A fact practically never mentioned in the Western mainstream media is the fact that the People’s Republic of China has recommended a few years ago that in the interest of peace and development, our humankind should feel as a ‘Community of common destiny’ (Ren lei ming.yun gong tong xiu: 人类命运共同休). This recommendation was not only stated as an essential foreign policy goal of the People’s Republic herself, it even found entrance in a United Nations resolution on Human Rights. The phrase was also included in the preamble of the constitution of the People’s Republic of China when its constitution was amended in 2018. However until now, these fact found no echo whatsoever in our media and in the consciousness of the Western peoples.
Suggesting this type of international consciousness to raise our feeling of being a community in this world is not new. The great German philosopher and mathematician Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz had already suggested in his 18th century publication Novissima Sinica that great cultures, like the Chinese and the European culture, should come closer, expand their intellectual exchanges, and raise commonly the consciousness for global human problems and potentials. After him, many other intellectual brought forward proposals for bringing together human cultures, for example through the exchange of students. As an instance of such proposals, which very often were far from abstract, let us mention the following proposition written by a certain F.H. King in 1911 in a book published by the Organic Gardening Press (sic) of Emmaus, Pennsylvania: “It is high time for each nation to study other nations and, by mutual agreement and cooperative effort, the result of such studies should be made available for the rest, so that all may become co-ordinate and mutually helpful component factors in the world progress. One very appropriate and immensely helpful means for attacking this problem would be for the higher educational institutions of all nations , instead of exchanging courtesies through their baseball teams, to send select bodies of their best students, under competent leadership and by international agreement, both east and west, to study specific problems. Such a movement, well conceived and directed, manned by the most capable young men, would spread broadcast a body of important knowledge which would contribute immensely to world peace and world progress. If some broad plan of international effort such as is here suggested were organized, the expense of maintenance might well be met by diverting so much as is needful from the large sums set aside for the expansion of navies; for such steps as these, taken in the interest of world uplift and world peace, could not fail to be more efficacious and less expensive than increase in fighting equipment. It would cultivate the spirit of pulling together and of a square deal, rather than one of holding aloof and of striving to gain unneighbourly advantage”.
Was that not a very insightful proposal, written but 3 year before the beginning of WW I?
Now, mentioning the cost of navies as a superfluous expense of money which could be better used for peaceful aims was certainly no melodious sound to British ears at the time. But considering what armaments cost the World today and how huge the debts carried by many states have grown, it really seems that steps in the direction of peace and development instead of war and destruction have become essential for mankind. Let us imagine what could have been done on this planet alone with the 6500 billion dollars spend in the past years for war in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya and Yemen! Is it not crazy to see that this insanity goes on and on, now in the Ukraine, instead of nations sitting together to develop means of peaceful collaboration and development which would bring riches not only to the poor but also to the rich themselves through intelligent investments?
However, the world is now changing, and the Asian powers in general feel that the planet is going through a very important period of development, and the international system is going through a moment of great transformation. This transformation is occurring in favor of the Asian powers in general, i.e., China first and foremost, and the main Asian states such as Russia, India, Iran and Turkey. These forces feel that they are witnessing a historical turning point in which they are regaining their civilizational weight and influence on the world, which had been lost during the past 500 years.
The Asian states are still witnessing disparities, rivalries, and disagreements among them, the frameworks of cooperation between them are still developing and have not yet been crystalized, and part of these main (Asian) countries still have partnerships with the West. However, all of these states share a feeling that this world is becoming more pluralistic and more balanced, and that they are facing a great historical moment that they can seize to take away from the West a part of its domination and hegemony over them, whose consequences were at the expense of them and their people.
Now the west, instead of feeling provoked and defied could also seize such opportunities, take advantage of a very possible peace between the two geopolitical blocks and regain the prestige lost in long colonial and neo-colonial enterprises. These enterprises did bring profits, but they also cost huge losses and, after each world war, brought huge risks of total financial collapse.
Also, the domination and hegemony of the west upon Asia, Africa and the Near East was not achieved without mighty political costs, and the question is if these costs were not much higher than the advantages that could result from exchanges and commerce with these countries, provided they have first developed to technically equal partners. This is China’s opinion, and the current Chinese policy shows, especially in Africa, that the Chinese government and the Chinese economy feel that developing Africa, and later trading with this then more developed Africa will bring more advantages than practicing a colonial policy there.
They also think that the time has come to throw down the limits of consciousness which hinder the citizens of the world to genuinely feel as citizens of the world. For instance, China declared herself ready to conduct more international cooperation and exchanges with countries committed to peaceful use of outer space. “Foreign astronauts are welcome to visit China’s space station and join Chinese astronauts in making more positive contributions to exploring the universe and building a community with shared future for mankind” (Asia Times, 2022.07).
So what sort of project should be started to bring about into mankind the needed feeling of intelligent cooperation on worldwide projects worth the efforts?
In my opinion, there is currently one project that could succeed in showing that common development is of great advantage for all the nations participating in the effort:
The re-greening of the Sahara desert.
Currently, that is since a few years, the climate of the Mediterranean basin seems to show an increase of climate instability. Rain in North Africa ceases earlier, the desert expands, Spain, Italy and Greece are now so dry that even the rich Po valley in North Italy is showing diminishing crops. On top of this, huge forest fires devastate each summer Greece, Spain, Italy and even France. As for the countries further north, their problem is weather instability: Germany, that was shocked by huge floods in the Ahr-valley last summer, has also forest fires like France this year.
Everybody laments climate change, but those who hope to solve these problems with such low efficiency techniques like wind mills are like children trying to stop a flood by throwing small stones in the river. The world need real solutions, and human creativity is the solution.
Human creativity begins with analysing the problem. Let’s do that.
In the Summer months, the north-east trade wind is getting weaker in the Atlantic Ocean, and humid air volumes are brought over the Sahel zone towards North from the West African monsoon zone. This takes place in July and early August, when around 100 to 200 mm precipitations makes savanna grass grow in the Sahel. In our days, however, it seems that going further north, these huge volumes of humid air rise higher than before in the atmosphere of the desert. In this way, the rain-containing air masses reach altitudes like thirty thousand feet above sea level – higher than in earlier years, because the heat emitted by the Sahara seems to be growing: As the humid air masses reach the first sand dunes of the desert, the huge heat reflection by the dunes send them higher and higher. Every pilot flying north from Bamako or Niamey can confirm that: as soon as he reaches the desert, his plane is lifted higher by the air masses even if he, the pilot, does’nt pull his controls!
After the humid clouds rise so high in the air over the desert, it is obvious that no rain comes downs on North Africa and on the Mediterranean basin in the summer months – hence the dryness and the forest fires. The rain comes down when the clouds get cooler after reaching more northern latitudes, after having passed the Alpes. Thus for example the “tropical” rain that came down on the Ahr-valley in Germany in the summer 2021.
The only solution to solve these problems and solve the dryness nuisance of the Mediterranean Basin would be the re-greening of the Sahara desert.
Now, around 5000 years ago, the Sahara desert was indeed green!
The scientific study of the Sahara desert has shown that this part of the world has been alternatively infertile, or green with vegetation: in the course of Earth history, the Sahara desert has seen 230 periods of vegetation growth alternating with dry climate phases! In the middle of the Holocene climate phase, around 6000 years ago, the Sahara actually had cattle breeding and cultivation. Rock engravings existing in the Hoggar and the Tibesti regions of the Sahara show that. These pictures also show gazelle herds and vegetation. The current dry climate phase began 3500 to 4000 years before Christ. But from those times, huge water reserves still exist underground, the so called “aquifers”. Some aquifers are salty, but most of them are sweet water. Under Ghaddafi, Libya started pumping water from the aquifers and greening efficiently parts of the desert. Huge plantations of corn have been growing south of Benghazi until they were destroyed as a consequence of the US-induced civil war. Fear that the water reserves will soon be exhausted are not justified: the reserves are so huge (more than 100,000 cubic miles, alone for the Nubian aquifer, the Sahara biggest underground water reserve!) that it would take thousands of years to use it up. And until this happens, humankind will have solved the problem of atomic fusion and will have unlimited energy at her disposal to desalinate sea water.
Now what about the costs? During the last twenty years, as we said, the West has spent 6500 billion dollars for wars in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan and Yemen! Only a portion (only a portion!) of this gigantic amount of money would have sufficed to make the Sahara green again, and so to avoid the humid air masses rising to huge altitudes over the hot desert. And the sales of irrigation equipment and the building of water pipelines in the Sahara would have secured huge profits for a great many enterprises in Israel (irrigation technology), in the USA and in Europe. Not to mention the huge savings obtained by avoiding future forest fires around the Mediterranean basin, and by stabilizing the weather from the equator to northern Europe.
Instead of incredibly expensive wars, which bring no positive results neither for the West nor for Africa, the nations of Europe and Africa ought to organize a conference for re-greening of the Sahara. The United Nations could organize such a conference and later supervise the project. A huge project indeed, but cheap compared to the wars of the last twenty years. And able to secure a huge contribution to the nourishment of Africa‘s northern half.
If leading nations are able can come together to realize common space project like Space Lab, why not working together for the re-greening of the desert. Wouldn’t that be a task more worthy of human efforts than fighting and killing? Wouldn’t that contribute to making mankind finally feel as a family, as a community of common destiny, able to give itself sensible and positive aims?
It’s great to see some “big picture” thinking.
Unfortunately projects such as this will not happen until the power of the oligarchs is broken. The US cannot even fix its own backyard because of the oligarchs.
Perhaps Russia’s SMO and the consolidation of BRICS will change the Zeitgeist.
What you are calling big picture is disputed science, to be polite. Fixing the environment is absurd anyway since the very same actors who push the scientific consensus, openly speak from both sides of their mouth saying that game theory makes all results null, they do this because they know you can’t listen to two voices at once, so you will choose the voice most pleasing to your tastes. Furthermore the author himself is riding the wave of the zeitgeist, and this is the new great hope of a polycentric utopia— where all the good’uns just love each other and rub the Buddha belly of mutual support and respect— what you are calling a zeitgeist I call a gravemarker of the empire’s scapegoat, the American dreamland dystopia.
Multipolarity is a future fantasy land, and is therefore today’s zeitgeist. Zeitgeist is of the future not the past, the past is the empire of lies, the future is the empire of . . . the believers themselves can say what. The basis of the belief is that the world’s power transitions are akin to some decline and fall of ancient Rome, that there exists independence on this earth from the empire. The same school of thought that says bankers built Nazi germany out of the ashes of war, deny the same is true of China, because of why? —is that not the definition of zeitgeist: no proof is needed, no disproof is possible? And so we have it that the world empire is changing kings, and disposing of the inconvenience of the unfashionable America, America who was king for a day, but no longer unites the nations of the earth under her banners. And so the empire will anoint the new king as soon as the funeral rights are worthily administered, and already it’s in the air, rallying to the banners of the new king of the empire of world domination. That the new king will be better or worse than the last, this is unknown, but that the empire who places the kings remains unchanged, this is certain.
The American Empire’s borders do not extend around the entire globe though. The Saker correctly divides the world into Zone A and B. The king you mention is merely king in zone A. Zone B is like neighboring kingdoms that don’t have to be terrified of the dead king anymore, and can now work together on building a fairer and less terrifying world.
Also, flying in the sky seemed impossible hundreds of years ago. Touchscreens, nukes would appear to be like magical or divine instruments. So there may well come a time when re-greening vast deserts will be possible. Please have some optimism. No one likes a negative Nancy.
So many fires in places which never saw fires before is not a normal occurrence. We are witnessing an urgent need by some interest groups to fast forward the population reduction with famine, war and disease.
People, well educated by today’s standards, have ceased to have a hollistic approach to climate slogans like their life depends on being naïve as much as the TV tells them to be.
I very seldom quote songs of pop music icons but this time i’ll exception. Words of necessary universal love by George Harrison:
I look at you all
See the love there that’s sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
I look at the floor
And I see it needs sweeping
Still my guitar gently weeps
I don’t know why nobody told you
How to unfold your love
I don’t know how someone controlled you
They bought and sold you
I look at the world
And I notice it’s turning
While my guitar gently weeps
With every mistake
We must surely be learning
Still my guitar gently weeps
I don’t know how you were diverted
You were perverted too
I don’t know how you were inverted
No one alerted you
I look at you all
See the love there that’s sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
(Look) look at you all
Still my guitar gently weeps
Inspiration for the song came to him when he was visiting his parents in Warrington, Cheshire, and he began reading the I Ching, or “The Book of Changes”. As Harrison put it, “[the book] seemed to me to be based on the Eastern concept that everything is relative to everything else, as opposed to the Western view that things are merely coincidental.” Embracing this idea of relativism, he committed to writing a song based on the first words he saw upon opening a book, which happened to be “gently weeps”. Harrison continued to work on the lyrics after this initial writing session.
Universal love, brotherhood and partnership seem to very hard especially for western mindset and Harrison realized it several times during his life. We have been programmed to see things as endless zero-sum play and fight for hegemony. Idea that world has common destiny has not since early 1970’s won single important battles. If mentioned it’s mostly pure rhetoric without heart and real love and care. Instead financial capitalism, war mongering and now hatred is more powerful than ever since WW2. Humanitarian imperialists are biggest haters and now you can find many of them among 2022 pop icons. They declare to love but they actually hate.
I laud the idea that you put forth in your article. We could do so much more to help people than we do. Growing up I remember how the United Nations was working with agencies using technology to help African countries drill wells, solve food issues. What happened? Philanthrocapatalism. The philanthropists organizing aid to countries, filtering it through their foundations, setting agendas, and making returns on their “philanthropic donations.” The idea of how to help a country and its population become self sufficient got channeled into how do we profit off these countries. Vaccine trials and genetically modified foods are two of the big ones. The focus became how do we profit from technology, not how do we help the people. Africa has vaccine injured woman and children. India has farmers committing suicide over having to grow monoculture gmo crops. The UN like NATO and WHO have been corrupted by power and money. Until the US no longer becomes the world agenda setting country, I don’t see any strides being made for others in this world.
I don’t see that the USA has prevented China from making incredible strides during the entire post-Mao era. The USA was the dominant power throughout all of that. The reason they succeeded was that they didn’t try to go too fast and thus need controlling finance from unfriendly foreigners. They re-integrated into the world slowly, steadily and with genuine concern for the economic wellbeing of its population.
India has developed hugely too, but has come unhealthily close to the USA in some areas, with the result that they are trying to force GM crops onto them. The huge bottom-up resistance and renaissance using low-tech agriculture has taught Indians self-reliance and I see them remaining that way as the 21st century progresses.
Russia trusted the USA in 1990 and much good did it do them. No wonder Putin put his foot down. The worst peaceful genocide worldwide in the 1990s happened in post-Soviet Russia. IMF/World Bank/US financier shock therapy proved what is possible with dogma.
The biggest concept going right now is the ability to say ‘No!’ to the USA and to surround oneself with sufficient friends that sending the USA to Coventry won’t be economically disastrous.
It’s about time the USA cut its military budget by 80% and used the $640bn odd to: a) repay sovereign debt; b) invest in domestic infrastructure; c) defend its own borders properly; and d) become empowering minority investors in peaceful developing nation projects.
The problem the US has is that it’s entire financial-political system is totally degenerate and corrupt, making decision-making for the greater good absolutely impossible. Not to mention their obsessions with climate warfare, bioterrorism and GM/factory farming.
All you say is true in my opinion. I think China’s ability to rise as an economic powerhouse is due to the greed of US investors. Outsourcing and jit theory became prevalent. China knew that’s what they needed and they tolerated limited investment in their country. China controlled the narrative, we did not.
At the same time, President Clinton further tanked the US Economy with NAFTA. The outsourcing of jobs was the beginning of America losing its industrial base until all we have left is military and technological advancements. Shifting production to developing countries where low wages allowed profitable returns to stockholders became the norm. War and aggression in other countries allows our last remaining industry to be our biggest source of GDP outside of the service industry.
They went too far with these sanctions on Russia because it’s having a disastrous economic cascade effect on the world. We, in the US, are going to suffer even more than now, and rightly so. Maybe that’s what is needed to bring awareness to people of the US to effect change for everything you have mentioned in your last paragraph. I certainly hope so.
The current bunch of degenerates, NGOs, Financiers apprentices, Arms Dealers, Drug Traffickers, Diplomatic trainees, Grifters and other Clandestine Operators stirring the pot, exploiting the weaknesses, spreading Democracy is a measure of the current Goodwill to All Men.
The above western cadres would use any ‘hand across the sea’ as another vehicle to corrupt.
Young people – too daft, best sell open to the General Public, Mr WONKA Golden Tickets Lottery Tickets. A good cross-section of ordinary folks might have a chance, as America & UK would send trainee CIA & Ivy League undesirables.
Fine sentiments….however….it all depends on the true nature of men. If men are fundamentally good, cooperation might be possible, wars might end. However, if the Bible is correct, and the human heart is desperately evil in need of cleansing from sin……these fine sentiments are impossible in this wicked world.
If history is any guide, the latter view of mankind is the more accurate. Fine sentiments, as expressed by idealists who wrote the UN charter, just haven’t led to less war and human suffering. In fact, one can argue that fine sentiments often predate some of history’s worst atrocities.
We need to be wise…..and clear-eyed.
At the very least, it’s premature for a world that still struggles to respect much easier concepts, like sovereignty and self-determination.
Depends who organises it. If you look at how India went about restoring its aquifers and restoring the fortunes of ordinary villagers, it wasn’t billionaire-controlled national politicians, it was a maverick guru of significant age and seniority.
There’s a fairly standard template in industry when doing new things:
1. Identify methodologies suitable to global/regional scale-up.
2. Test competing methodologies on small-scale to prove the concept.
3. Test the ability to transfer knowledge from primary experts to local executive leadership in trials increasing breadth by 3-10 fold.
4. Scale up, continuously learning and modifying based on lessons learned in the field.
Based on my(incomplete) knowledge of the field, it seems to me that points 1-3 have already been done in various places around the world.
So the real question is the organisational template for scale-up, who finances the up-front costs and how they obtain a fair return on their investments.
You’ll note that I’ve not excluded the investments being massive numbers of small scale ones by tens of millions of Africans…..
Scale is not the only challenge when building Babel towers.
Yes, most people indulge in the sins of greed, laziness, stupidity and delusions of grandeur. Yet, wherever I went, I have found good neighbors, kind people even in the administration and fair tradesmen. However, there are a few maniacs in the world that wield enormous power. Their understanding is limited, or they would know that you shouldn’t mess with nature. NASA is busily interfering with the weather and the empire of evil knows full well, that when rivers run dry, the forests are burning and the crops are lost, people will start believing in hell again. Climate change is man-made indeed, but not in the way we’re supposed to think it is. The madness of harnessing wind energy, calling those monstrous turbines “eco-friendly”, is just an example of creating drought and stress for the environment, in the name of “stopping climate change”. Neither the production nor the recycling of the components of wind power plants is ecological. We are being hoodwinked by a lobby of eco-fools, who haven’t grasped the meaning of “renewable energy”. If you change the way of air circulation, you also change the pattern of how clouds are forming and where the rain is going to fall. If you tap energy from one part of the system, it’s bound to lack in another. Everything is linked to something else and we’re not wise enough yet to tamper with the laws of nature and get away with it.
Clinteastwood: “if the Bible is correct..the human heart is desperately evil in need of cleansing from sin…these fine sentiments are impossible in this wicked world.” – I believe we need to look at that bible verse before and after Jesus. Before Jesus’ death and resurrection man was/ is degenerate and spiritually blind, even the man after God’s heart, King David, committed murder (had Uriah sent to the frontline to be killed so that the fact of his pregnant wife was carrying the King’s child would be hidden), and adultery (w/Bathsheba, Uriah’s wife). Even the Apostle Paul declares that “there is no one righteous.” But it is in the understanding that man is spiritually lost, cannot know or see God. But Paul also understands that in Christ a man can and will be transformed to become like Jesus, who is the firstborn into God’s heavenly kingdom. All born of the Spirit into God’s heavenly kingdom/ family are new creatures – who grows and take on the characteristics of a godly or God-fearing person. It follows from here that this is God’s grace / intervention via his people to counter, mitigate, neutralize, and/or inform, teach, train, or disciple others who are willing followers/ believers to live and do right in the new economy/ leadership of the Holy Spirit.
I see world leaders such as Putin, Kadyrov, Xi, Orban, Szijjarto et al, who lead, live, and act w/wisdom, compassion, love and consideration/ respect for others, and so on (no one is perfect but righteous in Christ) – in the knowledge and fear of God w/ accountability – that is the real difference to those that matter. No one believes rightly that every earthling will be won over and peace would reign forever. The struggle between good and evil is perpetual – those who want peace must hold our ground and stake our claim for/ in truth in this struggle to liberate the world from the dark power that enslave! Believe in God to stay the course…
“raise commonly the consciousness for global human problems” one should acknowledge that many of the problems arise out of lack of common consciousness and it is a shame that the west’s hubris contributes greatly to that lack!!
I concur 100%!
I live in the Sistan desert plagued by dust storms and only 1 inch of rain in 20 months. Yet, sinking a well almost anywhere to 15 meters an almost unlimited of often sweet water becomes available for agriculture in 1,000s of villages.
Yet the cause of this 120 days wind is a hotspot a few 100 miles towards the SSW generating an almost daily low pressure zone.
The same is true in western Iran facing dust storms from Iraq and een Saudi Arabia.
Back to the Sahara: what ever happened about China’s plan to divert 5% of the Congo River’s tributaries to Lake Chad?
Now that’s a high impact project that can make 1,000s of square miles available for agriculture.
Come on people, we are better than this!!!
‘Agriculture’ you say. Well make sure it is sustainable agriculture, because most of the problems come from chopping down trees and doing intensive ranching. Trees can BE agriculture, if the trees are perennial and crop-bearing. What do you suppose banana trees are? All kinds of nut trees.
If you’re going to ‘green the desert’, then at least make sure that what is created are African food forests, not monoculture things for industrialists to harvest.
A hot time in the old Holocene tonight! The description of cattle on a verdant savannah of grains and grasses, thriving on its own without human hand juxtaposed with its present dormancy under the somewhat less than watchful eyes by man is a great tell. Present day man acts as if they’re the end all and be all of everything. They may be the end all but not in ‘the bees’ knees’ sense of immutable and ineffable benevolent jurisdiction. Mankind were they to be judged by the low standards of our hominids in high places, our veritable leaders, would soon, and sadly, be revealed to be no more than a species of ape with opposable thumbs who possess the will and wherewithal to place those opposable thumbs into the eyes of any other ape-man. Western freedom is just middle-class pornography.

It needed (subjunctive) a lot of energy to desalinate seawater, if you are just stupid enough. For example as indescribably stupid as our new, our today’s politicians who were in the past still majority STATE MEN and STATE WOMEN. However, if one uses the good old COUNTERCURRENT PRINCIPLE, the total energy expenditure necessary for seawater desalination is very manageable.
Isnt it the same way nature filter sea water into freshwater? Seawater evaporates, create skies, blow over land, cool off and rain.
KISS Keep it simple stupid: 2 bottles, a bucket of seawater, some firewood. Heating up first bottle with seawater, leading the evaporation into the second bottle, cool the second bottle off, and you have fresh water.
Leave second bottle out in the sun for a couple of hours and all eventual toxic bacteria and microbes are dead.
Ready to drink.
Problem is that the people with Power, are there because they want Power … for the sake of Power.
Like Orwell stated something to the effect of.
I’m all for it!! This wonderful idea is not new. Here’s one project exactly like what you describe already being worked on – I read about it years ago, and just found this article from 2021, so it has survived for some time now. Anywhere you can get trees to grow, even one by one, they attract clouds and rainfall, and hold moisture in the earth, encouraging other growth, creating a bio-system. I have also read that China is doing it, changing barren lands to productive food bearing land.
‘Great Green Wall’ Of Africa Seeks To Stop The Spread Of The Sahara Desert

Of course the challenge is wresting the funding from the weapons industry. I think most of us are hoping that this SMO will soon bankrupt the west and the the U$A will have to demilitarize, at least to some extent. As soon as it accepts the fact that it’s not Number One, and doesn’t have to defend that status, the world can take a turn for the better.
We do share a common destiny. It’s just a question of awakening to that reality. If a country as large as the People’s Republic of China can make this a policy goal, it can be realized. Thanks so much Jean-Pierre for writing this. And thanks Saker for publishing this platform where so many ground-breaking ideas can be shared.
The gold African dinar broke his back – as Sarkozy promised it would.
I wonder why that picture with the green whole Eurasia makes me feel longing for it to happen. You know by the way all charts are upside down? It’s our south pole which flies ahead in the cosmos following our Sun. Earth spirals (not cycling) along the Sun through the Milky Way. Maybe that’s why most of the continents are on the north side. Of course there is only one common destiny for all on Earth, we’re flying high.
But leading nations did come together, and keep messing with geoengineering. First, get rid of the chemtrailers, and then you could start proposing potentially useful, grandiose projects. Before such watershed is reached, it is all guaranteed to pour money down the drain.
A salutary lesson is provided by the history and fate of the German originator of the idea of the Strait of Gibraltar dam – his death was as strange as that of Gen. Patton.
Life on earth is far more abundant and diverse in the tropics than the higher latitudes, but many people are becoming alarmed about a small increase in the average temperature of the northern hemisphere, brought about by the Milankovich cycles, particularly the change in the earth’s axis tilt that varies in a 40,000 year cycle from 22.0 to 24.5 degrees to the plane of orbit.
CO2 levels now at 0.04% in the gas atmosphere have increased crop yields to all time highs. Despite predictions of a coming world food shortage the price of wheat is coming down.

Europeans are hopeless they cannot criticize Jews they worship them with a fervour that’s completely insane
Because the Europeans smell money. Thats why. Only money can make that fervour and insanity.
