It was called Vladimirovka from 1882 to 1905, then Toyohara from 1905 to 1946.

April 19th, 2016 people rescued four killer whale trapped in ice near Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
A family of whales comes to this shore every year. This year they got trapped by floating ice.
Three killer whales and baby ‘knew we were trying to save them, and were not aggressive’.
Three rescued whales including the baby reached the open sea fairly quickly. A fourth – the largest – took much longer, because it was trapped in shallow waters.
