The American backlash against President Trump over his summit with Russian leader Vladimir Putin has been as ferocious as it was predictable.
Every possible vilification has been thrown at him. But it is the slur of Trump as “traitor” that puts this president in grave danger.
Democrats, Republicans, state intelligence pundits, hawkish media, liberal media — all have launched a torrent of attacks on Donald Trump for daring to meet with Putin in Helsinki this week.
The Washington Post accused Trump of “openly colluding with the criminal leader of a hostile power”. Let those extreme words sink in for a moment. The implication is as serious as it can get.
As with other politicians and media outlets, the Post said the president had “betrayed” American intelligence services by siding with President Putin in denying that Russia had interfered in US elections.
Former CIA chief John Brennan denounced Trump as a “traitor” who had “committed high crimes” in holding a friendly summit with Putin.
It can’t get more seditious than that. Trump is being denigrated by almost the entire political and media establishment in the US as a “treasonous” enemy of the state.
Following this logic, there is only one thing for it: the US establishment is calling for a coup to depose the 45th president. One Washington Post oped out of a total of five assailing the president gave the following stark ultimatum: “If you work for Trump, quit now”.
The US political class have cast their verdict that Trump is a state enemy, and are openly calling for a mutiny against the White House.
Trump’s political survival is the balance. Possibly the only thing staying the hands of his enemies for now is their wariness about how the ordinary American citizens would react to a deep state maneuver to overthrow the elected leader.
Despite the torrid hysteria in the US political elite over the meeting with Putin, the mass of American citizens seem rather sanguine about the development. It’s fair to say that many Americans would applaud the attempt by Trump to normalize relations with Moscow. After all, that was one of the main reasons why they voted him into the White House in 2016.
The American political class are agog to get rid of Trump, but they are apprehensive to make a decisive move just yet, because such a gambit to depose the president may engender a wider social revolt against the elites. There is a strong sense that US society is seething from numerous grievances. Poverty and abysmal social inequality as well as popular alienation from the Washington establishment are all too rife for a potential civil war or revolution if stoked too much.
One can anticipate that the media campaign to pillory Trump as a traitor will go into overdrive in the coming days, with the calculation by his powerful enemies within the deep state that public opinion can be turned decisively against him for “betraying America” to a “hostile enemy”. If that manipulation of public opinion is achieved, then Trump is a goner.
Admittedly, Trump has many flaws and much of his foreign policy is in keeping with the usual criminal conduct of American imperialism. But one thing that can be said in his favor is that he is not driven by an irrational Russophobia nor a hellbent determination to have a confrontation with Moscow — unlike many in the US establishment.
Trump is often guilty of peddling fake news himself. But one thing he gets right is his dismissal of the “Russia-gate” narrative as a hoax. The US establishment created that farce as a way to undermine Trump and overturn his intention of normalizing relations with Russia.
For two years, Trump’s political enemies have been flogging the “Russia interfered in our democracy” trope — to no avail. The latest wheeze was the unsubstantiated indictment of 12 Russian military intelligence personnel only days before the Helsinki summit.
To be fair to Trump, he wasn’t dissuaded by that effort to sabotage his summit with Putin. But the trap was set. As soon as the meeting was over in Helsinki, all hell has broken lose in the deep state-controlled US media and politicians, condemning Trump.
Russia’s Putin called the tedious allegations of Russian interference in US democracy “the biggest nonsense ever”. Trump said he agreed with that assessment. Probably many ordinary American citizens also agree that the whole affair has been cooked up by political elites who were never happy with the democratic mandate given to Trump.
Trump is right to reject the so-called US intelligence assessment claiming that Russia under Putin’s orders meddled in the presidential race. Putin told the Helsinki press conference that he wanted Trump to win the election in order to improve bilateral relations. So what? Are foreign leaders not entitled to have opinions on who comes to power in rival countries?
In any case, the US intelligence assessment is not conclusive nor a consensus of all 16 state agencies, as former American ambassador Jack Matlock recently pointed out. In other words, the claim is only partial and far from definitive. It was “politically motivated,” said Matlock, a veteran diplomat.
The American political class is sick. It is suffering from a psychosis that prevents any understanding of reality. It is living in abject denial of reality, convinced of its delusions about Russia being a hostile enemy, and Trump being a “Kremlin stooge”.
The problem for the American establishment is that it doesn’t like the way democracy worked out. The people voted for a candidate who wanted to restore relations with Russia. For the elite, that outcome is unacceptable, and they have tried every dirty trick in the book to overturn the democratic process. Ironically, they claim that Russia tried to subvert American democracy, when it is the effete elite in Washington and the deep state apparatus that are subverting the country’s constitution.
How ludicrous can these people get? An American president holds a long-overdue meeting with the leader of the world’s second nuclear power. The meeting was a success in terms of opening a friendly dialogue between the two leaders. And yet the US ruling class excoriate this event as a “disgrace” and “criminal collusion”.
The interests of ordinary American citizens, as with the mass of people around the world, are not served by irrational hostility towards Russia. It is in our interests to have peaceful dialogue and to develop mutual understanding between the US and Russia to avert confrontations.
It is only an unrepresentative elite who could possibly want hostility. War and conflict is profitable for a tiny few. But this cabal in the US, and among its European allies, driven by Russophobia and war profits, is nevertheless extremely powerful. They control the mainstream media and politicians with their money and intelligence assets.
When the interests of the ruling elite in the US are threatened anything is possible. Assassinations and coups are par for the course for these plutocrats and their agents.
The livid reaction to Trump’s eminently reasonable engagement with Putin this week — a reaction that is vicious and coordinated — is an ominous sign that powerful forces are moving against this president.
Well, now trump can say: “hey, I tried, but the “deep state” stopped me cold. No choice now. We’ll have to trounce those multipolar once and for all. Israe…um, America will be great again.”
And the psywar marches on.
i see the script of this reality show read like this:
1) trump reacts to changes on the international scene but the US
already lost long ago and can’t get a win anymore
2) deep state fake-attacks trump
3) trump plays 34 dimensional chess (LOL)
4) deep state backs down
5) and trump ‘fake’ wins (instead of winning internationally – it’s all about perceptions and
image upholding)
6) trumpards twit “#tiredofwinning” and praise trump for being the ‘orange jesus’
7) some bad analysts write bad articles
8) GOTO 1
If Trump is couped, he’ll be killed. He won’t be “removed” by the political or legal pressures.
If he’s dead, they may survive an uprising by his MAGA 65 million voters.
No other coup, leaving him in office but coercing revisions, will work. He’s not built that way.
He knows they will keep trying and may go for a kill. But he will keep at his goals.
Impeachment procedure takes too long they will assasinate him ‘à la cow boy’.They are very good at false flags.
The thing is that there have been so many signals given in the MSM toward precisely t his outcome, that it would seem to maybe actually result in lessening the risk to Trump. That is, the secret is already out there being discussed on every street corner. Members of the media are already openly suggesting forceful extralegal rfemoval of Trump made to look “legal” by shouting the word “treason” over and over. Doesn’t this kind of ruin the whole plan by revealing the perps out of their own mouthns?
Or is the idea that a lone gunman will be found who says “I hate Trump.’ But everyone who has stated that Trump is a traitor would be implicated. All those who have accused Trump of being a traitor would immediately become targets of “lone gunmen” or maybe even troupes of “long gunmen.” Brennan, Pelosi, etc. etc. None of those who have excoriated Trump would be safe.
The USA is full of “lone gunmen” who would be quite happy to avenge the death or the destruction of Trump. These “traitor” spouters have painted targets on their backs.
So it seems to me.
Surely even they can figure this out . . .
Katherine
Katherine,
I agree with you analysis and hope you are right.
I am Australian but neither loyal nor am I proud to be one.
Trump is???? what can you say other than a catalyst. Your nation will never be the same Trump has demonstrated the emperor is naked and the system is stuffed. Australia is the same. Unfortunately the solution for both nations is constructive chaos; a dreadful remedy with no certainty as to its outcome. It is where events seem to be heading but if not then the inevitable result is a totalitarian police state. Who determines the outcome it will either be the people or the elite. I suspect the populations of both nations have been sufficiently dumbed down to roll over and let the status quo prevail.
Hi Jack,
It’s refreshing to see another countryman that is also disillusioned with Australia.
Thanks, all, for your insights. A large question in my mind is this–as much as I strongly dislike Trump, if he is “removed” from office (after all the efforts that were made to install this obnoxious game show host in the first place), who is going to follow him who will be better for the working people of America –not that Trump is ‘better’ for the working people). Mike Pence? ? ? Help! Some military person? Another problem to the solution.
Are we looking at a real “civil” war and break-up scenario here? Is the nihilism that bad?
Please locate and read this article from Time: June 22, ’18: “Exclusive, Navy document shows plan to erect ‘austere’ detention camps.” My response to that article can be summed up like this: This plan has nothing to do with detaining illegal immigrants, or Their Kids. That’s all just the cover story. The funding is being run through the Navy budget — interesting, but I don’t think the Navy is going to be building Us arks. Enough people at “the top” know what’s coming–they’ve seen it coming for a long time, planning for it for a long time — this is the excuse to not just ‘detain’ but kill off their “fellow Americans”, and this demonic mass murder, blood sacrifice to demonic entities–will reach across economic lines. Americans (many veterans included) are generally tired of wars, so they have to murder us in other ways. This is implementing the satanic “survival of the fittest” hell-doctrine into present reality, and the purpose is to destroy faith in our Righteous Lord. I believe you can figure out what the next stage of human ‘development’ will be if this is successful ; a race so violent it is’not worth saving’. I am not sure if Dave Hodges is correct about the ten thousand guillotines but I fear the “camps” are Not going to be survivable. Check out the proposed locations ; isolated / deactivated military bases. Buckle up folks, it is going to be a very bumpy ride. ** Pray for this great evil to fail, miserably.** For those folks who are planning to escape to New Zealand, they had better be careful–their “shelters” may be in flames when they arrive. The Kiwis are not looking forward to an influx of people from America.
The elite and CIA types usually follow the same, well-oiled script. It’s the lone gunman. So it was with both Kennedy’s and Martin Luther King. None of the real guilty were ever revealed and held responsible. Their gruesome deaths in full public view served as a public warning. These killers have no conscience and I don’t think they care or are particularly worried about public backlash. They will just send in the troops to settle down any uprising that may follow. Game over. The military has been used against U.S. citizens before, including against veterans.
I think just “neutralised” in some way…stripped of his empire…left to be a show piece in some way of public embaressment and humiliation…a clown on some circus stage… to act as a warning that there shall never be a high level politician that has not come from the neocon elite……watch out for contrived bankruptcies in his empire….accusations of fraud which will distract him…wear him down…
Looks as if we’re about to witness another Maiden, this time in the States. This is frightening considering that we’re dealing with a multicultural nuclear power with an armed populace.
There won’t be any armed resistance in the States. There are far too many people who make their living from the MIC and the Deep State, either directly or indirectly, for that. Most of the rest have been lulled into complacency by brain-numbing entertainment and Food Stamps.
I do not buy the idea that the military would never turn their guns against fellow Americans. They have done it in the past, and they’ll do it again. And again. So long as their checks keep getting cashed, they’ll shoot their own grandmas.
The US may finally fall into revolutionary chaos, but that will be a side effect of a general collapse of the US economy and/or the loss of a world war. It will not come organically from a population of discontents, but rather be imposed from macroeconomic/geopolitical events beyond the ken of the average citizen.
jon
Don’t forget that 102 million Americans are out of work. Remember what that Greek philosopher stated: Hungry men don’t ask, they take. I am not so sure that so many people would sit back calmly and see Trump removed from Office one way or another. Then again, who can guarantee what would happen.
However, you are certainly right when you stated that the US would fall into revolutionary chaos as a result of a general collapse of the US economy. That would be inevitable.
B.F.-
“Hungry men don’t ask, they take.” That isn’t necessarily true. Plenty of cases where people have been starved to death by their own governments, and virtually no resistance arose from the populous. See the Holodomor and almost all of Africa at some point. Even the Irish potato famine was largely a result of politics.
There is another, almost contradictory saying that you can apply here-“An army marches on its stomach.”
Besides, who in the USA is hungry? No one. And no one will likely be in the near future.
There is literally no chance that any armed resistance would result from Trump being removed from office unless an outright coup was staged by a military junta. Even then, I’m not is sure. Nixon was removed for doing far less than any other President since, and no one lifted a finger. And no one will when/if Trump is removed. They will come up with some legal pretense, or simply assassinate him, and poof! He’s gone, and not a single man in all the land would rise to defend the last vestiges of our republic.
Sad to say, but true enough.
Holodomor is a BS invention that never happened…the US during the 1930s suffered a demographic catastrophe just as bad…
See the last scene in Steinbeck’s Grapes of Wrath…Rose of Sharon’s baby is stillborn [the reader is led to conclude due to Rose’s malnutrition]…as the family takes refuge in an abandoned barn, Rose offers her lactating breast to a starving man…
Here is the decade by decade population growth of the US…
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demography_of_the_United_States
In the decade 1930 to 1940, the population growth decreased by more than 50 percent…in the following decade of 1940 to 1950 it sprang back and doubled again…
It was the 1930s crop failures in the northern hemisphere which brought on the demographic disasters in both the US and Soviet Union…both countries were largely agrarian at the time…and these were caused by a freak combination of severe drought, erosion, poor land and water management etc…
You mean all that stuff about the Red Army confiscating grain and letting people die is made up? Just a little management boo-boo in the process of collectivizing the farms? No “dekulakization”?
I know there was a drought that reduced grain yields in the early 30s but I don’t think the deaths of millions even as grain was confiscated for export was a mass hallucination. According to the Soviet’s own census numbers the population of Ukraine went down 11% during the 30s as the whole of USSR went up 16%. Are writers like Robert Conquest just part of some vast right-wing conspiracy?
According to Wikipedia the population of Ukraine grew from 30,9 million in 1929 to 33,4 million in 1939. Do the math.
“Are writers like Robert Conquest just part of some vast right-wing conspiracy?” — yes, leaving aside sophomoric definitions of “conspiracy”.
Read Douglas Tottle’s book on the “Ukrainian famine”.
102 million? what is your source for that statistic?
You are correct. Not only from the standpoint of the dependency that has been carefully created for well over 100 years, but due to the means of communication being controlled by the Deep State being able to prevent any effective resistance organization. The military, now thoroughly trained in the extermination of the civil populations of the numerous countries we have invaded, would kill their own parents or children if ordered to do so. Chaos is now virtually guaranteed, but it will serve only to justify the use of terror by the militarized police and the various “security” police agencies that have been created and armed to “keep us safe”. The general collapse of the US economy is also assured from causes independent of the criminal enterprise that inevitably arises when a fiat money system is put in place in a nation or empire. As for being beyond the ken of the average citizen, the system of compulsory schooling that we have allowed to be imposed in a “free” country has ensured that almost everything of real significance is “beyond the ken” of the average citizen.
Education has come to be closely associated with “obedience training.”
There would be armed resistance with private citizens owning over 300 million guns. Understand what the Civil War showed what a out numbered South was capable of doing for 4 years because we have experienced freedom and would die instead of rolling over to the deep state.
Trump won the US 2016 election not because of any assistance from Russia, but because he managed to convince a majority of American voters that he was going to do right by them.
He pledged to:
1. drain the swamp
2. wind down the endless conflicts that the US is engaged in
3. reduced the country’s incessant interferance in the affairs of other countries
4. seek an accomodation with Russia, and
5. use US resources to build the country’s infrastructure and “make America great again”.
So far, the only pledges that Trump made during the elections and followed through on, without fail, are those that relate to Israel.
“In recording, Netanyahu boasts Israel convinced Trump to quit Iran nuclear deal”
https://www.timesofisrael.com/in-recording-netanyahu-boasts-israel-convinced-trump-to-quit-iran-nuclear-deal/
Trump promised Adelson and Netanyahu to tear up the JPCOA, and did it right on queue, despite the fact that the deal was good for the US.
He promised the Israelis to move the US embassy to Jerusalem and that do was done, despite enormous global disapproval of the act.
In the mean time, he quickly flipped on his promise to pull US troops from Afghanistan, choosing to ramp up troop numbers instead.
He went into Syriain a big way, despite campaigning against any US involvement in the conflict.
He restocked the swamp instead of draining it, by dumping early administration picks, and bringing in hawks like Bolton snd Pompeo.
And he has stopped talking about the wall, let alone build.
He finally met Putin yesterday for a long overdue 1 on 1, but within hours he allowed himself to be forced into backtracking from what he said when standing beside Putin.
Meanwhile, the MSM is eating him alive, even openly calling for him to be deposed.
The poor guy still has learnt that despite “giving” them Jerusalem, they still will never be satisfied….
Your list of campaign pledges that got Trump elected is missing ‘Secure our borders and make immigration policy that works for Americans’. And it should be somewhere near the top of the list.
Thanks.
In the mean time, he quickly flipped on his promise to pull US troops from Afghanistan, choosing to ramp up troop numbers instead.
This is true.
He went into Syria a big way, despite campaigning against any US involvement in the conflict.
This is not.
He restocked the swamp instead of draining it…And he has stopped talking about the wall, let alone build.
Neither is this.
He finally met Putin yesterday for a long overdue 1 on 1, but within hours he allowed himself to be forced into backtracking from what he said when standing beside Putin.
He backtracks all the time, and then he takes two more steps forward. He is already bragging about how he is going to meet Putin again and how great it will all be. That is just how Trump operates. One step back, two steps forward. No big deal.
In 2008, Obama and Clinton met in Diane Feinstein’s apartment in DC and made a not so secret deal that Obama would get the first two terms and then Clinton would get the next two. Obama got his two terms. Unfortunately for the deal makers, Clinton has the charisma of a half-orc and a lot of people just couldn’t bring themselves to vote for her without throwing up. Trump happened along and the rest is history.
Similar to Paul Craig Roberts, far too personalized.
The US is a Third World country for a good many of its citizens. One faction knows this and, it seems, wants it rectified. Peace with Iran, North Korea, Russia… hell when you’re a basket case economically, any war is a bit much.
Trump may be part of this faction, but only barely. When billions in tribute went to Israel last week, he didn’t say boo. He might have said… well, something. Like: We coulda rebuilt Detroit.
The Deep State, media, et al., are not morons. Any check to their power and they might just have to find an honest living in the economy they helped make. Top Secret components of military jets are now made in Mexico. China and Indonesia, among others make up both raw steel and specialty steel. The “Military-Industrial” economy that was is now only the Military-Intelligence complex, and they are standing suspended over precisely nothing.
A regular nation is one thing the USA is not, and trying to get back to being one would kill the gravy train for the true protected class, the scholars who depend on having an endless arc of opportunity above them without thinking about the Third World hell they are creating below them.
Trump, in this analysis, literally does not matter. The intel-media clowns just want the steady (and phony) drone of normalcy they recall from the Clinton-Bush W-Obama years. When Trump collapses from liver failure, they’ll get it.
‘Know your enemy’ and ‘know yourself’ are the two fundamental rules of the art of war.
The problem we modern subjects are facing is, that we don’t know ourselves – due to uninterrupted, generational conditioning & programming since hundreds of years. Even worse, we are conditioned & programmed to misidentify our enemy with silly terms handed to us by the enemy.
Meanwhile the genocidal fake-Jewish Mafia rules with utmost ease.
This is as serious as it gets barring armed troops on the streets of Washington, and you will probably see those troops in the near future.
This coup has been ongoing since before President Trump was sworn in to office, witness the ‘impeach Trump’ bovine scatology all over the ‘news’ media in US and EU within seconds of him being announced the winner. The rest is all verbal self abuse from the entrenched deep state, their goal from day one after the election was to get rid of the democratically elected President of The United States Of America, and this coup attempt includes traitors from both major political parties in USA, and includes traitors in DoS, DoJ, CIA, FBI, DIA and numerous other government agencies.
The big question is, which side of this coup, and there is no doubt this coup will be and is being attempted, will the armed forces side with? In spite of the purges of the last two years of the Obama regime, the US Military is by and large conservative. Will they stand by and watch a coup against the sitting, legally elected President? Will they stand by when violence erupts in Washington and other cities, when they know full well that whatever violence occurs, and it will occur, is carefully orchestrated and paid for by domestic, and at least one foreign, enemies of President Trump?
The stage has already been set with the violence of last summer and this summer in scattered areas involving the ‘antifa’ crowd, paid, and very well trained, by G. Soros. Will the army of ‘contractors’ used by CIA et al join the fray? If so, on which side? These contractors are all prior military, most but not all prior US military, and I know for a cast iron fact that many serving combat soldiers in the US Armed Forces will dearly love to have a crack at these ‘contractors’, who committed crimes during operations and the serving soldiers were told to shut up and say nothing of what they witnessed.
Of course, when this coup really gets rolling, the economy in US will collapse instantly, but the coup backers could care less. It is also entirely possible that the coup will collapse if the US Armed Forces quietly pass the word that they will not tolerate a coup to remove the sitting President. Is there a precedent for such a passed word? I don’t know, but I will leave you with an anecdote I heard some years ago during Theodore Kennedy’s attempted coup against President Reagan, aided and assisted by the news media of the time, although back then they would not dare say the things against President Reagan that they say 24/7 about President Trump in this day and time.
The anecdote is thus: One fine morning at the height of the screams against President Reagan, one of Theodore’s minions, an important minion, was approached by a senior officer of the US Armed Forces. He handed Theodore’s minion a little note paper with a telephone number on it, the number being for the OD of an armored unit in the southern US. The minion was politely but pointedly told to call that number of the instant and ask the OD what activity was happening at this large base. The officer then turned and left the minion. The minion made the call, and was told by the OD that trains were being loaded with troops in full combat gear and with ammo, and heavy armored vehicles were being loaded on the same trains. When asked where these trains were going, the OD said one word: north, and rang off. Washington DC is directly north of this base. The coup against President Reagan was over by noon that day. Is this true? I don’t know, I wasn’t there, but be it an anecdote or not, it’s a nice thought.

You made a very interesting comment, as always. However, you forgot about 1963, when JFK was assassinated. What did the US military do after that ? Nothing. Many in the military hated JFK, regarding him as un American. They all knew that Oswald was the patsy and that the assassination was a conspiracy. They silently agreed with the conspirators. Not a good precedent for Trump, now that he met Putin.
What is OD?
Sorry, I can’t really follow the story here.
What coup against Reagan?
By Theodore Kennedy do you mean Ted Kennedy?
What year is this?
Color me confused, although I read the account a couple of times.
Katherine
OD is Officer of the Day, he who runs the days events, be it Company, Regiment, Division or base. Takes some of the load off the CO, Commanding Officer, IOW piddling problems don’t make it to his desk.
Senator Kennedy was the figurehead of the ‘get Reagan’ mess.
By Theodore Kennedy do you mean Edward Moore Kennedy, JFK’s youngest brother?
Katherine
‘As with other politicians and media outlets, the Post said the president had “betrayed” American intelligence services by siding with President Putin in denying that Russia had interfered in US elections’.
The President is the USA’s duly elected head of state, as well as head of the executive branch of government. Inferior government employees – his subordinates, all of them – can betray the President. He does not “betray” them.
Also, of course, there is the minor detail that no concrete evidence has ever been adduced to show that Russia did interfere with the US political process. (Whereas, of course, the USA has interfered on a gigantic scale in Russian politics – see, for example, the cover of Time showing President Yeltsin waving a US flag and boasting of how the US government fixed his election).
Well said, Tom, and for the lamp posts, don’t forget the rope, that’s assuming you want to be kind to them, and to do it right, if memory serves the noose has 13 loops.

One word to the Deep State people: lampposts.
Just bear the lampposts in mind.
Tom Welsh
Yes, the Deep State knows about lampposts. However, before those lampposts can be used for that purpose, you will see the Depp State people flee in all directions, as they have for years been preparing hideaways, both in the US and in foreign countries.
I have been saying for quite a while, that Trump is a useful idiot – and as soon as he is no longer useful, he will be Offed. The great powers of the USA did not want Trump and they certainly don’t want him now. They wanted, and worked for, Hillary. The deep state apparatus, CIA, FBI, and the financial and corporate elite can only thrive in an environment of chaos, war, conflict, distrust, fear. Trump the Idiot is managing to ruin their party, and they won’t abide it. My cynical prediction is: The perp will be: a black-bearded Jihadi with a manifestly Muslim name, who will forgetfully leave his passport and a copy of the Quran in the SUV, along with some Allah Akhbar ravings. Easily found right after the nefarious deed.
Or a pasty white neckbeard who will conveniently leave behind a Facebook page talking about how much he loves the Confederacy and the NRA, and hates the Juice. You get the idea.
Or a supposedly Russian agent under Kremlin control seeking the right to bear arms….as an excuse for a response in both usa and colour revolution inRussia….two birds same stone….
“The interests of ordinary American citizens, as with the mass of people around the world, are not served by irrational hostility towards Russia.”
That is a true statement. Many Americans are quite skeptical of the idea that Russia is somehow a “threat”:
https://lesstraveledroad.com/2018/07/17/russia-never-threatened-me/
It seems like the real threat comes from DC, not Moscow.
Would it be so rude as to suggest that Trump will be dead within the month?
The level of putrid vilification has reached heights that suggest that impeachment is not possible. With impeachment Trump has to be there to answer the charges, and with the latest attacks on him by the elites suggest that their need has past the impeachment stage and has gone directly to the ‘Assassination’ level.
For the 2016 election the ‘elites’ believed that their candidate would win, that is Hillary Clinton was to be their next president. That didn’t happen.
The elites I think will believe that they can assassinate the President of the United States with impunity. Again as in 2016 that will not happen.
There is one other little problem for the ‘Elites’; they will not be able to point the finger at VV Putin, as he and Trump have spoken together and taken salt together, so it doesn’t matter who the ‘Elites’ set up or blame, most Americans will know who would be responsible.
For the working class and middle Americans, the death of Trump will be the last straw. The land of the Free is no more; it has been stolen from the average American and placed them and their children into abject slavery.
The assassination of Trump will not be like those of JFK and RFK or of Bush’s attempt on Ronald Reagan. The American public has been told since 2016 who wants their president dead, and why.
Thus there will be the night of the long knives when the peasants will rise up to reclaim their freedom. There will be many Fenians amongst them.
There is one more simple thought to consider. Once the civil unrest/revolt starts in America, would similar rebellions rise up in the EU?
“So tremble and shake in the midst of your glee for ye ‘ve nae seen the last of my bonnets and me”!
Totally agree with your assessment. As I mentioned in a previous post way back when, there will be civil wars in many countries (not only the EU) to get rid of these so-called elites. Once the US explodes into bloodshed, the rest will be a domino effect. Civil wars are on the horizon.
Any “civil unrest/revolt” will be unlike any before seen. Chaos that will not end, not with FEMA camps nor with a successful revolt. Just disorder till the USA becomes Greater Somalia.
The Security State only has to EMP the economy… most buying/selling is electronic. In the case of Welfare cases, all of it is. Back in the Reagan Era most cities were weeks from starvation. Now it’s hours to catastrophe for millions of people.
To bring it on quickly, Trump has only to say the magic words: “I’m really proud of America’s Security State… only they could let the perps of 911 get off the hook for over a decade-and-a-half, assuming they themselves weren’t the perps.”
The rhetoric does not match the story from the media’s point of view, and they all work for the NSA/CIA, the real rulers. They are the ones who want the chaos to begin.
Ahh yes; the FEMA camps; invented by the ‘British’ in the Boer War to intern the local population so as to stop them assisting their troops against the invading British. They were called Concentration camps back then and again during WW2 and should thus be called by their correct name today.

You made some excellent points. If Trump is indeed assassinated, then this would most probably lead to severe disturbances or to a civil war. Just to mention once more that 102 million Americans are out of work. They can hardly be expected to back the neocons.
People forget that when Trump was elected the neocons used George Soros to foment demonstrations. Well, they did not succeed, but they did prove that the US is divided.
And the elite in the US ? It’s not so concerned about the US as it is about it’s own personal wealth which, no doubt, has been stashed in safe havens around the world. Should the US face severe disturbances, the elite will be the first to flee, just like the Roman elite fled Imperial Rome in 476 when the Vandals started to approach the city.
You intelligently raised the question of the EU. Any violent developments in the US would see repercussions in the EU, which is globalist controlled. You already have quarrels in the EU, the result of migrant invasions of Europe. The EU would probably dissipate, as European governments would have no choice but to leave the EU, which among the general population is unpopular. They would not want to risk violent developments in their own countries.
“The EU would probably dissipate, as European governments would have no choice but to leave the EU, which among the general population is unpopular. They would not want to risk violent developments in their own countries.”
Things could get very ugly very quickly for migrants in the EU.
Katherine
No, they need them to do their dirty work.
Well, but actually it looks like most of them are unemployed.
I think the “Gastarbeiter” era is more or less over.
The current visuals are of a lot of migrants hanging out in reception centers etc. with not much to do.
But I don’t know what the statistics are concerning employment of migrants.
Katherine
,,Things could get very ugly very quickly for migrants in the EU.”
Things won’t get ugly very quickly for migrants in the EU but for native inhabitants. Those migrants are soldiers of those neocon rulers in the EU used to crumble the old order of civilisation. That’s why hordes of ex-mercenaries are let in without any border control.
“The level of putrid vilification has reached heights that suggest that impeachment is not possible”
Yes, that is a good description. They have gone too far.
As I have stated elsewhere, If I were Trump I would return immediately to the White House and call in the Secret Service to occupy and surround the White House 24/7 and protect teh President and his family (cancel all leaves and holidays); and mobilze the National Guard to ensure law an dorder in the streets of Washington and all transportation rou tes to and from the city. I would put all airports, train stations, etc. on high alert. I might even advise calling ouit a state of emergency or declaring martial law. Call a blackout on on all broadcasting for a week. If Trump wants to hang on to his presidency, and his life, he must now play hardball because the knives are out. They have been publicly unsheathed and sharpened.
Trump must proactively let the country know that he is in charge and that htere will be an end to seditious commentary about him.
Unfortunately, I don’t think Trump has the balls to understand what he must to now to protect himself. His “hostage tape,” as Tucker Carlson called it, is Exhibit A.
Pity the US of A!

Great admirer of Cunningham.
However, The Donald has a huge toolkit of experience which few can really appreciate: the New York property market, TV, business, casinos, hotels, which effete Beltway toffs couldn’t possibly understand. And being brought up in hotels I very much appreciate the skills involved in that trade, no1 being knowing how to use your kitchen staff and chamber maids as spies.
The Man is accused of being erratic and full of bluster. My, I wonder where he picked that up? Maybe from his years in the World of Wrestling? I would think that would be a very useful talent when attempting to wrongfoot the Deep State and wussy Eurocrats.
The Donald is waaay wilier than most of us could imagine.
Dear El Cid,
Re; ‘ knowing how to use your kitchen staff and chamber maids as spies.’
That is what Imelda Marcos told Heinz Kissinger when describing how her husband introduced Marshal Law to the Philippines in 1972.
nothing is going to change in American, it is pointless for the Russians to hope, it is a fools game. Either the US will collapse financially (don’t hold your breath) or the Russians will have to kick their asses to make them wake up. I’ve given up thinking that there is a logical or reasonable way to deal with a nation of sheep being corralled by a ruling class of wolves who themselves are bought and paid for by a set of corporate pigs. The so called ‘liberal, democratic, people of the left’ are no such thing, merely fools and tools as easily manipulated as the German people were by Hitler. God help us all.
That wapo editorial doesn’t merely suggest a coup but a pogrom on Administration officials and supporters. I’ve feared this day since the election.
Re the summit: DJT didn’t have to do anything. All he had to do was show up. And he did.
To me, the bombshell was Putin exposing that $400 million was ferried with assistance of US intelligence agencies into the Clinton campaign from an international tax-evading billionaire oligarch (Browder) who is such a USA patriot that he renounced US citizenship to keep more of his ill gotten gain and keep secret it’s beneficiaries.
Putin gives this gift to the American people as an impetus to ferret out those in the deep state who are destroying their constitutional republic and have incidentally brought the anti Russia hysteria to a siren call practically to thermonuclear war.
The nature of this revelation shouldn’t come as any surprise to anyone here. It’s the thread that leads (and can unravel) the nexus of
• the rape of former soviet resources and industry
• the nasty habit of our intelligence “services” to be complicit in international crime, including the implication of certain hyperventilating personalities who likely had a hand in these deeds ( *ahem* J Brennan *cough*)
• adds to the mountain of evidence that one candidate for president was particularly corrupt having used her proximity to presidential power to leverage a foundation into a slush fund
• provides enough dots to connect such that any mystery as to how HRC was able to extort her way to being the inescapable Dem candidate evaporates:
• provides a general overlay as to how a Democratic Party coup occurred putting HRC’s camp in charge; a camp that feeds exclusively on the tendrils of the imperial intelligence/war state, new tech industry oligarchs, Wall Street/ London financialization skimmers/scammers, neocon psychopaths, and MSM mockingbirds who dutifully deliver their propaganda.
Basically Putin exposed a luminous crack in the otherwise impenetrable popular noise-wrapped sarcophagus that conceals the common culprits of the whole so-called russiagate, Dem primary election fixing, mission-creeping prosecutors, MSM architects of misinformation hysteria, profoundly corrupt heads of intelligence/investigation, et cetera. These are the people who have a psychotic compulsion to own the world and are destroying We The People and everyone else in order to achieve it.
DJT is irrelevant in this revelation outside of the fact that he accidentally won against this cabal. That Putin bypassed everyone and directly told the world is proof of that. He’s not prone to hyperbole or inaccurate statements at crucial times. We best not judge the grave importance a Putin’s circumspect statement carries to a Trump’s bombast at any time.
That Putin’s statement is so studiously ignored by everyone in the west with the exception of a couple commenters here and there is profoundly demoralizing to me.
I assumed this would be the turning point: where the suppressed army of truth tellers would amplify on this, given its potential to expose interconnected powerful troublemakers who drive this whole thing and the world-wide suffering they cause.
So I guess war it will be. We’ll gaze at the carnage and analyze that too. If there’s anyone left to do so.
“And the meek shall inherit what’s left of the Earth.” I think that’s what it says, right?
“that $400 million was ferried with assistance of US intelligence agencies into the Clinton campaign from an international tax-evading billionaire oligarch (Browder) who is such a USA patriot that he renounced US citizenship to keep more of his ill gotten gain and keep secret it’s beneficiaries.”
Yep, loved that bombshell.
And Putin’s so-sincere offer to exchange interrogations and interrogees!
By which, I don’t mean to question VVPs sincerity, but the point was made in such a matter-of-fact way.
Like, sure! We’ll help you with our bad guys and you help us with your bad guys!!!
BTW, being reported in some quarters as $400,000, not $400 million.
Can we get a fact-check?
Katherine
Indeed, the number has been revised to 400,000 USD. Had Putin stated that figure, my reaction would be no different. Tax evasion, renounciation of US citizenship to avoid taxes and the disclosures those returns may reveal.
Of particular importance are the mechanisms by which the intelligence services made these kind of donations to HRC occur. Sounds like meddling to me.
I will leave aside the significance of the Clinton Global Initiative (that the NYT assured us was pure as the wind driven snow) and its foreign donors. Donations dried up immediately following the election and effectively closed down two months after Election Day. Coincidence? I mention it because it’s the sort of operation a full investigation of Browder is likely to reveal to be a part of the web of deceit on the part of intelligence/investigative services (not the US military, interestingly) to chose our leader.
Comey’s subsequent declaration that “if you vote republican you are a traitor too” adds credence to the revelation that our own investigative and intelligence services are acting extraconstitutionally to choose the president.
As such, Putin’s statement stands as a tremendous warning to American citizens about the state of our republic as it is. He gave us a thread by which we should begin to unravel the tangled web of monsters destroying us. And it ain’t the Russians!
Browder’s role in the Magnitzky (sp?) business makes it *look* as though this is still about Russians.
As opposed to about robbing Russia blind in the 1990s . . .
Browder has big cred in the USA despite being the son of a Communist and now a UK subject .
I suppose his agenda with the Magnitzky business matches the agenda of a lot of members of the US Congress.
Katherine
Dear TD2,
This is not correct!!!
“Comey’s subsequent declaration that “if you vote republican you are a traitor too” adds credence to the revelation that our own investigative and intelligence services are acting extraconstitutionally to choose the president.”
Please consider the actual meaning again, as well as those that call Trump’s actions treasonous.
What Comey and company are telling the world is that the USA is run by ‘them’, the Alphabet soup bureaucracies, not the President. The office of the President of the United States of America has been converted into a Congressional Secretary, similar to what Cromwell did when he executed Charles 1st of England and Scotland.
This can only relate to the assassination of JFK in November 1963, and again tells us exactly who it was that plotted Kennedy’s death in November 1963
The American history plots a very similar path to that of England finalising in the ‘Glorious 12th of July’ 1690 when William’s Danish mercenaries defeated the Irish at the Battle of the Boyne. The only ‘English troops’ William would permit were the Protestant Calvary led by John Churchill (Lord Marlborough). And the silly ‘Orangemen’ still march to celebrate the victory that brought slavery to the Western World!
Comey, Bolton and all those other miscreants know that it is they who run America. That is why their ‘servants’ have lied time and again to the public in order to have their slaughters of innocents all around the world.
And when they scream ‘TREASON’ against ‘The President’ there is no choice but to be aware that ‘they’ have subverted the Office of the President of the United States as well as God to be subservient to ‘their’ demands. For heaven’s sake it is an actual admission!
The only way Trump can be Treasonous is if he was not the absolute ruler of America!!! Comey states that his associates (Dem) are the real rulers so get used to it!
And VV Putin was very much aware of what he handed Trump, and I believe Trump is also very well aware.
If Trump fails to act on the information given to him, then America has been reduced to a third world state. If Trump endeavours to act but is assassinated, America still remains a third World State.
If Trump is able to use the information and instigate legal proceedings that prosecute those criminals, or if Trump’s action initiate a revolutionary uprising against the Office of the President, and Trump’s forces avail, then perhaps America can still call itself ‘The Land of the Free’.
I guess that is what Jefferson and the others meant when they said that the tree of Liberty had to be fed on blood occasionally.
We shall see what the Deep State (neocons) intend to do, on condition Trump was not placed under their control either before or after the elections.
Lets pretend that Trump is not under neocon control and sincerely wants to normalize relations with Russia. What are the neocons going to do ? Have him assassinated, like they assassinated JFK, RFK and Martin Luther King ? All three were assassinated with fire arms, with analysts stating that this was done on purpose to terrorize the US political establishment into obedience, including the US population. Well, they could do it, but the risks would be horrific. This could act as a catalyst for civil war in the US. Analysts are already stating that a civil war, in any case, is possible, the only differences in opinion being if the civil war would be a “soft” political one, or a “hot” military one. Assassinating Trump would certainly provoke the latter possibility.
Is a military coup d’etat possible ? Yes, bearing in mind that Obama purged hundreds of loyal officers and replaced them with “yes” men. However, even a military coup d’etat could provoke a “hot” civil war.
Is impeachment possible, based on fabricated charges ? Yes, but that would be a very ugly, messy political process which would heat up the political temperature in the US. Not wise.
The point is that the Deep State (neocons) are in big trouble. Some 102 million Americans are out of work, no doubt contributed by the fact that 70.000 factories have been closed down. Trump appealed to the working man during the elections, and the working man responded. Now imagine what would happen if the Deep State removed Trump one way or another. The working man being asked to accept the fact that the neocons are the new feudal robber barons and that working men are the new feudal serfs ? I think not. That would not go down well at all.
Yes, the American political class is indeed suffering from psychosis and unable to understand reality. I stated this on numerous times in my comments. This same political class has not grasped the fact that the international community is watching it and drawing conclusions. Those conclusions cannot be complimentary. The entire 2016 election campaign was anything but dignified. It further eroded American esteem in the eyes of the world. Worse for the neocons, this esteem passed over to Russia and Putin. I don’t know how many comments I have read from readers around the world who praised Putin, stating that they had more confidence in him and Russia than they do in the US Government.
What is going to happen in the US remains to be seen. Apparently anything is possible. The only thing left is to watch.
Forget civil war in the US..people are too lazy, too fat, brainwashed, they have no clue of what is happening out of their city, they can not even locate Russia on a map,too lgbt oriented, blackmatters, the 1 % will leave the country, the country is too big….it will never happen(same in Europe, eventhouth people are a bit less fat).
Anonymous
No, I don’t expect civil war in any European country, as Europe has it’s traditions. What will happen will be a mixture of violent street reactions and political concessions by the European political establishments.
As for the US, don’t forget you already had one civil war, which is still fresh in peoples memories. Some months back somebody had the bright idea of removing monuments dedicated to civil war celebrities. Bad mistake. All it did was to remind people of the civil war.
It’s debatable if you will get a civil war if Trump is removed. Nobody can answer that question. However, what you will get is vicious disturbances, approaching civil war, if the US dollar and economy crash. Time will tell what will happen.
This observer doesn’t see much, if any, support for Trump from general/average social media folks, ie. the ‘enlightened’ general population. This article has explained the hostility everywhere else. Both Trump’s and Putin’s undermining, deception and weakening comes from the source of chaos represented by their association with Bibi, ie. those people who are in power anyway no matter the front men in office – So it is, and so it has been for a very long time. Money rules, nothing else matters.
A friend writes:
“FB is positively blowing up with hatred for Putin. For the first time, I am starting to actually feel afraid to
be a progressive who actually thinks. So very 1953.”
I suggested that she read Tucker Carlson’s segment on why they hate Trump.
It might make her feel a bit better . . .
Maybe even push back on FB (I am not on FB, thank heaven) with suggestions to listen to TC. He is the only sane figure in the MSM, talking sense (even though not mentioning Israel as the Prime Meddler in our elections and national life; but htat may be asking too much even of TC).
Katherine
I sent this article to my list (from ICH).
A harvard grad on my list countered: “Most likely Cunningham is a Russian asset.”
I found this to be a pretty good textbook example of how far intelligent people will go to avoid having to deal with cognitive dissonance. I have since sent Pepe’s also excellent piece on what was probably discussed at Helsinki, and why. I am now waiting for the other shoe to drop: “Escobar is probably a Russian asset . . .’
It would be funny if it weren’t so scary: the mental scrambling of our so-called intelligentsia.
Katherine
So….perhaps the big question is….despite Russia dumping dollars bonds etc…genuine offers from Putin re some kind of joint venture capitolism and other joint social ventures(maybe as a last ditch thought of “kindness” and I wondered why as these offers seemed to concur with Sakers Atlantic integrationist theme)… is Russia sufficiently strong enough and protected for what might befall the usa…..?
Not since the “Treason” claims against JFK have I seen such shrill and viperous persons campaign against a President in Murka. Much worse now, far worse.
I remember.
Preventing the Peace that Kennedy proposed (text http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=9266 and video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fkKnfk4k40 ) created the ground for the continuing crises and wars that contained the “fissures in our Tapestry” (actually real contradictions in Constitutional Government).
These contradictions have corroded the Natio and created “Condition R” inside the US. Guess what “R” stands for…
It is obviously true that the claim that the elite’s hands are somewhat restrained by heir own Fear of the People. And also, equally, obvious that the Coup is underway, as said, and also true that it is the Military than may decide how to cope. Will they? (see below)
Auslander’s remarks about the “armed troops” might be a bit misleading…as the “police forces” are indistinguishable from soldiers, except that they (and this is significant I think) that hey occupy another Chain of Command. However many Police are also in the Reserves, and may have to choose between orders…
Along such lines some may recall a once-famous letter – Aleksei Alekseevich Brusilov (Russian: Алексе́й Алексе́евич Бруси́лов; 19 August [O.S. 31 August] 1853 – 17 March 1926)
On 30 May 1920, during the Polish Eastern offensive of the Polish-Soviet War Brusilov published in Pravda an appeal entitled “To All Former Officers, Wherever They Might Be”, encouraging them to forgive past grievances and to join the Red Army.[3] Brusilov considered it as a patriotic duty of all Russian officers to join hands with the Bolshevik government, which in his opinion was defending Russia against foreign invaders.
(By the way, an English translation of the entire letter would be good to read… (that’s a hint.) I have not been able to get the full text in any language…
For Americans who have sworn to defend the Constitution (all soldiers and officers and civil servants down to individual cops and clerks – even many ordinary people) the choices they are facing seem quite similar just now. Perhaps Brusilov’s letter might clarify their mental condition, show what’s what.
Dima on Crosstalk spoke of the letter a few months ago… Obvious what he’s thinking… Szilard saw USSR and USA as very similar. So do I.
Forgot to add that Eric Kraus opined on recent Crosstalk that condition for “civil war” now seem to exist in US…
Believe this is url for that show…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWKbYR6bvqw
Irrelevant 08:36:

I respectfully disagree about the police. Police are civilians with weapons, regardless of their ‘special teams’ and various bravado exercises and units. While some of them have served in the Army or other forces, they are NOT trained and equipped to deal with a serious insurrection such as is coming. Plus, anyone who has served in a tip of the spear unit can spot police a kilometer away. Police are trained for their vocation, soldiers are trained for theirs, and there is little similarity between the two.
The problem with police getting in to the coup or counter coup business is they almost always live where they serve. They’ve got family and relatives in that specific AO (Area of Operations), so they are going to be torn between doing what they are ordered, and probably not really trained, to do, and protecting their families. Tough choice. Plus, the police, in the counter coup mode, will be going up against Soros NGO trained fighters, and if nothing else the rain of molotov’s will be just that, a rain. How many cops do you know who can face such a rain, and see the results of the rain on their comrades, people they know and possibly family, and continue to follow their orders? How many police upper echelons have the stones to order their men to fight as they may have to? No, in my opinion, the ‘police’ will be useless in a coup or counter coup, they will simply be more bodies piled in the gutters, and with their families unprotected, the criminal element may take the moment of confusion to do a little revenge on families. This, too, will be in the back of the minds of the cops.
In regards to the ‘anecdote’, the troops and armored vehicles, reportedly including tanks (real tanks, not simply a tracked vehicle that some untrained and uneducated newsy ID’s as a ‘tank’, when it ain’t) were units of an armor division. Any of you can to a little research and see what units were based where to the south of DC in President Reagan’s time.

@Auslander
I trained for the US Army long ago in college ROTC, and managed to avoid both a commission and later the draft, so I remember quite a bit of obsolete stuff. My instructors were active-duty and WW2 and Korea combat experienced. Several were wounded more than once, most were senior NCOs. The old US Army was pretty good in some ways. For example they were using the Garand Rifle but planning to go to the .223 M16, and one instructor told the entire class that the new rifle constituted a war crime, as the round would cause massive injury as compared to the Garand’s .30 hardball. That fella and I had some private talks about Vietnam and what happened to JFK. He past on about 10 years ago, I kept track of him.
I agree entirely with the substance of all of what you said. Of course I understood that a genuine infantry outfit would walk through scattering cops like through so much dust. I have evidently confused the difference here – as your reply shows, and it is my own fault… An assumption about perspectives and small semantic variation . You have another perspective in Krim…My perspective is that “police” is an oxymoronic term, at least in the major US cities they are “militarized” such that they are taught that “force protection” is their primary agenda, and of course they are over-armed for police, and seen by multitudes as an occupying force. ( Old Smedley Butler cleaned up the corrupt Philadelphia Police department, by, he said, militarizing it, by the way, in order to bring the undisciplined “rogue” department to heel, so “militarized” seems fair enough to me.) As, nowadays, many are Israeli-trained along these lines…well you get it.. That said, I am in a small riverain town where everybody shares the same confession and approximately similar class. Here the sheriff would only have one choice, his community. In fact he can call upon almost anybody here to help him. It’s an old-fashion place. Ranchers, Farmers, light industry types – ( and ready to vote to succeed by the way ). In a serious situation the criminal class hereabouts would disappear very quickly, if you take my meaning. There are a few tiny Police Departments here in County. They would follow the Sheriff or run away. By the way, I understand the term “Police” according to the old-fashion from the Greek “Polis” – by definition, because they are civil forces they are civilian persons, and as such they cannot be “militarized”. Thus when “militarized” -poof!- they are no longer police, but some sort of mickeymouse infantry outfit, one of a very low quality with a vague chain of command…
I think our Sheriff is probably quite a lot like your Police in Krim.
If there’s serious trouble in my “AO” I expect it will mostly be hard road blocks/checkpoints, community kitchens, and occupation by Army, and whatever they decide, as it is a key intersection and highly defensible – 3 major roads, major rail, river, and exceedingly rugged high ground just a few click away – infantry country, artillery country, sniper country. We chose this place with such considerations, and many more important ones (water, drainage, fertility, and this place can feed itself), Probably somewhat as you evidently chose your LZ. Whatever may happen round here we shall simply obey. We are old civilians. Sometimes I re-read Klemperer’s “I Will Bear Witness” ( https://archive.org/details/KlempererVictorIWillBearWitness19421945ADiaryOfTheNaziYears ) and think about the fates. A different choice 30 years ago, some small choice, and we might well be neighbors. The same might be said of most anybody, eh?
Best regards. i
I knew about the Regan bit. Not everybody does. Glad you’ve brought it up. Is not unique…There were also, in the Dallas affair, paratroopers and other stuff on hand… Is public “secret”, like most all of their crimes.
At this critical historic point in the life of our nation, we, your senior comrades in arms, appeal to your love of country and loyalty to it. We call to you and ask you to forget all your injuries regardless of who inflicted them on you and where they were inflicted and enlist in the Red Amy voluntarily, eagerly, and with dedication at the front or in the rear. And wherever the government of Soviet Workers and Peasants of Russia might send you, serve not out of fear, but out of conscience, to defend our dear Russia, and with your honest service, and not begrudging your life, do not allow Russia to be plundered since it might vanish forever. Then our descendants will rightfully curse us for not using our combat expertise and knowledge, for forgetting our dear Russian people, and ruining our Mother Russia out of selfish feelings of class struggle.
Trump’s “trump card” is to use 18 U.S.C. secs. 241 and 242, coupled with 10 U.S.C. sec. 253, all under the auspices of Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 and Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution.
Being rich, narcissist and spoiled Trump is unlikely to understand that no ifs, ands or buts that the rules on being POTUS actually apply to himself. When the Dealey Plaza speech was given Trump was likely not listening or failing to understand. That the last cold war made more sense than this one does not in any way mean that this new edition doesn’t construct positives on both sides of the equation in both the USA and Russia. The only losers of a cold war syndrome are the common people of the respective jurisdictions while the jurisdiction, One World Order agendas and business plannings of the international elites carries on without missing a beat in whichever nation state they are acting through. “The state exists to enforce the dominance of elites, all the rest is propaganda, misdirection, obfuscation and if necessary violence to any degree needed.”
Trump now has stone cold evidence that the DNC hack was carried out inside the USA not from Russia (See video below. Bill Binney, ex Technical Head of the NSA reveals the facts in a way even a child can understand). Therefore he was speaking the plain truth in Russia and he knew it.

So, why the 180 degree turn yesterday (I fully respect and support my security services)? What can explain this? Did they (a) Threaten his life? or (b) Have they got some really horrible stuff on him that they can blackmail him with (like from one of Epstein’s parties)? It’s hard to come up with an alternative explanation.
Ahh… great article! So succinct and yet really covering the situation, well.
The shadowy power mongers and brokers, currently parasitically sucking the life out of the empire, are hysterical.
In their collective psychopathic hysteria, as indicated in your article, they are losing touch with the ‘reality on the ground‘ of the 99+%.
Thus they can’t see that they’re pushing their one-trick show too far!
And, in so doing this, they are pushing the entire civilization towards anarchy, and breakdown as a cohisive, functioning system.
When there is no credibility of the society-normalizing information, the people will start to believe just whatever they want, and, why, humans have minds that roam in dark, desperate places, and it won’t take long….
As suggested in article, clearly not perfect, Trump, (but how would any of us know in the carpet-bombing diarrhea of the schizophrenic media narratives, not even close to having bare internal consistency?! ), is showing this resistance to the … power-brokering class.
The hysterical anti-Trump angle, narrative, … story-telling…. has been pathetic, for a while. Soon, even the more gullible, more prone to acceptance of programming, even the dogs… are not going to be able to accept the ridiculous, weak, stories that fill the airwaves.
But, en fin Trump is not the cause of the now inevitable civil war, really, of course, a class war, but he may be the one that decisively … makes it happen.
And maybe the sooner is the better, in the long run.
I don’t see a coup coming any time soon.
Most likely they will bide their time and wait to see if they can win (rig) the next election.
Only failing that, if Trump wins another term, does a coup/assassination attempt seem more likely. And in fact they’ll likely go with assassin rather than a coup as that can be used to draw attention away from the deep state and pin it on someone else.
As to what the American citizens would do? Who knows? Most likely they’ll attempt to appease this crowd by putting in another Republican puppet candidate as a replacement who’ll say all the same things Trump does but whom the Deep State knows will serve their interests, so he can talk it up however much he likes.
The other intriguing detail to ponder is which patsy they’ll blame the assassination attempt on if they don’t do so via a coup? They can’t use Russia, given Trump is Putin’s ‘boy.’
My guess…? It’ll be Iran. As thanks to Israeli support, Trump is squarely and openly against Iran. And if this can be used as grounds to sanction/attack Iran, I’m sure Israel will be fine letting go of their boy, Trump. In the words of Nathanyahu, Israel benefited greatly from 9/11. So it’ll turn out just as well for them with a dead President. And one wonders if the Hawks will try to drum up the Trump voters for a revenge crusade against the Iranians.
If the elite in USA was able to topple down the twin towers without condemnation of their own people either from the world, they can kill their own president whenever they want and nothing happen!!!.
Churchill once said ‘it is better to jaw,jaw than war, war.’ Maybe those opposing Trump aren’t worried about ‘war-war’. Nothing to do me, but talking doesn’t seem a bad thing to be doing.
At this point, even IF Putin had a videotape of Trump dallying with Russian prostitutes in a hotel room, and having them pee on some bed that Obama slept in, the American public wouldn’t give damn.
As has been said many times, America fully knew what it was getting in voting for Trump. Even the Evangelists, with their high moral standards, knew what they were getting in Trump, who is not an alter boy by any standard.
Such a tape might have had an effect during the 2016 campaign, but now after having been calloused by ever accusation in the book against Trump, the public would have just another “ho-hum” moment — so what he had sex with prostitutes, he’s a billionaire playboy what do you expect.
The political left is just having an extended hissy fit because they didn’t get what they wanted, and can’t understand why most of America is not as outraged as they are about Trump and his ways.
There is another option and I hope this is not on the table. Vladimir Putin could be invited to America and they will assassinate him! Trump will then, out of fear, totally fold if he hasn’t already done so and the elites will have their war. In the current climate, I hope Mr. Putin is aware enough to not come to North America. it’s like stepping into a den of poisonous vipers.
I don’t think most of the american public pays much attention to the mainstream media anymore. The few times I watch network TV (for a few minutes in the local coffee shop) I notice all the commercials are for some kind of elderly prescription medication. That shows who their audience is and who is still listening to this old Cold War stuff. I’m on the west coast, maybe it is different in other parts of the country.
American politicians, frothing at the mouth, blame every worldly woe, every American woe, on those damned Russians. This has nothing whatsoever to do with anything Russia has done on the world stage, nor any imagined meddling in US elections – the real meddlers have all been home-grown malcontents. It has EVERYTHING to do with personal enrichment.
Political persons get uber-rich off the political system. If the system were to be changed, a very great many people would be out of pocket to the tune of billions of dollars. And as we all know, once you get that first million, you want the next one. And the next one …
The only mechanism that can deliver industrial strength money is the military-industrial complex, i.e. the so-called Deep State. Nothing else works in yankistan. Nothing.
The more influence yankistan loses in the world at large, the more a corresponding loss in financial gain the ‘people’ suffer. Really, short of using ultimate booms, what other nation state can conventionally threaten the CONUS? None. Not one. The ‘defence’ angle is a facade, a sham designed to support the ponzi-scheme that is the US military budget.
There are *no* forward thinkers in the American body politic. They see no further than their bank statements. There is no psychosis. No delusion. Just plain, everyday, run-of-the-mill greed. As American as apple pie.
this ordinary 9to5er posted earlier about the DIVORCE that is furiously ongoing in america between potUS and the old guard oligarchs that used to control the geopolitics of the world.
apparently my take on this is wrong, but it appears this deadly divorce is moving banally sorry i mean BANNONLY to brussel, dang there goes the NEIGHBOURS.
I think that although a lot of loudmouths hate Trump—and they are loud, so they seem like they hold the majority opinion—the majority would rather keep him; he did win the election after all, in spite of the Hillary camp doing everything they could do to rig it in her favor. I also think the majority doesn’t pay half a lick of attention to the media when they go off the deep end—it’s entertainment, and mostly considered that their bark is worse than their bite. I am somewhat concerned as loudmouths do have the power to sway public opinion. If they could convince the powerful minority to crucify Jesus, the same could easily happen to Trump. We must pray for him.
That the U.S. Democratic party has been allowed to set up a Nazi-Like hysteria so bad that today in September 2018 that the elected US President could easily be assassinated is almost unbelievable except I have watched this hysteria being fed and encouraged for almost 80 years, I know it is so well I will never step foot in the U.S. again. The amount of US eliminated in my families is extraordinary. Eisenhower’s warning was too little, too late, and he knew it.
You may do well to stay out of the US, this present impass cannot continue for long with resolution. A house divided cannot stand and all that.
