My Predictions
Nouri al-Maliki the incumbent, will become the Prime Minister for the 3rd term by Tuesday. Why Tuesday?
Because Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani (ra) has instructed as such. Last time, it took more than 100 days to confirm Nouri al-Maliki for the 2nd term.
The new Government will be all inclusive of Shia, Sunni and Kurds. It will consists as such:
President : Kurd but the incumbent President Jalal Talabani (Kurdish) will retire.
Vice President : Sunni
Prime Minister : Shia, the incumbent Nouri al-Maliki will be nominated for the 3rd term.
The Federal Government will be very, very strong, which at present it is not. The Regions will be created and they will be run by “Governors” or “Presidents”.
There will be at least be 3 regions, the Kurds, the Sunni and the Shia. Kirkuk will be part of the Kurd region.

Much like Lebanon, the constitution of Iraq requires the Prime Minister to be a Shia, the President a Kurd, and the Speaker a Sunni. In Lebanon, it is President Christian, Prime Minister Sunni, Speaker Shia. Those candidates are oft the post of Prime Minister.
I don’t know about Maliki but Talibani will not be possible for the Kurds. I met a few Kurds a while back and they were sad for his health.

It matters little who is the head puppet of Iraq’s corrupt government. They have lost control of 2/3 of the country already and the final 1/3 will fall to the Caliph’s Army in due time. One thing I’ve noticed since Vietnam is that when a government is losing a war they resort to publishing inflated body counts and thinking they can use that propaganda as a metric to cover their failures. There is no reliable news source that is reporting the defeat of DAASH anywhere and the Iranian and Jordanian governments are in panic mode because they are powerless to stop this movement.
OT on this thread but as an engaged human being allow me to express my displeasure with the war propaganda that The Guardian prints, its blatant Russophobic bias and failure to report honestly on one of the most important crises in history, Ukraine. As an American, I first learned about The Guardian when it published the Snowden revelations. I still read the comments (which tend to be very good) on certain articles, but I read the actual Ukraine articles with a vicious disdain and anger towards the ‘journalism’ of The Guardian. This is nothing new or unique in western media, but I encourage all readers to do everything possible to criticize The Guardian, never click on an advertisement, etc. If you can, spam the comments with the most harsh criticism possible, seed them with links to real news and write letters to the editor.

What I find peculiar is the presence of men that look like US trained mercenaries or special forces among the al-Nusra and ISIS forces. They can be distinguished by the their physical fitness, the professional manner with they move about and express themselves (habitus), their specialized gear and their dress code which is distinctly different from the Islamist and tribalist wear of the Islamist fighters. Often these men take the role of executioners, shooting rows of prisoners or hostages with neck shots.
I have seen blond (American) special forces or mercenaries at al-Nusra training camps in Jordan and executing prisoners at roadblocks in Tripoli, but these new mercs are are usually of Muslim origin, at least judging by their skin color.

I should have writing: I have provided that Statement with Real Meaning on Integrity and Public Accountability that is needed as a Minimum, and it is the following sentence, with the sentence after that Providing the Reasons for the Urgency of the Situation, and which I have mentioned in another comment.
That Statement would say: While I Deny All such Accusations regarding myself, I must Admit that it Could Be Possible that Some Politicians and Some Journalists in my Country, Could have been Bribed with Money, and to relieve that Money they Volunteered to be Secretly Filmed murdering someone, or with having sex with a child, and they are now Traitors and Fifth Columnists against their Own People, because they do not want to go to jail, because the Puppet Master has the Films.
There are People who say: If you do not Give us Public Accountability and Integrity in Government, then you want to Give us Death, and if your wish is to give us death, then Death MUST be the Only Penalty for the Traitors to Public Accountability and Integrity in Government, because we All know that the Lack of Public Accountability and Integrity in Government has already caused 2 World Wars, and therefore to prevent WW 3, then this Minimum Statement of Public Accountability and Integrity in Government should be signed as soon as Practicable.
We All Know that the Guilty Euro-American Elected Representatives and the Guilty Euro-American Appointed Officials do not want Integrity and Public Accountability in Government.
