thanks Saker, that’s really good common sense. It makes a lot of sense too that everything is a bargaining chip … that probably is the way Trump thinks.
Also, the video of Trump and Netanyuahoo was pretty disgusting Except that the two state solution was flushed.
I guess the only way forward for Palestine is a one state solution and then through international law and public pressure, Israealis will stop the two class system – Apartheid
I think once this two state solution is gone, things will start – only start to get better.
So, although Trump was gross in talking about Love Love Love to Netanyahoo – he slipped the right thing into the conference. And he also said its a bad idea to expand the real estate thing for now too….he delivered that idea wrapped in silk…and he knew that he was doing that.
I mean, he doesn’t want to have Israel as an enemy right now too….
And although I’ll get shot out of the sky, or just ignored, I also liked the last picture I saw of his son-in-law – — He was standing at Trump’s side looking strong and defensive. I liked that. Trump needs now.
The Kuril question has been solved long time ago. Japan has already accepted the ownership of those islands by Russia in 1951.
“The Kuril Islands were promised to Stalin by the United States at the February 1945 Yalta conference, in exchange for a Soviet promise to attack Japan following the defeat of Nazi Germany. At the 1951 San Francisco conference for a peace treaty with Japan, the United States and other Allied powers confirmed this promise, forcing a reluctant Japan to accept a treaty in which it renounced all right, claim and title to “Kuril Islands.”
…
Even more incriminating is the fact that in October 1951 the Japanese Foreign Ministry admitted, on the record and in response parliamentary questioning, that Etorofu and Kunashiri were included in the Kuril Islands that Japan had renounced at San Francisco.” http://www.nytimes.com/1992/07/18/opinion/18iht-edcl_0.html
Well, Heavens above. Finally, a voice of balance and reason.
I’ve been saying for ages, we dont know much about Trump as a politician as he has no track record. We know him as a successful businessman which indicates he is ruthless, can read people, knows what he wants and largely how to get it, and it pragmatic. Nothing else.
It’s only been a few weeks, he’s barely found his feet in a new environment – and that there is also a good chance he’s trying to keep everyone’s gyroscope off balance.
He says contradictory things, this to this, and that to that, so that no-one knows what he means or thinks. Including his domestic enemies, of which he has a fair few. Good. People who are off balance and confused are easier to control and dance around while you do what you want.
This is not easy to do – I know I could never do it – but I suspect it’s been one of Mr.Trumps tools on the road to power and success for a long time.
Thus there is a good chance that keeping everyone off balance is exactly what he is doing. [Everyone except V.V. Putin and Lavrov et al. I think we can assume that they are smart enough to see the play].
So what do we do?
We wait, watch, and see. And keep quiet.
Yeah, with the tuppence regime everything is for sale, but the price of doing business with them may be beyond a reasonable rate of return for Iran, Syria, Russia, China, Venezuela, North Korea, Yemen, Iraq, Thailand, Armenia, Afghanistan, and a whole slew of others I’m too lazy to type out.
Anyway, the point about what the tuppence regime said about Crimea is minor compared to ordering their orc proxies to attack Novorussia. Especially from the POV of the victims of the shelling.
Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors, as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest.

Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.”
Whoa — these are traits of capitalism. Manipulative, deceitful, selfish, unlawful, amoral, aggressive, reckless, concerned with the sort term — next quarter profits, ignoring fiduciary obligations.
Trump is dyed in the wool capitalist — and is a sociopath / psychopath to that extent. If he gave up capitalism and became a socialist he would also no longer be a sociopath because it is ‘just business’ and his standards of being professional.
Like professional clowns, professional soldiers, and professional trash collectors, ones profession does not necessarily reflect ones personal life, traits, and preferences. So maybe Trump is not a psychopath but just plays one on TV, and on the job.
For any Saker readers who haven’t seen it, Trumpy being a corporate swamp dweller means he is the embodiment of The Corporation… as psychopath… http://thecorporation.com/
And as for how corporations and their 0.01% owners (Trumpy included) avoid paying taxes on a grand scale… take the Tax Free Tour. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4o13isDdfY

We have very serious problems in a world where Russian, Chinese and most of other Asian leaders have ability to focus world as it is unlike most of western leaders and thinkers which are becoming more and more infantile and living in delusions. As i have thought for many years we will have painful transition period until perhaps 2030’s. During that period both US Empire and EU have collapsed and world has gotten accustomed to new multilateral system.

Very good video. It spells the Russian position out pretty well.

Is Trump sociopathic?
Look at the traits of the sociopath

Regularly breaks or flouts the law
Constantly lies and deceives others
Is impulsive and doesn’t plan ahead
Can be prone to fighting and aggressiveness
Has little regard for the safety of others
Irresponsible, can’t meet financial obligations
Doesn’t feel remorse or guilt

I have no idea what you are saying.
So I shall simply wave hello in response.
