Dear friends
I was born in Switzerland, arguably the heart of Europe, and as a European by birth, if not by culture, I feel that I should address the issue of the regular European’s responsibility for what is going on in both the Ukraine and Serbia.
I don’t believe in collective guilt, so the short answer is “no”.
But I do believe in consequences and I do believe in God’s justice (and love, of course!). In other words, I don’t think you can commit evil deeds and get away with it: sooner or later you will have to pay, especially if you fail to repent for your evil actions.
Furthermore, I do realize that the EU is a US colony/protectorate, but so was much of the world.
Why can there be real resistance to the Empire in Latin America or Africa and none in the EU? Should Cuba begin sending soldiers, doctors and engineers to the EU (just kidding!)?
[As a kid I remember all the various protest and resistance movements we had in Europe, they ranged from the (mostly) peaceful anti-nuclear ecologists, to striking unions, to the RAF in Germany, to the IRA in Ulster, ETA in Spain and even the various Kurdish, Armenian, Palestinian and other ethnic groups engaging various degrees of violent resistance against the state. Even in tiny Switzerland we had the Jura autonomists with some creative resistance methods! That is not to say that I approve of all of these, only that I remember a time when there was real resistance in Europe. Are modern Europeans capable of meaningfully resisting *anything* nowadays? I very much doubt it.]
I think that we can safely say that the EU is the most docile, cowardly and loyal colony to the Empire. Why? Probably because all the other colonies *knew* that their colonial status will never change under the AngloZionist rule, whereas the Europeans hoped to somehow “elevate” themselves by being Uncle Shmuel’s “poodles”. And, after all, imperialism was born in Europe (the Crusades) and not in the New World.
You would think that by now, even the dumbest EU politician would realize that anti-Russian sanctions almost exclusively hurt Europe. Yet, what do we see? They are STILL at it and they are STILL doubling down, check out this headline: “EU set to freeze assets of RT’s parent company – media“. Please read it, you will see that this is a direct and absolutely unapologetic crackdown on free speech. And while doubleplusgoodthinking and politically correct Europeans love to (mis-)quote Voltaire and proudly proclaim that they too “I don’t agree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it” in reality they absolutely don’t give a damn.
This is nothing new.
When the AngloZionists launched a TOTALLY ILLEGAL war of aggression against the Serbian nation and a country, Yugoslavia, which was a founding member of the Non Aligned movement the proud Europeans did this (see image).
At best!
Many actively participated in the martyrdom of the Serbian nation. Again. The same way the Europeans betrayed Serbians during WWII. And now, they are STILL at it (see EU threats about Kosovo).
And, make no mistake, all these years KLA terrorism in Kosovo has been fully supported and even aided by KFOR and EULEX (that latter entity modestly called “European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo” (emphasis added).
And, now again, all we hear from the Old Continent is a deafening silence. Either that, or threats.
Long forgotten is Yehuda Bauer’s wise admonition:
Thou shalt not be a victim.
Thou shalt not be a perpetrator.
And above all,
Thou shalt not be a bystander.
By making the EU the accomplice of the US aggression on Serbia, the US has basically secured the European’s loyalty forever, since now they are not only bound by cultural or colonial ties, they are also accomplices in the rape of Serbia, the Maghreb and Mashreq, Afghanistan and all the other countries which suffer(ed) under the Hegemony’s yoke.
The AngloZionist attack on Yugoslavia was the Kristallnacht of international law, it was the event from which all of the horrors we see today sprang. And yet, far from understanding (and nevermind admitting!) the crime of aggression (the worst crime in international law, above even genocide or crimes against humanity!) and showing some remorse, the European leaders stayed the course while the “regular” people of Europe simply ignored it all like the good little poodles they became.
And please don’t give me the argument that “we faced too powerful an enemy” or “we could do nothing”. At the very least, every single European could follow Solzhenitsyn’s appeal and “live not by the lie“. But they could not even do that. 1000 years of anti-Christian propaganda and heresy has resulted in a society which does not even believe in the very notion of “truth”. No wonder they can’t stop lying anymore…
I think that it is a truism that if you have no self-respect you will also get no respect from others. I also think that it is fair to say that the EU has become the most despised society on the planet. And it is not just Putin who calls the EU a “doormat for the US” – the same opinion is held in much of Zone B.
Here is, I think, the correct answer to the question I asked above: do the Europeans deserve what is coming to them next? Considering that what is coming to them next is entirely self-inflicted, I think that irrefutable answer is a resounding “YES!”.
If not, then who is to blame? Russia? The USA? Putin? “The Jews”? Immigration? Muslims?
Speaking of the USA – at least the US Americans voted for Trump (twice). The fact that this made (almost) no difference is irrelevant, at least the people of the USA tried to resist! In fact, even under the current crackdown against dissent, I still think that there is a much higher proportion of US Americans capable and willing to resist than Europeans.
And so today I want to do something I never did before. I will re-post once more something I have already posted once: the interview of Col. Douglas Macgregor by Dr Michael Vlahos. I judge this conversation to be so important that it deserves a second posting. Before I leave you with these two men, I want to just add the following:
These two men are from the generation which I had as professors during my years in US colleges (1986-1991) and for whom I still have the utmost respect. That does not mean that I necessarily agree with everything they did, said or wrote, not at all. But such men I can respect not only for their formidable intellect, but also for being men of honor and truth, and real (as opposed to flagwaving) patriots of their country.
This is the generation of men like David Glantz or Lester W. Grau – US officers who truly studied, carefully, Soviet military doctrine (authors like Reznichenko, Gareev or Ogarkov) and who, through their studies, did not come to hate Russia or Russians at all, but saw them as fellow professionals and patriots. Having had the privilege to spend some time with the folks who taught at the Frunze Military Academy (I even ended up co-authoring a small book with one of them), I can attest that the Russian top strategists had a great deal of respect for their US colleagues too.
The contrast with the Neocon freaks “from the basement” could not be bigger.
I sincerely think that in the following conversation every topic and every sentence is important because it shows what that generation of competent and honorable US Americans think of the (many) abomination(s) which we are witnessing today. I can sincerely say that I wish them, and their cause, full success.
As far as I am concerned, we have the same enemy.
May their example of resistance (because that is *exactly* what this is) inspire more (there are already a few) Europeans to follow their example.
Andrei
Finally, and in the spirit of my post today, I leave you with one superb music video from France: “Indignez-vous” by HK et les Saltimbanks (see translated lyrics below).
Who knows, maybe this video will wake-up a few more Europeans?
Machine translated lyrics:
I got up one morning, dark day of existence
I raised my voice and my fist, when the rule was silence
I’ve seen some get on trains, leave in a huge fog
I could be neither accomplice nor witness, I entered into resistance
A voice paved with hope, populated by women and men from everywhere
A choice as a matter of course, between gallows and neck rope
I came back from so far away, I give thanks to my star
Death forgot me on the way, to Dora and Buchenwald
93 years old I can believe, that my end is not very far away
93 years old here is my memory, take the greatest care of it
Indignation stubbornly, in a world on guard of you
Be one of those who walk against the wind my friends, be indignant
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
This is an old gentleman talking to you
Brandishing his star, do you hear?
So do you think that today we are missing the reasons for the uprising
When our own lives are on credit, under the dictatorship of the banks
Money commands the shareholders, they themselves command the president
Who orders ordinary people to execute well kindly
All this unsold food, so throw it in the trash
And on top of the pile of junk, pour me 10 liters of bleach
This is the world that is ours, absurd, cruel and merciless
Until that damned poverty line comes through our door
Human rights set aside, sold in individual portions
When the food crisis lingers in front of the eternal
But miracles when billions are found in the second
To save the king dollars and all the bankers of this world
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
This is an old gentleman talking to you
Brandishing his star, do you hear?
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
This is an old gentleman talking to you
Brandishing his star, do you hear?
Our chains are certainly less visible, than in the dark days of slavery
But our minds are being targeted, what have they done with our heritage
Excessive competition, generalized amnesia
Mass consumption products for an anesthetized youth
It’s high time, my friends, to finally turn on the stars again
Who have guided his whole life, this old gentleman who speaks to you
Yes I was that Armenian, I am still that German Jew
I am the Palestinian people, justice is my only side
Be citizens without borders, of those peoples who rise up
Contaminate the whole earth, with your revolts and your dreams
Be indignant it is your right, and in memory of all those
Who are still dying not to have it, this right is in fact a duty
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
It’s an old man who’s talking to you
Brandishing his star, do you hear?
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
This is an old gentleman talking to you
Brandishing the starry sky, do you stand up?
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
This is an old gentleman talking to you
Brandishing his star, do you hear?
Be indignant!
Be indignant!
He is an old gentleman, a great gentleman
Who’s talking to you, who’s talking to you
I am from Spain, I live in Germany, I have lived in Norway and Switzerland and my wife is from Belarus.
I say yes, Europe deserve what is coming.
The Russophobia is deeply rooted in Northern Europe, I remember to listen unfair bad comments about Russians and Serbians during years before the SMO.
In Spain this is not so rooted in historical terms but the society it’s totally owned by America and people is manipulable as hell.
So yes, Europeans do deserve what is coming. We deserve for our passivity, for our submission to the US, for our exceptionalism, and for allow our elites to be even more “neo cons” and “globalist” even than the American elites
Fuck the EU. I hate this society
Btw: my gas bill has been 1100€ in November, my house it quite old and bad isolated but it’s far more than doubled from 2021
As a note I don’t share Andrei opinion about “resistance” movements in Europe 50 years ago.
I think most of it was tools of the US
True, Italy’s Red Brigades “terrorist” group of the 70s and 80s, for example, was in reality a C-I-A front group to blame the “Communists” and Soviets for meddling in Europe’s affairs.
Be that as it may, I think the most salient point Andrei made is this one:
“1000 years of anti-Christian propaganda and heresy has resulted in a society which does not even believe in the very notion of ‘truth’.”
It is the truth of all truths.
http://biblicisminstitute.wordpress.com/2015/04/28/the-war-on-christianity/
1000 years is recent.
This goes back 3000 years!
Recent news is for CNN!
Exactly. RAF just to take an example.Useful to blame the Empire’s daylight murder of Deutsche Bank chief Herrhausen on a long defunct RAF. The NSU was a V-männer (Constitution Protection) stunt. Standard FBI MO.
Or Italy’s Mattei, Aldo Moro and many others.
Today blame the Reichsbürger – a huge MSM media feast on 70+ old “terrorists” about to take the Berlin Admin down, then change the law.
A real parody of the Reichstagsbrandt in 1934 called a lone Danish anarchist, done by Hitler’s very own SA. The Röhm Putsch that followed stopped talk!
In polite salon’s, D.C., this is called Crisis Management.
Ouch…that gas bill even hurts my eyes!
I agree. Europeans deserve what is coming. If you believe in the concept of “Democracy” then by definition the people chose their leaders and future. I think Society is NOT ready for democracy. As H.L. Mencken said, “Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom in individual ignorance”. Isn’t this obvious, individuals are still ignorant?
Very good comment. Is it true that you are paying so much money just for your Nov. electricity bill? What about home heating, gas, water and gasoline for your car? Would be interesting to know How much in total do you pay for those? Could you tell us about it. Thanks. It’s amazing to hear paying this much money just for electricity. Either that or you must own a very large mansion which makes it a different case. Here in Iran, our total house bills including gas for cooking and house heating in winter time, gasoline for the car, electricity, tap water and telephone is about 3-4 Euros per month. Right now the heating system is working 24/7 during winter.
@maskazer
I suppose the 1100 euros bill the CID mentions is for the whole year. I just paid 2200 Swiss francs (US 2400) for the year in Switzerland. My house is big but old.
Last year the bill was 1300 Swiss Francs but Switzerland is MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than Germany. In other words, the amount he paid is still quite high for Germany.
Well, Just as for an example, I am also in Germany.
the szstem is that zou paz an ammount monthly, in 2011 it was about 100 € for gas and Electricity. And at the end of the year there is this “Jahresabrechnung” that is just an actualization of your actual comsumption. Till 2011 we ussually received money back, maybe a couple of hundred.
In 2022 the have increased the monthy playment twice (as actualization of prices due to the situation), in my case to almost 225 €. and off course I have received my “Jahresabrechnung” also last week… and we have been “rationing” both gas and electricity as much as possible
I have to pay about 1200€ more for gas, and about 750 € more for electricity…
The real situation is that the prices have almos cuadrupled.
As I said, in 2011 we paid at most 100 per month on average for gas and electricity. Now little but more that 400€ per month.
some other German residents can also write about their cost, and we can compare.
gasoil price is almost 50% higher than last year, in 2021 was about 1,30 € per liter.
Now about 1,80 € per liter, but it was as high as 2,30 a couple of months ago…
Off course, there is a minimal inflation of 10% (official figures) and the inconveniences with gas and electricity are in order to be help democracy and freedom in Elfland against the dark Forces of Sauron.
Sorry the Typos… these damm German Keyboards! they are a Hell when writing quick
Easy peasy – just try a Swiss keyboard. Azerty is for the French!
Thanks F. MAN for your reply. Hope things get better but doubt very much it will be soon with the current neocon WEF stooges currently running the show business in Brussels.
Thanks Alejo. Yes of course that’s still very high since there are other expenses beside gas. Just curious to know the total sum of energy bills and services for the average euro household. Things like water, electricity, gas, fuel for car etc. Like cid said if gas prices doubled from last year what about other expenses that are directly affected by a hike in price of gas? Just read in the news that right a whole lot of people from Germany now moving to the Russian Kaliningrad in winter as expenses for living is about one-fifth of those in Germany’s small towns.
for Water I have to pay bit more than 400 €, about twice as 2021…
as I said, just 10% inflation
I feel exactly the same way about this culture I live in in AmeriKKKa, every holiday is about buy $ this junk or that junk or send a $3 greeting card. LOL next they will be assigning a holiday on the yearly calendar to when the US whipped Iraq ( exact date ? ), or to commemorate the great victory in Afghanistan when all the world terrorists were eradicated ( dead, murdered, exterminated from the air ), or how about a day for when the US took the oil from Libya or gained a market share in Syria ! What a farce. Now these bastards are sucking fracking gas out of the rocks and soils while destroying and constantly diminishing the public fresh water supplies, all financed via a Ponzi banking scheme, and now gas prices are rising dramatically here also due to the ‘pledge’ to supply all of Europe with fracked gas, which from the very beginning was a pipe dream, as if they are smoking crack. Here in the US this fracked gas could disappear in a quick second, the very minute the financialization Ponzi scheme funding it implodes ( as in dedollarization ), and leave the US dimwit public with the final realization that the US has no gas or oil, only that which can be stolen from other countries.
Yet I do Not carte blanche blame with the public citizens of Europe or the USA for their own suffering, as they are being completely outplayed and out schemed by the organized $$ and banking systems which purchase the Orwellian governments, and yet a very substantial % of the publics are aware and would resist if a clear path ( without the tanks and air force arrayed against ) we to become available. Cold is brutal, it is a killer, and it comes every year. It is coming to Europe now, this winter, and good luck on even having expensive gas toward the end, into the beginning of 2023. Same here in the US, we are the same schmucks, and rebellion with a plan to replace is the only way out for the publics, both citizenry must completely reinvent their forms of governments to escape the noose.
Your gas bills have more than doubled because of the threats of the USA adminstrations under both Trump AND Biden. Your gas bills have rocketed because the USA ordered the hit on Nordstream II.
You need to start learning who the controllers are and who the controlled are.
Hate the USA, tell Americans to leave your country and then deal with your own folk.
Until you kick the Americans and their lackeys out, all your EU hatred will be in vain.
Andrei, thank you for this post.
I have listened to the discussion between those two yesterday and was overwhelmed by the combination of their experience, knowledge and perspective. Not easy to listed but most gratifying. Some comment they could have spoken more about this or that but look from where the interview was shot!
When talking to different people i have noticed how much intellectual damage resulted from c19 juicing: even people who would like to agree to some independent think ideas are muted by own previous decisions.
Still, bringing the enlightment to the wider population is of key importance
I am Irish and unfortunately feel that whilst many individuals in our societies do not deserve what is coming , collectively we do . The only way we are going to learn is if things get very bad and there is nowhere to hide ; a situation where facing the truth is the only remaining choice . Regarding ‘ Russophobia’ it is certainly present and is promoted by the upper echelons of Irish society through the media . This has been going on for a long time prior to the SME . I do not think that this has had a deep impact though . Apart from those who don’t like to think for themselves propaganda does not seem to work very well in Ireland . For example ,there has been a campaign in favour of NATO membership being conducted in the media for at least 20 years . Fortunately , it has been a failure . A consistent 70% reject membership . There is very little difference between supporters of different Political Parties , even ones which are strongly pro NATO .
“The only way we are going to learn is if things get very bad and there is nowhere to hide ; a situation where facing the truth is the only remaining choice .” — Des Hanrahan
“Praise be to Zeus who wrote this Law in His sky: that humankind must learn by suffering” — Aeschyles, the Agammemnon.
If we will learn no other way.

4 Dutch NATO warships in Cork harbor (Cobh). British Empire loved that deep-water stop-over.
Neutrality short circuited by Dublin’s Coveney.
During the Cold War, sure, Soviet subs parked there, Don Kossack choirs sang in Cork – neutrality ruled.
Than, CIA rendition flights thru Shannon – USMC platoons openly dined.
That wass harmless – the Ukrainian Ambassador openly called for a Constitution change, usually grounds for immediate expulsion.
The defining moment of current internatoonal relations, when the initiative was stolen from everybody else, is September 11, 2001. US and EU citizens have tried to stop the whole nonsense of the official narrative, with no practical results. Even Chirac, Shrodder and Andreotti tried to debunk the complot. Current situation is, no accountability for the actions of government ( Hunting affair), total sibmission of UN and EU to US dictames. This is a result of continuos escaltion from 2001. After February 24, the intensity liers required to support the narrative has increased exponencially to the point that is not sustainable and conteaditions started to emerge in the western bloc.
Given the blanket of censorship that excludes all heterodox views from reaching Western masses, Saker perhaps goes too far in castigating us Westerners as poodles. Heterodoxy is silenced and so seldom heard. Whatever resistance is out there that can’t be suppressed by threats and bribes is simply not reported on. There may be far more opposition than you realize out there. Who knows?
I don’t wish to blame it all or even mainly on the mainstream mass media (social media included). Media everywhere reflect the political power hierarchy at the particular time and place. Back when Western countries had genuine New Dealer, socialist, and communist parties holding prominent places in the hierarchy, media provided platforms to them and covered anti-war, anti-capitalist activism vastly more than today (though even then they undercovered it and what they did cover was still unbalanced in favor of the powerful). Today the left parties have all been killed or coopted, while those of the right, being by their very nature parochial, have difficulty uniting (more so than the old left did) with others from different cultures and societies.
In short, I attribute the pathetic state of politics in Europe to the destruction of a once dynamic left that was achieved after the demise of the USSR. The left survives only on China, N Korea, Cuba, and to varying degrees sporadically in what used to be called “the Third World”. I see no hope for its rejuvenation in the West, and so no hope for Western political systems to stop, much less reverse Western decline.
Back then the US armed forces were led by professional military officers, not professional courtiers as they are now.
I have relatives in Hamburg and my girlfriend is an Englishwoman of Italian and Polish parentage. My relatives – German from birth – are far more brainwashed and reflexively pro-American/anti-Russian than any American I know of except the rainbow haired liberal NPCs who get their daily outrage points over their morning latte. My girlfriend tells me that in the summer the blueyellow nazi rag was everywhere even in her small hometown (her family is rare for being pro Russia). The flags have come down now and everyone’s desperate for affordable food and heating, but I don’t knew if attitudes have or will change.
Most people I know that are slightly informed know it’s all a sham.
How are we? ‘jodidos pero contentos’ they say in spain.
Both spain and portugal got their gas pipelines, directly from algeria, with contracted prices, stopped a little over a year. The smallest news items around for it at the time, and since then, nothing.
Now that gaz and gaz prices are all over the news, not a single mention of the almost 30 years pipeline that was working ánd has been stopped and could at any time, with the turn of a couple switches, work again.
The way this forced silence exists for over a year, nothing can convince me that this whole ordeal was not planned and forecast. Its just salandrias corollary. Innocent actors would at least question it.
Maybe the actors are doing it out of good will because they have been warned the pipelines would be blown up if they didnt act that way, or out of avarice while filling their and their friends pockets with freshly printed euros or dollars, but whatever the cause, its not natural.
Just try a quick search for it. It will be revealing. Unless you have good skills and know what you’re after, you wont find any information about those pipelines.
E.g. https://www.google.com/search?q=portugal+spain+pipeline
will get you pages and pages of the new white elephant project they are trying to build, a pipeline from sines to valencia, with further route to marseille by boat again. (It begs the question, why not ship it directly to marseille)
As such, all this was planned and set in motion beforehand by very powerfull transnational actors which control governments and media.
Just take a look on the new legislation they have silently enacted for 2023, european data act. All europe will look like germany, where you can be arrested for saying the wrong things. And the digital control goes even further.
How can this be? Why no indignation you ask. Well, just look at the gillets jaunes and what happened to them. It was a test run, but showed that the best you can get by paddling against the stream is loosing an eye, just ask Ramin.
The digital control of the narrative also allows them to feel the pulse of the frogs, and keep them inside the water, stopping the heating when they notice the frogs are about to jump.
As such, those that are informed act as if nothing goes on, knowing its all a sham. And those that don’t know, just go about their lives hating the devil du jour while they support the latest thing.
Maybe its because generations of spanish and portuguese had to live in a dictatorship and are already selected to be those that can live their lives by keeping their ears low.
The tallest nail gets the hammer. Sheep are sheep and the bulls amogst have learnt to keep the horns down lest the wolves come for them.
It’s the same everywhere. US is for sure no better example.
Prepare for the worst.
Yes, definitely a well-deserved table of consequences for us Europeans (whatever this may mean).
Tentative Europe had a double finishing in former Yugoslavia in the 1990s’ and in Ukraine in the 2010s’, associated with acquiescence and open complicity by the nearly totality of zombified, insouciant masses. Wake-up and unavoidable suffering are the very least we deserve.
Trojan Horse Trumplethinskin being held up as an anti-establishment figure that the Deplorables can believe in is as batty as the Wokehstans believing in Yes We Scan Obama. Holding up Americans who’ve oversaw, kept schtum for over 2 decades of Zone B genocide this 21st Century, is outrageous.
Dissent in Europe was there, Greece, but they were starved out, sold out by Tsipras/Liberal Elite.
The Yellow-Vests have been battered and bloodied, even the Canadians truckers tried to stand up to the Satanists.
WTF have the Americans done to merit your respect Andrei? Vote for a man who sold them pipedream jingles like lock her up, drain the swamp, handed the keys to the treasury to Goldman, bailed out Wall Street and sold his soul to Israel while sending 100m cruise missiles into Syria over cake with Xi.
Yes the Europeon cowards deserve all that’s coming their way, but not the hell that’s coming your way, USA.
Trenchantly put. And correct. The real heroes of anti-establishmentism are the UK voters who kicked out the corrupt EU. The spirit to resist still lives!
However, the protesters of my youth had it easier than today. Remember the ’68 student riots in Paris? Assaults by CRS and flics? Why? – because it was reported. Recent protests by thousands – hundreds of thousands – of Czechs demanding an end to sanctions? Nah – nothing to see here, move on please.
Remember Snowden? After Glenn Greewal was deported The Guardian became a true lapdog. Quis custodie custodiet?
Do we deserve what is coming? Perhaps, but breast-beating and crying ‘mea culpa’ won’t help. Neither, perhaps, will stringing up the leaders who got us into this mess without our permission, but it will certainly be satisfying. It might also encourage future politicians to stick to pre-election promises.
YES. They deserve everything coming to them. When they have suffered enough they will wake up and become human beings again, whoever is left alive.
Do the Europeans deserve what is coming to them next?
My generation in Denmark was taught the History, MO and dangers of Fascism and NAZIsm, so we were warned and have no excuse.
Even though I have been writing and warning against the rise of Fascism and western warmongering since 2007, I am now forced to take my part of the collective punishment facing my Nation.
But frankly, after years of writing on debate fora I Denmark I gave up trying to wake up my countrymen.
I needed to find out if I was losing my sanity and started searching on the internet, in order to find people who realized, like me, how this would end.
This for me became a shocking and eye opening journey into the History of the Middle East, Europe and America. And especially into how the Western Empire have created havoc all over the Globe for centuries.
I have told my wife many times that the western economy would implode, and that the military provocations by the US and NATO would end in a major war.
She once said to me: You have been saying this for more than 10 years and it has not happened yet.
Today she realize that war is right on our doorstep, and that inflation is ruining our economy.
During the last 5 years many have woken up and have changed their voting habits, trying other parties. However every party is running the same MO when in office, despite claiming otherwise during election.
We just got a new government in Denmark comprised of Social democrats, Liberals and Moderates.
The Liberals and the Moderates have demanded during the election campaign that they wanted an independent inquiry against the Social Democratic State minister for transgression against our constitution.
However after the election they folded on their promise to their voters, in order to get into Government, under the very State minister they wanted removed.
Today it is clear that no western population is able to change anything by voting.
Now everybody is waiting for the economic collapse, or the war to strike our Nation.
When the SHTF I will say to my fellow Danes: I told you this would happen, but you wouldn’t listen!
And I will receive a repeat of the same excuses given by the German population after WWII.
So YES, we deserve what is coming.
I am sympathetic, A. Dane, as I have tried to move people as well, with little success. Below, I will agree and disagree with Saker’s assessment:
First, my history is somewhat a mirror image of Saker’s. I grew up in the US, but have lived much of my adult life in Europe, including Switzerland. As a young man, I was frequently protesting in the US against Viet Nam war, etc.
In Europe, I agree with Saker that the populace is depressingly flaccid. Germans have really shocked me in their lack of critical thought let alone resistance. A few Swiss make a good showing, but in the end the masses of Swiss are contentedly enamored with their self perception of being free and uniquely democratic, all the while that their votes almost always follow the globalist script.
Someone above made good points about efforts by the French and Greeks. The Italians have also tried to push back, only to be met by technical governments, duplicitous politicians, and new laws that make it all but impossible to organize new political parties.
I travel quite a lot, and can tell you that the western world is viciously coopted. Just as many Trump enthusiasts are being rounded up, the same is close to happening to Bolsonaro followers. I have demonstrated in South and Central American countries, but these efforts are just seen as a nuisance by “the club”, brushed off with a shrug or shut up with a token appeasement.
My take is that the entire world has fallen badly since WWII. Some of our elders see the Russian Tsar’s as being the last force that bound the dragon. Whatever the case, evil is now clearly running rampant in the world at a shocking level. The push to normalize pedophilia is a depth of horror that should open anyone’s eyes.
Every escalation in Ukraine, Serbia, and other locations is bringing us closer to reckoning. The question of whether Europeans deserve their fate will be moot – first, because we all get what is coming to us, and second, because there is unlikely to be a place in the world unaffected by what is coming.
Scanning around the Internet, there are endless ” rah-rah’s” for the favored team, but how many have even a tiny grasp on reality. Russians and Ukrainians are dying and being maimed by the thousands. People don’t feel this, they are not in touch. This loss of humanity, “hearts grown cold”, is a true cause for concern, and part of the reason why most of the world is or soon will be suffering.
Lastly, the McGregor interview was great. After listening to it a couple of days ago, I had an underlying impression that was trying to surface. When it finally revealed itself, I realized that the tone of the discussion was that of a eulogy. These guys realize that enough mistakes will take down any society.
Colonel Macgregor was the chief planner on the Anglo-Zionist attack on Yugoslavia and was headhunted by Rumsfeld to advise on the 2003 Iraqi War (both illegal wars) and so he was hardly doing his job following orders.
Finding God, having a change of heart is one thing, but has he came out and apologised for his role in both genocides?
I am not suggesting that you marry him or take him as a role model.
Your comment is a pure ad hominem and contributes *nothing* to the discussion.
Maybe next time you can try a tiny little bit harder?
@Saker – I feel sorry for those – as Scott Ritter says he was ready and trained to kill, kill Russians. Then he worked with them on disarmament!
To hear a trained killer, professional soldier, like MacGregor, Ritter, Black, or even Eisenhower, Zhukov, and yes even Gen. Paulus, Gen. von der Heydte, and then hear the Straussians, commedians, pandering, shows which are more deadly!
Hi WTFUD,
Colonel Macgregor has said in one of his recent interview with Aaron Mate that in the hindsight he now questions the need for the war against Serbia/Yugoslavia – not a verbatim quote. I think this is as far as he will ever go. After all, he is an old school colonel but I reckon it is good enough. On the other hand the current tribal team that has co-opted the US and all its avenues of power and influence will never do anything like that. As Alex Christoforou says they have no reverse gear.
Aye Marko
Half a loaf is better than none!
WE AND THEM CAN NEVER BE THE SAME
We would have to change so much in order to reach that evil that threatens the survival of humanity, so that it would tear the being of our Orthodox soul. I am proud of that part of my soul. If someone were to change that in me, I wouldn’t be me anymore. We cannot be as evil as they are, we cannot create so many lies and live in them, or hate others so much. Because of all this, we suffer for centuries and pay a huge price for the truth. Our souls covered the land of Europe. Serbs also give their population an additional gift, so they often say for themselves that tomorrow they will all stand under the crown of one tree.
If you don’t mind, instead of further comment, I will quote part of the manuscript of the book that I will publish soon. The part that talks about us and them. It is about a chance meeting of two special forces, military intelligence. A true event reported in the diary of an RS soldier.
“It was a surprise and quite a big oversight for Vito.” He could appear completely unexpectedly and unprepared in front of a stranger… That doubt and waiting for some resolution continued, but it was more and more certain that the two were alone and that they were one on one. When he finally decided to go and he had to do something, he put on his phantom and with the rifle pointed, he slowly walked towards him. He tries to get as close as possible. When the stranger saw him, he got scared, dropped everything from his hands and raised them up. He approached him and motioned for him to be quiet, to take off his belt that had a gun and a knife on it, with his finger on the trigger he slowly walked around him and pushed the rifle as far away as possible with his foot. He observed that there was nothing else of his equipment close by so that no surprise would follow. He thought that he was more surprised than the stranger, but the stranger was almost shaking with fear. That clearing and the forest around still kept him uneasy. At any moment, a whole platoon of plavacies can emerge from somewhere, and then what? He can easily get into trouble. To fight with everyone? Where would he try to retreat when he has no idea where they can come from?
He showed him to remove the upper part of his clothes, down to his undershirt, which he did not immediately understand, but at Vito’s words: “Take it off quickly” the stranger began to quickly unbutton the blouse and take it off. It was clear to him that he still understood him. Vito sat down on a log across from the stranger, a safe distance away from unexpected movements, while the stranger remained standing. On his left arm, below the elbow and up to the shoulder, there were tattoos, some letters below and an anchor with a name above. “What is your name, who are you” he asked him in Serbian and got an answer. “I’m Bonnie, Bonnie Hill, from the peacekeeping force.” He said it while looking at the ground in an impure Serbian language. Confused and scared, he did not raise his head as if he was not allowed to look him in the eyes. Vito had to take advantage of the stranger’s confusion: “Where did you go, are you alone?” Move away from those papers you threw away.” Vito quickly picked up some of the papers lying on the grass. I went to take a breather, how do you say to take a walk, I’m free today” said the stranger…………
“Let go of that naïve, don’t annoy me with those forums.” What are you doing here ? You see how little life is worth, just pull it once and no one will ever know what happened to you. Did you understand me? Vito decided to clarify the positions as soon as possible, and Bonnie, still visibly upset, looking at the man with the phantom on his head in front of him, began to explain imploringly that there was no reason to shoot and that he was only doing his job and not interfering in the war.
“What are you going to do in this forest, why didn’t you spend your free time and go to Srebrenica or Bratunac?” Here you can get shot or blown up at any moment because there are mines everywhere. “You better tell me what you’re doing here and maybe I’ll let you go,” Vito said turning and glaring at his Heckler. “I’m not going to Srebrenica, it’s dangerous there, people will kill each other, I only went when I had to.” The command does not allow Bratunac and from the barracks I can only see the surrounding hills”.
“Talk about who’s going to fight who,” Vito continued. “Muslims among themselves, I don’t like them, they kill each other every day”. Answer Bonnie. “You don’t like them”? Vito repeated twice, staring at him and expecting that now something will come out and change the story about Muslims. The stranger confirmed again that he does not love and Vito continued to pretend to be a Muslim and keep the stranger in suspense. “How come I don’t know that and how come I didn’t see it there”? Vito asked. “You weren’t there, and they barely let us in.” You are a Serb and you don’t belong there. The bosses there have a whole list of whom they will hide, and there are many of them in that neighborhood anyway.” Bonnie’s tongue loosened more and more. “How do you know that I am a Serb and that I am not from Srebrenica? You weren’t a little mistaken Plavac”? Vito became serious as if Bonnie had insulted him. “You’re a soldier, every movement is military, and they don’t look like an army there, it’s a real mob. They don’t even have a hundred of them that look like an army. You’re a Serb, I’m just not sure if you’re from this or the other side of the Drina.” ………
Go now and you can come for the weapon in half an hour. If you come before or go behind me I will shoot you, go and don’t turn around”. Vito said and pushed the pipe on my back. The Bonnies walked slowly into the forest, turning around. Vito raises his rifle and takes aim “Run don’t turn”…………………
If Vito happened to be in the reversed role, the diary wouldn’t have happened. If he didn’t get a bullet from the Plavacs, who were against the Serbs whenever they could, he would surely hand him over to Srebrenica and that would be the end of it. The Orthodox soldier was and remains a knight with honor and dignity. The Blues were just pretending to be a UN mission. They made hundreds of pranks and problems and Vito knew everything, especially about those who did dirty things in those units and were opponents sometimes even worse than the Muslims. He was British, attached to the Canadian battalion. The two of them had a lot of bills to settle. He spared him because he was a member of the UN mission (camouflaged NATO special forces). Taking him across the river to Serbia was neither militarily nor strategically OK.
The event is broadcast here only in segments….

I find a Orthodox Christians proud of having retained their Christianity and rightly so. Serbs in Yugoslavia are are all worked up about Kosovoars. Call them all Albanian terrorists.
I see lots of calls for that territory be reoccupied and Albanians if any that may be there( considered rats who moled their way into kosovo a prime serbian territory) be expelled and serbs get their heritage back.
I admit I don’t know what to make of all this. I have very little knowledge about the history or the people’s of former Yugoslavia .
I did meet a few Muslims from Kosovo in US. There was very little I could find in them that was muslim. I happened to speak to few people from the muslim community there and asked about them.
Here is what I gathered from those interactions. These Kosovars knew very little about their own Muslim identity that they claimed and what others accused them of being.
They did not know how to pray to start with. Their parents, and grand parents did not know either. They had no knowledge of the Quran in its original or in translation. They had no knowledge of what is permissible to eat or drink as a muslim except that pork is prohibited and a vague idea that maybe alcohol is prohibited.
They didn’t even know that Islam had a marriage procedure/rite that needs to be followed. Almost all were married in civil ceremonies as were their parents. So what is it I asked that makes them Muslim? Why is it they considered themselves Muslim? The answer I got is that was the question that Muslim community in US also wondered about. What followed was a decade long interaction with then to teach them first about Muslim philosophy, values and finally the conditions that make a person Muslim and finally what is required of a Muslim to lead a life in conformity with Islam with its obligations and rules.
My Request to many Russians ( from my little bit of knowledge about post Soviet Russia ) especially seeing on YouTube channels and interacting with some people online( from Chechnya pand Dagestan) is that Russia gives space within its nation for a Muslim identity which is in comforting to the identity and values of Islam as a religion.
I need to remind Christian friends that Islam is not a culture with dresses, language, social custom, food etc. Islam is first and foremost a religion. A religion which requires some basic criteria to be met in practice in basic knowledge of it’s religious duties, scripture and social law.
If your laws, social structure prohibits the basic social and religious requirements that Muslim needs to follow then it’s essentially prohibiting Muslims from following Islam. Allowing cultural practices to flourish while prohibiting the religious requirements is wiping out religion while simultaneously othering a community from the national mainstream.
For all practical purposes it looks like Yugoslavia practically wiped out Islam fro from what was a Muslim minority. I have no sympathy for a nation that does that. I have friends who have visited Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan they say it was the same story there under Soviet Union. What helped these nations was the sufficient regional concentrations of Muslims that kept at least some practice of the religion among at least a small minority of the Muslim people. 30 years after the fall of Soviet Union there still is lots of work to be done to bring back large sections of the population of these countries to basic practice of the religion.
Dear Masr, there is no ‘Kosovars’. It is made up term by the US/NATO occupiers. They are Albanians or if you want to use the term they like to use, it is Squiptar.
Squiptar as in sh*t-tards!!! Their perfidy will come back to blow up in their faces 100 times over though. The Serbs are Europe’s best guerilla fighters, and this time, won’t hand out any discounts to them or their NATO overlords. Just to underscore, PMC Wagner is opening up an office in Belgrade. Serbia will not be left alone and its friends around the world are some very heavy hitters.
Hello,
If things were as you described, you would be right. However, you heard only one side of the story.
You are correct to conclude that the Albanians do not hold to their Muslim roots often. However, they also have many Catholics in Albania and are not holding on to that either. They had, like Yugoslavians, a communist dictatorship for a while, and communists were expelling any and all religions. It doesn’t have anything to do with Serbia. A lot of Serbs lost their Christian heritage during these odd times too.
There is a significant Muslim population in Serbia. Including the mosques in the capital, Belgrade. The problem with Albanians was never a religious one. The west will tell you that because what else would sell the Hollywood crap better than the old holy war? And what else better to do than accuse Serbs of hating Muslims while killing these “sand ni**ers” in Iraq, Iran, Libia, etc. Heard this hateful term from an ex-US marine—nothing like blame shifting. Check even the most liberal surveys around, and you will see Serbia is one of the least racist countries in the world.
The strife between Albanians and Serbs is highly political and an old one too. Overpopulation in Albania caused the population to try and expand. During both world wars, Albania was heavily involved with Germans and against Serbia and its allies. During these times, Albanians were massively moving into the south of Serbia, rising from a minority of below 10% before WWI to a majority of over 80% at the end of the 20th century. A typical Albanian family had 5 to 10 children, and the population boom was a demographic conquest of Serbian south province – Kosovo and Metohija. What helped this demographic conquest was the ambition of the Yugoslavian communist dictator, Tito, who thought that he could annex Albania to Yugoslavia by adopting the population.
During the 90s, heavily backed by Clinton and the US military mafia, Albanians in Serbian Kosovo started organizing death squads and doing typical terrorist deeds. This wasn’t any sort of a freedom fighting. a friend of mine has his dad on the Albanians death list because he was a principal in an elementary school. It went as deep and senseless as that. Albanian separatists were financed by people trafficking, drug smuggling, weapons sales, etc. Same as any south American of African CIA-backed dictatorship. They also managed to animate some Muslims to join them as they pointed out how Serbia is fighting Islam and not their crime-terror empire. War in Bosnia helped that propaganda line as strife between Muslims and Christians, but that is another story.
I don’t find all/any Albanians or Muslims responsible for this. There are bad people in Albania, as in any other country. As they are helping the USA hold a military base in Western Balkans, they are well-protected, and they will keep Albania the crime-ridden place for a while. They are currently holding Kosovo and doing the same with it. These monsters killed many good Albanians because they wouldn’t sell out their Serbian neighbors. So no one serious in Serbia will tell you things you heard (on the lines of all Albanians/Muslims being such and such).
However you need to understand that this is a long problem and Serbs will not just give up their motherland because Clinton wants to have a military base there. If current criminals that lead Albanians were replaced by reasonable people a peaceful solution could be made.
First , you need to separate the Kingdom of Yugoslavia , Yugoslavia under the Prince Crown and then “Tito” Yugoslavia . It was the Communist Tito who introduced “Muslim” as a nationality name made it a constituent change in Bosnia Herzegovina . Many of these so called Muslims are not practising.
The Yugoslavia under the crown had very close relations with all religions but a special one with the Muslims up to this day . Even when the pro Serb democratic parties won a brief victory in Montenegro elections two years ago . The Bishop urged his people in the streets to be sympathetic to the cries of your Muslim Brothers.
In Belgrade and all Serbian municipalities the Iman serves an important cultural , economic and political rule.
Most Western governments are now purely Fascist entities who work for the benefit of their corporate benefactors. Governments and politician essentially piss on their citizens. Listen to these elitists like Annalena Baerbock say, “We don’t care what the voters think.” And why should they. Anything that doesn’t conform to the status quo is “disinformation”, and elections globally are simply rigged to place the Fascist’s supporters in power as corporations and governments become revolving doors.
So – can I blame common citizens for the dictates of their Fascist masters? No.
In the meanwhile, any commoner who dissents is labelled traitors and insurrectionists and are now rounded up, jailed, and then persecuted. And this has just started. Wait until it gets into full swing.
I still think there’s a big reality missing in Mr Machregor’s and Mr Vlahos’s interview ( I know it’s a no-no to talk about it though) and that concerns who is really ‘controlling’ this “impérial court” and Larry Romanoff points to them in his “The Richest Man in the world” (UnzReview, 22 nov ’22) . The situation we are living in Europe and Ukraine could explain how desperate they are . It’s historic and they know it very well. Their power is threathened and for the long run.
On another scale or dimension, I think we are fighting the Antichrist who is overhelmingly present in our world and he has to be defeated, just like Christ used his power to chase the usurers off the doorsteps of the Temple.
Man, this room Douglas and Michael sit in to change words is 10 times the seize of my whole appartement. I have no history like them, or you Andrei, or Andrei M., or who ever worked with a, and in a society I always looked upon as completely rotten to its basement pillars.
But it is ok, anyone choses and lives with it. Have their works changed anything? We run into this situation with their deeds also, as your deeds, as my decisions not to become part of society either. So who is to blame? Is it useful to blame? I don’t know.
All I know that my truest nightmares when I looked at near history and saw devastation of Verdun battlefields, my soul broke and wasn’t made better by Wehrmacht’s criminal assault on Russia. They say Stalin was about to do the same, and surprised by Nazi assault. I don’t care, history is what happened, not what you make of it like BS propaganda, then and now. All I know is that the situation in Bakhmut is the same as was pictured 100 years ago. This is not only depressing, this is an end of something that’s end was long overdue. Please Russia, be sure to nuke the City. You know what I mean. The City, OK? Or, no nuke, but never do trade with the City Lloyd’s advocats again, let them starve, too. For real. Let the Suisse bankers starve, too.
I know it hurts to see the decline in Europe. Why do not more Germans go on the streets to protest? I tell you: since 150 years, this land is systematically been destroyed. Now it is down, and Germanias soul, she is gone. In the core of their hearts, Germans know that they are lost, but look into the history, 400 years ago after peasant’s rebellion came 30 years of war about nothing but silly religion, devastated, build up, devastated, and so on. Until nowadays.
Let us die and rest in peace, Saker, will you be that kind? Thank you very much. As we are slavs, our death is yours too. And the Golden Path seemed so near…- and is gone again.
Should I go out on the streets now and protest, and fight with police? My niece’s boyfriend is policeman, my gradfather was policeman and a true christian who hated the nazis. What could he do against this?
Stay at home, let them do their filthy crimes, and may god have some mercy. Can’t do anything about it. The mess, when did it start? With Reagonomics? With Reichskristallnacht? With Otto II? With Tiberius Gracchus? Sure it did not start with the Scholz monster, but anyone knew when they got “elected”, we’re done for good. So let Germany disappear from the maps, and build up something better. Best way to do such is by avoidance of doing business with the City.
Good luck, Russia/China/Iran and BRICS+. Long overdue that things change, so this makes me happy in desaster. Have a nice Christmas anyone, whatever religion you might have. In the most darkness let there be a candle light’s shine.

“I think that we can safely say that the EU is the most docile, cowardly and loyal colony to the Empire.”
I live in Canada. We are always forgotten, and yet when it comes to a more docile, cowardly and loyal colony to the Empire, I think Canada is right at the top of the list. We are owned lock stock and barrel by the neighbour to the south. Scratch a Canadian, and you get an American that loves hockey.
Overall , you are correct on the apathy of Canada with a very strong Ukrainian lobby. Minister Chrystia Freelands fathers running a Nazi Ukranian newspaper should be ringing alarm bells across Canada .
However , UN General General Lewis Mackenzie led the peacekeepers in Sarajevo and earned the respect of Serbians for his bravery. Former Canadian Ambassador Bisset was also a true advocate of the Serbian plight in the former Yugoslavia .
Feeling a little cognitive dissonance here, since, when I look at Europe, I see tens of thousands of people actually marching in the streets — marching for an end to anti-Russia sanctions, an end to aid to Ukraine, and in favor of negotiations with Russia. And let’s not forget the convoys of farmers in Netherlands and Germany protesting the insane “climate” measures.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., I see no such action. Not even in the states where the midterm election was stolen right under their noses and in their faces. Oh, people might bitch and moan on social media, but I see nobody actually marching in the streets as in Europe.
Right, the most indoctrinated vacuous sheep are those found on the US continent, content on plowing along with their daily work too busy to do what’s right in a nutshell. I know many are fully aware of their government’s malevolence but in all honesty, they really don’t do enough to contrast Washington or at least, voice their dissent in a meaningful manner. Small town America, in isolated communities far from the Atlantic and Pacific, are those who understand the best. My feeling is that many of these people are waiting for a complete breakdown of US society and will then resort to living in a post-apocalyptic society based on guns, guns and more guns.
A good American is too busy being a good American to become a bad rebel.
The children don’t deserve it, and their unborn children don’t deserve it.
The bad news for them is they will suffer for the sins of generations of Europeans who were gifted freedom (twice!) and threw it in the toilet (twice!). You can say what you want about the US and Russia, but there is no doubt Europe would be a truly ugly place if it weren’t for those two nations.
There is a huge difference between “I was following orders” and “I went along to get along”. The latter are the huge majority who bear collective guilt. Theirs is the sin that must be atoned for, just like post-WWII Germany. When they had a chance they did nothing to prevent obvious evil. Rather they jumped cheering onto the bandwagon and remained there until Europe was littered with millions of dead.
Just read this news today: ‘EU To Cap Global Price On Gas’ and was thinking: Wait a minute, so the unelected Eurotyrants now tell the Ice Russ, the Sandpeople of Arabia, the Persians, the Turks, the Diamond Africans, the mothers of all Chinese and the rest of Stinkworld, that they must now buy and sell their natural resources like oil and gas at the cheapest price to the EU, because the EU is Great and needs to keep the lights on and its factories running to rule over precisely those cheap folks in Stinkworld! HAHAHA! Is that lot of hubris even legal? T
Anything is legal if you don’t get caught.
The price cap is more likely aimed at the Norwegians. And the Americans. Good luck with that.
Meanwhile, in an earth-shaking development, some top EU officials have been accused of corruption, no less. Is this a first for Western democracy? Actually holding a politician accountable? And the fact that the counterparty is Qatar and the scandal has caused more than a small rift in the lute (loot?) is a tad suspicious at this juncture as negotiations for the EU to be supplied with Qatari gas continue …
Legalities are for the little people comrade.
The Anglo-Zionists through their Agents have poisoned every decision making centre in Europe, with few remaining holdouts.
Northern Europe is done, but we see chinks of light in several Eastern European countries, namely Hungary, Bulgaria and Slovakia, who are beginning to see through the tear-gas, smokescreen.
Those “unelected Eurotyrants,” increasingly resemble the good old Don Quixote de la Mancha. They have placed a price cap on Russian energy already and why not do the same with the rest of the world. Never underestimate Ursula’s great knowledge on how the world works.
They do deserve what is coming, in my opinion.
And they also deserve their ‘leaders’, globalist muppets.
But hey, if they are content with all that is happening in EU and do nothing (apart from sporadic protests), makes me wonder if they even like it. It is called masochism I believe.
What can the people do, except songs and words, in a police state where everything is rigged, even the elections ?
In the video below, a letter from the artist Francis Lalanne addressed to Mr. Macron (the subtitles can be translated into English)
“You are not, Sir, President of the French”

It is necessary to state the obvious that the Europeans that willingly committed suicide with the Fauci bioweapon that drove uptake rates over 100% in Western Europe were softened up enough to then commit economic suicide by shutting off their food and energy. All one continuous event.
The West in general–including not just the Euros but the Anglos and Americans–all suffer from a mental pathology that causes them to commit the crimes they actively perpetrate or tacitly support.
Just like the Zionists–which is really just a spawn of Westernism in general–they believe that they are God’s Chosen People.
And the West represents Freedom, Democracy, Liberty, Individual Rights, Human Rights, Rule of Law, and other propaganda deceptions.
Western Values are Universal Values.
Western Civilization is the height of human development–all other civilizations and cultures are merely pathetic imitations, authoritarian heathens, heretics, Evil-Doers Who Hate Our Freedoms, or Shithole Countries, as a certain American ruler once put it.
In short, the West is Best.
And America in particular is (snicker) the Shining City on a Hill, Beacon of Liberty, Land of the Free, and Leader of the Free World.
As such, Western/American crimes are not crimes but virtue incarnate.
This is the Western civilizational pathology and delusion that define not only the political elite but also the vast majority of Euros, Anglos, and Americans.
And make no mistake, they will bring on the Apocalypse than repent from their hubris.
There is resistance, the Yellow Vests in France were a serious movement with much potential, they were brutally supressed by the French security state. There have been various protest movements over the years, 1 million or more in London to protest the forthcoming US/UK invasion of Iraq in 2003. I attended that protest & went home that night feeling the whole thing had been an immense waste of time. It wasn’t a waste of time, but what angered me was that after the march around London, shouting slogans & what not, the event culminated in a variety of speeches by “personalities” & when that ended, everyone went home. I listened to idiot Ken (Red Ken) Livingstone berate George W & his “running to daddy” (I had no idea what Livingstone was talking about), Germaine Greer rambling on about how women should dominate government because women don’t do war (images of Madelene Albright were conjured before me), & a whole load of other crap. And then everyone went home. I remember turning to my sister & saying “is that it?” I went home feeling both dejected, angry & bloody powerless/impotent. There was no serious effort to organise that 1 million people who turned out that day to form a real movement, & then, when you look almost 2 decades later at the Yellow Vests, you can see what would happen. There are a number of problems when it comes to “the people” or “the masses” & the lack of an effective resistance. One simple fact is that in western Europe, most people live materially comfortable lives, even if they struggle financially, & do not engage – these are the wilfully ignorant & passive. They don’t want to know, & if responsibility rests on anyone, it rests on them, because their passivity is a form of approval, intended or not, that is how the establishment interpret it. Then there are people who are genuinely fearful, fearful of losing their jobs, fearful of being imprisoned, fearful of worse. There are those who actively support the regime & everything it does, these people, in my lifetime of 48 years in the UK, are in the minority. And what are you left with? A proportion that is prepared to organise & fight but can not mobilize the numbers to impact real change. Yellow Vests again, had they received more active support in France, what might have happened? We don’t know, may be it would have fizzled out, but that is unlikely considering how persistent the Yellow Vests were for a considerable period of time. Had they greater numbers, France may have faced a revolution. And here is the crux. The reality is, most people, in the west, may not actively approve of all their governments do, they may not approve of any of it & polling often supports that thesis, but they are not supportive of a revolution, they do not want it. 1 million Brits demonstrated in London to display their opposition to imperialism, but they were not about to join a revolutionary movement. In France the majority seem/appear to oppose most of what the government does, but the people in their majority did not actively join the Yellow Vests. Whether all this translates into all these people being deserving of something, some sort of karmic suffering – I don’t know. I’m not really sure. I was born in the UK & have lived here all my life, I spent most of my summers growing up in what was then Yugoslavia, Serbia, in my parents village, the selo as we call it, with my grandparents, cousins, working on the farm, managing the cattle, picking fruit, occasionally shovelling shit out the cow shed, herding sheep – this experience was the soul of my existence, not the totally soulless life in a UK innercity. And when Serbia was bombed in 1999 by the UK/NATO, I felt that if one day the UK is attacked it would be well deserved. I didn’t like thinking that way, or feeling that way, but that is how I felt. Now the UK is actively provoking & daring Russia to attack it. All this is just horrendous, but this is the world, the imperialist west is responsible for such a colossal amount of evil in the world no western country is innocent & no western country really has a right to complain if something terrible happens to it.
@Srbalj: “I listened to ‘Red Ken’ Livingstone berate George W.Bush about his “running to daddy” (I had no idea what Livingstone was talking about),”
This might help you understand: 1. After the Gulf War I was shocked to hear Daddy Bush unconsciously use Hitler’s phrase to expound his own “New World Order”.
2. When young “Shrub” Bush started his Coalition of the Killing against Iraq (the one that you and I millions of other Europeans vainly protested against) a Yank wrote to me:
“Grandpa banker Prescott Bush actively financed Hitler, and the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree”.
Europe is too far gone to be saved. After betting all its chips and doubling down on stupidity, they are losing their war of aggression in Ukraine and at some point its elites and political posers will feel the need to further opress their citizenry as their mistakes and incompetence becomes more apparent.
lyrics to Mesecina .by .Goran Bregovic to one of Serbian Emir Kusturica great amazing films. Underground. still prophetic …final scenes of madness amongst horror of war done with such ironic humour.
There is no more sun,
There is no more moon,
You are no more, I am no more.
There is nothing more… oh.
Darkness of war has covered us,
Darkness has covered us… oh.
And I wonder, my dear:
What will happen with us?
Moonlight, moonlight… oh-oh,
oh-oh.
Sun is shining, sun is
shining… oh-oh, oh-oh.
From above,it breaks through…
No one knows, no one knows,
No one knows, no one knows,
No one knows what is it that.
Before Europe was a globe raping colonial cartel, it was largely a horde of insignificant unsanitary barbarians to a more or lesser degree.
Only through colonial rape did Europe gain an ounce of real prosperity and–more importantly–did it form an identity as “European.” The European modern identity would not exist except as a concept formed relative to the notion of the slave and Cooley. So its not only that modern Europeans are anglozionist lackeys….cowards etc. It is an existential crisis for them to realize they are not the superior civilization–so they would rather die than face the truth (of what they are, and of how they became so.) After ww2 at least the United States was rooted in European genealogy so to speak so it wasnt as psychologically problematic to hand the civilizarional reigns to the american Cowboys. But to the slavs and Chinese and persians? This is unthinkable.
From NL Don’t think we deserve it:
We are run by an unelected EU commission (wish we could vote for a Donald Trump). No clue what dark forces select and install this commission, they are so utterly corrupted and narcissistic. Our national government hides behind the EU dictates, complete diffusion of responsibility, they don’t care about their people, their country, democracy is a pathetic joke. It scares me that our PM and most ministers are full EU/US stooges, NL is no sovereign country doesn’t even pretends to be . WTF our PM walks around proud with a WEF briefcase. The MSM is fully controlled, no exceptions, people are fully brainwashed. We’re so fucked shit out of luck.
Do the Europeans deserve what is coming to them? I don’t feel comfortable answering that, deserve being such a judgmental word. But, I do feel they are heading into a dark space, a lot of it seeming of their own making.
In the 1990’s Russia had descended into a dark space, and it took one man, a man of clear thinking and resolve, to begin to reverse that descent. Could something similar happen in Europe, in the US?
Col. Macgregor is the sanest establishment voice I have heard coming out of the United States in a long time. How big is his audience?
Absolutely horrible!!
You got to see this.

Too much doom and gloom, requires added amounts of remedy…..
This NPR Tiny Desk concert shows what’s good with the US. Eleven people, with instruments, in a small space. The amount of love they share in seventeen minutes, the shear joy on the players faces, horns, big band, jazz, blues, Latin, Southern……and Susan, what can I say……girl can sing, lord can she sing!

I do not understand this fond view of Trump held by so many who hate the empire. Trump and his supporters represent the most childish version of U.S. power projection. They love a dominant U.S. intimidating the rest of the world but only object to its cost. As much as I hate their Democrat counter-parts, at least the Democrats expect this privililege to come at a price.
Trump fumed that Obama was weak for not enforcing this ‘red line’ in Syria and then bombed Syria himself.
Trump called the nuclear agreement w/Iran appeasement and almost started a war by assassinating their top general.
Trump branded Cuba a state sponsor of terrorism just to strangle them (and Venezuela) even more.
Trump is a bully. A perfect representation of the United States.
I have no idea how big the non-aggression bloc is in the U.S. but until we feel some of the pain we inflict on others we will not stop or even acknowledges what we do.
Same here.
Trump also attempted to impose sanctions on Nord Stream 2 and, in his ‘warning’ (in which he got laughed at), implied that Russia wasn’t the reliable supplier that it was during even the worst times of the Cold War.
Amarynth some time ago also posted a link to an article discussing Trump’s scornful attitude to Bitcoin or any other currency than the US dollar.
That Biden (a Democrat) is now in the driver’s seat and is now causing trouble should not conveniently vindicate Trump. And it pains me just as much, if not more, to see those who live in the USA act high and mighty towards the EU vassals who risk getting sanctioned, regime-changed, etc. if they refuse to comply (look at the USA’s attack on Russia, China and Iran right now).
Heck, what is the Russian mainstream opinion on Trump right now?
Trump’s “getting along with Russia is a good thing” drove London into an apoplectic fit!
Russiagate resulted. 4 years of unabated attack by the Empire, sorry, Deep State.
Trump said Ukraine would never have happened on his watch. We would be in a very different frying pan now!
Not rocket science.
It is called diplomacy. Long, unrecorded chats with nuclear powers is a good thing!
“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and its issuance.”
-James Madison
“And, after all, imperialism was born in Europe (the Crusades) and not in the New World.”
The Roman Empire, as an Apostle correctly named the W*h*r of Babylon (Ishtar), looked east to Babylon, the Persian Empire.
Venice, the Second Roman Empire, explicitly popped St. Marc on the famous column at Piazza San Marco with the Wings of Babylon facing East
Imperialist fabulously wealthy Venice bankrolled the Crusaders – follow the money trail – which bankrupted budding european states.
Today the Second Venice , the City of London Corporation, does not hide its Wings. The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire by Gibbons was the model for the British Empire, which today has the USA on a poodle’s leash, the EU trotting in tow.
The 1763 first mention of the British Empire took only 10 years to spark the American Revolution with the shot heard around the world at Lexington. That is the American tradition, when invoked drives London to rage and hysteria. That is the tradition of MacGregor, Larry Johnson explicitly.
The Persian Empire, which Alexander defeated 2 times, drove Egypt to despair, then enlisted the Ionians.
The Jesuit founder Loyola knew where the money was – begging bowl in hand at the Venice Doge’s winged lions soon made him the Home Teacher for the richest kid in the world. Those winged Lions are covered in Viking Runes – bankrolling terrorist Berserkers is not something new.
There are many factors that have produced this unorecedented degree of sursetvience in Europe.
– Deep state Gladio like total infiltration for decades
– Capital take over of the European industry and banks by the Anglosaxons
– Lack of alternative strategical alliances or equillibrium once the USSR gone.
– Unlimited money printing leading to the buyout of the political class and trade union leaders.
– Corporate takeover of the state media and structures.
– Police state
– End of the rule of law
– End of the voting system
All this have resulted in totally impotent, lost populations which ignore everything of what the real situation is. Do they deserve it? That question can be asked to every conquered civilisation. Did the Byzantines deserved it? Did the Venetians deserved it? Did the Aztecs deserved it?
The Venetians were not defeated at the League of Cambrai – the Pope betrayed he 4-army alliance about to exterminate Venice. Instead they moved to London. Now look at the result of that Pope’s betrayal!
The Aztec’s woke tradition of sacrificing teens, pulling their beating hearts out on their pyramid is touching to today’s berserkers. Spanish soldiers were not woke!
The Byzantines were targeted by the 4th Crusade as collateral for a loan – level Constantinople they did indeed. Venice rules!
I used to listen to Vlahos for several years on the John Batchelor Show, one of the only two of his many guests I was interested in along with Professor Stephen F. Cohen. I was drawn to Vlahos’ grasp and reading of history and trepidation at where events head, or what commentator Perspective perceptively call “eulogy.” He openly discussed the building of the US civil war factions and atmosphere almost a decade ago.
However I eventually tired of him and realized there was a jarring discordance — something not genuine unlike Stephen Cohen. His wordsmithery, polish and glibness rose too often to the surface. Perhaps he was reflecting a hollowed out and blasé culture, rushing headlong into self-destruction? If you read enough pages of History, and see all the signs, and how Nemesis is in charge, then it is wearing and burdensome after a time. One checks out emotionally.
Yet that wasn’t it quite either. One tends to hear what one wants to hear from really skilled folks like Vlahos. Vlahos is a disturbing chameleon to those who study him or listen to him long enough. In many respects he merely states bald facts and reflects or echoes. But he doesn’t go against the grain or the set Narrative. He lacks courage. And there is often justification for current status quo or rationalization or such, an imploring for understanding and scholarly introspection and review of former Glories and more whiling away.
This video clarified why I avoided him carefully after a time. I did not do due diligence back then and review his CV better. As he himself stated, he worked for the CIA and the State Department. John Batchelor’s usual guests and friends were rabid neocons and evangelicals, and he himself broadcast live from Israel. Was Stephen Cohen the only odd man in the cast after all?
There is a grimness and some bitterness in Vlahos now — who would enjoy being on the second deck of the Titanic after it hit the iceberg and the tophats stole the lifeboats and one is left to uncomfortable contemplation? So he is finally able to talk the “straight talk” a little more. A trifle late following a lifetime of dissembling as a dilligent Imperial functionary.. and even now he cannot avoid form and largely defers and serves as foil to Macgregor who is in a more comfortable environment and finally has a worthy erudite questioner.
The true crime though is we never obtain the real insights of Vlahos, a haunted man who once boasted he came of the Greek Orthodox Vlahos. He has dimensions and experiences and abilities that easily outstrip the still formidable Macgregor! When will we ever see the genuine unscripted unvarnished Vlahos? Are all Greek actors in our sad age, save the Alexes, fated to be regretful?
Interview with D.C. Col. Richard Black, former Senator VA, and a former top Pentagon JAG insider.
Richard Black Interview: Ukraine War – Revenge for Russia’s Defeat of US Regime Change in Syria

He was in Syria, and calculates the horrendous military casualty rate at Bakhmut – 30 times Vietnam’s US worst!
He knows the prestige and power cold killers!
Senator Black quantifies the monstrous casualty rate – 30 times Vietnam’s US rate (not to mention the millions killed aside.) . Scott Ritter and Col. MacGregor quantify this closely. There must be mountains of coffins – cold storage?
The Europeans were/are arrogant and they cheer leaded the war. They continue to help and push the Albanian robbers/terrorists, even as the ethnic Albanian gangsters take over the drug and people trafficking in Europe as well as constantly commit other crimes – burglary, robbery, rape, murder in these European countries. They were most all ignorant, unsympathetic towards or even hateful to Serbs. They swallow the lying propaganda and have an inability to see the lies or even care.
In defense of ordinary Europeans, I have seen a lot more footage of them protesting in the streets against Washington’s proxy war against Russia than of any US protests. In fact, I can not think of any notable, large-scale US protests against this proxy war thus far. The average US citizen just does not seem to care about the conflict much at all. The big question regarding Western Europe is whether the peoples of countries like France, Germany and Italy will rise up and overthrow their US puppet governments in the next decade or two. Will they choose to carve out their own pole in the increasingly multi-polar world or will they choose to terminally decline together with the US? Time will tell…

Look I do think you have some right to comment on Europe and Europeans as an insider, but as a fellow migrant, I can say, you can never return. What you will find is a foreign place. Something you need to rediscover.
I agree with you though that genuine resistance has been stifled must cynically. And I agree with Micheal Hudson that Europe has betrayed it’s own economic mission and become a vassal of Empire. That it is now being cannabilized by.
But not everything is as it seems
Right now in the Netherlands the government seems to have managed to buffer the most vulnerable against inflation. Wages, and social security are all compulsorily rising. They have covered a huge chunk of everyones energy bills this november and december. It’s no long term solution. Yet, the crisis for most people just isn’t as discernible yet. No doubt there are families in dire strata but they were before too. However, low income families have also received additional subsidies. Though they are mostly cynically ignored. They are invisible to much of the political class and to most people in NL.
NL has a history of pragmatism, they quitely make exceptions where that is necessary they have exempted threatened Dutch industry and companies from sanctions. They are even quitely rolling back pressure on the legal and financial sector to disengage with Russia. . I am sure for all the rhetoric outwardly there remains a lot mutual interest between the Russians and the Netherlands.
The first real feeling of unrest is the fact that people aren’t buying houses as much anymore, there is a gap now between market value and the demand. I think this real estate bubble may collapse a little or a lot. But honestly that would be a major relief for the majority for which housing is increasingly unattainable. It could lead to opportunity to address the housing crisis here worsened deeply by self interested neo liberal policy. The major party hete is deeply in bed with big finance and big developers who have made a killing from these policies at the expense of mostly young people and their parents.
I don’t think as many people have bought the Russophobia here as is projected, or the war in Ukraine. That not more people are openly coming out in support of Russia has to do with polarization, but that’s different to saying that people aren’t informed to some extent. People just don’t want to get in bed with the far right. But these have been very active and continue to gain popularity. it’s not the kind of resistance I personally would wish on anyones future but it is genuine resistance. With the first real unrest this is a tinder pile waiting to explode.
The elites worst nightmare will be when all that discontent joins forces, find a single issue to unite behind, this could end up being the sanctions. But sadly the left seems dead… although there is growing nostalgia and support for old school social democracy arising.
The greatest issue truly is information. The insane censorship and constant false information means they are keeping the lid on it, People don’t even realize or sense what is happening yet. But there are cracks, just realities where there is too much friction.
…and what about boudanov’s case ? I am reading Anna Politkovskaïa, and it appears (if everything is true, as reported by her) that the russian society has no lesson of morale to give…
the truth is the western middel class is a bitch : for 30 silver coins, she took off her knickers.

For Europeans who can cancel people for stepping out of line even a bit but dehumanization of Africans is par for the course.
The think nobody notices or forgets about such slip ups. People remember and the effect is cumulative.
To Andrei and Cid
Living in Germany and being rooted here I am of course not happy about what is coming up for us Europeans and Germans. My age also plays a role in not moving away, from what is about to become a shithole. Too late!
Having been at the German Army as a young man, I confess, I was fully brainwashed and I would have killed any person, that would have looked like a USSR-soldier. At the time I considered any person in or from the USSR a barbarian, without ever having met anybody from the USSR, or having spoken to such a person! Very stupid, but that was how it was.
Following my army-service I worked at a ship supplying company in Hamburg.
There something happened, that completely rattled me:
I was asked to visit a freighter with USSR-flag.
The ship’s office needed a new copy machine and I had contact on board with various crewmen.
To my surprise all these people were friendly and civilized and I still have a good memory of them.
By the way, I sold them a real good Xerox. 😉
This first contact was my moment of revelation.
The concept of the cold war collapsed very quickly for me and not long thereafter Perestroika began.
Unfortunately many Germans believed, what some agitators wispered into their ears, i.e. being “entitled” to a lush life with little work and maximum freedom and top top top payment.
And here I agree with Cid. This was agitated from the outside of Germany.
A new aera began 1989, the sellout of Germany began in the form of privatizations of state-entities, such as the federal train system (Deutsche Bundesbahn), the federal mail and tele-communications (Deutsche Bundespost) and many more at state-, county- and community level.
Actually this was an expropriation of the German people, that nobody recognized as such.
This was followed by the first step of de-industrialization (transfer of German production facilities to other countries with lower production cost) and the bowing of Germany to American rule-making, no matter, if it were about cars, bookkeeping, international trade etc.
On top of that comes the corruption at all levels of administrstion, industry and trade.
What we can observe is scandalous, but the sheeple are corrupted by the social handouts at every corner and level of life and thus play along.
The first time, that a notable number of Germans woke up, I would say, was in May 2020. This was the time when “THEY” went too far with Covid!
Not before and the number was still far too small.
The sheeple deserve what will come now, because they never cared to use their brains for unconventional thinking, which might have enabled them to free themselves out of the embrace of the US.
Germany could have been such a splendid country, if it were not for that.
ADHamburg
I have to tell you something but without anger. There are of course a lot of differences between European nations and that is normal. But in one respect, Russians and Serbs have the same trait in their genetics. Like everyone, they don’t give their all and have limits where they don’t forgive and don’t give up. They almost regularly pay very dearly for it because they lost their fear en masse somewhere. What makes us different from others is that we cannot hate. We like some peoples, we get angry with others or we don’t appreciate them, but we don’t hate anyone. It simply does not exist in our genetics. I could find dozens of examples of how we had a fair attitude towards the Germans, and countless cruel and evil ones were returned to us. Let’s give a clearer example; we have never done anything bad to the British, there is not a single trace of bad relations with them. We are far. We were together in both world wars. For 300 years, they have been plotting assassinations, coup d’états and who knows how much more. Imagine the idiocy, to a people who in the last century lost more than half of their current numerical state of the population, defending only themselves, they propose a genocidal nation.
We are of similar age and similar destiny. There you go, somewhere at the beginning of this thread of my authentic story. That Vito had hundreds of reasons to easily eliminate that “blue man”, like a scrambled egg in that UN Mission. While he was shaking with fear and maybe peeing, he was able to eliminate him without a bullet. He didn’t do that. He didn’t even think about it. He can’t hate. If he had found the Serb like that, everything would have been different. There are many bad examples of what they did to the Serbs under the uniform of the UN.
Vale,
I fully undersign the concept of “no hate”!
Since even my young years I have wondered about the use if the word “hate” (Hass [noun], hassen [verb] in German).
I do not know, how this word has come to be used so lightly, as I could observe daily in my surroundings – someone hates to eat something, someone hates the weather, someone hates doing homework after school and so on.
Actually the people just don’t like something, or even despise it, but they don’t “hate” it.
The step from wrongly using this word towards really “hating” a person or a group of persons is very small and usually induced by both, a lacking or uncritical self-reflection and some influence from the outside, same as a “horse-whisperer”, what in these times we call propaganda.
However, the self-reflection bit is the main point in my view. People are not taught this anymore and thus many people march into hate and forget to look at themselves first.
Perhaps the most dangerous persons for all our societies are those, who hate themselves.
They are the matchsticks to so many fires, that burn in this world.
Europeans didn’t of course invent imperialism. Imperialism has been around for thousands of years in most of the world regions.
Are Europeans to blame? Are Europeans guilty? Are they guilty of their colonial past? All of that is nonsense. Nonsensical question that only have nonsensical answers.
Firstly, there is no such thing as a European state. That is part of the problem because it allows the Anglo-American Empire to do what it has always done: “divide and conquer.”
In the runup to the Iraq war, US defense secretary Rumsfeld played the “new Europe” against the “old Europe.” That was such an easy game. Then they played the Greeks against the Germans. During the Brexit talks, the Brits tried (not very successfully) to play the Poles and Hungarians against the EU. Since they started to lay the groundwork for the Ukraine war, they played Poles and Baltics against the rest of Europe. We all had to show solidarity to the Poles and the Baltics who felt so threatened by Russia that they needed Nato and EU solidarity. The Poles and Baltics, on the other hand, were more into “flexible solidarity,” ie., solidarity when it benefited them and no solidarity when they were asked to help others, as during the refugee crisis.
I remember the Moscow-Berlin-Paris axis against the US war in Iraq. I remember Schroeder who tried to cement the friendship between Germans and Russians by economic ties and the umbilical cord of the NordStream pipelines. Well, that’s been cut and Schroeder has become a pariah, because the US would have non of that.
I remember 12 years ago, Putin was still visiting Brussels to talk about an “economic zone from Lisbon to Vladivostok”. That was Europe’s last chance for survival. It would have benefited both Europe and Russia and it would have avoided the Ukraine war, but it would also have made the US superfluous. You immediately understand why the US had to torpedo that. That was easy with the help of the “new Europe” against the “old Europe.
I remember the EU’s Eastern Partnership Program, which was to develop ties with the former Soviet Republics, INCLUDING, Russia. But then somewhere along the way, some (Warsaw, Washington, etc.) decided to redirect EU policy so as to draw Ukraine closer and repel Russia. Of course we had to indulge the Poles, you know, because of EU solidarity.
I remember endless discussions in Germany of how we needed Russia not just economically, but also because there would be no peace without Russia. Almost everybody agreed, from the far-right AfD, to the center CSU/CDU and the SPD to the far-left Die Linke, even the FDP. Industry was in favor. Almost everybody was in favor. Only a couple of years ago the Russian president was more popular in Germany than the US president.
I remember French presidential elections, in which almost every candidate was very pro- Russian. I remember French and German generals talking fondly of Russia.
So why doesn’t the old Europe assert itself? Why doesn’t Germany play a leading role? Silly question. If you are honest, you know why. You can’t tell a people for over 70 years that it has to do penance because of its sins and then all of a sudden expect it to rediscover a sense of patriotism to assert itself on the world scene.
But that doesn’t matter to the Anglos. The divide and conquer game has become second nature, not just to the Empire, but to most of its denizens, and when they can bash others by adding insult upon injury, that’s exactly what they’ll do. It’s a national sports.
Ah, now you think I’m anti-American. Little do you know. My generation has been the most Anglophile of all. It’s just when one gets to know them so intimately, one does get wary.
Dear Andrei, Thank you so much for your compassion and understanding of the position of the Serbian people.
God bless you!
What most commenters fail to appreciate on this thread is that the whole of what is now the EU has been under military occupation by US forces since the end of WW2, when Germany surrendered unconditionally to the Allies. This means they are all de facto vassals of the US, and their elections are a sham just as in the US. Merkel, Macron, von der Leyen, Scholtz and Baerbock were not elected, they were chosen by Washington, DC.
Did you know that General Eisenhower effectively sentenced a million German soldiers to death after they had surrendered, by imprisoning them in open air concentration camps surrounded by barbed wire without food, shelter or medical attention ? Few survived the winter of 1945/46.
I can’t decide whether it’s because they don’t know (even after articles published here and there talking about it) or because they do know but are consumed by prejudice enough to take the opportunity to bash European people when it’s convenient.
Either way, I frankly expected better. Holier-than-thou attitudes go both ways.

There are certain advantages to being a toy poodle. You get to live in a nice house, eat good food, get cuddled and fawned over, all without having to do any work, what’s not to like? Maybe that’s what Europeans are thinking and hoping for. Russians should not disturb Europeans by telling the mean things like there are wolves out there that eat poodles.
Thank you, Andrei for the interesting conversations and your own input on the issues of today.
Let’s start with what it means to be an empire and/or a hegemon. The US is both a Financial & Military power.
The two retired military people are experts in their field of the military. What they are not are financial experts.
One gentleman asks, “Why didn’t the US & Nato’s power gobble up all of Russia, during the 1990s to include it into Nato? A very good question. The reason why the US didn’t force that issue is directly related to HOW its Financial Axis operates:
The US Financial power operates on how to make “a fast buck.” Meaning, in the 1990s’ when the Harvard Boys, largely Jewish men, went in and subverted Yeltsin/Others, they immediately started destroying Russian Industry/Corporations/ Banks, etc. Both American and other Western Financiers grabbed every Russian asset they could and basically destroyed the Russian economy. (There were also Russian business men who chimed in and made billions of $$s, too.)
IN other word, these thieves didn’t t bother with military expenses in Russia, when all they were after were profits they stole in one fell swoop.
Moreover, the two gentlemnn ask:
Why didn’t W. European/UK political leaders counter what the US/EU/UK businessmen were doing in robbing Russia (The 1990s)?
Why, because since the end of WWI and for the first time, the US financial predators purposely loaned millions of $$ for German, Britain, other nations in order to wage war against each other. It took years to pay off those loans. German citizens bore the brunt end of those loans while that bitterness aided Hitler’s rise to power.
The US Financial System did that with Churchill during WWII. It’s taken England multiple years to pay off that debt.
During/after the end of WWII, the US Financial Hegemon was also establishing NATO; initiating IMF Loans, and the World Bank. By the 1990s’ ALL Western politicians & bureaucrats/Financiers had earned substantial $$$ rewards from the US. That is exactly why, today, these EU/UK cowardly lap dogs toe the line for Uncle Sam’s brutal, predatory and highly destructive nature.
“I do believe in God’s justice (and love, of course!). In other words, I don’t think you can commit evil deeds and get away with it: sooner or later you will have to pay, especially if you fail to repent for your evil actions”.
God does not figure in International Relations Theory Andrei and political leaders know that there is no higher authority.
They have their armed forces.
_________
This is “justice”, of sorts.
As Pentagon General Curtis LeMay remarked to a much younger Sam Cohen, Los Alamos nuclear weapons physicist and creator of the smaller enhanced radiation weapon the Neutron Bomb – “Sam, war is killing people. When you kill enough of them, the other guy quits.”
There is your justice. Americans call obliterating inferior countries God’s justice.

A lot of the goings on in the EU, UK & US are around climate issues and emissions.
This is why gas pipelines are being blown up, and its not just about Russia.
I want to float here a way of getting vehicle emissions down.
Changes to traffic laws may be a way.
A lot of energy, heat, emission from cars and trucks is wasted when they have to stop at give-way at pedestrian crossings and round-abouts in urbanized areas largely due to having to wait for vehicles to wait for pedestrians to cross roads etc….
Simply change the law that pedestrians have to give priority to cars / trucks to let them proceed without stopping if possible.
May reduce urban heat carbon emissions by 1-2%.
Take a amber light pedestrian zebra crossing – current rules are once a pedestrian is on it the cars have to stop for them. The law simply becomes that the pedestrian may only cross if no cars are hindered from travel. So cars/trucks don’t have to stop and waste time with engines running.
Same for or a pedestrian walkway on a roundabout or streets/roads – pedestrian has to give-way and not proceed until cars are gone, or if a constantly flow of cars – they wait 5 minutes or for several people to cross.
Very simply change to the rules which would have big impact.
Same with general traffic flows – they need to better managed.
Would have large effect year after year particularly in highly urbanized areas like EU & UK and US cities.
They want to tax your breath, the climate is secondary.
To say that ‘Europeans’ deserve what comes next, is like saying ‘Americans’ deserve what comes next.
