In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful. A close look at the Western psyche, the Western man’s personality, and the way he deals with matters related to us, indicates that in the foreseeable future, Western man will continue to provide the necessary fuel for his governments and regimes to continue oppressing, attacking and persecuting us.However, the problem in this context is not that the Western man is an inherently hostile being who intentionally seeks to oppress i.e. that he knows we are innocent, he knows what he is doing is wrong, yet he continues to carry it out. That is not the case. However, there are two main elements being worked on in general – of course we’re talking in general here – to keep Western man and Western societies as providers of the fuel and resources (that their rulers seek).Thus, (Western states) are able to continue developing their weapons, to continue putting forward armies and soldiers dedicated to entering our regions to fight and kill us.
See how (common it is) for professional (Western) soldiers to kill (innocent) people in cold blood. Many Westerners, when they hear that dozens or even hundreds of us have been killed, feel nothing towards this, neither remorse nor empathy. Why? Because they believe perhaps that we deserve death, or that we form a threat to civilization, or that we are simply evil.
Here, there are two elements which crystallized in the mind and personality of the Western man, leading him to continue to provide the fuel for these ominous policies (by Western governments). The first element is that Western man views his government through the lens of economic well-being and comfort. That is, the extent to which his government provides (him/her with) services and privileges in terms of livelihood.
In short, the issue of livelihood and economic prosperity is a central issue for the Western man in terms of evaluating his government’s (legitimacy/performance). For instance, if Trump launches wars in which millions are killed, the Western man will remain largely silent before such a scene, as long as Trump (manages through such wars) to reduce the unemployment rate in (America) for instance. By merely bringing about some economic improvements, Trump secured a great percentage of votes or support (from Americans). In other words, he gained a widely popular base within American society. This scene also takes place in say Britain, France or Germany.
The red line for Westerners vis-à-vis their governments is (precisely) this issue of (economic) wellbeing and prosperity. Therefore, you can see that Western governments work on the economic dimension whenever they intend to carry out any sinister or ominous foreign actions or policies against any world nation.
The second element regarding the Western psyche was intensively worked upon for hundreds of years, especially during the last century, by (Western) societies, institutions, media, and various forces within their culture, and that is the ‘demonization of the Other’. Meaning that according to them, we cannot be imagined as ‘good’. As far as they’re concerned, we are ‘evil’ (beings) or
devils that must be killed or exterminated, or preferably, that we ought not to exist on the face of this planet. This ‘demonization of the Other’ process was worked upon intensively.
Therefore, when a Westerner feels empathy for a whale stuck between icebergs, but very rarely empathizes, if at all, with the Palestinian people, who are slaughtered, killed and subjected to all this oppression – this is because the Westerner is unable to extract these demonized images from his mind and imagination, images which (Western) media, educational institutions and (various Western) literature worked intensively on for centuries. Due to this culture, the Western man is unable to accept or view us as normal human beings, or as real people, or at least as people who deserve to live or have dignity.
Unfortunately, in this regard, we have major shortcomings that we must work on, not for the sake of the Western man, but for the sake of completing the (moral) argument against this (Western) world. If we do this, God willing the great Divine support will arrive (to change this situation).

There is a simple template for mass western media sympathy mongering: can the “sympathy” be converted into profits for the Wall Street military industrial complex? If not, no sympathy.
In other words, Western man has been very deliberately indoctrinated and ignorant of truth by a few people in control of the money supply, the banks, the media, the education, the courts, the police, the army, the security, all levels of government, and the rigged voting system. There is good reason why the label, drugged-up and dumbed-down, applies so aptly to the average Western man.
Western Man has been mostly, up to this point at least, simply bought off. Question is, as the resources and wealth continue to dry up, what will TPTB do next to manufacture consent? It appears of late that the answer will be to first lock us down with fear, and then kill as many of us as possible. Seems to be working so far.
Western man is complicit and part of the western murder Incorporated. His greed is his trap; So lets see, from the colonial age up until now; the western man well knew and knows that the Plunder, Murder, Rape and stealing of others goods and resources is going on in full capacity. Now the problem has only arisen very recently in the historical context: Simply put the resources are drying up, the pie has gotten smaller and western mans greed fot the good life at the expense of others is rapidly coming to an end (Welcome to the real world).
Besides; the ones whose lands were being plundered have learnt to shoot back and send western men back home in body bags (Interestingly it is a criminal offence in America to publish pictures of returning military personnels body bags) This greed of western people and governments has created an intense dislike and hatred of white people in most parts of the world.
For myself I am personally very fond or ordinary western white people, I consider myself more western orientated than my own muslim people because I have lived amongst them all life in the west, I find a certain compassion and civility amongst them which is admirable but for some reason it is only applicable within their own societies, for some reason it doest apply to the rest of human race.
One of the greatest drawbacks in western societies psychological profile and mind-set is their moving away from faith “Man does not live by bread alone” as the bible says. Atheism and Agnosticism has destroyed western mans inner sanctum, which by its very nature is sacred. Once the sacred is removed then all you have left is an grazing animal who can only see the next patch of grass to eat. It is not surprising for a man like to notice that Islam (The third and the last in series of Abrahamic divine faiths) it is gaining immense popularity amongst western people in the west, mosques are sprouting up everywhere, and conversion rates are high. Indeed it is spiritual hunger that is driving this.
I am afraid the future does not bode well, we live in this age of consumerism and voraciously consume whatever we make, again a destructive path the west choose in the name of economic growth, these thousands and thousands of nuclear weapons that the west and others have made are not for display, not at all, it was the west that has already used them on other people, (Think Japan WWII) and Indeed they will use them again.
As the pie for western people continues to get smaller (We live in a finite planet and their cannot be infinite growth) for the western model of economic growth, In desperation they will lash out.
Historically, whenever empires are progressively moving towards full blown collapse (As is evident in Pax-Americanas case) they resort to extreme violence and madness, they don’t go out in a whimper.
Well, in the U.S. we have about a 50% employment rate at best, fake unemployment and “labor farce participation rate” sadistics aside. Even if it is true that China’s distribution of income and/or wealth is now nearly as unequal, they are having their Gilded Age while we financialize and deindustrialize, so as Colombians would say, it is like trying to compare faeces and salve.
I can feel the anguish of this man.

Personally, I think “westerners” have absolutely nothing to do with any killings. The focus has to be on the “inter-nationals”; these are the creeps without any loyalty to any culture, nation, or life in general. These are the creatures that don’t belong on the planet earth, and they will kill without hesitation any ‘westerners”, “easterners” and “in-between-rs” to solidify their control over everything in our realm.

Sorry, that’s just a dodge. While true at its core, at some point if you’re going to pride yourself on a “representative democracy” – as most westerners do – then you have to stand up and take responsibility for its fruits. Mr. Nureddin is definitely onto something important. He has put his finger on the main problem at hand. But his claim that Western crimes and atrocities can be attributed to economics is a mistaken analysis.
White Western judeo Christian colonialist crimes and atrocities did not begin in the 20th or 19th centuries and cannot be analyzed via modern reductionist economic theories. Western colonialist crimes have been going on for more than 2000 years. They must be studied and analyzed on their own historical and spiritual basis.

you cannot dismiss the economic aspect in that way. That’s a strawman argument. It’s not that he’s implying that westerners kill for money, he’s saying more along the lines as long as the economy isn’t hurting too bad the western man will have no problem with his government (and by extension himself) killing and destroying people and countries in far off lands.
His argument is that the western man is conditioned to only observe his immediate self with any regard and the world may burn at large. This is obviously true in the ethos of today’s western man. You can read the comments (not here) on almost any platform and it’s obvious that the mindset of “as long as I get mine” is glorified to no end. People pride themselves in how much they can cheapen life (listen to cops and commentators talk about police shootings – donut operator is the most popular one). This is the regular people voicing their real opinions, those people cannot have sympathy for anything going on outside of of the US.

Yes and thank you. But in reality the masses in the West do not have the respect of their elites. The butchery of the First World War bears witness to this. by my own lived experience I cant take Abbas Noureddine,s analysis too seriously. it is quite incomplete as one poster above has already noted..that the evil of western man is much much broader and deeper and-long -term than Abbas Noureddine avers here. in fact Abbas reads like a fifth columnist production itself, calculated to give the western comprehensive and long term executor of humanity a huge break
Being a believer of Realpolitik and balance of power, I think, apart from the kind of reasons offered by the article, the real issue is the lack of strength, economic power, science and technology in the countries that are demonized and attacked at will.
Five centuries or so back, while Europe took off in science, technology, new thinking, new politics, economy – the renaissance – the East and Africa were not only stagnant but in many instances crumpling societies. This great divide in the trajectories of East and West happened at a time when vigorous Western countries were exploring the world, subjugating it for adventure and profit, and making the universe their own. Because this East-West divide persisted for so long, it kind of sealed the fate of the undeveloped East. A lot of English literature (and no doubt French and Spanish, though I have no knowledge of them) fixed the image of the “barbaric natives”, “the uncivilized savages”, and “the heathens” firmly and deeply into Western minds. From there it was a matter of course to lose respect and empathy for “the natives” and to claim the white man’s mission to civilize and rule the world.
Asia and Africa started trying to stand up in the wake of the Russian revolution. Freedom struggles, liberation movements, and decolonization happened to a large extent because of the Russian revolution. It was then reinforced by the Chinese revolution. Since then, “civilizing the natives” became a matter not of polite talk but simply of “keeping them in their place”. But they could no longer be kept in place because of the altered balance of power following the Russian and Chinese revolutions. Asia and Africa came to enjoy a degree of sovereignty in the four decades following the end of WW2 that they hadn’t since centuries.
All this diabolical, cynical and satanic talk of bombing countries to bring them democracy and human rights was not possible during the days of the USSR. Nor will it be possible the day that many of the weaker countries stand up and declare “No more”. A lot of the present day western hatred of Iran, N. Korea, Venezuela, Nicaragua, etc. stems from these countries’ resolve of “No more”.
Countries which have stood up and said “No more” and have backed up their defiance with credible militaries are no longer regarded as “poor, uncivilized heathens”. They are the objects of hate and fear in the West. The west knows that killing them will entail consequences for the west. Call it balance of power or balance of fists, but that is how the animal kingdom works.
The tragedy of the Palestinians is that the Arab world is hopelessly divided and the dividing lines are many, the important two being the Sunni-Shia divide and the rich countries-poor countries divide. The UAE has recently back-stabbed the Palestinians, while the Saudis have been back-stabbing them since decades. Furthermore, almost all of these weak countries remain under corrupt and inept leadership. No wonder these countries can be easily ignored by the powers that be. Why worry about the human feelings of people in these countries when they matter no more than dust and stones that happen to be lying around. Western countries have been drawing and redrawing the borders of the middle east just as they arrange and rearrange soil and stones in the course of their work.
Alas, the world is still lacking a balance of power. As long as that does not change, attitudes and mindsets of people in the West towards the East will not change.

Your comment is almost disgusting yet brutally irrelevant. The writer is hoping to awaken ordinary people in the west (& everywhere) from hypnosis , which is paralyzing them whilst empire (beast) is feeding on human life.
Brutal my comment may be but irrelevant I think it is not. While one way to awaken the people in the west may be through moral persuasion, the stark reality is that weak people and countries only get respect and self-preservation when they strengthen themselves intellectually, economically, socially, militarily, politically, and morally. Clinton (the Bill) could laughingly bomb Sudan because Sudan had no power, and in 2011 Clinton (the KIllary Hillary) could cackle and laugh at the destruction of Libya because it was easy to do with no price to pay. They would have loved to do the same to Nkorea (and several others) but realized that there would be a price to pay. If you care to study world history – especially the relations between the strong and weak countries – you will realize that moments when absolute power rested in one country or bloc of countries, that country/bloc would often treat weak countries like dust and stones.
Even internally within America, black leaders called upon their people to rise and become strong. And if I may point out, Gandhi the saintly pacifist, called weakness a sin and the greatest cowardice. Weakness in oneself brings out the worst in others, so it is a sin. What, after all, started the Black Lives Matter? Is it not that they simply decided “Enough is enough. No More”.

I strongly disagree with this simplistic article. But I also strongly disagree with your “real politic” comment, which tend to make believe that the common man in the western street dislikes and distrusts third world countries and cultures.
The PTB have for centuries organized the destruction and pillaging of most of the cultural entities in the world, and have now begun to destroy and pillage the western world. Those PTB have nothing to do with the average John Doe, whether he be Turk, English, Chinese or African.
I am afraid the common man in the west is not blameless. He is an active accomplice in the crimes committed by his country. He escapes blame only to the extent the common man has come to lose all say in foreign policy and other important matters.
