They are the ones who are “playing” the Trump partisans versus the Biden partisans. Playing both ends against the middle. This is how the financial elite always controls the “plebs”. Of course, “the global financial elite” never use this term. They know all too well, their millions will go to Republican or Democrat politicians because their sole agenda is to make greater profits and greater dominance over the political/commercial/legal and, thusly, geo-strategic power called The US of A.
