm smart rounds).

Just so you know, the US is definitely preparing for expanded operations.
When Top Gun (1986) it was screened :
1. Film producer John Davis said it was a recruiting video for the Navy, that people saw the movie and said, “Wow! I want to be a pilot.” The Navy had recruitment booths in some theaters to attract enthusiastic patrons,

Top *Gun Maverick, of course.

UK MoD peddling such delusional prpaganda rubbish
eg
According to the MoD, from 2005 to 2018 Russia pumped billions into its ‘New Look’ military modernisation project, investing heavily in its land, air and sea capabilities. This has seen the development of new missile systems (that have been hailed by President Vladimir Putin as being superior to western equivalents), the overhaul of its Soviet-era tactics and the procurement of more modern military equipment. However, despite spending more than $65billion on its military in 2021, Russia’s invading forces have so far been duds – and have been unable to dominate Ukraine due to poor strategy and execution, the MoD said. In an update yesterday, the MoD said that Russia has lost a quarter of its combat forces deployed in Ukraine since the beginning of the invasion. According to intelligence experts, Russia committed more than 120 battalion tactical groups, some 65 per cent of their entire ground combat strength. As a result, Putin’s forces have been wakened ‘both materially and conceptually,’ the MoD said in its daily update on the situation in Ukraine. Western sanctions mean it will take years for the country’s military to recover from its losses…”
Jeez . how do they believe this.. also Putin is afraid of a successor in case they want to assassinate him…
Bojo spoke live via internet
to the Rada today.. selling his soul and UK to the psychopaths.
Kyrylo Budanov said it is ‘unrealistic’ to expect the Kremlin to completely withdraw its forces from Ukraine.
When asked if Putin could end the war alive, he told The New Voice of Ukraine: ‘Leaving him a way to retreat is one of the strategies, but it is almost unrealistic.
Ukraine
‘He is a war criminal for the whole world. This is his end, he drove himself into a dead end.’
The spy chief did not propose any suggestions for how Putin might die.
But he said he believes it could spark a political crisis in Russia, which could see the country divided
Many Western analysts have claimed Putin wants to claim some sort of victory or major escalation by Russia’s Victory Day on May 9, which celebrates the Soviet Union’s defeat over Nazi Germany.
Budanov said he believes Putin is now scrambling to mobilise more forces ahead of the symbolic day.
The move relieves pressure on Kharkiv, which Putin’s men were intending to capture and which has been heavily shelled, while also threatening the main Russian supply route for forces currently fighting in nearby Donbas.
American intelligence says Russia launched 30 missiles against targets inside Ukraine yesterday, while artillery continued to pound defensive positions in an attempt to soften them up for troops to attack.
Despite the heavy shelling, Russian gains have been ‘tepid’, the Pentagon said.
Both sides are said to be suffering heavy casualties in the region, though Russia’s losses are widely expected to be worse than Ukraine’s.
Russia’s slow advances are due to commanders trying to preserve troops after units were mauled in the failed effort to capture Kyiv, the US says.
Wait wait, so let me get this straight. Russia is advancing, but its a slow advance. Russia is preserving troops, but only because they got mauled ‘failing to capture Kiev’. Ukraine is losing A LOT of troops, but its OK because Russia is losing more.
And its Russia that is going to have a political crisis and be divided? Not perhaps…. Ukraine? Or even America?
They always talk about Russia’s time table. What is Ukraine’s time table for when they will take back the Donbas, Crimea, and Mariupol?
that will be make believe fantasy. Hope to god that soon western idiots wake up to realisation. Just as vague and unintentional as their Minsk negotiations and current peace negotiations.
Not all western idiots are asleep. Most know the truth but cannot circumvent the brainwashing / reprogramming. For example, I know several Americans that fall into a few categories.
The diehard patriot, even if it means being anti humanitarian (props to them, because these people exist in every country even on the right side / Zone B).The patriots know they are brainwashed but they embrace it as nationalism, at least they stay true to a side.
Then you have the “neo-woke-ist, social justice warrior”, these are the people that are extremely brainwashed but deny being brainwashed. They will back the narrative and ridicule those that do not. These are the people responsible for cancel culture. When shown the same statistics or objective information that disagrees with their position, they shutdown and make the argument an emotional thing, or discontinue the conversation. They are ignorant and cannot handle the truth.
You also have people like myself, who know the truth and embrace it. These are not such a small minority, it only seems like that because our voices are censored or canceled. For example, I have taken moderately harsh stances on social media against the brainwashing narrative of the west, only to be banned or temporarily restricted from platforms. I like to think of these people like the people of Zion from the Matrix, unplugged, even if to a small degree. Theres a lot of them, but they’re seemingly hard to find for those that only exist in the confines of the Matrix.
Lastly, you have the capitalist / individualists. These are the people that live for their 9-5 jobs, and do not give a damn about politics, foreign affairs, or even basic trivia. They are usually very hard working people, and see political issues as a waste of their time. Often enough they can be convinced of the truth, but will laugh it off and argue that they cannot do anything about it other than go to work the next day. Push them towards the truth too much and they get irritated, because it affects their motivation to stay in the matrix like system they love.
– And its Russia that is going to have a political crisis and be divided?
Time for you to start prepping. These guys could not care less if your children have no food for a week
– BlackRock and Vanguard. BlackRock and Vanguard are also the top shareholders in Union Pacific, the railroad giant that moves fertilizer and other agriculture inputs all across the country.
– The world’s top 10 food companies are also largely owned by both BlackRock and Vanguard. These include Nestlé, PepsiCo, General Mills, Kellogg’s, Associated British Foods, Mondel?z, Mars, Danone, Unilever, and Coca-Cola.
(Now they are restricting transport of fertilizer, and also burning down food processing plants at record level. If you are white and and not an idiot, you are a target)
You are a Spinal Tap fan? Love it!!! Your taste in tastelessness is awesome!!!!!
Andrei M,
TOP GUN film – most people even in Disneyland US arent that stupid to think they will get a F14 and babe enlisting in navy aviation – and Kelly isnt that hot – only a 6.5 out of 10. I didnt really like her when I saw the film in 1986.
A better film to quote in contradiction is “An Officer & A Gentleman” 1981 – does anyone think Richard Gere’s character would volunteer to fight Russia ? Or would he exit the navy.
Anyone in the west volunteering to fight in UKN are fools.
But there is a way to deal with this.
Russia needs to air drop pamphlets to them telling them they are not fighting for UKN but for Soros and corrupt elites.
Perhaps then they will down weapons and join Russia?
Or better still detain or if necessary shoot the Azov troops.
Many thanks Andrei, I really appreciate your analyses – and wit.
Today in the UK, propaganda has been dialled up to 11. Apparently Putin is insane with paranoia – oh and he has dementia too. Well I can see how he is very inarticulate when compared to the likes of Biden and Bojo ….. yeah… right.
I also note, the weepy weepies have arrived ( I refuse to call it crying ) and have been added to the propaganda bag of tricks. I remember Obama poking at his eye in a vain attempt to produce tears a few years ago – I forget what he was pretending to cry about – but he was no better at it than Kirby. There was some UK general pretending to cry about something a few weeks ago ( I can’t remember the details – I try to banish these abominations from my mind ). When the vaxx was first rolled out Matt Hancock put on a disgraceful display – soon to be followed by Nicola Sturgeon – who obviously didn’t want to be left out. Both were apparently overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of their own goodness.
Hancock was laughing mid – ‘cry ‘. I wondered if he’d done it for a dare I could imagine his mates high fiving him after his TV ‘ triumph ‘. I now suspect a memo may have been sent round encouraging these disgusting displays.
If they want do a better job, they would do well to take a look at Jim Swaggart when he was caught consorting with a prostitute – or his fellow tele evangelist Jim Bakker – caught in his own sex scandal – plus misappropriation of funds. ( His explanation for the latter, ” … the devil got into my computer “. …….yeah …right. ) These two would be a good study for aspiring criers. Both launched into epic crying the likes of which has rarely been seen before or since. So now the list of sought after credentials for public office will include the following :
1 Have no integrity whatsoever / have all integrity ( surgically ) removed,
2. Be corrupt – or at least corruptible,
3 Be woke – be very woke indeed,
4 Have no shame / be willing to peddle any narrative – no matter how preposterous,
5 Stupidity is no barrier ( in fact it’s an advantage ), but the ability to change subject is required for the rare occasion a journalist may accidentally ask a salient question. Not too difficult as they ( ‘ journalists ‘ ) will always be happy to go along with the switch – with one exception – when a forbidden truth has been inadvertently blurted out – in which case they will immediately turn into attack dogs.,
6 Be able to keep statements vague enough so they can be denied at a future date, when stating the opposite may be required. And now also :
7 Be willing to switch on the weepy weepies on demand.
….and the Swaggert award for the best performance of the weepy weepies goes to………….hmmm … ……. smug Kirby with a punchability quotient approaching infinity ? Hancock who couldn’t keep the smirk off his face for even a moment ? Nobody else was any better. ….. No ! …… Nobody gets a Swaggart ! No – each performance was a disgusting spectacle / a show of pure contempt for the public – contempt only magnified by the fact that none of them could even be bothered to make it remotely believable.
By the way a stealth smudge of vicks vapor rub is the pro trick for the effective weepies…
Regarding Admiral and Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby’s statements below, there’s an obvious logical problem which I’m surprised that not only he but others with his same experience don’t pause to reflect on.
Quote: “Kirby then explained that even Russian gains are not guaranteed to hold.
‘They have not achieved really any of the strategic objectives that Mr. Putin set out for, and the Ukrainians are fighting back stiffly, bravely, nimbly, skillfully in the Donbas region,’ Kirby concluded. ‘There is a lot of back and forth. The Russians might take a town or two, Ukrainians will take it back. We’re still continuing to see that, even over the last 24 hours.'”
The Donbass people, ethnic Russians, wanted to advance all the way to Kiev in 2014. Putin restrained them; he came up with the Minsk agreement’s first draft. Ukraine signed the Minsk agreements because the Donbass Russians looked capable of going in all the way to Kiev. After the agreements were signed and some years passed and Ukraine was not in that vulnerable position anymore, it (Ukraine) let it be known that they had no intention of fulfilling them. It was not something surprising: They signed them when they were in a weak military position and only because they were in weak position. And once they felt themselves strong again, they said to hell with those agreements. What is strange is that then Kiev ended up going to war against Russia itself as if Russia were the one it could defeat.
How can it be that John Kirby and others do not reflect about this previous history before settling on such reports? How can it be that the Donbass Russians can force Ukraine to sign the Minsk agreements in 2014, but that Ukraine can then have “a lot of back and forth” with the other Russians who have many more soldiers and weapons? Without being an Admiral, I must say that it cannot be.
Admiral Kirby uses the term “incompetence” in reference to alleged Russian missile strike misses (link). Without expertise, we can know that this term should not be used in war in reference to your enemy, or to the one you say is not your enemy but against whom you are very engaged in a war. (These two oddities could be checked for their connection.) You should not use it in public even if your victory is certain. For example, who used it in WWII? Nobody, right? The Russians didn’t, the Germans didn’t – it’s not used.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/putin-may-have-incompetence-to-blame-for-russia-missile-failure-pentagon/ar-AAWV3YX?ocid=undefined&cvid=4fb9f28dfdc541938e9fbf7959a01e76

Andrei is good, he gets it. He is navy and they tend to bust on the marines a bit ( Naval personel, no matter the country, don´t understand marines at all, they just drive the taxi. We are the sea going bell hops. Quoting McGregor on us too is another mistake. He doesn´t know a thing about marines either. :P ).
One trend that was going on in my time in the Suck, probably before and after too, was we were always restrained. It was either lack of freedom of action or lack of material. What has shocked me is that since the end of the cold war, so much has been short changed that we have arrived at the state of not being ready for a real fight. The politicians are a bigger bunch of punks too. They have over sized alligator mouths and the smallest of humming bird bodies, so to speak. I was in a 53A outfit and it was understood we were probably not coming back from war with Russia, that you were not going to last long under serious fire so don´t worry about that and just do your job until obliterated, no brainer. I was shown a photo of a 53 on the Cambodia evac and an officer the enlisted people did not like, had a bullseye painted on the outside of the bird right next to his copilot´s seat and flew the missions like that. The kicker is that officer definitely saw that on his pre-flight inspections and the crew chief and first mech probably helped paint it on the plane ……. yet they all flew out like that together. You can´t make that crap up. Too funny. There were people on the line to which I was assigned to that did the SE Asia pullouts, on the 53 side………… and that is who trained me. Now they are focused on making post op trans comfortable. The gulf between then and now is almost unfathomable.
I´m actually bothered about what is going on now. So are people I know. I feel bad for the kids, all over the place and Russia especially has gotten a very raw deal, for absolutely no real reason. We have the misfits in charge. The people who would have dragged their cans into a gear locker and beat the P out of them are gone. No more common sense. We will see what happens. In this respect Andrei M. is right on target for my money…… and I give him a pass for being in the Navy. ;)
You take care Andrei. Regards all.
Yes, I feel bad for the children. Seriously evil people in charge..
