Thanks be to Saker and VPE for this update from Givi — subtitled so I can understand it. He and his brave comrades and the good Peoples of Ukraine are not forgotten, despite the shifting of media attention to the ongoing attempts to destroy Syria.
Loved his rebuttal of ‘naysayers’ about Russia – the humanitarian convoys are still coming, despite the war in Syria.
There is increased activity on the line of contact by the APU, and shelling of Donetsk at least 16 times the other day. Also increased activity at Gorlokova. The ceasefire – (yes, I know the APU never stopped (or at least the Nazi battalions) but it had calmed down a lot) – appears to be fraying. Taking advantage – or trying to – of Russian engagement in Syria.
I wish he would cut down the smoking, and get some fresh air and eat properly. He is running himself down with this habit,
.
Even if a war zone is no place or time to think about giving up, he needs to keep closer watch on his own health and reduce the intake a bit: he it a vital part of the Donbass defence
I just finished watching Givi and intended to post, but he’s here already.
A good interview, when he says “At Iiovask without proper supplies we used anything and looked like Somali pirates !”
he made some good points.
Excellent interview. No bravado, just sound common sense.
Pretty much.
To the point and honest person standing up for others.
Much needed in this world.

A true HERO of the modern times.
He looks tired but resolute as ever.
