A blackout on the scale of Ukraine due to falling out of the ZNPP system and hitting two main thermal power plants of Left-Bank Ukraine at once. Ukrop frantically trying to equalize the load and generation and turned off the Kharkiv and Poltava regions, but this is not enough. failures in the networks of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Odessa regions.
Operation “Stonage” finally begun , they could have done it 6 months ago ….
Now do the fucking bridges ,ass****
You know, what is very alarming is the thousands and thousands of dead and wounded Ukrainian soldiers from the offensive. Thousands of missing and of course prisoners.
The French press notices this in their reports, indicating that the hospitals are overcrowded (this is Kramatorsk).
Of course, now everyone is busy shouting victory, not noticing the price. Also not including the brain that the game is not over yet, and Zelensky has already sent all the reserves to the meat grinder.
It is reported that immediately two Nuclear Power Plants on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces began to disconnect their power units from the power grid – Khmelnytsky and South Ukrainian. Just after Zaporizhzhya.
In Poltava and the region, after a series of missile attacks on infrastructure facilities, the movement of electric trains stopped.
Settlements in Dnepropetrovsk lose access to water — water pumps not working
It is high time the rest of Ukraine, which have been mocking the suffering of the Donbass people and saying, with delight, how their children would grow up in bomb shelters, gets a taste of what they have cheer-leaded.
Russians need to sever all the roads and bridges between NATO countries and Ukraine as well as the airports in western and central Ukraine as they are delivering the “weapons of mass destruction” to Ukraine.
Thank you. Russian approach to “brotherly ukrainians” is mind boggling. 3/4 of the ex ukraine live like nothing’s going on. Keep in mind, ALL of them support nazis. I’m not saying carpet bomb them, but let them live in fear, dark, no water, no food, no phones, no TV, and the like. Also, side effect, lots of them would flood the gates to join their euro faggots.
I am happy with the retreat, though, when facing a greater loss of life, just leave.
That, hopefully,is only the beginning of the good news we all pray for. I’ve been giving it some thought. And I’ve come to the opinion that before this fighting ends the Ukrainian military death toll will be around 300,000 combat deaths (maybe more). That doesn’t count the wounded or missing figures. Which will probably double or triple the death totals.
So you might ask how I came to those figures? I took the numbers of actual combat deaths (leaving out deaths from disease) from the US civil war. The populations were/are comparable in number. And while todays weapons are much more lethal. In those days fighting took place with mass charges. I figure that one cancels out the other to even the numbers out to a close parity. The figures might even end up higher, but it’s doubtful they will be lower.
The Ukrainians have had 30 years of Russophobic propaganda drilled into them. So I think the current generation is a lost generation. We might even argue an analogy between the German pre-WWII generation. Which was so propagandized with the “stab in the back” thinking. Which the nazis were able to play off of to instill their ideology throughout German youth. It took a lot of killing to beat that generation. And I think any hopes in Russia that beating nazism out of this generation can be done differently is wishful thinking. Only completely beating Ukraine will bring security for Russia and safety and security to the peoples living in the former Ukraine. In all areas of it,not just the East and South.
I think Russia is lucky that this war (yes not SMO) started now and not in another 20 years. Today there are still huge numbers of people in the former Ukraine that were alive and old enough to remember a time before the Russophobia and nazi ideology infested the society. Twenty more years and most of them would be dead and you’d only have brainwashed nazified people there. Two bad generations would be extremely difficult to reeducate. As it is today if enough of the nazified elements are neutralized. Then the older generation, plus those still decent from this current young generation. Will be left to see that the youth growing up today. And the generations still to come, can be saved from that death cult of Ukrainian nationalism/nazism.
Uncle Bob : “And I’ve come to the opinion that before this fighting ends the Ukrainian military death toll will be around 300,000 combat deaths”
So once again, when even Andrei Martyanov confirmed it’s normal to have 3 to 4 to even 5 times more wounded than killed, where is there evidence of some 300,000 wounded Ukie soldiers now? (many suggest over 70,000 Ukies killed) There is no evidence and there certainlyt won’t l be 1,200,000 wounded at the end.
It’s really mystery for me how easily even those claimed to have studied military history have been fooled to believe in highly hyperoptimistic claims of RF MoD. Ukie losses might have been heavy but not even near as heavy as Russisn reports are suggesting. Nothing special on it. Ukrainians are exaggerating Russian losses even more.
The war is not nearly over yet. My guesswork was based on the full war. As someone pointed out below almost 80,000 Ukie dead has been reported,as well as around 300,000 wounded. And that was in July,we are now in September. I’m not sure if the “missing” are included in those figures. I’m thinking that “missing” actually means dead. I might turn out to be wrong in my calculations. But I doubt by much.
I doubt nato troops would trigger that call (Kremlin can rain missiles on them), but public declaration of entry to the war. Prime candidates for such stupidity are poland and brits. Even then, Russians would probably wait and see how it develops, if the hordes start flooding former ukraine…that would be the time to head for the mountains.
this comment has been flagged as of little/no value (possibly troll) by the saker I’m sorry if you don’t like my point of view, but this is a propagandist. Why should I believe him? This is not an independent, objective and impartial eyewitness.
They say that looks don’t make the soldier and I’m sure that’s true. But I’m none the less sure that I wouldn’t want to be facing that guy and his comrades in any kind of serious showdown.
As for “formations in which combat is usually controlled by Western mercenaries”, it may be thus controlled at the outset, at least nominally, but I have a strong feeling that actual control has since passed to others with a somewhat greater and much more “persuasive” means of communicating certain command movement instructions.
According to preliminary data, Kharkiv CHP-5 and Kremenchug CHP were hit
In Kyiv, there are severe power outages and a complete power outage of the railway to Sumy, Kharkov and Poltava.
People are advised to unplug everything. Yuzhnoukrainskaya and Khmelnitsky nuclear power plants are switched off.
Massive blackout in Ukraine after missile launch from Black Sea. Power down fully or partially in:
What kind of tank is that at 2:11 in the video being unloaded from the Mi-26 chopper? Robot tank? Looks like heavy machine gun on it. He says trained Ukie units supervised by mercenaries. NATO has troops or lots of “advisors” in there. I think we have moved beyond mercenaires.
There seems to be a lot of confusion about what’s happening on the front right now, I think that we’ll get a much clearer picture in a couple of days when the dust settles.
I have it on good authority today from friends who live near Kherson that nearly all of the troops involved in the Kiev counter-offensive are mercenaries, who are extremely well-paid (that’s where Biden’s money went!).Most are Croats, Americans, Poles, Georgians and British. ‘Very few are Ukrainians’.
This is what I was thinking. My guess they are very well paid and they are getting real gear provided by USA-UK. The early mercs they brought in were not getting any gear, rifles, ammo, the Ukies would rob them, etc. The smart ones realized it was a nightmare and fled the country. The dumb ones are in shallow graves.
If the early mercs got hurt or wounded or were viewed in some way as a threat – the Ukies killed them and burned the bodies. Like in the Azovstal basements. My guess is there were some NATO people that the Ukies did not want talking as they were about to be captured like maybe bioweapons people. Those people they killed then burned the bodies in the basements.
These newer mercs are more professional like they are active duty soldiers who were offered a way to make really good money. If they live, they get a big bonus and can go back to their units in USA, UK, Croatia, Georgia, Poland, etc.. I would bet they are getting paid at least $4,000 a week.
NATO is totally involved in this counter attack and I am sure Russia knows it.
Do your friends know if the mercs are taking big loses? Are there any visible or confirmed signs of that, as well as injuries among them (hospitals being full, ambulances all day and night, etc.)?
Short interview with Colonel-General Gurulyev today in “Saturday’s Mardan”:
Gurulev spoke for twenty minutes from 11:20. The main thing in the interview:
1. When retreating from Balakleya, Russian troops used the classic tactics of mobile defence, where the main task is to inflict maximum defeat on the advancing enemy in manpower and equipment with minimal losses, without organising a Brest and Stalingrad anywhere. Such actions are necessary to gain time and to approach heavy machinery.
2. According to the general, there has never been such activity of RF aviation since the beginning of the Special Military Operation. And this means that maximum damage was inflicted on Ukrainian armoured vehicles and artillery.
…I do believe ….this so call “retreat”…will make even Mr.. Kadyrov happy…I believe russian forces start new phase SMO/WAR….”Stalingradization”…. of NATO/ELENSKY forces
Today there are videos of the use of “Blazing Sun“, burnt equipment of Ukies. Here it’s possible to say that a lot of “Suns” are not dragged to the front line for nothing. And this means that the losses of the attackers, given Gurulyev’s words about the actions of aviation, are catastrophic!
In general, until now, active offensive actions of a long nature have been conducted in the area of Severodonetsk-Lisichansk, and now in the direction of Pesky, Avdeevka, Bakhmut, Soledar… The activity in this area is understandable: RF need to try to move the Ukie artillery away from Donetsk, Gorlovka.
But in other areas, it seems that RF military are in some kind of “waiting”.
New tactical signs appeared on the armoured vehicles of the Russian troops: a circle in a triangle. It looks like a new direction has been formed.
Today’s statement of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, which has so far withstood a media pause, about the “planned withdrawal of forces”, too, fits into the course of the so-called “forced offensive” of the enemy. I have the impression that RF General Staff is already clearly “playing along” with the enemy.
Based on the above today one can talk about two options for the development of events.
1. In the near future, the advancing Ukrainian units, exhausted by RF mobile defence in battles, having lost most of their armoured vehicles and artillery, will attack “columns of equipment and reinforcements that have disappeared somewhere” with new tactical signs.
2. If this does not happen in the very next few days, then we will be confirmed in the opinion that one of the foundations of the main idea of the Special Military Operation in the current conditions is an economic or even geo-economic foundation. Alternatively, after some time, the flow of weapons and ammunition from abroad to Ukraine will dry up.
The attack on the Ukrainian electricity network troubles me. Does this mean that the Russians consider the Ukrainian state to be no longer a separate structure from NATO? With all the consequences that go with it? Is this attack a warning that this could happen to Warsaw and London? Or is this attack only about Ukraine?
Russia has up to now fought this war (or SMO) with one hand tied behind their back and basically tiptoeing as to not hurt the civilian populations of the big cities including ones that they have no intention of attacking at the present time. While I agree with their approach in Mariupol and all of the cities where many Russians live, I believe it was a mistake to preserve the infrastructure and normal way of life in Kharkov, Odessa, Nikoliev and even Kiev. Gonzalo Lira keeps telling us how it doesn’t even seem like a war because everything still works in Kharkov. This approach has hampered their demilitarizing of the whole Ukraine because Russia has preserved the trains, bridges and electricity so as to be on the good side of their populations. This goody goody Mr. Nice Guy approach has won Russia no compliments from either the west nor from the general Ukrainian population in these cities. It’s been great for the Odessans, Kievans and Kharkovians: they can still be loyal to the blue and yellow yet continue to have their Instagram and favorite TV shows. This cannot continue. They have no respect for Russia this way. Simply put Russia has to treat the whole Ukraine with tough love like you would with recovering gang members and/or drug addicts. I’m not calling for doing what the US did to Baghdad, destroying the sewage system, medical system and other life threatening civilian dependent systems but not holding back destroying train stations, bridges and any other infrastructure items that are dual use. The velvet gloves need to come off and force the general Ukrainian population to make a choice, i.e. either you’re with the blue and yellow flag which means you will be plunged into misery like your western European brethren will be in the coming months or you show loyalty to Russia which means a warm winter and prosperity. Ukrainians
must decide on misery or prosperity. You can’t continue to be loyal to the Kiev regime and live a normal convenient life. You will have to choose. The Ukrainian urban populations need to be shocked as to rattle their brain dead heads which they have been for over thirty years and especially the last eight. I believe that the Kremlin will go in this direction.
The people in western ukraine had eight years to choose, and everything tells us that they chose long ago. They chose Bandera and Azov, Russia can’t do anything about that.
I like this site because it contrasts with MSM and the arm chair generals of Quora that insist this is the end for the Russians… apparently not quite so
Nothing but the facts. And what does it all mean? The Ukies have moved pellmell into a firebag, have no artillery with them, no air cover, and the Russians have reinforced with men and machines from some strong units.
A planned Russian retreat to redeployed positions southward bolsters the DPR for the coming Ukie attack at Donetsk.
The death toll for Ukies is very high. The losses for the Russians are very slight.
One lesson for observers to be learned: Liberation does not mean clearing out Ukies and supplying military manpower to guard civilians.
Liberation means killing Ukies and destroying Ukie military capability. This is local and until it is nationwide and completed, civilians cannot assume they have permanent security. If that is what they want, they need to evacuate to Russia.
As long as there is light, heat, food, people do not realize that they support evil. The lack of what is needed for life makes human pride disappear, i.e. the illusory belief of one’s omnipotence.
What is really sad is the brainwashing of Ukies. Some of them are really not very bright. This endless “you are the vikings and the Russians are peasants” type of crap. Europeans have this superiority complex over Russians too.
Europe’s postwar wealth, especially the past 15 to 20 years, is due to worthless money printing by the central (rothschild) banks and cheap Russian oil and gas. These Euro morons also went down this green path and made their countries totally reliant on Russian oil and gas.
Without cheap & reliable Russian oil and gas – Europe becomes as poor as Africa or parts of Latin America. Europe, America, Japan,UK and China plus others like Argentina are up to their eyeballs in debt. Russia is almost debt free with oil, gas, gold, food and dozens of other vital things.
The comment that the reporter makes at the very onset regarding the presence of “foreign mercs” is very very telling. My prescient ability which I never underestimate was signalling to me that some action would be undertaken to at least score some form of media victory. Since the fighting capacity of the AFU has been essentially destroyed in the last 6 months, the manpower to launch any significant counter-offensive could be mounted only and only under the guise of an enormous amount of foreign troops in its ranks. My bet…most are Poles with large numbers of Empire troops, US and GB.
When Zelensky opened (by video) the New York stock exchange, the Wall St Journal (paywall) set out the steps Zelensky was taking to “open up” the Ukraine economy.
End of collective bargaining.
End of Unions.
End of all Labour Protections, including all European and UN measures.
End of minimum wage.
Zelensky’s future for Ukraine is as a slave Labour colony for Ukraine’s criminal Oligarchs.
This is what they are fighting for.
Michael Hudson has made some comments in an interview with Ben Norton, but I cannot find anything from Professor Hudson which is focused on this topic which is of vital interest to Ukraine’s future, which Zelensky is selling to the highest bidder.
The truth wins again !
this looks like good news.

Video on Intel Slava Z on Telegram last night. A squad of Brits fighting. They looked like UK army not mercs.
US Special Forces have been embedded in Ukraine since at least 2004, wearing AFU fatigues and carrying AK-74s. This was documented on video and deleted from YouTube only in the last year, because truth is a violation of their terms of service.
Probably SAS and various NATO contingents, too.
Many thanks for the video.

The Ukie govt disclosed 79,000 KIA in the beginning of July. Add 3 times more for wounded and that was 300,000 back then.

Rumours a official declaration of war in matter of 30 days, this means mobilization.

Russia also hit some major power plant in central Ukraine.
I don’t think either one of those will happen UNLESS there are regular NATO forces inside the Ukraine.

As if economic and political suicide wasn’t enough? Not going to happen no matter how badly the U$ wants it.
Doubt it very much. If that happens, it will not be for Ukraine.

Russia finally has to start fighting…but really
And enough those BS about brotherly Ukraine
Unleash hell to them
Send more boots …much more
As long as there is light, heat, food, people do not realize that they support evil.
No wonder the working age population have been banned from leaving Ukraine.
