Thanks for the posting of this historical documentary.
The subtitles, however, leave much to be desired and are at times unintelligible or a bit ludicrous.
What is this ” breakthrough by withdrawal?” and the Germans not being clued into “the experience of the Russian civil war?” huh? how so and in what way? And what exact decision of the Stavka delayed the taking of Crimea?
But the illustration of the mast -height bombing technique was very helpful.

Thank you for sharing your obviously extensive military knowledge. I look forward to more of your translations and apologies for my criticisms of your translations. I thought perhaps it was an “official” or professional translation. Your words are quite adequate.
Interesting documentary, much appreciated ! It would be interesting to make a documentary on the long and heavy fights on Rhzhev – region, in other words, on the Central Theater of Operations, which, for some reasons, is not much discussed, though there were the most heaviest fighting which took place on Russian soil. Thank you for sharing this video !
