This short post is just to inform you of the latest developments in the war in the Ukraine.
Following the use of a tactical ballistic missile against Donetsk by the Ukies, Zakharchenko has declared that the ceasefire was basically over.
Strelkov has made an official appeal warning that according to this information the Ukies were massing troops in preparation for an attack. According to Strelkov, the Ukie plan is for a very short and very rapid “push” towards Donestk and the Russian border to make any Novorussian state non-viable and thus to negotiate from a position of force. True, Strelkov does have a record of exaggerating threats in order to minimize them, but this time there are some strong signs that his analysis is shared by the Russian military, and these signs are the most ominous signs of all.
Russian sources – including the excellent Colonel Cassad blog – report that the voentorg aid-spigot has been fully re-opened including for some major deliveries. While, of course, I am very happy that the Novorussian resistance is getting much needed equipment (and specialists), this kind of full reopening of the voentorg also indicates to me that the Russian intelligence services have concluded that an attack is very likely, possibly very soon.
I have been following the situation in Banderastan pretty closely and I can only say that the cracks in the regime are visible all over the place. Whether Poroshenko and his US master’s really believe that an attack can succeed (I doubt it) or whether they really want to force Russia into openly intervening (which I see as almost inevitable), the fact is that starting a major war might well be the only way to save the Poroshenko regime which currently is in free fall.
It is quite possible that Strelkov’s blunt warning and, even more so, the reopening of the voentorg will convince the Ukies that Russia is ready to intervene and that their attack will not be allowed to succeed. What concerns me is that the Poroshenko regime (and his CIA patrons) might decide that even a defeat at the hand of the Russian military is preferable to the current death spiral: not only can a war save the regime, a Russian intervention would finally make the AngloZionist dream come true. Putin will try his utmost to avoid falling into this trap, and that means that Russia will have to provide massive covert support and aid to Novorussia. As for the Novorussians, they have to be strong enough to stop the initial assault. If they succeed, then the offensive will be effectively dead. But Strelkov is right, if the Ukie break through the Novorussian lines, then Russia will have to intervene.
This is an extremely dangerous situation.

“Tomas Radisic
… Krajina expected … help … from Serbia … “
Tomas, Serbia, (and Serbs in other parts of Yugoslavia), were completly alone during the nineties, isolated and attacked from all sides buy the biggest military coalition in the history. (NATO still couldn’t destroy Serb army).
Russia is in the completly different situation …
Hello Alien Tech,
Your comment is well composed, well worded and properly punctuated. I appreciate good English, as it makes comments more readable. But I disagree with your point. You say, “But if you can not take 5 minutes of your time to register an alias somewhere then your post is not worth reading. . . . If you think people who want to know who posted what wont find out who you are, you are mistaken.”
First, I have no idea how one would “register an alias” without signing up for a social network, which I choose not to do. Second, comments are worth reading based content and composition, and not necessarily on authorship. Third, perhaps it’s true the NSA can find out who you are. But to track your thinking through a series of anonymous posts takes a lot of work for them, work that may not be worth it. On the other hand, to track a series of posts written under an alias takes almost no work at all, since the posts are readily connected together. This makes it easier for them to know if your identity is worth tracing.
I’ve taken the time to clarify this, but my first concern is for Donbass, for the people and brave fighters of the NAF. I am amazed at the number of links to Saker’s article on Twitter the past two days, and encouraged that most of the tweets are overwhelmingly pro-Novorossiya. I hope this trend is viral.

“What you’re missing is that VT is a CIA-Outlet talking disinfo nonsense and should be avoided.”
Thx for this clarification. With Western media the rules are very simple: they publish 95% lies and 5% half-truths (so as to appear a little “credible”). The Russian media seem more complex to me – but maybe that’s because I haven’t read them enough. Currently I’m spending about ~60% of my time on the Saker’s blog (because I like its deeper analyses and I like the informed comments), about 20% on Zerohedge, with the remaining 20% being variable (maybe RT or Colonel Cassad, or a Western site or whatever – but not enough yet to get a feeling about Russian sites)
Btw a general view – with a few informed comments – of (English-speaking) Russian media would certainly interest me :-)
Hi Where-wolf,
No I mean the solider standing guard with the guy who was shot and killed. Who was that other soldier and what did he do? Why isn’t there any information about him?
Thanks
Daniel

Why isn’t there any information or statement from the other soldier who wasn’t killed guarding the war memorial in Ottawa?
I think you’re confusing two seperate incidents. On Tuesday another attack on two soldiers claimed the life of one while the other escaped with injuries after a Canadian convert to Islam ran them over with his car. I believe there was only one soldier guarding the war memorial in yesterday’s incident but despite my ramblings I’ve avoided immersing myself in the official media. I’ve watched exactly one report, from PBS, on the events of yesterday. The rest of my information was derived online or from memory.

@RRH
Thank you. You’re right on all accounts but there’s another Canada and you’ve just demonstrated it with your expression of concern.
Until the time comes when they start rounding us up I have a responsibility to Resist. I have little doubt I’ll be among the first to disappear if and when things go so far.
And it’s then I hope people like you will stand up and say enough is enough.
Is it likely?
I think it can go either way but I’m trying hard to help create a reality in which good people will feel they have no choice. Remember the people who work in policing and government are mostly good people themselves. They see what’s happening and they will do the right thing if only we give them a reason.
Remember, we outnumber the psychopaths by a wide margin.
VT is not a news source. It has a lot of oped’s and like all oped’s thats the authors opinion. I have found they had some outrageous articles. None of which could be verified. But they never published it as news.
But that does not mean they are not true.. I mean 2 US planes were shot down in Iraq.. But we never saw that news. But we did see that the US loses planes all the time all over the place. If we had more information we might be able to deduce that those planes were in fact lost in Iraq and not in accidents. I have also noticed that during a conflict, we don’t see news of plane loses.. Or US tanks being destroyed.. But later on we find there were substantial loses and damages. Not like WW2 type loses but loses enough to cast doubt on invincibility.
I still dont know if the 2 plane loses in Iraq are real but I am looking.. If I ignored everything that did not agree with me or did not seem sane there would not be much I would bother reading.
I mean Saker thinks it is the US who is at war with Russia. I think its the Germans! Hitler is alive and well and after his sex change operation he is also better looking. Not that I believe all the nonsense of what Israel says about Hitler.. And I always believed the AZ’s are opportunists. They never start something themselves. They insert themselves into a situation that is advantageous to them. You can start from when the British started colonialism.. It comes from not being able to invent anything original on that insignificant little island.
You can get a google email in less than a minute and you can do the same with many other sites. Heck I took 30 minutes to sign up to many of those sites on the new blog sites because it had some I never heard of before and I hate people taking my alias.
Are you saying you cant take the time to spend a minute to get an email id???
Or if you dont care, To enter an alias into the box instead of Anonymous by default.
I am trying to follow a conversation here, not a bunch of talking points. Is this like the old NYSE where brokers yell tickers and prices and someone makes use of it? If you want me to make use of what you write, I need to know who it is I am reading.
You think I know who Pepe Escobar is? I respect him deeply and I follow him religiously.. I know the name.. It has proven worthy.. Maybe its an alias but I dont care. I will never meet him or talk to him. But I will remember what he says a lot more than those yelling some gibberish.
And just because I signed up means nothing. I can sign up for 10 other alias. I dont need to give them anything. But I use the same alias so people know what I stand for. Maybe they can see I have changed my views through time as well. I used to strongly believe in US values and I believed the US would save the world.. Imagine my disappointment.. Maybe people think I am anti American. But only because they read what I write now, if they read what I wrote throughout the last 2 decades they would think differently. You dont need to use the same alias everywhere or for that long but it does give you credibility.
And I specifically said like the NSA knows you better than your doctor and your shrink. That means they can model you and create a virtual you that would fool others into thinking it was you even your closest friends.
What I said was places like Google already know or can know who you are. So if you are trying to hide it is pointless. It is very very hard to hide. So signing up for an alias is not any more dangerous. You really think in this day and age with computers like that google uses that process queries from millions of users on millions of issues found in millions of places would have trouble keeping track of people? No they dont have to assign a super computer to just you.. Its all done during the free time after someone did a search query.. You dont even need to post anything for them to know you been here.
How about cops showing up at your door because you did a search at work and then at home your wife did a search and it ended up you were searching for a pressure cooker and fireworks..
VT is not a news source. Maybe Gordon Duff wants to be the next Alex Jones.
VT is very strong on the science fiction. They claim to have documents proving many strange things, but I haven’t been able to find them on the website. Has anybody seen them???
Peculiarly, they have strong ties with NEO, one of many nearly identical pro Russian appearing websites. NEO is way above the level of VT. Peculiar.
I first discovered VT from a link on Rense. Need I say more?

You make a lot of presumptions and consequently scrabble around blindly.
Why expend so much effort?
Maybe little bit off topic, but Saker I found some videos on YT with Grigori Klimov, I read some of his books, he is really interesting.
It’s in russian, maybe someone can do the english subs.
Can you introduce him little bit to your readers.
