Straight talking man. Puts his ass on the line. Stands up for what is right. These are old, true American values.

  2. Jim of Olym on June 15, 2015  ·  at 3:40 am EST/EDT

good for Texas! Wish there were more there in donbass.

  3. Grieved on June 15, 2015  ·  at 3:44 am EST/EDT

He’s from Austin, the only place in Texas to live, also the state capital, and one of the coolest towns in the US. I’ve lived some of the best times of my life in Austin, and I live very close to it now. If you were going to call yourself “Texas”, you could be proud to be from Austin, the softest part of the proudest state in the Union.

As he says, Austin is the “live music capital of the world”. The city has a statue of Stevie Ray Vaughan on the shores of Town Lake.

This is the real America, and I’m sorry that our country has been taken over by the fascists, as he says. I don’t know how we will overcome the filth that runs our country, or if it’s even possible. It may be easier to go to Donbass to fight than to do it here. I’m so sorry that this beautiful, laid-back country of musicians and songwriters has despoiled the world. We gave the world rock and roll, joyfully as a gift, and then we killed all its children.

It stops my mind, I don’t have answers. I’m sorry I can’t add anything to this conversation.

      Thanks Grieved…nice comment.

    • FLOR solitaria on June 15, 2015  ·  at 5:51 am EST/EDT

Lucky people in Austin. They had SVR and they still have Eric Johnson. Two of the best guitarists in the world.

      • Kraken on June 15, 2015  ·  at 7:24 am EST/EDT

Grieved, you’ve added a lot. Rock n’ roll…. a tool to help set us free, and set a lot of us free… now become a tool for beer commercials and manipulation. Actually, corporate rock isn’t the real thing at all! The real rock music is still there, underground and local, and some of us still play it. So happy to see this video, Texas is really representative of the best of America.

      • Seamus Padraig on June 15, 2015  ·  at 1:49 pm EST/EDT

You nailed it, FLOR! I grew up near Austin, and I was very lucky to see SRV live (twice) before he died, and I’ve seen Eric Johnson three times. Unbelievable, unforgettable shows.

And ‘Texas’ up there is a real trip. He’s doing us all proud. He sounds/looks exactly like one of those old cosmic-cowboy dudes we’d meet at the Kerrville Folk Festival, or at Willie Nelson’s 4th of July picnic, back in the day. Good times, great people! I hope his stuff’s going viral, because this is what Americans–and hell, the world–needs to see. Not Marie Barf or Jen Psycho, or some other Brainwashington bullshit.

        Don’t mess with Texas!

    • Seamus Padraig on June 15, 2015  ·  at 1:37 pm EST/EDT

Don’t worry, Grieved. You just added exactly how I felt.

      • FLOR solitaria on June 15, 2015  ·  at 7:15 pm EST/EDT

        @ Seamus & Grieved

Rock on, Austin ;) Texas is still great.

The man seems to have a good head on his shoulders and believes in what hes doing. A real patriot.

  5. Ann on June 15, 2015  ·  at 5:28 am EST/EDT

Thanks Saker…cute video…both those guys are great. I wasn’t so sure about Texas a few days ago when he accused the video watchers of being at fault because of the bombed family’s house…but all day today I have been thinking about the interview with the darling wife of the dead father and her eleven year old daughter, who was such a good helper to her mom….I really loved that interview…and now this….thanks.

    • Charles Fasola on June 16, 2015  ·  at 12:08 am EST/EDT

I don’t comprehend how you could have personal issues concerning his statement? The armaments are for the greater part manufactured directly by the empire or one of the eu/nato vassals. So when he places blame upon the many video watchers who reside comfortably somewhere among those terrorist and terrorist sponsoring nations, who are not activists against their organized criminal leaders and the policies they use their military and police forces to impliment, who pay taxes which help fuel the entire criminal enterprise which includes the military-industrial complex. You do not believe they are somewhat complicit? Not accomplices, not enablers? Do you feel any responsibilty for the bombs, missles, and other instruments of death and destruction that are being used to destroy the people, homes and infrastructure of entire nations. Not to mention entire cultures. Sorry, but if you’ve chosen to bite into the apple you’ve chosen a pact with satan to some degree. The truth often is quite painfull to admit.

    • ADAGIO on June 16, 2015  ·  at 12:11 am EST/EDT

Ann I saw that the other day too. Texas was telling the plain truth but being so close to the scene and the raw emotion of it all he had no time or desire to wax words or be diplomatic. And we all should take into account that he’s not working from a script and has to make up his report as he goes along. Thank you for your comment.

  6. elsi on June 15, 2015  ·  at 11:49 am EST/EDT

This is a great man and putting his face (and accent, how nice) to all fellow American brothers in arms that are here on the blog and those who are not because they have not still found it .
The Novorussians have very good eye because he is a born communicator.
The other day I saw the video of Edna and that of the burial of Vanya and were to break the heart.

Only once I was in US, in New York, and I have to say that, despite my previous reluctance to visit the country, people seemed to me very friendly, sympathetic and open.
Maybe next time I visit Texas.

    • mmiriww on June 15, 2015  ·  at 1:47 pm EST/EDT

Ah Texas… The only place I was ever called maam and go home gringo or yankee.. or what ever..

The people are polite.. But not too friendly.. They did let me into the lane after I passed like a 2 mile long traffic jam.. Who would ever think there would be a miles long traffic jam? Thought they were waiting for a game or something.. Everyone carries a gun, got chased by cops for carrying white plastic bags..

Well I wont go back but it was a fun place to visit when I did not know any better.. Now that I have given up my jesus complex and shaved and started wearing tshirts for that geek look, I like silicon valley better.. where the people are rude and obnoxious and arrogant but we all know where we stand.

  7. Veritas on June 15, 2015  ·  at 12:55 pm EST/EDT

    Thanks Graham for the interview.

He is fighting the “information war” – so true. Good to have a Texan/US citizen in Donbass. Hope he isn’t hurt.

On another note – looks like Donbass are taking over all gas pipelines so Junta can’t control gas in Donbass. Lugansk needs to do the same (esp. after the gas pipeline being blown up) :

  8. Peter J.Antonsen on June 15, 2015  ·  at 1:29 pm EST/EDT

    Nice video.

Along the lines of this topic…

as a warning, and as an “I told you so,” today’s “New York Times,” the major voice of the Anglo/American Zionist Oligarchs, has an article, and a “Quote of the Day,” – both denying the historical validity of MAGNA CARTA.

    http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/15/opinion/stop-revering-magna-carta.html?ref=todayspaper

Magna Carta is the finest Constitutional declaration of the rights of humans in the Anglo-American English Speaking portion of this planet. Everyone’s home is their Castle. The inhabitants are safe there, and the police must ask permission (and receive it) before being allowed to enter.

Most of the people’s of this planet have their own versions of this right.

The author of the Op-ed article, Tom Ginsburg, wants us to “Stop revering the Magna Carta.” He claims it is based on a fictional tale. And the “NYT” backs him up all the way, with a juicy “Quote of the Day” further signalling what Edward Snowden and Ron Paul, among others, such as this brave warrior in the video, that our government is little more that a proto-fascist puppet of the Oligarchs.

After denying the American and Palestinian and Vietnamese and dozens of other peoples the right of the freedom of their homes and nations, for generations, the “NYT” is attempting to bury all remembrance, -all hope- of a world where the people may live in freedom.

Ginsburg’s article is packed with untruths and distortions. Unlike the trash emanating from the imperialist media, the Magna Carta is true History. English people fought and died for it against King John.

The Wikipedia calls Magna Carta a “political myth,” in the same article where they document its historical origin, and print the document in its entirety. Dear George Orwell, do words have any meaning? The Magna Carta exists. It is as alive today as it was 800 years ago. What do you think the people of Novorossiya are fighting for, if not the right to live in peace and freedom in their homes? What do you think motivated this noble gentleman from Texas to join the Novorossyan Militia?

Is it not obvious why the imperialist Oligarchs must now erase all memory of Magna Carta, our most cherished right? What would Tom Paine have to say if he could read this NYT trash?

Can you see what they are doing? Can you see the timeliness of their actions?

    For the Magna Carta!

For the Democratic Republics! Here and There!

    IMAGINE

*Mr. Graham’s analysis of the Democrat and Republican gangs is right on the money.

Peter, before I watch this video (so much cool stuff, so little time…) I tried emailing to the flo……….address and it bounced back. Oh, and the Mathews book arrived. couldn’t find the thread where you wrote that email. Must be missing a character or something.

    • Kaluga on June 15, 2015  ·  at 8:32 pm EST/EDT

Sorry, but Magna Carta has little to do with “constitutional rights of humans”. No reference to home as “Castle” But sets standards for fair judicial system. And served as kind of guard against tyranny of the king (that would be government now I suppose)…

      • Anonymous on June 15, 2015  ·  at 9:22 pm EST/EDT

        Sorry Kaluga,

Here is a portion of a modern English translation

        * (52) To any man whom we have deprived or dispossessed of lands, castles, liberties, or rights, without the lawful judgment of his equals, we will at once restore these. In cases of dispute the matter shall be resolved by the judgment of the twenty-five barons referred to below in the clause for securing the peace (§61). In cases, however, where a man was deprived or dispossessed of something without the lawful judgment of his equals by our father King Henry or our brother King Richard, and it remains in our hands or is held by others under our warranty, we shall have respite for the period commonly allowed to Crusaders, unless a lawsuit had been begun, or an enquiry had been made at our order, before we took the Cross as a Crusader. On our return from the Crusade, or if we abandon it, we will at once render justice in full. – See more at: http://www.bl.uk/magna-carta/articles/magna-carta-english-translation#sthash.4wc3phzz.dpuf

The authors (including the armed Barons in rebellion), of the “Magna Carta” opened the door to freedom. This particular portion displays the direction of the struggle for freedom from tyranny. This (Magna Carta) direction towards freedoms, implies, among other rights, the right to freedom (the sanctity) of Home. Be it ever so humble. The declared right to freedom from home confiscation by the Royal government, contains the revolutionary seeds of freedom for all.

Indeed, by way of analogy, the American “Declaration of Independence,” while flawed in parts (calling the Native Americans – “Savages,”) and written by a slave owner, is ABOVE ALL a revolutionary document that opens the door to freedom for all.

        Try nit picking that!

What is the problem some people have with others who express themselves, that they must equivocate and belittle? Why do not the quibblers notice and comment on such an important articles in such an important (the most important) vessel of Oligarch Propaganda, the NYT?

Sorry Kaluga; What do you feel about this article in the NYT? What are your views? Do you agree with the author (the obedient servant), Tom Ginsburg? Why did you omit stating – even in passing – your opinion on the Article in Question? Instead, you attempt an ambush of the less important critic, that leaves the imperialist Predator to escape – free as a bird?

Today, the Oligarchs’ through their voice at the NYT, committed one more crime against humanity. They murdered freedom once more,as they murdered our and so many other Republics, and as they continue to butcher throughout the planet.

        • Kaluga on June 15, 2015  ·  at 9:46 pm EST/EDT

Ok, I will not argue with you about Magna Carta, but I disagree with your interpretation. Eventhough I despise NYT, more or less I agree with this particular Op-Ed.

This genuine hero from Texas is worth 10,000 “American Snipers.”

  10. Alexandre on June 15, 2015  ·  at 4:28 pm EST/EDT

    Two heroes.
It’s incredible read the comments of americans in Liveleak, whenTexas shows the tragedy on Horlivka, hatred of these people, who apparently did not make themselves or to work from watching the video – show gave hatred for people, without trying to understand the causes.
    Hate just for the hate.
Rage because “they are russians”, and the “american book” says they are enemies…

    • mind and soul on June 15, 2015  ·  at 6:40 pm EST/EDT

      Alexandre,

Yes, well there are a lot of poor American victims over here who are kind of isolated by the two oceans, so their ignorance can be quite appalling. Like the moron who shot a Sikh cashier in a gas station the day after 9-11. Worry, but don’t despair. I hear Congress voted down Obomber’s request for funding new arms and training for the Azov battalion, citing their Nazism:

      report I just read:

“In the House of Representatives debate during the night of June 10 on the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2015 (H.R. 2685, for FY 2016), two key bipartisan amendments passed, proposed by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) and Ted Yoho (R-FL), which, as reported in a Conyers’ press release today, serve
“to block the training of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi paramilitary militia ‘Azov Battalion,’ and to prevent the transfer of shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles–otherwise known as Man-Portable Aid-Defense Systems (MANPADS)–to Iraq or Ukraine.”
The measures passed by voice vote just before and after midnight”.

Realize there are gains, but settle in for the long haul. Outlast the morons and the devils that made them stupid.

    • Ralph on June 15, 2015  ·  at 8:56 pm EST/EDT

It’s NOT horlivka, that’s ukrainian, the correct name is Gorlovka – Russian.

From Texas no less and standing up against fascism! A pity there are not more like him.

At this late stage of the fascist game how does one, on a larger scale, defeat the fascist meme so firmly and stealthily embedded in politics, MSM, the MIC and the public?

    • Praying Prophet on June 15, 2015  ·  at 10:06 pm EST/EDT

Wow thank you so much Saker!!

Good day all. What a lovely as well as refreshing surprise to see a fellow Texan / American here in the vineyard. The courage he reflects is the courage that every single American needs to light deep within their soul. The character that which is being displayed by an American patriot who passionately despises the fascist freaks in their chaos to annihilate humanity is absolutely my deepest desire for every freedom loving person World Wide. There is a slow awakening happening here in the US, my prayer is that it would happen at an accelerated rate. The truth is definitely alive and well I can honestly say that this is one representative from America that I am thankful for, truly it is a bittersweet reminder of the knowledge that is the fire of truth burns bright. I do hope you can share links to his journalism there in the Donbass, Ukraine so we can circulate. Thank you and Blessings!

      • Swamp Nigger on June 16, 2015  ·  at 1:43 am EST/EDT

How many times do we have to say it? (Emphasize it, shout it, admonish it, administrate it, or fillet it, etc…)

It should be clear to even the most dense Ukronazi by now.

I don’t know how to translate it or otherwise relay it…(in Ukrainian).

It’s simple: don’t mess with Texas.

  12. Shining Light on June 16, 2015  ·  at 4:22 am EST/EDT

Che Guevara would be proud of Texas.

A revolution without Love will not succeed.

He’s a true revolutionary and may God Bless his success.
