Dear friends
About a month ago I wrote about the truly Orwellian persecution of the journalist Graham Phillips by the UK government and I did a short Q&A with Graham himself. Graham has sent me a number official document regarding his case, I concatenated them into one PDF which I will now share with you:
This is a scary, but very interesting read. One thing is very very clear: Graham’s “crime” is that he dared to disagree with the official narrative: for pages and pages the UK officials denounce Graham for daring to call the Ukronazis “Nazis”. He is also guilty of “obfuscating” the false flag massacre in Bucha. All of which makes him a “involved person”. Here is just one “great” example of how these folks think: (excerpt from the document)
Summary: Guardian article which offers a profile on Graham PHILLIPS. It notes that PHILLIPS has claimed that ‘Ukraine is run by Nazis and the massacre of Ukrainians in Bucha was staged’. The Guardian is a highly credible source.
Ain’t that just beautiful? Graham says that the Nazis in Kiev are Nazis and Bucha was staged. And The Guardian is a “highly credible source”. This is the trick which all the Western Gestapos have been running for a while now: “leak” to a 100% loyal and Gestapo controlled “highly credible source”, any modern version of the Völkischer Beobachter will do, then built a case against any person daring to challenge the official narrative by, you guessed it, referencing the “credible article” in the “highly credible” Völkischer Beobachter“, and then call it all “open source intelligence” (OSINT) and all the sheep reading the said Völkischer Beobachter will jointly bleat “crucify him! crucify him!” or whatever the lynching slogan of the day might be.
Just read the full thing, it is quite worth it. Orwell would have been absolutely fascinated to see that the UK has fully adopted his 1984 model and is now openly persecuting people for their ideas and for daring to speak their minds.
If modern journos were not the presstitutes they all are (as the French philosopher Alain Soral likes to remind us: “there are only 2 types of journalists [in the West]: prostitutes and unemployed) they would have to all rise up in horror and demand that this kind of ideological persecution be immediately stopped. Oh, wait! I am talking about the same people who “forgot” the vicious persecution of Julian Assange’s by the self-same UK authorities, so why would anybody expect them to speak up on behalf of Graham Philips? Besides, with all these urgent issues which need to be addressed (LGBTQ+ “rights”, the “Putin inflation”, taking short showers to “stick it to Putin”, the triumph of black actors in white roles, the immense danger presented by schoolgirls in hijabs, the immense danger of a resurgence of “Antisemitism” and how “heroically” the Ukronazis and their brilliant leader “Ze” stand as a thin Nazi line defending Europe and democracy from the evil Rooskie Asiatic hordes which are poised to invade the entire planet, etc.) there is simply no time to deal with such “petty” issues as journalists persecuted for doing their jobs!
So Alain Soral was wrong: there are not two, but three types of journalists in the West: prostitutes, unemployed and the viciously persecuted ones (Soral, of course, knows this, as he has been criminally persecuted nonstop for his views).
Truth be told, the UK is definitely the worst and most Orwellian state in the West (I am not even counting the 3B+PU clowns as part of the “West” here). Things are marginally better in the other EU countries and even in the United States which, at least on paper, still have the Bill of Rights. That being said, all you need to do to bypass and totally ignore the Bill of Rights in the USA use the expression “national security” and, voilà, you can kidnap, torture, disappear, and basically do anything to anybody, including US citizens. So while the UK is the worst, it is also the model towards which all of the West follows (and I won’t even mention what the UK will be like with that absolute ignorant imbecile Liz Truss in charge!).
Thank God, Graham Philips is safe for as long as he stays in Russian controlled territories, just like Snowden. But this does not change the fact that in the UK they want to make him an “unperson“.
Of course, I could conclude here by quoting Martin Niemöller’s famous “first they came…” but I prefer to conclude with another one of my absolutely favorite aphorisms, this one by Yehuda Bauer: “Thou shalt not be a victim. Thou shalt not be a perpetrator. And above all, Thou shalt not be a bystander. So, please, if you can, especially if you are in the UK, speak up on defense of Graham Phillips and do not allow the British ruling class hide behind your silence when crushing those who dare to speak the truth!
Andrei
PS: also make sure to watch this latest video by Graham Phillips: http://10.16.86.131/liz-truss-vs-graham-phillips-and-the-donbass-truth/
A friend of mine’s son, 15, was reported to the anti-terror police for the simple reason his headmaster / useful idiot had “decided” the his views were such that he deemed him to be of “vulnerable” status with regard becoming radicalised. The boy’s crime was having his own opinions upon the SMO which, would you believe it, were at odds with what may be termed school policy.
The head master / useful idiot in question had a picture of a baby carrying a Ukrainian flag stamping on Russian tanks on view in the corridor next to his office.
The only vulnerability the boy in question has, from my point of view, is being persecuted by an over zealous teaching staff at a school that seeks to politicise children instead of providing them with an education worth having.
May I add, Andrei Martyanov is quite correct in his writings and videos about both culture and standards in the west.
A baby with a Ukrainian flag, ‘stamping’ on a Russian tank? to use a newborns for such things appears to me in itself tasteless and perverted. Luckily such a newborn doesn’t know what he is doing, but one can expect further indoctrination at later age. Regardless of which flag, young people should not be used for such things.
Financial blackmail — the coward’s weapon.
Thanks very much Andrei – & Graham – for publishing this. I was hoping to see those docs via Graham’s telegram channel but this is faster.
To Graham: make sure you wear a helmet & body armour when you are near the frontlines, like many of your supporters have requested you do. If anything were to happen to you – God forbid – do you know how much damage that would do to your followers?
This has been going on for years. As long as you’re a lone voice shouting into the wildernesss nothing much will happen, but once you begin to gather support and a following the power of the state will come down on you.
The British 1986 Public Order Act (s5) specifically forbids speech causing “harassment, alarm or distress” within sight or hearing of someone and as anything said is sure to cause offence to someone, free speech has been almost totally banned. Any dissent is now labelled as “hate speech,” which is a criminal offence.
The authoritarianism behind producing a group think society will continue, but hopefully amid the coming power cuts when twitter and Netflix movies are no longer available on demand is when the sheep will be forced to begin thinking for themselves and it’s then the majority may realize where their apathy has led them.
Yes Mr. Teacher! Things only got worse with the Terrorism Act 2000 (Section 41 arrest without warrant, Section 44 Stop and search without suspicion, etc.)
The Home Office has outrageous powers that are intended to stifle any attempt at independent thought or political opposition. This is an authoritarian organization with the thinnest veneer of legality. As long as this organisation exists there is no use for parliament or a constitution. The people of the UK have no rights whenever the government deems it necessary to revoke them.
Mr. Phillips can expect a jail sentence if he ever goes back to the UK. These are the consequences for really doing the job of a journalist in that country.
Asset freezing is only the tip of the iceberg.

You might be interested in the following news clip, which I’ve received from a couple of sources. Ireland doesn’t consider itself to be British – neither do many Cymraeg – but it seems to be going the same way, in fact, has gone one step further.
“An Irish teacher was put in prison after he refused to use “gender-neutral” pronouns, telling the judge he would continue going to the school to teach despite a court order barring him from the premises.
Enoch Burke was temporarily suspended on full pay from the Wilson’s Hospital School after refusing a request from the principal to address a transgender student by “they” instead of “he,” according to Irish outlet Independent.
The evangelical Christian continued to show up to work everyday despite the suspension, leading the boarding school to get an interlocutory injunction restraining him from coming in the building.
When Burke persisted in showing up to work, the school’s board of management filed a further application, and on Friday, Justice Miriam O’Regan ordered Burke to be arrested and brought into court.
In court, Burke continued to insist on showing up to school teach, saying, “I love my school. I am here today because I would not call a boy a girl,” the outlet reported.
Staying away the school “is not something I will do. It is in violation of my conscience,” Burke added.
The teacher claimed that his suspension was invalid and that he would’ve had to “commit an act of gross misconduct” for it to be justified, according to the outlet.
“It is reprehensible that anyone’s religious beliefs could be taken as a ground for misconduct or gross misconduct,” Burke said. “Were I to obey the order of the board of management and the order of the court, I would have to accept that sticking by my belief in male and female is wrong.”
“It is not something I will do. It is in violation of my conscience,” he added, saying, “Were I to go into the school and bow to something I know to be manifestly wrong, it would be a shame and a disgrace on my part.”
Justice Michael Quinn ordered Burke be committed to Mountjoy Prison and remain there indefinitely “until he purges his contempt or until further order of this court.”
Burke refused to comply with the court’s order after the judge’s decision, saying, “I cannot purge my contempt by holding my Christian beliefs in contempt.”
Wilson’s Hospital School is a secondary school — or high school — run by the Church of Ireland. It is co-ed and caters to boarding and day students.
National Review.
Note that this man is in prison indefinitely, until he bows to authority. I guess with this 1984 is already in Ireland.
I thought compelled speech was illegal under the UN charter to which Eire is a signatory. I thought indefinite detention was illegal under the same charter.
If so, it matters little anymore. I’m seeing rules, laws, being broken left right and centre John, by Governments no less. Rogue nations can be so defined I am thinking — that they no longer observe any law, either sovereign or international.
I would like to add, that in Australia, this attitude has been growing for some time. Around 30 yr ago, when my son was still in high school, I was informed he had been removed from a legal studies class for “disappointing attitude”.
Worried, since this was very unlike either of my offspring, who were not brought up to have offensive attitudes, I attend the upcoming Parent Teacher night to discuss the issue.
I was informed his “attitude” was that in class, he rejected the concept of “parole”, saying he thought that, if a crime was deemed to be worthy of a certain punishment, then people should realise that the full punishment would always apply, to all people.
Apparently he was supposed to display “bleeding heart” views, and his flat refusal to do so got him, not involved in a discussion, but thrown out. My appeal to the Head of School to reverse this was refused!!!!
Weird, isn’t it. You can’t even consider the idea that a six-year sentence means the perp stays in prison for six years!
Basic arithmetic: 6 = 3 and 7 = 4.
As every driver knows, 30 = 35 and 40 = 50.
Never trust the English.
:-).
More and more we see Humpty Dumpty, ” a word means just what I choose it mean,, neither more nor less” spreading himself around the political sphere – along with “highly likely” as sufficient to condemn the accused.
After all, we are living in Looking Glass land, so it seems appropriate. Oh, and you wont find too many Cymraeg who would dispute your last comment either :-)
The authorities in UK seem more insane than other countries/ They waited toll the queen was too old and frail to understand what was going on. Remember everything in UK, Canada, NZ, and Aus done in her name. That 1986 law really ended free speech. The 2019 law even worse. The Saker is righr, UK people must take a stand.
Holocaust revisionists, in some European mainland countries, are beaten up, their careers demolished, their private lives wrecked, put in jail, and sometimes persecuted all over the world (to end up in jail). Even for very small ‘offenses’ of criticism in that direction you can loose your job. Our institutional elites and media are highly organized group-think mobs, worse than mobs on the street, the latter are at least freely themselves when the mob dissolves. So, as I see it, it is not some evil people with which we have to do, but mostly ‘high level’ careerist mobs. The higher up the rank, the more mob behavior it seems.
Actually it was 1973 with the Statute Law Revision Act and Royal Style & Titles Act. This is affirmed as minuted by Lindell (Minute 445). The changes in 1986 follow on from this. Australia hasn’t had a constitutional queen/head of state for almost 50 years, only the legal fiction of the Queen of Australia. It’s an unconstitutional republic by stealth.
But it goes deeper, as the UK’s accession into the EU in 1972 was invalid as subjects of the Commonwealth of Australia did not vote in the relevant referendum. Australia was effectively under the jurisdiction of the EU from that time and the Queen was no longer sovereign, only a citizen of the EU.
The UK and Australia suffer from the tyranny of parliament and lack of a strong executive (Queen/King). Charles will be no better as he’s a globalist and prefers to be defender of the “faiths”. Those in the UK and Australia need to stop pointing their fingers at parliamentary baboons and demand the Queen fulfill her oath of office.
Well, I am not in Britain, so all I can do is say that “I completely agree with Graham Fuller’s views on the Ukraine and the war there, including that Bucha was staged.”
Once I was interviewed by the FBI. At the end of the interview, the agent asked if I had any words for the Federal Prosecutor. Feeling a bit unwisely too cocky, I said, “Do your worse.”
and he did…
Dear Graham, please don’t come back to UK but apply for asylum in Russia.
Do not come back! Your government will put you in prison. Think of Julian Assange who is being murdered slowly by a once democratic government for telling the truth.
Keep the good work coming in. I appreciate it.
This makes me ashamed to be British.
Order of the nukes, since this is what the UK really wants:
1) City of London
2) Clowning Street
3) Houses of Parliament
4) Whitehall
5) GCHQ
6) SIS Building at Vauxhall Cross (MI6)
7) US Military bases
8) Porton Down
I would include the naval bases on the south coast but I could be downwind of the nuclear fallout.
It’s outrageous what they’re doing to him. A journalist should be free to practice their craft without being subjected to tactics that, frankly, smack of fascism served with a legalistic cover.
«UK people must take a stand»
A large minority of UK people have been too euphoric for 40 years celebrating their enormous property-based profits entirely redistributed from the lower classes to notice these things, and as long as the massive profits keep coming their way they vote the government a blank cheque.
Anyhow, the UK/USA/etc. governments seem to believe that they are engaged in a war with the Russian Federation, and in war time “home front morale” matters, and all governments that care about “home front morale” treat criticism of the official line as traitorous, especially if accurate. Graham Phillips did not understand that, believed the propaganda about “freedom of speech”, and forgot that “the nail that sticks out will be hammered”.
During the “Cold War” this did not happen as much as nowadays because the proxy wars were fought far away (Korea, Vietnam, etc.), evidently the UK/USA/etc. governments think this is not just a “Cold War”, it is quite warm, even if not yet hot.
I keep being in favor of european vassalage to the USA, but that’s not because I think that the USA government and those of their european vassals are shiny examples of democracy and free speech, but because it is still inevitable, less oppressive in Europe than in other places, and somewhat economically advantageous. Realpolitik.
And we must remember that Mr. Assange was squalid by the Brita as well.
I remember that in The Netherlands, a Dutch politician of the FvD (Thierry Baudet), when he criticized the position of the Dutch government in relation to the war in Ukraine, and the demonizing of Putin, one member of a green party proposed that there should be an official investigation whether the FvD has ties with Russia. The politician who proposed it really believes there must be something badly wrong. Such refusal to acknowledge that someone can hold other views is really utterly primitive. Such people should not even be in politics, as they are utterly incompetent, unable to think for themselves when under group pressure. Of course the issue of the Ukraine war is not the only situation in which such politicians are total victims of group-think.
“…..(as the French philosopher Alain Soral likes to remind us: “there are only 2 types of journalists [in the West]: prostitutes and unemployed) they would have to all rise up in horror and demand that this kind of ideological persecution be immediately stopped.”
Actually, there is a 3d class of “reporters” found in the US with its horrible education system. They are marginalized by the US’ financial powers. These are “independent” folks who are either on Twitter or may have their own websites.
UK, Western European, Russian, Chinese/etc. “reporters” present themselves and their guests in a more formal, polished manner. What sets apart these US types, is their informal approach along with a very poor understanding of US finance, world history; even W. Europe, UK, or Russian history and cultures.

There is a common view that the UK is a democracy with the trappings/vestiges of a ceremonial monarchy. It most definitively is not this. It is a monarchy with the trappings of a democracy.
The official form of government of the UK is ‘constitutional monarchy’, but the UK has no constitution, it is simply a monarchy with trappings of a democracy. Brits who understand this tend to do rather well. Brits who do not, vote and wonder why nothing changes for the better, ever.
So what we are looking at is a scrawny little finger pointing at Graham and saying “I want HIM”. In the old days, it was the same except the last word was replaced with “HIS HEAD”. Its the same though.
Thanks for your excellent work, Saker as always.
Good luck Graham, don’t be like Ronnie Biggs and go back for pie & chips at the pub :-)
There was nothing wrong with the Aslan interview that Aslan requested. It was a pretty modest interview as interviews go.

We are waiting your anannlys regarding the latest developments on the war zone military and politically!!!!?
Free speech, Democracy in the West?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Soon they will execute people for own opinion or what? Goebbels policy in the West disgusts me!
Well since my visit in the 1980s I’ve seen Brits as victims. Many of them have massive auras of stunted development… I only registered much later that it’s a place where you can’t ever be spontaneous and laugh, like the way British humor works with long planned puns in their reduced and highly simplified language. A free intellect and unsuppressed emotions pose grave danger to the ruling class.
The country has been run as the worst kind of oligarch republic for centuries, and I don’t think they will ever shake it off unless the old order shipwrecks and sinks to the bottom of the sea.
Well said.
Graham should seek asylum in Russia as his days are over in the UK.
He must fight or we will not be free. Seeking asylum is exactly what the apparatchiks in the UK would like to see him do. That would be a win for and nothing would change.

The documents published contained 2 times the same Sanctions Designation Form of 9 pages.
There is only 2 additions to the original request for administrative review.
Could you ask Graham for the request for his request for administrative review ? and publish the document from FCDO in one document and the request of Graham and its additions in another.
Thanks
Thank you for posting this Saker! The pdf you have compiled makes for a fascinating read in how the West is not free. A few years back I went to a talk at local university in Antigonish Nova Scotia. The person speaking, Lyndon McIntyre, a retired journalist in Canada, was trying to put forward the point that the greatest threat to democracy, to journalism, to truth and to the free flow of news, was, drum roll please, Donald J. Trump.
It was not the mainstream media that had a problem. To him, the media that he represented were The harbingers of all that is holy. They alone were going to protect our liberties and that truth going forward. His presence, as a Priest from that temple, was meant to reassure those assembled, that like Bagdad Bob, those aren’t tanks in the street and one MUST believe everything you see on OUR TV.
For it was Trump alone that threatened democracy and the one alone who spread “fake news”… Most attending the spectacle genuflected on his command. That a dirt person like me could not be trusted to edit the “news”. it was for him alone, him being a self appointed apostle of the truth in obedience to the state that would get to decide what I would know each day, with narratives in line with the CBC he once worked for, the Izvestia of the Canadian State.
Not once did that fellow mention the plight of Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning or Edward Snowden. Not even once! Instead he commanded all present that day to bow heads and say grace.
It was a spectacle that would have made Goebbels blush if he was alive today.
And now this. I do wonder if the treatment of Mr. Philips by the British government will be enough of a nudge to sway MacIntyre from the suffering caused by his Trump Derangement Syndrome. I wonder if he cares about this case.
