No one cares. Trump had many opportunities to order the army to arrest the Hillary clan.
Now it is too late. Suffer the consequences.

    • Larchmonter445 on December 01, 2020  ·  at 6:38 pm EST/EDT

In the US, up until now, the Army can only arrest their own culprits. They have no civilian law enforcement powers until Martial Law is declared.

So, what you commented is flawed, factually.

      • Anonymous on December 02, 2020  ·  at 1:11 am EST/EDT

So, the question is, whether Trump may declare Martial law. To do that, he first has to have strong backing of the key military. It is not clear to me at all that he actually has such backing.

        • gatobart on December 02, 2020  ·  at 10:18 am EST/EDT

The backing Trump REALLY needs before crossing any red line (calling in the military, declaring Martial law, state of national emergency, etc,) is that of the majority of the population. That would allow him to tell the military that the people is behind him and so the orders he will be giving them come from the people themselves, which after all is in the spirit of what the Founding fathers meant when writing the Constitution. That is why that popular backing is so crucial for him in these moments. Unfortunately that backing isn’t coming, not yet and maybe not ever, in circumstances when, if the U.S.-American people (I write it this way not to offend the other hundreds of Americans living in this continent) knew what they risk losing if they stay at home sitting on their hands, they would flood the streets of the nation by the tens of millions, because as a few lucid people have been warning, only bad things could come out out of this, you take a pick, social unrest and probably chaos and mayhem, civil war or, most likely, a later day fascist regime. This is also pretty sad for me because I have already the experience of seeing it (if not living through it because I got the heck out of there as soon as I could). In these situations humans show how limited they are in their intellect scope and their ability for abstract thinking. in their capacity to foresee things from events they are watching in the present. All the signs are there that this is not just:”getting rid of a president” who is a) stupid, b) incompetent c) a fool d) other (take your pick) but in reality getting rid of a legal and Constitutional system that allows them to live and prosper in peace and freedom in a society in which their civil, legal and human rights are respected. They stay at home comfortably watching events in the tube while those doing “the cleaning” dismantle their Constitutional order. It has happened a number of times only in this century, most notably in Ukraine in 2014. That “staying at home watching events on TV” cost those folks in South America 17 years of a brutal dictatorship and almost half a century of the regime that the dictatorship had left them, the legal, social, political, even cultural, structure. All that because they stayed at home while some powerful people, civilian and military, were evicting from the seat of government a president that wasn’t very good after all, under the excuse that they were just taking the garbage out. But they were lucky after all, because they could recover their country, or most of it. All signs are telling me now that the same story will be repeating itself once more and that probably the ending of this one wont be that happy.

          • GG on December 02, 2020  ·  at 2:10 pm EST/EDT

Trump doesn’t have the support of the media nor even from his own political party. He is on his own with a few loyalists like Giuliani. I don’t think he has much of a chance of turning things around, notwithstanding how strong the facts are.

The whole situation reminds of the prelude to the Iraq war. The facts were clearly on the side of those claiming there was no evidence for Saddam’s regime making WMD’s. Buth the media and the bipartisan political consensus were all in favor of war, so war is what happened –even though the evidence supporting the warmonger’s claims was all easily debunked.

            • Shree Sooml on December 03, 2020  ·  at 4:06 am EST/EDT

The time of the Iraq war was a time when evil thrived with little opposition.

Today is different, there is an awakening that has taken place and is taking place. 80 million people ignored the MSM and voted for Trump. That is stunning.

The people are behind Trump, God is behind Trump, Trump will prevail.

The growing evidence of rampant voter fraud in the 2020 election should be the focus of every American despite their political affiliation. The unalienable right of suffrage is fundamental in a representative democracy and every registered voters must be assured their vote was counted and properly recorded and no others including the dead.

We the People who pledged support for the incumbent were denied their collective voice by chicanery and duplicitous at the highest levels of government and supported by a biased national media consortium.

The vitriol for President Trump is understandable as I too am repulsed by the man’s demeanor and lack of intelligence in matters of State. He is an affront to sensibility, shows no control over his verbal tirades and lacks the common grace to treat foreign governments with the respect they deserve even though he is fundamentally opposed to how they govern their people or interact with other countries on the global stage.

Trump’s personal lexicon has no entry for the word “diplomacy.” His inability to grasp the finer nuances of how to communicate with his equals around the world that differ in culture and social customs is one of a number of faults he is burdened with. He is not presidential material, not in knowledge of history nor in domestic or foreign affairs. He is a one-dimensional caricature of what a nation’s Chief Executive must be, that is a wise and clever individual who demonstrates by speech and mannerisms what is expected of a strong leader who can listen first and then make correct judgments. Unfortunately Trump has made too many wrong decisions in choosing his inner circle and policies that were more for political show than being sound presidential acts.

So how did a man who had no political experience or held office (not even elected to a village board), become President of the United States?

He got elected because his platform of MAGA resonated with half of the national electorate that is highly skeptical of what the public is told by the mouth organs that control the press and the television broadcast networks that have relentlessly attacked everything Trump said and did in his first term. However these miscreants have gone too far when they electronically stuff ballots in favor of the career politician, Joe Biden. Biden is not physically a healthy man and is prone to injury as we witnessed when he recently twisted his ankle during play with his dog. The man is not going to last 4 years as president, which means Kamala Harris will succeed him in all likelihood.

Harris’s husband is a Jewish lawyer who will continue the influence of Israel over the U.S. Presidency just like Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Half of the American electorate knows the Republic is under a swelling bombardment of social seditionists who wish to remake the country into a colony of useful serfs obedient to a global syndicate. The SARS-CoV-2 virus has been exploited very effectively on the home front and soon other constitutional rights will fall as well unless the people gird up their loins and decide to fight with every fiber they hold dear and overthrow the tyrants.

I have a photograph of the Arlington National Cemetery that hangs over my desk as I type my thoughts to all of you here in the Vineyard. I see the white crosses neatly arranged in rows, one after another. Each of the markers point to a soldier, sailor or Marine who died believing their sacrifice was not fruitless but necessary to preserve our rights as Americans.

I ask myself what would their spirits collectively say about all of us who now in our time are faced with a volition: fight or capitulate? Each of us in the coming months and years will have to face this; there is no escape from it. We cannot excuse ourselves by saying “I don’t want to make that final sacrifice for the half of the country that willingly gives up.” That thought appeals to fear and is defeatist for it diminishes the memory of the fallen at Arlington who knew what they would face in mortal combat.

I swear to all who read my words on this day:

      1. I will not surrender my firearms.
      2. I will not agree to any restrictions in my home and property imposed by the despots.
      3. I will not wear a mask when freely walking about.
      4. I will not take the vaccine.
      5. I will not agree to suppress my thoughts in speech or in prose.
      6. I will not succumb to any person who afflicts me by intimidation.
      7. I will worship the Lord openly and with no fear of reprisal.
      8. I will not betray all those like-minded in freedom and support them fully.
      9. I will encourage others to resist the darkness of tyranny by word and by deed.
      10. I will be true to liberty.

My preference is to fight, to not be afraid of death, to give up my corpus as Christ gave up his for the salvation of man. I wish to be remembered by my family in this way.

        Poke,

I’m moved by your words, but I fear this is all part of ‘the’ plan.
Would it not make for a good excuse to declare martial law when enough people pick up their arms to defend their freedom?

        • PokeTheTruth on December 02, 2020  ·  at 11:33 am EST/EDT

The Palestinian people have been under Israeli martial law for over 70 years. The world knows this ongoing usurpation of Arab human rights as “the occupation” and deceptively presented as a shared agreement between two parties.

How did this brutality happen and why does it continue year after year after year? Although Palestine was recognized as a country, it was not a nation State with a central government that protected the rights of the people. They also did not and still do not have access to personal firearms.

We Americans do. The Constitution of the United States is a statutory affirmation of the unalienable rights granted by God (not the federal government) to us as citizens. We have that right to defend ourselves when tyranny threatens our freedoms. That time has come and we know it when the courts of law do not adjudicate against the unlawful act of swindling the people of our right to suffrage but instead, rule in favor of it.

It is now a binary choice; do I vigorously resist or do I acquiesce?

The fact that trucks with National Guardsmen, armored vehicles with mounted machine guns or even combat tanks advance down my street is of no consequence to me. For my shield is faith in my ability to overcome fear and do what is right for myself as an American and for the Republic.

I have made my decision and now you have to decide what you will do.

I have seen zero evidence of voter fraud. Id love it to be true but i have been shown zero evidence. A truck drivers anecdote is not evidence

        • PokeTheTruth on December 02, 2020  ·  at 10:25 am EST/EDT

Perhaps you fail to look in the right places.

Two lawsuits have been filed in the States of Georgia and Michigan showing evidence of voter machine tampering and sworn affidavits from poll watchers attesting to the fact they were denied the right under State law to observe the tally of votes at election precincts.

          Georgia:

          https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/COMPLAINT-CJ-PEARSON-V.-KEMP-11.25.2020.pdf

          Michigan:

          https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Michigan-Complaint.pdf

Testimony has also been given in Michigan at a Senate Oversight Committee hearing about 130,000 military votes all for Joe Biden appeared after Election Day.

          See: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/pure-evil-democrat-operatives-michigan-georgia-tampered-military-ballots-filled-new-ones-100-marked-joe-biden/ .

Dominion voter machines were purposefully designed with software that has algorithms that allow the tally of votes to be changed to other candidates.

          See: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/huge-one-many-heroes-uncovers-damning-evidence-regarding-potential-fraud-within-dominion-voting-machines/ .

The “60 minutes” news show broadcast on the CBS television network invited Chris Krebs, President Trump’s former election security official to present his position that this presidential election was the “country’s most secure ever.” However CBS did not give equal time to person(s) who reject Krebs claim.

          See: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/election-results-security-chris-krebs-60-minutes-2020-11-29/

You have to ask yourself how can an official in Washington, DC know there was no voter fraud in the hundreds of precincts that took place in the swing states when he had no impartial observers there to oversee the tally? The fact is that Krebs is a boldfaced liar who is part of the Washington DC inner sanctum that wants to remake the United States into a fascist State.

A statistical fact has also been uncovered that over 3 million more people were found on voter rolls than those persons legally registered to vote.

          See: https://www.nationalreview.com/2017/08/election-fraud-registered-voters-outnumber-eligible-voters-462-counties/ .

There is a preponderance of evidence of voter fraud that would be upheld in any civil suit in federal and State courts of law.

So, those completed ballots, presumably filled out in New York, could have been heading anywhere.

    • Anonymous on December 01, 2020  ·  at 9:40 pm EST/EDT

“… could have been heading anywhere…”

Each of the states has its own voting arrangements. Another thing is, surmised from the Arizona hearing yesterday, that even within the same state some details might vary from county to county, but I do not know whether that extends to paper ballot forms themselves.

      Some information is at https://ballotpedia.org/Voting_methods_and_equipment_by_state

      • Katherine on December 01, 2020  ·  at 11:56 pm EST/EDT

Yeah, not clear to me just how this scam was meant to work.
Subpoena the USPS supervisor, for starters, and find out where the trailer ended up.
Refusal to give Jeff these freight and labor docs seems extremely fishy . . .

  3. Anon on December 02, 2020  ·  at 2:44 am EST/EDT

“They have no civilian law enforcement powers until Martial Law is declared”

Then declare martial law and arrest all.

Btw, your idol Putin is said to have parkinsons and to be out by early 2021. Guess the real Russians had enough of Putin’s masochistic restraints and are replacing him with someone else.

  4. subhuti37 on December 02, 2020  ·  at 4:54 am EST/EDT

Maybe so. I see confirmation bias here. Why is Voter Suppression never mentioned?

The Democrats steal votes by the thousands or hundreds of thousands, evil crooks that they are. But they’re amateurs compared with the Republicans

    https://www.counterpunch.org/2020/08/21/how-to-rig-an-election-an-interview-with-greg-palast/

Trump demanded that the vote count be stopped before mail in ballots were counted, and sabotaged the Post office to even deliver mail on time. Putting one of his cronies who is connected to FEDEX in charge of the USPS….a little conflict of interest there?

Well, but Trump loves Russia so it must be ok.

Really, why does Trump and the Republicans get a pass? Sure, the Democrats are awful. They rigged the primaries against Sanders, who would have wiped Trump away…70% of Fox viewers favor Bernie’s Single Payer Healthcare, which the leaders of both corporate controlled parties abhor.

This system is rigged in so many ways, from Republican dominated rural states that get more electoral and Senate votes per person than urban states.

Gerryrigging, threats to Black voters, Voting Rights Act recently repealed, the list is long. So what is it about only voter fraud which favors Democrats promoted, while overlooking all the other ways that progressive voters or peace candidate voters like Libertarians, Greens, Socialists, etc are uniformly excluded from the discussion?

    Just asking.
