re: Pyatt–he is probably coordinating the Kazakstan/Ubekistan destabilization still. Yes, typically these types are initially trained in an “easy” post like a banana republic in Latin America. But this might put a smile on your face. Payback is a B-tch as they say in the good ol’ USA.

Fascinating. An excellent brief introduction to how things really operate behind the scenes.

Beautifully illustrates how easily a deep-state career politician can so easily manipulate historic events by playing on the human weaknesses of a few well-placed individuals. (Never let it be said that an individual can’t change the course of history, for good or ill.)

Also provides a clear example of how deep-state policy remains constant while “voters” in a “democracy” get to “legitimate” a nefarious system by being permitted to change the window dressing every election season.

“Never let it be said that an individual can’t change the course of history”

Individuals can have a effect, but the US has no shortage of demons. If not one then another would be there, to do the functions within the system structures. The power of individuals to make changes within official politics or large organizations is grossly overestimated by those who seek clarity.

Contrast that one statement you mad with the other: “deep-state policy remains constant”.

      • вот так on March 13, 2015  ·  at 8:36 pm EST/EDT

It actually depends on where in the ZPC/NWO hierarchy the individual is. The higher up the parasite chain of command, the more they can effect change. Those at the top effect change every day. While those in the “management” positions, such as a Pyatt or a Nuland carry out the higher ups’ orders. The latter keep their jobs according to how well they follow orders. Those that don’t, or who fail to make the policies work, are replaced.

The oligarchs at the top effect profound changes by their individual contributions in ways similar to those of the Genghis Kahns of the past, only not on a battle field, but economic and psychological population control through tools such as mass media. The current wreckage of the planet is due to decisions by these oligarchs and one bet that if some of these were different, such as Soros, we would be seeing a different world today.

        • Blue on March 14, 2015  ·  at 6:38 pm EST/EDT

Yet how high you can get on that pyramid depends on how well you can get along with and kiss butt of those already there. That includes how much money you can make and what deals you can make. Even if you are very rich you are very limited to what you can do if you don’t join the club, and if you don’t then you become a target of the oligarchy.

Some excellent news: China ready to slam door on foreign NGO’s!

The AngloZionist media ( http://www.csmonitor.com/World/Asia-Pacific/2015/0310/National-security-China-ready-to-slam-door-on-foreign-NGOs ) whines: “… New law would allow Beijing to filter out foreign funding of groups that support free expression and civil society …” ;-( …

A similar Russian law curbing NGO’s was enacted late in 2012, and has been strictly enforced since Putin’s February 2013 speech to the FSB. It clearly ruined the prior active planning of a “colored revolution” by notorious Michael McFaul, the U.S. ambassador to Moscow at the time, who broken hearted resigned the position after a mere two years on the job… (The fat old creep who replaced him, John F. Tefft, who “specialized” in creating trouble in Ukraine, Georgia and Lithuania, won’t have much success here either, the FSB surely keeps good tab on him…)

    • Veritas on March 13, 2015  ·  at 6:41 pm EST/EDT

What I find creepy is the way Teft kept hanging around the widow at Nemstov’s funeral……

Amazing how the US thinks Ukraine, Georgia and Lithuania are just like Russia – they really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel on intellect. As said previously their foreign policy is a cookie cutter approach.

“they really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel on intellect.”

They don’t have much choice. The zionazi/nazi mentalities running this freakshow called the ZPC/NWO require absolute and total loyalty. The only people who can provide that are psychopaths and the “bottom of the barrel” types. More intelligent, moral and sane people are unreliable in zionazi/nazi oligarch eyes. Such people cant be as easily controlled and have a disconcerting habit of having “WTF am I doing here doing this” moments and wrecking “de plan”.

    • Anonymous on March 14, 2015  ·  at 1:07 am EST/EDT

If Washington believed in the baloney about openness©,democracy© and freedom© they are promoting globally through their regime change think tanks and similar, they would allow Dugins(?) Eurasian movement and all kinds of foreign political movements operate in their country.

But, they can’t even tolerate mildly critical foreign media like RT and PressTV operate freely there. It’s a one-way street of American imperialism.

  6. elsi on March 13, 2015  ·  at 8:56 pm EST/EDT

Ominous this Pyatt. If I were in charge of a country and he shall rule as ambassador, I would refuse him. There is clearly a pattern in their behavior in countries where it has exercised his “diplomatic activity” and this could be argued as an argument to distrust his future work. In fact, if some countries proposed themselves, his diplomatic career would be over. Why not intending?

Right at the end when they balance their exploits can be seen that, at times or almost always, after the years, one has the face he deserves.
No soap in the world to wash the blood containing some individuals in their hands

“If I were in charge of a country and he shall rule as ambassador, I would refuse him. There is clearly a pattern in their behavior in countries where it has exercised his “diplomatic activity” and this could be argued as an argument to distrust his future work.”

The simple answer is “better an enemy, and whose past operating style, one is familiar with, than an enemy which is totally unknown”. The more complicated answer is that it doesn’t matter which person the ZPC/NWO has their American colony select for different countries as ambassador, what policies they will be tasked to carry out will be the same policies. So forcing the USA to choose a different person for the job makes no difference in the policy. But a different person will be less known to the victim country and it will be more difficult to counter that new person’s interference than it would be the more well known ambassador’s methods. With the new, unknown ambassador, the victim country will have to start all over learning the ambassador’s style and methods, and then devising adequate strategy and tactics to neutralise the ambassador’s interference. So letting the pindos use their “old hands” is actually more effective for the victim country than insisting on somebody different for the ambassador.

Refusing ambassadors does have a use, though, but in a different set of circumstances. Venezuela did this with America, eventually forcing removal of ambassadors altogether from the American embassy. The pindo internal attack on Venezuela warranted this due to the extreme methods the pindo zionazis/nazis were engaging in there. Namely, fomenting a full scale civil war, as in the Ukraine. Russia could do this as well, but the Russians have been able to counter the ZPC/NWO attempts, through their various colonys’ embassies and their NGOs, to destabilise Russia, so presently there is no need for such diplomatically drastic actions. The present threat isn’t nearly as serious to Russia as it is to Venezuela.

      • T1 on March 13, 2015  ·  at 10:49 pm EST/EDT

You’re quite correct in your observations.
It’s going to be interesting how Cuba plays out. The Cubans are certainly no fools, I hope they (with FSB help) can turn the recent freindship ovatures to their advantage.

      • Johan on March 13, 2015  ·  at 11:47 pm EST/EDT

Of course, Russians could kick out John Tefft any time, but are letting him for very good reasons. First and foremost, as he surely can’t keep still and must be trying “things” all the time, the FSB can nicely keep track of the fifth-columnists with who he is in direct and indirect contact! (While at the same time Russia is avoiding unnecessary diplomatic complications with its personnel.)

sweden announces intention to “re-take” gotland.

putin to retaliate by “re-invading” franz josef land.

. As The FT reports, Sweden will put troops back on the strategic Baltic Sea island of Gotland after a decade-long absence and will also step up military exercises around the island involving the army, navy and air force. “Hunting submarines is a priority area,” Sweden’s defense minister explained, adding that “everything we do is a part of underlining Swedish sovereignty.”

Not sure of their purposes there.A closure of the straits would make the Baltic a Russian lake if Russia needed to go that route.Just as the closure of Gibraltar and Suez would create a “Lake Med” if Russia chose to go that way. While difficult, those chores are not by any means impossible.

NATO’s Shadow of Nazi Operation Barbarossa

    By Finian Cunningham

March 13, 2015 “ICH” – “SCF” – NATO’s Operation Atlantic Resolve paced ahead this week with the latest arrival of more US military forces in the Baltic region.
    […]
US Colonel Michael Foster said of the forthcoming military exercises across Europe: «So by the end of the summer, you could very well see an operation that stretches from the Baltic all the way down to the Black Sea.»

It is doubtful that this American colonel understands the historical significance of his excited military vista. Part of the problem is that Americans and many other Westerners have such a paucity of historical understanding. They are inebriated with Western Victors’ History, which is bereft of real causes and effects. It is a propagandised version of chronological events, with the causal forces omitted, and which is used to justify the subsequent actions of Western powers. This inebriated understanding of history explains why history seems to so often repeat. Without understanding the real causes of events, how can repetition be averted? And that’s just the way Western corporate rulers like it, with their culpability obscured from public view.

Let’s have a look at US-led Operation Atlantic Resolve in a more realistic, historical perspective. Then we might appreciate that it has the scope and unerring sinister resonance with a previous military development – Operation Barbarossa – the mammoth invasion of Soviet Russia that was launched by Nazi Germany in the summer of 1941.

  13. Ann on March 14, 2015  ·  at 6:26 am EST/EDT

OT I guess maybe the reason why Russia’s providing some of the money of the IMF loan to Ukraine, is because Russia wants Ukraine to not go into freefall bankruptcy. Perhaps it also has to do with gas….and perhaps also with the regulations attached to the loan.

    All just guesses….
