The Russian Navy organized training exercises in the center of the Pacific Ocean for the first time in recent history. On June 21, our Pacific Fleet deployed up to 20 vessels and the same amount of aircraft for the training. By the way, take note of the maneuvers’ date, on the eve of the Memory and Mourning Day when our people remember all those who perished as a result of the treacherous attack by the Western ‘partners’ on the USSR.
Russia has long made itself into a ship distributor, strenuously modernizing its navy and upsetting its geopolitical adversaries with that. Navy ships don’t get launched in order to rust at the pier, as is customary in the ‘independent’ Euro-Ukria. The Russian sailors keep training constantly in the near combat conditions, in order to be able to repel the aggressor, in case of an attack on our country, regardless of whether such an aggressor attacks from the de-facto occupied by the US European Union or from another Eastern direction.
Source: RIA News – “Combat vessels of the Pacific Fleet, together with the navy aircraft, are conducting naval exercises in the central part of the Pacific Ocean for the first time in recent history. The exercises take place in an area situated 2.5 thousand miles (approx. 4.6 thousand kilometers east of the Kuril Islands.”
As our fellow countrymen joke, 2.5 thousand miles east of the Kuril Islands is almost Hawaii. It is obvious that the ocean regions in question are those that the USA has been regarding for a long time as the exclusive zone of their interest. Now Russian missiles and aircraft are flying there. Naval vessels are also sailing over there.
Source: RIA News – “The exercises brought into play up to 20 surface vessels, submarines and support ships. The Flag Ship of the Pacific Fleet Missile Cruiser ‘Varyag’, the Frigate ‘Marshal Shaposhnikov’, the Corvettes ‘Aldar Tsydenzhapov’, ‘Sovershenny’ and ‘Gromky’, as well as a submarine are taking part. Additionally, the exercises involved a number of the Naval Aviation Tu-142M3 anti-submarine aircraft that undertook a 14-hour flight to the overall distance of 10,000 km. Overall 12 aircraft are involved in the exercises. Apart from the Tupolevs, these are Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft, MiG-31BM fighter-interceptors, an IL-78 refueling aircraft and deck helicopters Ka-27.”
The program for the training is also worth a note. Our Defence Ministry is not trying to conceal whom the sailors are training to sink.
Source: RIA News – “The vessels and aircraft have already worked through a few tasks, namely, destruction of an aircraft carrier strike group of a mock enemy, as well as a mock cruise missile strike on the enemy’s onshore targets.”
Which openly hostile towards Russian state cuts the waves of the Pacific Ocean with its aircraft carrier strike groups? There’s only one – the USA. Other aircraft carrier groups exist in possession of the British sworn ‘partner’s and of the French ones. But those don’t poke their heads into the Pacific Ocean. And we are not in conflict with the Chinese who build aircraft carriers at a higher rate. It is very significant that the training began on 21 June, on the eve of the most tragic date in our country’s history when we remember everyone who gave their lives in fight with Hitlerism. Now Hitlerism has been de facto rehabilitated in the territories of the independent limitrophe states that diligently serve the USA. The SS veterans march in the Baltic states. Recently in Kiev, the presidential guard regiment took part in a funeral service for an SS member.
“In the Ukraine, the former member of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and the SS Division “Galicia” (both organizations illegal in Russia) Orest Vaskula was buried with presidential honors. This is not a figure of speech. The regiment of the presidential guard named under Bogdan Khmelnitsky took part in the ceremony.”
With the background of the blunt resurrection of Nazism under the patronage of the State Department, the exercises of the Pacific Fleet in the zone of American geopolitical interests hints, as it were, to the Washington hawks who lost the last sense of reality: Russia will not allow the tragedy of 22 June 1941 to be repeated. The means for that are available. Late in May, the media wrote about the alarm in the USA caused by a discovery of a foreign drone, presumably the Russian device ‘Poseidon’ capable of causing a tsunami by an underwater nuclear explosion and washing away the American coastal cities.
In a word, welcome into the multipolar world, America, who is used to moving its troops to the borders of others but who is not used to military exercises of other countries near her own border. Russia has returned to the great geopolitical game and continues increasing its weight. And the dollar printing press turned to max power is not helping the Americans to reduce their arrears in armament, despite the fact that their military spending is comparable to the Russian and Chinese spending combined.
Source: RIA FAN – “The combined defense spendings of Russia and China have increased the military budgets of the USA, stated the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley. Senator Jim Inhofe cited this reason for the need of greater military spending in the United States. According to him, the buying power of currencies must be taken into account during drafting the budgets. As a result, it turns out that the CPR spends $604 billion dollars and Russia spends around $200 billion.”
Where is the limit of increase? The USA have already spent $780 billion dollars on defense in 2020. It didn’t help. The Americans still could not design a breakthrough weapon. While Russia did it. The hypersonic missiles can be deployed next time during the exercises somewhere near Hawaii. On which occasion I congratulate us all, dear fellow countrymen. The Pacific Ocean is ours.
Bravo! I hope Venezuela, Kuba, Iran and Argentina will soon join this exercise.
Approaching Pearl Harbor would be a strong signal torwards Washington. Don’t mess with us!!
This is propaganda and very far from reality. Russian task grup of vessels can go near Havai and made war games in peace time. In war time it is another story and mr. Ostashenko overestimated power of russian pacific fleet.
That works both ways.
In any hot war, no NATO fleet or warships would even be able to enter the Black Sea. They would be destroyed while in transit in the Eastern Med or as they enter the Black Sea. The same could be said of both the Baltic Sea and the North Atlantic.
” … welcome to the multi-polar world; America, who is used to moving its troops to the borders of others but who is not used to military exercises of other countries near its own borders… ”
… is, obviously, of significant importance. However, the details are also important …
“Our Defence Ministry is not trying to conceal whom the sailors are training to sink.”
This is, perhaps, partly in reference to the sneering idiocy with which the US regime tries to justify the deployment of missiles in European vassal states, or the movement of NATO troops close to the border of the Russian Federation, or, or, or, … In any case, it is a positive contrast to the habitual teenage-like lying from the Empire about such things.
Having never been invaded in recent history, the US needs to “grow up” and conduct International Relations in an adult manner. May they grow out of their masturbatory fantasies of endless conquest without consequences and settle into a slow and inexorable decline. There are much worse fates.
The myths in US say nazis were defeated by John Wayne or something silly like that. But I recall clearly the Heroic Red Armies and Partisans – and in the postwar US everybody knew how the nazi armies were ripped apart…and many thought Herr H was alive in Argentina…and the departure of FDR and the odd business of Truman and the close relations with Dulles boys and Wolfe (SS bonzo) and operation sunrise …well, it was obvious that the nazis lost the war in Europe, but were not defeated. And the Soviets put the writing on the wall. It’s still germane> https://repository.library.brown.edu/studio/item/bdr:89387/ (this url is a re-post, apologies)
Of course, as some say, the Russian flotilla could be destroyed on the surface…but this is generally true of every surface ship in the world. And it would be a very poor choice to take. What, then, of the submarine? And what about the Hawaiian bases in “rifle sights”? The nice thing about deadly weapons is that when everybody has a “rifle” not many will decide to go first… of course there’s always fubars and crazy people.
The fleet is a dangle, a dare. That’s recon and practice…makie credibility, no? It’s what one does and it tends to quiet matters when people understand that to attack is a really stupid thing if you wish to keep alive. Very stable.
I have, btw, read the claim that the German nazi ideology and the zionist ideology have a common ancestor in European philosophy, which seems to suggest another line of continuity. Well, there’s “Lebensraum” and all that… it would have nothing to do with zionists’ occupation and aggression, would it? And they say that the US “bowed down” (literally!) to zionists honchos just the other day…
Birds of a Feather, Granny used to say…
Well, yes, the common origin of ‘German nazi ideology and the zionist ideology’ is in the crazy theory of ‘British Israelism’ which is the background of the anti-Christian ‘Reformation’. Ditto the American ‘White nationalism, supremacism, exceptionalism, White (pseudo) Christianity’, you name it.
The US did not “bow down” to ‘zionists honchos’ just the other day. It was created by the named ‘honchos’ the day they vomited the ‘Mayflower’ and the ‘Massachusetts Bay’ colonists (the ‘New Israel’) on the shores of the ‘New Canaan’ (called subsequently America) where from they have been able to spread their poison all around the world.
Well, some of antediluvian families were established long prior to those unwelcome newcomers on that tub. There were Europeans that walked right across, lived, had kids, died and were forgotten.
I meant European Philosophers, not those pesky pirate-islanders. Unfortunately I did not make a note of the names…but the idea, reasonable, plausible, was that the philosophic foundation of zionism and nazism have common ancestor in European, not Jewish and not Christian history. Specific men by name and school.
You’re quite correct, I think, about that Character of the “Mayflowervolk”. I well remember a Reform Rabbi’s lecture on their attempt to recreate Purim – and how that’s dressed up to seem like a secular national holiday. It’s said that they celebrated at the expense of others…and miscalculated the proper dates.
I had in mind the “optic” of the senile guy https://imgur.com/o9veFKC whilst the “Lady” laughs at him.
Since there’s a central topic, Pacific exercises, and since Strategy is, just “is”, I would recall the Russian Fleet “exercises” under sail which in a sense “kettled” the US and permitted the US to fight it’s internal war, aka Civil War…a war that established the vast fortunes of sutler families…which formed the basis of American fascism, the contradictions of which are now expressed globally.
Withal, the Chinese and Russian coordinated Strategy is, seems to be, long term, to be able to kettle the US once again, for a similar purpose – let the US settle it’s internal contradictions in a pressure cooker.
“The Pacific Ocean is ours.” — What do you mean by that ?
There is nothing noble nor to be proud of, about feeling you need to emulate this militaristic filth.
It is a stain and a shame on humanity that such a huge waste of human and financial and energy resources are being – and have been – wasted; without even considering the death and suffering it has precipitated.
You are absolutely right. With the size military budgets of all the countries of the world imagine what could be done to eradicate hunger, homeless and poverty. Nonetheless, other countries have the right to defend themselves and their citizens. Hopefully, whoever wins this coming war will not become another hegemon, but humble themselves to a higher cause, that is, service God Almighty by caring for the indigent, wayfarer, homeless, helpless children, widows and elderly. In other words become human again and realise our insignifance before The Creator of the Universe, and humble ourselves before HIM, Mighty and Majestic.
Who are the ‘us’ who own the Pacific Ocean?
There is no doubt that the Pacific Islands have been colonized by populations coming from the ‘Eurasian’ continent (like America, BTW), long before the intrusion of the ‘Anglo-Vikings’.
Time for Russia, China, Iran, Venezeula, and Cuba to conduct some Freedom of Navigation operations in, say, the Gulf of Mexico right off the coast of the USA.
Let’s see how the Americans react when they get a taste of their own medicine.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
The real threat to the US here is the realization that in spite of years of bloated spending for wars of luxury in the ME based on a blatantly false premise and high tech weapons systems that don’t work, the world that the US assumes itself to remain the lone hegemon of is less safe than ever for aggressive US interests. Of course US pols will have no trouble crying wolf one more time and squeezing even more obscene amounts of funding out of the runaway Fed money printing machine, but that just moves us one more step closer to the day when hyperinflation sets in on the real economy and/or the US finds absolutely no takers for its junk bond level debt. Not to mention that recent events have shown the US Pacific Fleet is a woefully undertrained, under equipped, and poorly maintained for the mission that’s on its plate. One can only hope that retention figures will begin to reflect these facts as well. The day when US youngsters quit signing on for this crap will be one of celebration for us all.

Hey, at least an emu can run the pants off a kangaroo.
What can the F35 do?
And Switzerland is buying F-35, too worrying! Why they don’t by Russian Airplanes?
Among the first group of commenters are significant number who don’t understand that Ruslan Ostashko does parody, satire, acerbic narrative. He skewers his subjects.
You don’t take Ostashko literally. His approach is not academic or analytic. He fires spitballs from peashooters.
He is comedic, even with deadly serious subjects.
Mockery is his specialty. He is deft with facts.
Some may have a faint memory of Mort Sahl. Most all know George Carlin. Ruslan is from their school of political standup.
Taking about this new cold war, did Russia just win a space arms race while the US Space Force and the US MICC are busy with CRT and LGBTQ+ virtue signalling wokeness? I don’t think Roscosmos do satire like Ruslan…

🔫The Russian nuclear-powered tug Zeus is capable of disabling enemy spacecraft systems with electromagnetic pulse blasts, as well as using directed-energy weapons, according to the Arsenal design bureau, a part of Roscosmos State Space Corporation.
The tug has an elegant heat disposal array, which is the big big problem in high power in space…I too saw the claim, and it’s obviously credible.
Highly relevant post @ MoA develops the how and who and why the US spacyforce is large sorta fake.

A little while ago, commenter [sic] Karlof1 asked me about the space race, the Apollo Program, and the role of Nazi scientists recruited under Operation Paperclip.
This is a fascinating subject that has also been severely distorted by the American narrative.
What prompted Karlof’s query was my earlier, and somewhat lengthy technical discussion of today’s state of space technology, where the media narrative is that the US is greatly advanced, due mostly the ‘exploits’ of SpaceX—when in fact the situation is quite the opposite.
The US is far behind important core technologies lik…”

For myself, I observe that a State ruled by people who regard the people of said state (and others) as deplorable naturally commits to it’s self destruction due to ignorance, lack of loyalty, and lack of even basic education – having replaced this with a cartoonish clown show and violence. They refuse to educate. Probably because down deep they themselves understand that they are even more deplorable than those they despise.
