Relieved to hear that you and yours are physically ok.
Such events are mentally hard to cope with.
Prayers and certitude that you’ll cope with it and be stronger thereafter.
And, maybe it’s also a sign that it’s time to flee this dangerous place before Armageddon. As I think you said you’d do in case WWIII starts anyway ;)

That ia what they did in the old days in Florida.
I think the cities should require it in thier building codes.
You and your folks are OK. That’s the most important thing. The rest can be fixed with some hard work. I can’t imagine it harder than going through a hurricane.
So sorry to hear of this. Sending protection, strength and a wish for a cacophony of small and big miracles to bring fortune, safety, solace to you and yours.

Sorry to hear about your loss
I should have followed your advise and leave to the other house in a safer location
It was a bad night
I was lucky, minor damage to the roof, missing some shingles, bent fence, etc
(remember my generator? it died on me after 4 hours, a friend loaned us a better one)
We need to get a Go Fund Me or something similar for Andrei. He deserves all the help that we can provide him. Time to step up!
