Rattlesnakes have a terrible reputation. Here were I live, in Florida, we have the biggest rattlesnakes on the planet, the Eastern Diamondback (Crotalus adamanteus). They are huge and can reach well over 2m (6ft) in length and weigh up to 15kg (30lbs). The Eastern Diamondback’s venom is not the most potent out there, but they can deliver *a lot* of it. So, yes, it is a formidable creature. But it is also a gentle creature and truly very shy one.
Eastern Diamonbacks are also a stunningly beautiful creatures. I confess that I absolutely love them.
For all their reputation for nastiness, Eastern Diamonbacks will never ever attack you if they can avoid it. I have seen a lot of these snakes on my hikes, I have manipulated them (with a hook), and I have seen my German Shepherd come nose to nose with one (literally) and that Eastern Diamondback did not strike. Why? Because these snakes will do everything they can to avoid having to bite you.
First and foremost, they hide. Really well. You can stand right next to a large Eastern Diamondback and never notice it. You can walk right by, and it won’t move, or rattle its tail, and you will never know that it was there. Camouflage is their first line of defense.
Then, if discovered, they will rattle their tails. If needed, very loudly. You can easily hear the rattle from an Eastern Diamondback from 5m (15ft) away. More than enough distance to easily avoid it.
Furthermore, if given the chance, the Eastern Diamondback will retreat and hide.
Finally, when cornered a lot of them try what is called a “dry bite”: they do bite you, but deliver no venom. Why? Because you are not prey, so what would be the point of envenomating you? The Eastern Diamondback does not want you dead, it wants you to let it live!
I was once told by a park ranger in Arizona that the profile of a typical rattlesnake bite victim is: white, male, with tattoos and the famous last words “hold my beer and watch this!“.
Why am I telling you all this?
Because that is exactly what I see happening before my horrified eyes.
Russia is the Eastern Diamondback desperately trying to do all it can to avoid to have to strike. The West is the drunk idiot full of hubris, arrogance and a very mistaken sense of invulnerability saying “hold my beer and watch this!“.
Keep in mind that in a confrontation with a drunken human the Eastern Diamondback is most unlikely to survive. And it knows that, and that is why it does everything it can to avoid such a confrontation in the first place. But if cornered or attacked the Diamondback will strike. Hard. Want to see what such a strike looks like? Like this:
You most definitely do NOT want to be on the receiving end of that strike!
But that’s for normal, sober, people. When you are drunk your attitude is “hold my beer and watch this!” you “know” that you can handle that snake.
They are all at it right now. May, Trump, Macron and Merkel, of course, but also the their sycophantic presstitutes and the herds of zombified followers. They all believe in their invulnerability and superiority.
The terrifying truth is that these folks have NO IDEA whom they are dealing with nor do they understand the consequences of pushing Russia too hard. Oh, in theory they do (yeah, yeah, Napoleon, Hitler, we know!). But in their guts, they feel safe, superior and just can’t conceive that they can die and their entire society simply disappear.
I suggest that they carefully ponder the following.
In a recent interview Putin was asked about the rationale of a retaliatory strike by Russia if she was attacked by the USA. Putin replied the following: “Yes, for mankind this would be a global catastrophe, for the world it would be a global catastrophe, but as a citizen of Russia and as the Head of the Russian state I ask: “what need would we have a for world if there is no Russia?“.
So there you have it, directly from Putin: if the AngloZionist plan is to eliminate Russia (whether physically or otherwise), then the Russian people have no need for such a world. Consider these words as the Russian version of a very loud, almost desperate, rattle.
And look at how they are all trying to see how far they can “safely” push Russia.
I wonder if that Russian “rattle” will be loud enough to stop the West before it is too late.
I am not so sure.
The Saker
Excellent analogy. Thanks.
I regret to say that our local brown snakes and the occasional black tiger snake are rather more venomous, and aggressive-rather like Thanatopia. Not as pretty as this rattler, either.
I thought of this when I read this article:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_M-bajtTYw
Especially when the cats bring in little ones…
I despair of the local media…if it’s reported in the USA or BBC, it must be true. And most of the locals believe it!
..
We’ve had ’em in the house, often. One cat has somehow survived three bitings, by little ones obviously. He comes in, dragging his back legs, and lies down for a couple of days, then goes straight back out, like a flamin’ katty-kazi. I’m thinking of renaming him Mithridates VII. Three others were not so lucky.
When I was O.C. Avoca, we did a drug bust in a valley in the middle of the bush. After walking out of the valley to the road, I sat down under a tree, and the O.C. Clunes went to join me but saw that the spot was already taken by a large Red Bellied Black snake. Then the stupidity started and others began to poke the snake with branches and the snake objected. Then the most dangerous thing happened. Our Fearless Leader, ‘Jack of the Yard’ pulled out his .38 and tried to point it at the snake. The black snake then saw an opportunity and got up on its tail and ran, zig-zagging away from us and Jack of the Yard still waving his Smith & Wesson at the snake as it ran. It, that is Jack’s actions literally frightened the daylights out of me.
The Australian snakes are mostly non-threatening and will not attack, and most snake bites are when people actually mistakenly stand on them, except for the tiger snakes in breeding time; they then become quite aggressive.
I believe that Yeltsin was called the ‘dancing bear’, but VV Putin does fit the description of a snake, not dangerous at all until stirred by idiots.
Yes it is. I think that the “white male” antagonizing the “snake” in this instance is being egged on by his Zionist “friend”, who says:
“Hey, I’ll hold your beer for you! Don’t worry…what’s the worst that can happen?”
Anonius, Saker and blog’s colleagues,
I think this snipped is a better example to illustrate how deal with bully country (USraHell).
The rattlesnakes’s example is very sophisticated for primitive psychopathic minds understand the analogy.
Seagal (Russia) give a good example how to deal with “alpha (coward) dogs” in a limit situation.
See the bully against helpless countries (the Alaska’s native) and how poodles (eng, fra, ger, sau, can, nor, …) defend their zombified (by David/israHell and Jewish lobby) leader, the giant Goliath, and how to convince Goliath (USraHell) change bullyng’s attitude …
(I am speaking about country’s governments, not about people)
Pay attention to (Russia) Seagal’s question to alfa male (USraHell) Goliath at 4:24 …
U don’t convince a transgressive psychopath to change without a noose’s punch.

[On Deadly Ground – Bar Fight [Movie Clip] English (1994)]
Stalker,
Excellent political movie. I must say, that Seagal, possibly because he grew up in Japan, where he underwent martial arts training, most of the times portrayed a guy so extremely dangerous that he never had to go trowing his body around. On the subject of snakes, if I am not mistaken, Australia is a home of most lethal snakes as well.
That is exactly why I feel nervous, for the first time, that there could be a cataclysm. Thank you for your recent posts, Saker. I was waiting for your input to all this recent madness. I hope this noise doesn’t lead to war.
My worry is that Putin’s speech of March 1 where he detailed the ways in which Russia can defend itself, will actually spark nuclear war.
I’m sure he thought he was giving a warning rattle to a dumb drunk who kept aggressively getting too close. But, most likely, it will be taken quite differently by the morons in DC.
The morons in DC can’t help but see that they’ve wasted hundreds of billions of dollars on soon to be useless weapons. But, the key part of that is the ‘soon-to-be’ part. Russia’s new weapons are not 100% fully deployed. IIRC, one is ‘entering production’. I think I saw that a missile will enter production in 2019.
Thus, there is a window of time in which America’s expensive missile defense might still have some use. And there is a window of time before America’s expensive carrier groups are completely useless. The morons in DC are quite likely to determine that it is to their advantage if World War 3 starts sooner rather than later.
The militarists in the Kaiser’s Germany had similar reason for why it was a good time for World War 1. They saw Russia starting to industrialize, and thought that Russia might soon overtake them in military power. Thus, they thought it was ‘use it or lose it’ time for Germany’s power in 1914.
It thus does not surprise me that the the imperialistic west is now going into a super-escalation mode shortly after Putin’s speech. I’m someone who’s been opposing these morons in DC since the Vietnam War, and so it doesn’t surprise me a bit that these morons would believe that they have to destroy the planet in order to (in their minds) save it.
Maybe Skripal is 2018’s Archduke Ferdinand.
Yes that’s me fear too. It certainly looks like that’s what they’re trying.
Remember that Gavrilo Princip , was member of a gang controlled by british intelligence service.
Gavrilo Princip went to teh same high school as I did, only about 70 years apart. :-)
Whan I was at school, he was hailed as hero. Now, after Bosnian wars, the city of Tuzla is under Bosnian government, and he is again an evil terrorist…
For me, he is still a hero. Even if british secret service was behind it, or then serbian “Black Hand”, it does not matter. You don’t find nowdays yout ready to sacriface their life and freedom for better future.
Zidar ,
you must understand that I cannot participate in your point of view.
A man who triggered World War 1 with its millions of victims in my eyes should not be called a hero.
But as I have some serbian friends which I discuss about politics I can understand your point of view. I want to be very clear that I consider Gavrilo Princip not the culprit of WW1 , but the trigger.
The people behind him are the culprits , because they used the youth and the ideals of Gavrilo Princip for triggering WW1. I am very sure that Princip only saw his attentat under a serbian point of view , without understanding the possible consecuences for the other european nations.
mod-to note: line removed – unnecessary to the discussion. Austro-Hungarian empire would have attacked Serbia anyway, with or without Gavrilo’s deed – they just needed a pretext and Gavrilo gave them one with his assassination of archduke Ferdinand. Franz Conrad von Hetzendorf, the Chief of the General Staff of the military of the Austro-Hungarian Army and Navy repeatedly asked for a permission from the Emperor to attack (a preemptive war) between 1906. and Gavrilo’s deed. He demanded it 26 times alone in the period of 17 months i.e. 1.1. 1913. – 1.6. 1914. And then he finally got his chance.
The Skripal affair I think was initiated by the Anglozionists to steal the thunder from Putins March 1st speech.
Its a red herring. The internet is abuzz about Russia’s new wonder weapons. They don’t like that.
The ‘shock and awe’ of Putins speech has won admiration across the planet. They don’t like that, because it takes down the carefully constructed façade of U.S. et al invincibility pushed so hard by Hollywood, where it seems the U.S. military et al can take on even cosmic forces invading earth.
The U.S. doesn’t like being humbled and embarrassed like that. So there you have it. After all, its not like the U.S. et al NATO have a serious counter reply or counter-measures. ‘They’ don’t like being on the defensive, its anathema to everything they project and want us to believe.
The morons in Thanatopolis DC follow their Zionazi masters in adhering to the Samson Doctrine, ie they would rather destroy the world than not rule over it, totally.
Wait. WWI was totally provoked and orchestrated by Britain, in order to destroy both the Russian and German empires.
exactly. Britannia forever….
The diplomacy of that period has been rather exhaustively documented and analyzed, with most if not all previously secret documents long since well known.
Umm, you might want to take the (((bankers))) into consideration.
The Federal Reserve was created in 1913. I doubt whether that’s a coincidence.
I don’t worry for a second about it. Putin’s speech can basically be summed up in one sentence:
We are ready.
Russia was buying time all these years until that day. I have no doubt Russia is more than ready to strike back fast and extremely painful. Don’t worry, idiots in Pentagon have received a message. They might be crazy but they are not dumb.
Melotte, we have little options of guessing the future, but checking recent past is one of them.
So, you said, Russia said we are ready.
Saker said, Russia said we are on the edge.
There also is Martyanov (and others) idea, Russia said we won.
We, frankly, can only guess where it goes. But your idea is “we are ready”
In 1935 USSR introduced the western representatives to then largest military drills. The so called “Kiev military district maneuvres”
https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Учения_Киевского_военного_округа_1935_года#/languages
You can see the article exists in Russian, Ukrainian and German language. Of all western hemisphere, only Germany thinks it is worth remembering….
But if u google, u would find some English articles here and there, away from mainstream internet.
USSR said “i am ready”
Did anyone heard?
In 1938 poland, hungary and germany invade czecoslovakia. The state hosting best military plants in Europe.
USSR offers help, UK and France threaten to join invasion if Prague accepts it.
After Czechoslovakia was done, Poland published infamous caricature how pesky stupid Ivan was kicked out of Europe, which would decide who survives without eastern barbarian hordes. They had a very merry year, until 1939, those Poles.
In autumn 1939 USSR introduces then high tech weapons lineup: tanks T-40/T-34/KV-1
USSR said “we are ready, for real!”
In June 1941 EuroUnion invaded USSR and by winter was sieging Moscow.
You may say, EuroUnion called the bluff.
“So, slavic subhumans, you think you were ready? Let’s see” said Europe.
You may be right, “we are ready, we are not Libya” might be an interpretation.
Which does not mean West would not laugh it off and call the bluff.
@You may say, EuroUnion called the bluff.
Are you one of those who still believe that the Germans won the war?
I concur, Russia is ready.
But I nevertheless worry for different reasons.
US is now publically cornered (which means to those at the top a lot) and the whole balance of powers is suddenly, well, unbalanced. And you have psychopaths running the show, that’s dangerous. First strike is still a viable option in their minds at least, and it may be in reality as well (providing all this weapons wise is as they say it is and I don’t doubt much) as US is now unable to respond to RF strikes, but what if, what if we can still make that first salvo just right, and the question remains whether RF will indeed strike back on time (@riskingWWIII), that’s a tough call for anyone to make, even Putin. I’m worrying this pushes those lunatics towards the first strike just a little bit, but only if there’s a good enough reason (which they’re working around the clock to creating one). My hope (so this is a good news part) is they may just try to escalate things to ‘warm’ not ‘hot’ or not hot enough. But I’m more certain now (than before the warning) that they’ll do something, that’s a threshold for them, in their minds, they in fact now already have a reason to think about that as the only option. Because what if RF strikes first? we’re toasted. If you think that way (regardless that RF would not do it), that’s a self-defense. That’s what’s dangerous to me.
Having said that, I still believe Putin did what he had to do for the reasons unknown.
Well, to be accurate, it can be summed up in one sentence …..
We are almost ready.
There is a gap of several years between weapons being tested or even entering production and having units 100% equipped with them, units trained to use them, and effective doctrines fully developed to use them.
Russia needs to build a bunch of the new Sarmat missiles and replace the previous ICBM’s with them.
Russia needs to build those new hyperglide warheads and mount them on missiles.
Russia needs to build an inventory of those long range underwater drones and deploy them out to active duty units.
Russia needs to build an inventory of those anti-ship missiles and deploy them out to active duty units.
Russia needs to build an inventory of those long range cruise missiles and deploy them.
Russia’s not really ‘ready’ until they do all of this. And that may be a very dangerous stretch of time for Russia and the world.
I think this is right. For Israel/US/EU it might be now or never. There is a small window of opportunity for them to attack Russia now and still get some value from their missile defense systems, air superiority, naval superiority. If they don’t do it now,in a few years the balance of power will shift towards Russia. A few million dollars Khinzal missile could destroy a multi billion dollars aircraft carrier,11 of them, lets ad 9 more for safety and the US carriers are gone for ever. Huge military and public image loss. I don’t speak about the other Russian weapons,at least for some good years the west has no answers to them.
The only short time we have is until the West will convince China to betray Russia. China is the only country in the world who can take on Russia on the ground. The west will promise China Siberia and all the Eastern Russia to solve their need for land, oil and almost everything for their people and economy.
Just some thoughts…
sherlock? It is to laugh! There is NO chance China will betray Russia, because it would be dishonourable (you’re just projecting ‘Western Moral Values’ onto the Chinese) and because the West can NEVER be trusted to keep its word.
Take a look on the map from Ural mountains to Sakhalin island to see how much they get. ( Maybe Japan will get something too beside Kuril islands). They are 1.3 billion people and number one economy in the world tomorrow. With little resources and all the markets cut off tomorrow by the West, they have no choice, plus they are very pragmatic,no or little faith… It’s more than 100 percentage sure, about 143,3…just kidding. Right now and in proxy future China will be on Russia side but later no. It will be a matter of survival…
Sherlock, you’re simply preaching that China will act like Westerners. Why should they? China has not increased its territory for many centuries, has ONE overseas base, and has concluded land border negotiations will ALL its fifteen or so contiguous states, except poor old India, driven mad with envy, ruled by caste fascists and in thrall to Israel and the USA. And, as I said, China will know that Russia is a RELIABLE ally, whereas the West are treachery personified, and vicious racists to boot, who will NEVER allow ‘mere Asiatics’ to reach global equivalence, let alone dominance.

Mulga,There is a time for everything….USA also started so well:
” Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes; and armies, and debts, and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few……No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”
James Madison, Political Observations, Apr. 20, 1795
But you know: Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
An observation that a person’s sense of morality lessens as his or her power increases.
It has happened to USA,why not to China if they get day by day more powerful.Number one commercial power,in 1950 they were 555 millions,in 1995 they were 1222 millions, its like a balloon, you blow it,and blow it,and blow it….
Plus there is going to be war times, missiles flying everywhere, very hard to keep your mind cool, pressure from the West, temptations from the north est to west.
I forgot to show the missiles:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxNprnas7i8
I don’t like the Bushes at all but I do like his answer in a tough moment:” It was a 10 size shoe ”
I don’t know if a Chinese president can find a better answer if not worse…
China’s billions are mostly situated on their southern ocean shores.
When they emmigrate – they mostly move to the south, to island states.
Yes, Siberia is huge. It is also cold and has rash continental climate.
Few Chinese would want to move there voluntarily.
Granted, for locals “few of 1.3B Chinese” is still a lot. But ut would not determine all-Chiba strategy
Arioch you are right.But,generally speaking…
Many Jews didn’t want to go to Palestine ( Holy Land ) voluntarily after Balfour declaration ( living for centuries in their adopted countries, having businesses, friends,a good weather through out the year…) but then the persecutions came in Europe and the immigration jumped in numbers.
Or you can create or induce wide spread reactions:

or even wars without firing a bullet :
https://mises.org/library/how-us-economic-warfare-provoked-japans-attack-pearl-harbor
( instead of Japan you can think Russia or China nowadays with some differences )
I hope my answers being exhaustively and myself exhausted and stop here.
You must take Russian subs in to your analysis; their recently completed missions of sailing to and from near proximity to US bases were successful.
Of course we only have the Russian’s word on this….are they bluffing? I wouldn’t bet on that.
You’re the second one I read mentionning ‘time windows’. Inside knowledge?
@ Alberto Campos
If it was for me:
More than that ( just kidding ). Actually the world word three will start when Russian army will encircle Jerusalem ( the red red line for all the West ) and after Turkey will cease to exist and Kurdistan will be a country ( so Israel/US/EU wont take the risk now or China negotiations will take longer than expected )
If it was not for me: Sorry!
Funny: world war 3 and I’m not Anonymous, good night!
Just make one thing crystal clear – Israel – will be obliterated with 10-20 Nukes no matter whether it stays out of the fight and ALL higher Government- and Lobbying-individuals of the instigators being hunted down no matter where they hide. The last being an ABSOLUE priority to create a dissuasive feeling. Yes our 50’000 t U-Boat will operate and hunt you down LOOOONG after the initial strikes. One needs to even state that dedicated Regiments are trained for that sole purpose – to hunt the instigating individuals down – no matter the costs or effort !!!
Almost all of the rulig elite are notorious cowards, and narcists THEY must be terrified, no bunker no hideout will save them.
If these points are followed a wanted nuclear exchange is VERY unlikely. Only if the real beligerent can hide becomes the situation very critical.
Vladimir Putin is officially known as being neutral to Jews and their tribes, hopefully for mankind they know better inofficially or we most likely will do exactly what they like us to do, to start a big war, and they emerge as the saviours.
In that last case I swear (and I know I should not) I will take revenge IF the big war comes and it unfolds as I describe and I survive it (unlikely) then I will use the second last bullet to kill one of the instigators, no matter what we all should do this !
@ Putin is officially known as being neutral to Jews
They definitely are not neutral to Putin:
“Trump-Russia: Putin criticised for Jewish ‘election meddling’ remark”
‘The Russian president faces a backlash after suggesting minority groups, including Jews, may be responsible for meddling in the 2016 US election.
Vladimir Putin made the comments during a US TV interview with Megyn Kelly.
US lawmakers and Jewish groups are among those criticising him.
‘Classic anti-Semitic stereotypes’
Mr Putin has been criticised by some groups, including the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
“President Putin bizarrely has resorted to the blame game by pointing the finger at Jews and other minorities in his country,” ADL chief executive Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement.
“It is deeply disturbing to see the Russian president giving new life to classic anti-Semitic stereotypes that have plagued his country for hundreds of years, with a comment that sounds as if it was ripped from the pages of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.”
US Senator Richard Blumenthal said the “repulsive” remark should be denounced by world leaders”.
The American Jewish committee has said that Mr Putin should clarify the comments “at the earliest opportunity”.
@http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-43374375
“After Putin blames Jews for election meddling, lawmakers demand he extradite indicted Russians”
@https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/after-putin-blames-jews-election-meddling-lawmakers-demand-he-extradite-n855796
‘Top Democrats in Congress called on the Trump administration Monday to do everything in its power to have the 13 Russian nationals indicted last month on charges of election meddling extradited to the United States to face trial.
The letter to President Donald Trump comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin told NBC News in an interview with Megyn Kelly that Jews and other minorities may have been responsible for the cyberattacks during the 2016 election’.
Letter which was signed by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, as well as by Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., ranking members on the House and Senate Judiciary Committees”.
It should have been signed also by Adam Schiff, the spawn of Jacob Schiff!
One just cant get enough of these ‘eternal’ whiners. The Jews are able to brow-beat the west with their ‘anti-Semitic non-sense, but the rest of the world isn’t buying it for one moment.
“The Jew cries out in pain even as he slaps you”
Oddly enough, Jewish interference in US elections is gigantic and open. Billionaire parasites like Sheldon Adelson freely ‘donate’ tens of millions to the orgy of bribery and propaganda, while openly admitting that they are ‘One issue-and that issue is Israel’, guys. Something like 50% of ‘contributions’ to the Reptilians are estimated to come from the 2% of the US population that is Jewish, most from the tiny stratum of the Jewish business elite. They created, financed and controlled Obama from the time he was talent spotted at college by a Zionist academic. So great was Obama’s immersion in Jewish ways and means that Abner Mikva, a former judge, Congressman and Clinton apparatchik, declared him the ‘..first Jewish President’. The Zionazi Jews also clearly control the DNC, and the FIRST loyalty of all US politicians MUST be to Israel, or they get the Cynthia McKinney treatment. When a US politician, like Carter, stands up to the Zionazis, as at Camp David, when he forced them to give up the Sinai section of Eretz Yisrael, they are vilified for life and a relentless vendetta prosecuted against them and their family-to ‘encourage’ the other slaves to greater heights of hysterical devotion to the Holy State.
@Oddly enough, Jewish…
It is nothing ‘odd’. They don’t ‘interfere’, they direct them.
Putin mentioned ‘Ukrainians, Tatars and Jews’ in describing how ridiculous it was to blame ‘Russians’ alone. He could have added Martians. But the Zionazi freaks of the ‘antisemitism’ industry need no incentive to commence their ritual hissing and spitting of venom if ‘Jew’ is mentioned in any manner but groveling adoration. Putin’s troubles really accelerated after he defeated the Oded Yinon Plan to destroy and vivisect Syria, and after the mysterious recent meeting with Nutty-yahoo in Sochi, where Bibi, allegedly, began chewing the carpet when Putin refused to obey orders, so unlike the Western slaves.
one hydrogen nuke of 200 megatons capacity will wipe out israel. Hiroshima suffered under 15 megatons..
More like 15 kilotons (Nagasaki got the Fat Man, which was 20 kT).
That is genocide. Good Israelis exist, and what of the Israeli Arabs and the Palestinians? A ‘decapitation’ strategy targeting the Zionazi ruling elite is far more humane, and even more preferable would be seeing them in front of an International Tribunal for their Crimes Against Humanity. Just because they are genocidal lunatics is no reason to follow them into The Pit.
You don’t need one hyrdogen nuke to wipe out Israel. You don’t even need a nuke. You just hit their nuclear/bio plant in the Negev desert with a salvo of MRBMs equipped with his explosive penetrator warheads and Israel, a strip of beach front property, is finished for the next 2,000 years. That’s why the war with Iran has been postponed indefinitely.
I really think that we are about to resolve the Fermi Paradox. When I listen to the Western fakestream media presstitutes and the insane and morally corrupt detritus of Western politics literally raving in unhinged hatred of Putin and Russia, I cannot see how we can survive.
Thank you. Not only Russians do not have a need for such a world
Not taking sides here and I’m not, not taking sides. I’m American and ultimately I love her not Russia. Having said that, the folks in Russia better wake up. You’ve seen this movie how many times now? I’ll give you a hint, it ends the same way every time. Who really has a case of insanity here? You think you can use diplomacy and wait out administration after administration while your position in the world erodes further and further. Better get on it while you still can. There’s plenty of folks in Washington from the great state of Texas and they love a good rattlesnake now and then so long as it’s cooked right. I don’t like what’s going on but if you don’t stop it, you’re going to get rolled. My advise is, don’t get rolled.
The USA is the greatest terrorist in this world. And I am not Russian.
The scary thing – FTS – is that you’re serious and that other Americans also think in such a suicidal fashion. Russia has technology that has already led US sailors to jump ship; (Google The USS Donald Cook or check this link: http://www.voltairenet.org/article185860.html – The incident in which a Russian jet flew over the US Navy vessel and shut off its all powerful Aegis system like a light switch. That’s just a sampling of the technology they have developed to defend themselves from more western assaults.
Then Russia has as her allies, more than 50% of the population of the world. China, South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Venezuela, Mexico, Syria, et al, The US on the other hand languished in Iraq, slumped in a 10 year quagmire in Vietnam, accomplished little to nothing fighting ISIS (they still exist), We haven’t won a war since 1945, are currently spread thin with nearly 1000 OCONUS military posts around the earth. But now we are ready to take on half the planet?
(Ad hominem remarks removed -MOD) This US Army veteran hopes that this will finally be a war no body shows up for.
I’m not saying I want it to happen. I wish it would not happen. I’m saying there is going to be a fight. Russia can sit there and deny it or do something. That something may save the the world or start WWW 3. They must act or its game over. It’s not the US that is suicidal. Maybe desperate, but not suicidal. Putin’s comments are more suicidal. They will just wait till it’s too late then nuke everything? That’s suicidal. If he loves Russia and his friends around the world, go fight. Get back to Syria. Don’t wait, time is not on your side.
Yes, I’m Russian and I agree. We need a small clush until too late.
A “dry bite”…so to speak.
I believe before WW3 we will see a civil war in US. Your country is deeply divided and it is going to be worse.
There is no way you can avoid civil war. Mark my words.
Friend, look around you at tad more carefully. US ambitions in Ukraine are dying. They have now taken to throwing last year’s anti Putin heroine in jail for threatening the Ukrainian head of state. Gazprom cut them off from Russia’s LNG supply. It’s nearly over for them.
The proxy that represents the last hope for US domination in eastern Syria has pulled up stakes and headed to Afrin to fight along side Assad’s troops against Turkey.
South Korea suddenly doesn’t need US hand holding to negotiate and execute bilateral agreements with N. Korea. Trump had no choice but to accept Kim’s offer of a meeting or risk bring left out of a major agreement, Almost risking a repeat of the Russians dumping the Americans during Syrian negotiations.
The howling that we hear from England is a groan before the death rattle. The Anglo-zionist powers *are* suicidal.
Granted, they may not stay that way, but if war with Russia is suddenly on the table, then a very central premise within the group consciousness of five eyes has been wounded, perhaps fatally.
The rabid dog in its hydrophobic death-throes eg England, is doubly dangerous. Any State ruled by a semi-human excrescence like the Maybot, with a jumped-up buffoon like Boris the Indescribable as Foreign Secretary, and a malignant imbecile like Williamson as Defence Secretary is in the ‘bite anything that moves’ stage of its terminal decline. Just look at UK society-riven by poverty, inequality, homelessness and VICIOUS Tory social savagery, targeted at the poor, weak, defenceless and at children in particular. That such a State has the unmitigated gall to criticise ANY other is beyond parody. Putin may not be a saint, but in contrast to those who traduce him, he is a veritable Francis of Assisi.
No what your saying is its all Russia'”s fault because all we are doing is spreading a little good ole democracy around the world, let freedom ring and then try and sell that line of B.S. to the millions we slaughtered in Asia, the million or two in the Mid-East,and as another American whose ancestors fought and bled and died to create this country and its government all I can say is I’m ashamed to be called an American….
You are thinking hysterically and irrationally.
“You’ve seen this movie how many times now?”
Too many Americans think movies are reality.
Tends to be especially true for the ones who sign up with the armed forces.
FTS, I’m with you. I wish Russia would stop putting up with it, stop being diplomatic and waiting out administration after administration. I think it has actually just done that, telling the US it will take out missiles and launchers (guided missile destroyers) if it attacks Damascus. That’s scary stuff, because if the US fires the missiles, Russia will sink ships, and then what? Russia’s fingers will be on nuclear buttons, waiting to see if the US launches missiles toward Russia. If the US does that, every American and every Russian will die, and possibly every human being. So, for me, I need to rein it in (stop hoping that Russia strikes) and pray that US leadership gets a whiff of fresh air and a view of reality. If Russia strikes, it’s game over for everybody. And Russia will not strike unless the US forces her to do it. So really, it’s up to the US to stop, not Russia. I’m praying that the US stops its wars of aggression, regime change operations, and campaigns of terror against any country that resists its hegemony. If it attacks Syria, where there are Russian soldiers, American sailors on those guided missile destroyers will die. The US needs to stop.
I don’t claim that I know or that I understand the Russian soul (whatever this may be) but I can invoke a very famous Russian hater and criminal: V.I.Lenin, yes Lenin. He despised Russians. In a conversation with Trotsky he said that Russians are too soft, wimps so would be better to name People Commissaries from other ethnic goops (out of 500 People Commissaries only 25 were Russians). In other conversation with Maxim Gorky he said that Russian are stupid and in case you see a smart one that one should be a Jew or had a Jew blood (Lenin mother was Jew). I personally disagree with this criminal. Russians are creators of a monumental culture, the vastness of which hardly can be cover in one’s life time… but must be something in this ‘Russian soul” that inspire Lenin’s type comments. If you ask me,,. I think the Russians are very brave people, far from being afraid of death (that’s the reason it is called “Russian roulette” and not German or Irish , or French…isn’t it?) I think that Russians look soft because they are afraid of the consequences of their unlashed hate which made them to avoid conflict as much as they can …like the rattle snake…Cheers!
Do you realize how easy it is to fake these “conversations” from a long time ago? This is one of the famous fakes from the architects of perestroika, emerging in the late 1980s. It’s very trite, many times exposed for the lie it is, and well forgotten here, in Russia, but still as good as new to you? Yeah, Lenin hated Russians that’s why he laid the foundations of a strong, powerful country with compulsory secondary education, moderate prosperity for all, 100% literacy (as opposed to 80% illiteracy before 1917) – a superpower with no exploitation, where mercenrary interests were exorcized from the ordinary life of people, a country that denied God yet lived by his commandments. I am 52 years old and i do not look lightly upon the messed up BS western commenters have to say about my country, the Soviet Union. Be where you are, stick to your guns, and do not talk about things you have no idea about.
Actually Lenin loved so much the Russians that he helped them to reach Paradise quickly and in mass (especially priests and monks).
Lenin built on the foundations already laid by the Tsars.
“In 20 years under Tsar Nicholas II the population of his realm increased from 123 million to 175 million. By 1913 the speed of industrial development in Russia had outstripped that of the USA. By 1913 its grain production had outstripped that of the USA, Canada and Argentina combined by one third. The Russian Empire had become the granary of Europe; its grain production increased by 70% between 1894 and 1914. Between 1894 and 1913 its industrial production quadrupled. In 1914 the French economist Edmond Théry predicted that by 1950 Russia would dominate Europe politically, economically and financially.
Social Insurance was introduced in 1912, and there was a factory inspectorate, but laws banning certain forms of exploitation had been passed for the first time in the world as early as the eighteenth century, including introducing a maximum ten-hour day. 80% of the arable land was in the hands of the peasants by 1914, the Tsar himself freely giving up 40 million hectares of land in Siberia. So many tens of thousands of schools were opened that by 1917 the level of literacy stood at 85% – comparable to that in the USA today. The Tsar’s Russia was not destroyed because it was ‘backward’, but because it was the last bulwark of Christianity and the materialist enemies of the Gospel, Capitalist or Communist, could not tolerate that”.

Maybe, but what about international debt? How much of Russia still belonged to Russia?
This story is a bit like one of the economic boom in Hitler’s Germany
Hi Mish,
The comments are not about your country, unless you identify your country with Lenin, and are not about Lenin either.. I don’t want to change the subject from Crotalus Adamanteus to the merits of V.I. Lenin… cote “Lenin was by all means a great politician, if greatness is measured by the power of will and the scale of damage. He destroyed one powerful empire to create another based on extreme violence. In many ways he defined the development of world history during 20th century. The first dictator of the century, he was not the last and paved the way for Stalin, Hitler, Mao and many others. However, his victory in 1917 was at the same time his defeat, as his “great” cause was doomed. It took 70 years and millions of lives to put an end to Lenin’s era.”, or:”Lenin’s order to Dzerzhinsky, 1 May 1919: “…it is needed to get done with the priests and religion as soon as possible. Arrest the priests as the enemies of revolution and saboteurs, execute them without mercy everywhere you spot them. As many as you can! Churches should be shut down. The cathedrals have to be sealed and used as warehouses. ”
Ironically, a man who unleashed a massacre of Orthodox priests was a Baptized Orthodox Christian. Throughout 1922 alone at least eight thousand priests, monks and nuns were executed according to Lenin’s orders.” and we can continue at nausea, but I leave it here…Cheers!
You mistake Russian ethnicity with social strate of poor next door men.
Yes, Lenin loved “simple men” and geave them employment, healthcare, urban development, education and what not. It is true.
Still, Lenin hated Russians, just read what he wrote about Russian Shauvinism and Korenyzatsya.
This latter hatred spelled a doom to the all so mighty USSR: less ugly than russian ethnicities pulled everything they could from aggressive russan oppressors, then when Moscow had nothing left to bribe them with – broke away from the stalling Union.
Well said, Mish.
Well said what? Stale Soviet propaganda?
In which TV-soap do you live ? Russia stand in the world is steadily increasing it is in a friendly STRATEGIC alliance with China, both words have immesurable meaning to a Chinese. Together they alread today the most powerful power beside the US (the lackeys are just dust), and the US’s posture today when compared to 2001 are two worlds apart, the first Full Spectrum Dominance Eagle has showed itsefl to be a turckey without feathers (good you killed several million arabs, that you are great (and you are proud of it) in, only it is not great, but instead a crime, a very, very, very serious crime, for which alone your country is to be wiped from the foce of the universe IF all american citizens were to blame justly for it, luckily for you, that is not the case, but won’t save you anyway if you are one of the supporters – you WILL go to hell, unless you repent !!!!! Beside that said the US today is HATED everywhere with instensity, it’s Syria operation is running afoul as is the Afghanistan operation – a big black hole of nothingness -. Your sovereign debt is at somewhere around 15 Billions, while Russia’s is 7 billion $ or 0.3 % of GDP your’s is somewhere in the three digit region, plus the private debt is even worse, while in Russia there’s virtually none ! Russia if left alone can prosper in a way the US did in the late 18th, early 19 century ! They only need to be left in peace, they have all they need, food, ressources AND the brain power. Together Russia and China are the perfect couple. The other scenario would have been Europe-Russia-China, that was toppled by the Ukraine operation, another criminal stunt to the tune of 2 billion $ – eternal hate instigating everywhere !!! I say it loud and clear I hate any American who supports these murderous actions of it’s Government, they SHOULD be killed ! Is that bad ? Yes it is, but YOU set the standards in politics where your killing is as normal as drinking water or in economics where your Hitmen deliver their notes to defensless 3rd World Governments. Your Government (or you if you consent their criminal acts) is evil scum pure and clear lke crystal, any you WILL pay ! And also in the legal field you set the standards, don’t you ?! Well, then ! You KNOW what is coming !
numbers:
american debt- 20Trilion

This is a great analogy, the leadership of the US is portrayed as a drunk moron redneck with the brains of a toddler. The Russian bite will kill the US, meaning that 100 million US sheeple will die in the first two hours, with many more to follow after that. All cities will be destroyed, all infrastructure, power grids, oil refineries, Washington DC, Pentagon, New York, Boston, gone gone gone. Of course all military infrastructure on the ground, as well as carrier groups, submarine bases, even submarines. All dead, vaporized.
I am praying for the leaders of the US, who apparently are the enemies of every living person on the planet, including me. God says pray for your enemies, and yeah, I’m doing that, hoping they can see some sense before they kill us all.
The bad news is that people don’t understand that such a war means the end of human civilization. Possibly the extinction of humankind.
Every nuclear explosion will throw a massive amount of debris and dust into the air. Each one will likely lower the temperature of the earth for years to follow. The problem being that this destroys food production as crops fail and growing seasons shorten. Add to that the effects of radiation in higher birth defects and lower birth rates, and most food animals are also likely to be in big trouble.
To me, one of the interesting things about World War 1 was that very few of the governments that began the war survived it. The Austria-Hungarian and Ottoman Empires ceased to exist. Germany and Russia both had radical changes in government. France faced a mass mutiny of its troops. Given a world forced into starvation as well with the devastation of nuclear bombs, it is highly unlikely that any human structures in any part of the world would survive.
No one quite knows how many nuclear explosions human civilization can withstand. The anti-nuke activists of the 1980’s thought it might be as low as ten or less. The modern neocons of course deny the whole theory and pretend it doesn’t exist. But its been estimated that even a small nuclear exchange between India and Pakistan might be enough to kill all of us, or at least most of us. Almost certainly, what you describe in your comment would mean the end of human civilization.
I totally agree – the end of human civilization. We will all die.
I’ve seen projections that any country that was attacked would lose 30% of its population in the first 1-2 days, and another 50% over the next 6-8 weeks. This would leave a residue of 20%.
But most of those would die out within 2 years from starvation, disease, exposure or radiation, even without a nuclear winter.
All power supplies, infrastructure, transport, clean water, medical services, industry and agriculture would disappear in an instant. Everything required to sustain life would have been destroyed.
Extinction might not be limited to humans, but all large animals.
This is not true, a nuke is less 1/600 of Mount St.Helens (released energy, and far less considering dust). The amount of dust mass is small, maybe a few hundred tons at best if the nuke is detonated at the most efficient altitude (around 3000 – 5000 m depending on strength and local conditions). A nuclear war most certainly will not end life on the planet it won’t even harm the Southern Hemisphere much.
Even a small Volcano emits far more dust, because of the duration, not to mention the big ones !!!!
Nuclear winter is a lie ! Guess who set it up.
Tschernobyl ejected almost 600 tons of radioactive material. A modern Nuke with fusion booster and 100-200 kt contains around 12 kg enriched Uranium or Plutonium plus up to 100-200 kg of Uran 238(as temper). All Nukes together produce some thousand tons of highly radiactive fallout plus localized temporary secondary radiaton (which diminishes relatively fast, if not dirty salted bombs are used(using other temper Elements for inst. Cobalt)), all hardly increasing global radiation levels to deadly levels.
However the directly affected countrie’s Cities and urban centres will be TOTALLY destroyed, 20% of the inhabitants will be killed by Blast- and radiation- effects, the rest by starvation and secondary radiation of water and soil. Cities will be pure hellholes where no help will make any difference – it will be LITERAL hell on earth. some 20 kilomters away however live will be hardly touched (not counting marauding hungry gangs scurring the lands around the urban centers – the walking dead). The more highly advanced a country the harder it will be hit. The US is extremly badly setup against a nuclear exchange because it’s urban centers themselves are concentrated in a small area. Already 60 x 200 kt Nukes would have an absolutly devastating effect on the majority of it’s people, not to mention hundreds. Russia beside a few urban centers is largely rural and distributed over a huge, huge area (although 70% live in the Western districts), and Russians know how to improvise. 60 Nukes on Russia would be a severe blow, but certainly not fatal and it is unlikely that hundreds will make a vast difference, the Trapper in Siberia will barely notice it at first (well, the metor like glow beside). Life is organized differently in Russia than in the US.
It’s a fallacy to think just because nuclear weapons are terrible, that they will not be used, just because they are terrible. As soon as the instigating party is not a receiving party, a nuclear exchange is very much on the Menu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you see from where the wind is blowing ?
It’s perfectly feasible (all the more if one takes the now established norms of political behaviour as a given standard for reasoning about wars) to instigate a nuclear exchange when you as instigator can stand outside of the fight and not being a receiving party. If one can save a fully functioning infrastructure etc. over, one will have a TREMENDOUS advantage for the aftermath in every respect !!
You have been scared, and in the same time soothed into believing no sane people could start such a war because it would fall back on all mankind That’s a LIE !
You know who proliferated that sweet cozy lie foremost, don’t you ? Well, if not, then think hard, I won’t tell you !
Try researching Pascal’s Wager removed ad hominem statement…. mod
Yes water, apparently, once existed on Mars, it is thought, along with vegetation – the point being, that ‘nukes’ are NOT bombs – they are thermo-nuclear devices – they implode, not explode using ‘nuclear fission’ and create temperatures hotter than if the Sun were here on Earth. Anything that can burn, would burn including the air we breathe. Without a protective atmosphere, the seas would boil off into space, hence no life left.
If advanced beings visited in the future, they would see Ozymandias and nothing else besides.
It’s no mistake that the Ancients named Mars after their god of war.
And here it gets funny, cause reprotedly North Korea has world largesy Cobalt depots….
Let’s think positive!
Soon those of us who survive will be able to check in the most unbiguous way whether Nuclear Winter was prophecy or hoax
LOL! Great comment.
What about the fate of the hapless (nonhuman) animals and plants?
No one seems to give a hoot about wht happens to them.
Perhaps the assumption is that they can start their long evolution (re)climb faster, to “repeople” the earth with life so that humans can finally get going again. So only few billion years have been “wasted.”

I used to think these people were crazy, but the more I thought about it, the more I realised that many of them are highly intelligent people and not at all crazy. The only conclusion left to me was that they are in fact the personification of evil, serving their Master, the Prince of darkness.
From this reasoning I came to the conclusion that Democracy is a sham. For Democracy to work, it is required that the citizens take their responsibilities seriously and hold the feet of their political classes to the fire. But most people are willfully ignorant and only concerned for their momentary comfort and instant pleasure and distraction from reality. The so called West is truly at the apex of decadence, degradation and dissolution. We have abandoned God, and all that previously mitigated the the worst in human nature in favour of complete licentiousness and abandon. We have loosed the restraints on our own destruction.
In the American colonies, there was a wise man named Ben Franklin. He was a delegate at the constitutional convention, and made a speach on the last day.
“…In these sentiments, Sir, I agree to this Constitution with all its faults, if they are such; because I think a general Government necessary for us, and there is no form of Government but what may be a blessing to the people if well administered, and believe farther that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and can only end in Despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic Government, being incapable of any other.”
https://www.usconstitution.net/franklin.html
George Orwell noted that “A people that elect corrupt politicians…are not victims…..but accomplices.” My concern about many of our “leaders” is that they have these qualities: The ability to lie, constantly, even when it is not even necessary to lie. A demonic determination that overpowers much of the resistance good men place in their way I suppose their “intelligence” (?) is shown by how cleverly they take objections to their own wicked actions and transform them into accusing others of “lack of patriotism”, “exposing the country to danger’, “not supporting the troops”, etc. As to whether these individuals are “not at all crazy”, I fear that a person can go from “sane” to crazy quite quickly, and that this craziness can infect much of an entire nation quite quickly as well. Think: mind virus. Mass delusion. I am also afraid that if enough people abandon the concept of a Higher Power that works for the good in their lives every day, and if enough people are not actively engaged in renouncing evil, and not engaged actively in spiritual warfare, our beloved country will fall under the rule of demonic entities–“antichrists”, plural. The ones I have the most venom for are the religious “leaders”, the wolves in sheep’s clothing, who sold out their flocks. This is the serious nature of the struggle we are in.
‘Democracy’ in ANY meaningful form CANNOT ever exist under capitalism. Under capitalism the money power of the ruling parasites calls ALL the shots. The bribery, through ‘contributions’, lobbying and post-career employment and ludicrously generous book deals and fees for speeches, is open and unambiguous. Entire polities are bought, as is the US political system by the Zionazi ‘Israel First’ apparatus.
The entire brainwashing system, of the fakestream media, advertising, PR, ‘think-tanks’ etc is entirely owned by the rich parasites and allows NO deviation from neo-liberal and US Imperialist Groupthink any more. The disgraceful, morally insane, dishonest, hypocritical hysteria of hatred directed at Russia and China is proof positive of the moral insanity of the brainwashing system, but is just the latest such manifestation.
Election campaigns are contests between near-identical twins, both representing the rich, but to differing degrees. They are carnivals of bribery, lies, character assassination, threats, fear and hate-mongering, and the ‘winners’ often represent small fractions of the population, and the voting population. With massive abstentions, poll-cleansing, gerrymanders and first past the post voting, you get examples like Cameron the pig-molesters ‘landslide’ in 2015 on 36% of the vote with a 60% turn-out ie about 24% of the voters.
And the electorate is 50% by definition of sub-median intelligence, often far below. Pig ignorance is rife, and greed, hatred of others and paranoia are all carefully cultivated by the rulers. And, of course, there is malignant and determined interference in the politics of scores of countries by the USA, other Western ubermenschen, whether Governmental or NGOs run by the likes of hyper=parasite George Soros. These do NOT ever support Leftist parties, be assured. Democracy is a sad, sick, joke.
Any ‘democracy’ would inevitably succumb to the ‘Iron Law of Oligarchy’, law expose already in 1911 by the German sociologist Robert Michels. It claims that rule by an elite, or oligarchy, is inevitable as an “iron law” within any democratic organization as part of the “tactical and technical necessities” of organization. He observed that since no sufficiently large and complex organization can function purely as a direct democracy, power within an organization will always get delegated to individuals within that group, elected or otherwise. In his own words: “Who says organization, says oligarchy.”, “Historical evolution mocks all the prophylactic measures that have been adopted for the prevention of oligarchy.”
‘Vox populi, vox Dei’ is not true, especially when it is the ‘voxpop’ of ‘the man on the street’ interviews.
It depends crucially on whether the oligarchs are humane and see other human beings, and Life on Earth as a whole, as precious and worthy of protection and nurturing. If, in contrast, as pertains under capitalism, the oligarchs see others as the enemy, and worthy only of being exploited or exterminate for profit or if they represent a danger to the oligarchs, and the natural world as only a ‘profit opportunity’ with which they have no connection, then you get the Hell of life in the West and the unfree world as it is today. Exacerbating the problem is if the oligarchs belong to tribes, like the Talmudic Jews or the Wahhabists, or castes, like the Brahmins in India, or classes, like the hereditary ruling classes in the UK and USA, who view the rabble as lesser life-forms, worthy only of contempt, exploitation and destruction.
Representative democracy is not much different from any autocracy, except that it offers the electorate/citizenry an evolutionary selection of the human representatives that run the system, rather than a revolutionary one. But in the end, all you are doing is selecting humans to select policy and laws for you. In the end, it offers the same one sided, unbalanced picture, where the representatives can become elites, and the citizenry holds no power to stop them – as they make all the laws.
In the end, even representative democracy requires either benevolent leaders or revolution.
How is this different from autocracy requiring benevolent leaders, or a revolution?!
The real answer is what the Swiss have – semi direct democracy (something they have been practicing for over 700 years!). Keep the representatives – the modern world is too complex to be run by a rough rabble of generally uninformed humans. But balance their power by allowing the electorate direct access to striking down or creating law (or both, which is best would be an interesting debate!).
The US founders rightly spoke of checks and balances, but they did not consider who or what checks and balances the whole system of government. It’s surely not the consitution – a fixed, rigid document does not last the tests of time, Sharia law is case and point. The whole system of government can be checked by letting any citizen (member of the electorate maybe), ask a question to the rest of the electorate, which can then say sign a petition, gather up to a certain fraction of the electorate in signatures (2% in Switzerland), and then that question gets put to referendum. Set fair referendum rules. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voting_in_Switzerland has more than one type, with different rules. Set a higher standard for constitutional change.
http://eprints.lse.ac.uk/80633/1/democraticaudit.com-Is%20direct%20democracy%20effective%20Yes%20if%20it%20is%20citizens%20who%20start%20the%20process.pdf
What giving the electorate a right to at least strike dumb laws out – by itself, without the necessary interference of the system of government as in Brexit, is a check and balance. In the end, it is impossible to deny that the true Sovereign is the people, because they can always collapse government through revolution. They may not always win, and it’s sure mostly bloody, but this is the only inalliable right of a society – to act together.
And it shows that leaders and systems of government do not want to be held to account. Look at the ICC and the Kampala amendment (2010) on aggression – since the Kellogg-Briand pact of 1928, the powers that are have been pushing for the crime of aggression to be initially illegal, and later under the jurisdiction of some world court. But as it is about to come into force (17th July 2018), only Germany – and we all know their guilt etc – has ratified. The US and UK have now walked away, because they fear ‘retroactivity’ with respect to themselves, even though ex post facto law is jus cogens illegal, and everyone who works in international law knows that.
Semi-direct democracy would do the Kampala amendments x1000 with respect to controlling elected representatives. Heck, Switzerland doesn’t even elect its top 7 political leaders – they are elected by the Federal Assembly! (their head of state is nominal, no extra powers, just rotates every year to represent Switzerland as a unified front, all decisions are made by the 7). But it doesn’t matter – they can’t pass laws that are crazy, because the people have a check and balance on their power.
Representative democracy is a kind sham (I have never voted for a human on that note, nor Brexit – the top down arrogance question of some high-official), it has well intentioned aims but exceptionally flawed logic. I hope that the Swiss model is replicated sooner than later around somewhere of importance, because then permanent armed military neutrality becomes less and less unreasonable for the nations of the world (in line with international law norms, and only 0.5-1% GDP spending on military).
” I hope that the Swiss model is replicated sooner than later”
how much i wonder why that does not happen!
many of the problems of other countries where long corrected there (being a fast dinamic democracy, where people are actually part of the process), yet we act as if we have no idea what to do…
methinks TPTB set up switzerland as a safe house/eternal bunker, and thats the reason they leave swiss people happy, to make sure they can count on their defense when SHTF.
The USA is led, behind the Trump facade, by religious fanatics ie Dominionists and others of that ilk like Pence, de Vos, Pompeo and others, who actually are LOOKING FORWARD to Armageddon, the Rapture and the End Times, and they are, no doubt, working to realise that ambition. Trump is their puppet, if an unruly one.
Nuclear Shredder Haiku
When the psychopath is cornered,
the plan includes shredding of all evidence of their own crime.
In this case, unfortunately, for humanity,
the only shredder big enough
may be a nuclear WWIII.
Great article, a and perfect illustration of the Russian mind: superior rational intelligence always paired with literary spirituality.
The ones pulling the strings of the “drunken moron” will be safely hiding in a country North of Gaza, with no nuclear power around to strike them. President Putin passionately defends the Russian people; sadly, nobody defends the American people.
We don’t need a world without Russia; we don’t want to live in the darkness of slavery.
They certainly want the destruction of Russia, but at the same time they want to exploit Russia and Russians. You think that Americans or others would migrate to Russia to work in the mines, beyond the Polar Circle?
You have made an apt analogy and provided a lucid explanation. Unfortunately, we have not yet found the way to sober up the arrogant drunks.
I saw you coming from the begining, as you were describing these snakes, I saiud: he will say soon: “this is Russia!”. Bingo.
Dear Saker,
I have always been curious as to why you live in the USA.
Once in the USA I can see reasons for living in Florida, including fascination with the wildlife (although I would never want to live there—gators in all bodies of freshwater).
Perhaps the Florida reasons are professional/economic.
But why live in the USA in the first place when you have other passports and don’t have to live here?
Katherine
simple boring family reasons: /the-answer-to-the-idiots-question/
I *do* like Florida a lot
but I am here for my family
the USA would not have been my first choice if I was alone
cheers!
The Saker
PS: and I don’t mean to call you an idiot. Usually, I get this questions asked in a nasty way as if my presence here in the USA somehow obliged me to give the US regime a standing ovation. But you asked it in a different spirit, some the “reply to an idiot” is not meant to mean you. Just wanted to make that clear :-)
Well, I’m glad you’re here Saker.
Thanks for the info.
Re “What in the world makes you ask such an utterly irrelevant question”?
To the extent that I am “you,” the simple answer: Curiosity.
Re “relevance”: Perhaps irrelevance to what you consider important. I am not a mind reader.
Source of curiosity: Has *nothing* to do with your criticism of the USA per se. The idea of an obligation of some kind didn’t enter my mind.
More to do with suppositions regarding quality of life and intellectual atmosphere etc. (shorthand), suppositions that I think I share to some extent (but I have only a USA passport). Leading to . . . curiosity as to the choice . . .
Or, perhaps it is just those pesky “curiosity” genes!
Katherine
Its the Ballpark Hotdogs!
It is tempting to suggest returning Londinium to the stone age as a demonstration to rest of the bully pack collar-and-tied to the US Criminal Deep State apparatus.
However, I believe that the overall Russian strategy is working well and time is on their side. The West has sold the rope and now they are hanging themselves on the ruins of their market capitalism (as we knew it).
Syria is likely to be a long drawn out operation to de-fang the viper and Russia should just keep up with the clean-up job and not get distracted by the trolling gnats.
As tense at it looks, most of this is theater. WW3 is an option for some who are likely to suffer greatly through a world system transformation (now in progress with China and Russia at the helm). I suspect they do not have the broad consensus.
I was in Sri Lanka recently (hi! to RM ;-) and flew out as a national emergency was proclaimed following a murder and expected inter-sectional violence. In spite of all the government media hype (probably a reasonable precaution) the tone on the ground between various sub-classes in Sri Lanka was mostly calm and peaceful. The general consensus being it was a criminal event and not a national issue.
At scale this UK-Russian false flag event appears similar.
On with the show; the elections (Putin again); and the football games.
“But you asked it in a different spirit, some the “reply to an idiot” is not meant to mean you. Just wanted to make that clear :-)”
Nice reply/touch my friend. I’m glad you responded directly/visible, even though I did know that this would be your attitude.
Thank you.

Humankind’s fate has been sealed by the AngloZionists since that fateful morning in the New Mexico desert on July 16, 1945. The upshot is that peace truly will prevail in the aftermath because eventually no one will survive to fight another war. Yes, even the bunker dwellers (if they make it there!) will die too as their supplies of food, medicine, and clean water run out! Give the planet a few hundred thousand years to heal itself, and hopefully some sentient life form without self-destructive tendencies like us will evolve from the ashes. Until then, I’ll enjoy what little time I have left, having long ago accepted mortality.
A great analogy.
Our red bellied black snakes pack a deadly punch too, but they don’t have a rattler – they just lash out in defense if cornered.
Meanwhile, in Sydney the ASEAN Summit (Association of Southeast Asia Nations) is currently winding up.
The big agenda topic was ‘Counter-terrorism’ and of course ‘Russia’s chemical weapon attack’. Our poodle PM says all the expected tripe.
The next topic ‘making sure China sticks to international rules’ and keeps the trade routes open.
The hypocrisy of the US stooge and bankster kleptocrat, Turnbull, accusing China of intending to throttle sea traffic in its own contiguous waters, where its gigantic foreign trade flows, is preposterous stupidity, but lapped up by the Groupthinking presstitutes. The OPEN US strategic planning to actually interdict China’s trade and oil supplies at ‘choke-points’ like the Malacca Straits, is ignored or suppressed by these venal and hypocritical liars, to boot. Has humanity ever produced a lower type of arthropod than the Western fakestream media presstitute?
The USA is not drunk.
The problem with the USA is that its economy is in secular decline (see Marx’s Law, i.e. the tendency of the rate of profit to fall (TRPF)), and the only way out of this is a non-MAD WWIII, which would revive its war economy, like WWII did. If peace proceeds, the West will rot. China and Russia are no, as the far-righters say, “cucks”: they know they have peace in their favor.
This is how it was historically, but not this time even if it’s non-nuclear. It will have to lift itself from the rubble and that cost a lot of money. Europe had to do it many times and after the last two WW had to borrow money from the US money lenders.
“The USA is not drunk.”
Really? I beg to differ.
Always has been, since the rum trade and the rotgut whiskey which defined the old west. They used to brag about it, they even wrote books about it (“The Alcoholic Republic”), perhaps in D.C. they still do. For the rest of us, it’s a disgraceful omnipresent crutch, and a good tool for inducing all those we seek to dominate into compromising, blackmail-able positions. My opinion, YMMV.
Diamondback has two choices, get stepped on or bite and hopefully deter (no guarantee).
For Russia, either commit national suicde and capitulate (and live),or take out the threat.
It all boils down too how Russians want to live.
When one gets into a fight with a bully there is a good chance that they will get beat up too along with the bully.
One thing is certain, bully never bothers you again.Ever (speaking from personal experience from school ground in a foreign country and life in general,in a foreign ountry).I am Yugoslavian by birth and grew up as one so know what i am talking about.
Philosophizing will not. Hange anything. Its all wishfull thinking.
Love the Metaphor…here is an article about the current ” dead dog in the overhead bin” meme that takes it from that angle and makes it into a symbol of resistance.

Preparation for WWIII has begun.
In a small out of the way mining community in northern Canada, an F18 jet landed and spent the night. Now why would such an event like this take place. The mines are deep, very deep. The infrastructure is in place, ventilation, power, water, emergency supplies…..
Just checking it out????
Very. Very, Safe!
The West/US/NATO is not, under any circumstances, going to launch a direct frontal attack on Russia. If they were intent on destroying Russia in such manner, they would have done it when they could conceivably have got away with it, during the 90s, whilst the Serbian people in the Balkans were actually holding the front line in this new Western eastward crusade.
They of course, will try to make the Russian leadership believe that they are crazy & desperate enough to do this, & in so doing they will take some dangerous risks to make this threatening posture seem convincing, such as launching terrorist attacks on Russia & Russian military assets in Syria. There have been two major tests as to whether the Atlantic bloc would attack Russia, in Georgia 2008, Crimea 2014. There will be no full frontal assault, but because global domination is at stake what we will see is a hybridized type of war of attrition, in which all varieties of assault tactics & maneuvers will be employed in a futile attempt to bleed Russia dry. Global domination is at stake, loss of position in the middle east for the Anglo-Amero empire means loss of the petro dollar, loss of the petro dollar means the empire tanks. So they are desperate, & they will try some dangerous hair raising provocations, but that is all these spineless cowards will do. They will actually play the game the way they have been playing it because it makes it very difficult for Russia to respond, & they will make it even more difficult, this is what Russia should prepare for.
I’m not sure the Empire has time …. time may run out. Oil is hegemonic power and fracking is an act of desperation. The sweet spots run dry in a few years and the convential oil in the USA is declining by 5% p.a.
The ability to project power worldwide is declining rapidly … they know it.
Besides this there is the exponential growth of debt and the fierce infighting in Washington D.C.
“The West/US/NATO is not, under any circumstances, going to launch a direct frontal attack on Russia.”
Those 400 missile bases that the US/Israel is installing around Russia are not just for fun.
Nuke explosions are no longer the big deal of yesteryear, the US has around 1600 old pits that get reused as micro and mini nukes that behave similarly to MOAB sized bombs. Using nukes is a convenience thing and they seem to get used on a small scale quite often.

The first strike option is still the zio’s favorite one, which is why Putin did his speech about the hypersonics etc. and why Russia told them about the submarines they have close by the US mainland, Russia’s way of saying: “don’t try, you won’t get away with it’.
If Russia is an Eastern Diamondback that attacks only when provoked, then USA is a Cottonmouth that seemingly bites for the hell of it.
Only actionable items can be responded to.
The IAF F-16 incursion was actionable. It was ‘actioned’ into the ground.
Support for the terrorist covert war was actionable. That action has been ongoing since 2015 and is in its closing stages.
– Clearing E. Ghouta, Dumay, Jobar take precedence, b/c Damascus.
– Qalamon Mtn pocket is actionable.
– N. Hamas pocket is actionable.
I don’t think Idlib and Op Olive Branch is quite so actionable; I hope there will be a diplomatic solution.
However, Daara and Al Tanf are actionable. I keep hoping Russia and Syria will assert their sovereignty there and forcibly remove foreign fighters. I think this would allow Nikki and her minions to gauge Russian resolve.
I hope that after that lesson, Daara and Golan together become one big action. Nutty Yahoo needs something to have a coronary about.
It’s going to come down to shooting. I hope that the shooting is over Syrian real estate that Cottonmouth thinks wrongly that it gets to keep.
Old China sages were telling that Hubris ( arrogance) is the only illness proper diet and proper way of living will not be able to cure.
Nature is a big teacher, we should spend much more time in studying it , I think this is is a very good way to improve our society that looks very much “out of order”, or as old sages would have put it : “not at home “.
The ever escalating situation reminds me of a sufi saint named Shah Nimatullah Wali who lived in 14 – 15 century and predicted in his book about what will happen in the following 800 years. He had predicted that Russia would destroy one of the alifs (either england or USA). He had used alif to designate England in his prediction of WWI.
Haidhakhan Baba 1982 (Uttarakhand India)
“Now you see a sweet form of God but in the future you will see a fierce form of God. Peace will come only after a Kranti (destruction/revolution).
Babaji says a Kranti will come very soon and in the twinkling of an eye will spread over the world…………….There will be destruction in the Punjab, West Bengal, and other muslim countries. Some countries will be obliterated – nothing of their future will remain. Most parts of America will be destroyed. Russia will survive”
Yet another “poison” attack. So it has to be the Russians because they had the chemical made between 1970-1990? Sure they would have access but so would the Uzbeks (that is where the chemical factory was located). They have been independent since 1992 and the USA helped them clean up the former facility.
So 3 groups at least (Russia, Uzbekistan & USA) had access. Not counting any sales by arms merchants.
Similar to the Litvinenko poisoning it is blame Russia first and ignore the fact that he was leaking polonium at a London nightclub that catered to expat Russian a week BEFORE he was supposedly poisoned. That doesn’t clear Russia because if the hit man knew he was smuggling it that would be the easy way to off him and keep reasonable doubt.
More of the same uncritical MSM coverage reporting it like it is completely backed up by rock solid evidence.
A double agent has an exponentially shorter life than most spies. Both sides saw him as more valuable dead than alive. So who killed him? As with the Litvinenko saga we will never know for sure.
As the Saker pointed out in his other article, there is not even the littlest point in even talking about these cases… You’d need to be really dumb (not you personally) to believe these stories… What is really worrisome is the fact that they even do not bother fabricating something more intelligent. They must be really feeling safe that they’d get away with it…
Long ago I came to the conclusion that nothing should be believed from the media or politicians. It is kind of funny but I find the best political reporting from comics like the “Jonathan Pie” character and Lee Camp on Redacted Tonight. I don’t agree with either on everything but they make me laugh and think.
So the “real” journalists are promoting fake news and the fake journalists (the comics) are reporting real news. What a world.
And who cares? They play with fire, they must know what is in store for them. Let them buy a good life insurance policy for the benefit of their surviving kin and leave the rest in the hands of their maker.
When Litvinenko, the Chechnyan terrorist convert, was poisoned, I google Polonium poisoning. Lo and behold the first entry declared that the first known example of Polonium 210 poisoning was the ‘accidental’ poisoning of personnel at Dimona in the Holy State of Israel. In the 1950s, if I recall correct. And, oddly enough, Yasser Arafat was murdered on Sharon’s orders with Polonium 210 delivered by the traitor Dahlan. Funny old world, ain’t it?
You reminded me of a parable by Ramakrishna, which, I’m afraid, is also relevant to Russia. See “The Parable of the snake that refused to hiss” https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Parables_of_Ramakrishna/The_Parable_of_the_snake_that_refused_to_hiss
Some armchair warriors want Russia to have a military response to every provocation. I think Russia’s doing quite well, and their patience has been rewarded, to a great extent.
However, I don’t understand why Russia doesn’t hiss. Why don’t they introduce resolutions condemning the Obama administration for running terrorists and weapons into Syria? (Ref: Seymour Hersh’s article “The Red Line and the Rat Line”)? Why don’t they refer any American responsible for war crimes to the Hague? (I don’t know the procedure, but I hope I’m making my point.) Why don’t they issue statements challenging Trump on whether he knows, or not, what international law dictates, and what would constitute a war crime on his part? Publicly ask him how he feels about Russia invading Saudi Arabia, e.g., and squatting there, as the US is doing in Syria?
I don’t think Russia has been well served by not hissing.
Riffing on the above, the Russians could also issue arrest warrants, valid on Russian soil, for Obama, H. Clinton, Sarkozy, and Cameron, for their war crimes against Libya.
The ‘escape corridor’ (allowing these particular warrants to be revoked) would be formal apologies by the above individuals, and formal commitments by their respective governments to make amends to Libya.
Anybody who flies into Russia would be handed a flier, in the native language of their point of origin, with mug shots of Obama, et. al., explaining what this is about. IMNSHO, it’d be impossible to keep knowledge of such from the publics of the US, France and Britain.
If any of these war mongering leaders DID appear on Russian soil, upon being arrested, they’d immediately be flown to the Netherlands immediately, and turned over to the authorities in the Hague. It’s the meme that matters, not actually holding these individuals responsible.
There’s probably be tremendous diplomatic blowback, including expulsion of Russian diplomats, so maybe the cost/benefit of this example of “hissing” wouldn’t be worth it, to Russia. I don’t know. I do know limiting such warrants to out-of-power politicians is a way to limit the scope of the hissing, while still a) delivering a message to political elites currently in power and b) making it difficult, if not impossible, for the respective publics to learn about the shenanigans of their ‘leaders’.
I’m an American, and have had discussions with about 10 individuals, including members of my family, about why I voted for Trump, and how Hillary was involved with delivering terrorists and weapons to Syria. It was like talking to a blank piece of paper, which remained blank. Nobody seemed ABLE to process what I was telling them. Apparently, the cognitive dissonance was too great.
By not hissing, the Russians have made it easy for Americans to be brain-washed. Seymour Hersh’s revelations have been mostly censored from mainstream media. Aside from creating media channels like RT (which may be shut down in the UK), I don’t see where the Russians have done anything to rescue at least the American public from their pseudo-reality.
People must want to be rescued/know they are in need of rescuing and thus be receptive to being saved. Russia has reached out with English language media as well as providing English language version for Russia President and Foreign Affairs websites, MOD press conferences and videos subtitled in English. IMO, Russia’s done more than enough to help the English-speaking world understand those known as their leaders are their #1 enemies.
I wrote a detailed reply, which is not showing, even though I did so last night, and a comment I made a few minutes ago is appearing. In a nutshell, the Russian efforts are obviously inadequate, if their goal is to actually ‘un-brainwash’ large numbers of Americans. (I qualitatively inferred the level of ignorance from the blank responses to my points regarding H. Clinton war crimes against Libya.) If this was their goal (as opposed to a noble effort which doesn’t get the job done, but feels good), they would not only quantitatively monitor (via some type of honest polling) American’s knowledge of the truth, but they’d also keep evolving their outreach strategies. An analogous approach is described in the famous book “The Lean Startup”, which teaches about the danger of “vanity statistics”. Such statistics can look good to a naive observer, but actually obscure more fundamental truths about the viability of the current business model.
“I do know limiting such warrants to out-of-power politicians is a way to limit the scope of the hissing, while still a) delivering a message to political elites currently in power and b) making it difficult, if not impossible, for the respective publics to learn about the shenanigans of their ‘leaders’.”
should have been
“I do know limiting such warrants to out-of-power politicians is a way to limit the scope of the hissing, while still a) delivering a message to political elites currently in power and b) making it difficult, if not impossible, for the respective publics to NOT learn about the shenanigans of their ‘leaders’.”
What makes you think it should be Russians duty to rescue the Americans from their pseudo-reality? Other than making them aware that they would be badly hurt if they do something silly?
What makes you think that the Russians haven’t blown a huge opportunity, even if it’s not their duty, to rescue the American public from their pseudo-reality?
Removed. No attacking other commenters. Mod
In case you Still can’t think clearly about this, consider the cost of rebuilding a medium size Russian city that gets nuked by America, and compare the cost of that to what it would have cost to conduct a strategically clever outreach program. Starting with fliers.
I mean, if You had the choice between getting your hometown nuked, or forking over, say, $20 per capita to print up some fliers, what would You choose?
You mean propaganda? But is it not precisely what the Russians are accused of?
By “fliers”, I was referring to fliers of out-of-office Western elites who have committed war crimes wrt Libya. As for how the Western elite media and politicians would frame (and, doubtless, deny, obfuscate and smear) such an effort, who cares? Some have accused Putin of ordering a hit on the Skripals, a truly laughable proposition. (For reasons Putin himself articulated, recently. ) If people who laughably accuse Putin not only of being a murderer, but a particularly stupid murderer, yell “propaganda”, nobody should be surprised, and nobody should be fazed.
In a comment on this thread that disappeared, I linked to a diary of mine (http://tinyurl.com/pkrrmd3), which mocked some fellow anti-TPP “activists”, who took their case to the very people who were invested in betraying their respective countries, in favor of rule by trans-national capitalists. Their strategy was basically backwards. Instead of targeting their fellow citizens, who were largely ignorant of TPP, they “protested” to people who knew all about it, and were just fine with Americans’ ignorance, apparently. (In the US, there was an almost total mainstream media blackout on TPP, up until the TPA vote. The only exception I know of is Ed Schultz, who used to be on MSNBC, and is now on RT. I did my own “man on the street polling”, and verified, to my satisfaction, that the media blackout combined with clueless activists had resulted in about 85% of the US public never having heard of TPP.)
I see the same sort of strategic ineptness on the part of the Russians. Other than RT (and sputniknews), they seem unconcerned about what the average American knows. And like the hapless anti-TPP “activists”, they are commensurately too focused on the elite players. The American elites are not totally insulated from the American public, and while “democracy” in the US is a joke (http://tinyurl.com/ycwfn48p), it’s not a complete oligarchy, either.
There are, of course, other ways of reaching the American public, and bypassing the media. One needs to be creative, and it would help to rely on gimmicks, here and there. Given that Russia is a country, they have resources not available to, e.g., American activists (who aren’t poodles of George Soros or the Koch brothers).
Ex, Russia could sponsor essay constests, with 1/4 million dollar prizes (enough to pay for a 4 year college degree), related to subjects that would demand paying attention to facts our lovely main stream media can’t trouble our own heads with.
If I was in charge of such an effort, I’d have 2 such essay contests, for high school seniors and undergraduate college students, per state. (So, $25 million dollar prize money budget.) I’d riff off the idea, going back to the Founding Fathers (I believe), as the states for places to do democratic experimentation, and thus do a lot of A/B testing*, trying to figure out which debate topic gets the most attention.
So, e.g., in Alabama, there’d be a prize for best essay as to why it’s likely Russia murdered the Skripals**, and a prize for best essay as to why that’s extremely unlikely.
In Arkansas, there’d be a prize for best essay as to why it’s likely a rogue Russian FSB group murdered the Skripals, and a prize for best essay as to why it’s likely that a rogue MI6 group killed the Skripals.
In Arizona, there’d be a prize for best essay as to why it’s likely Putin ordered the shootdown of Flight 17 over Ukraine, and a prize for best essay as to why it’s likely that the Ukrainians did so.
In Arkansas, there’s be a prize for the best essay for the proposition that the West is threatening Russia, moreso than vice versa; and a prize for best essay as to why Russia is theatening the West, moreso than vice versa.
ETC., ETC.
As there are 50 US states, we can also go back in time….
In Nebraska, there’s be a prize for the best essay for the proposition that, of all the allies, the Soviet Union should get most of the credit for defeating Germany; and a prize for best essay as to why the United States should get most of the credit.
If memory serves, a lot of Americans didn’t believe in UFO’s until they read (or read about?) Project Blue Book. Also, a lot of Americans didn’t believe that JFK was assassinated as the result of a conspiracy, until they read the Warren Report. Allen Dulles (one of the JFK conspirators) said, “Americans don’t read”, and he was mostly correct. However, he wasn’t totally correct. Furthermore, 1/4 million dollars is a lot of money – some college girls have sold their bodies to “sugar daddies” to avoid massive college debt – and it’ll “FORCE” many people to pay attention.
The Russians have the same problem as American activists who oppose their ruling plutocracy do. Both groups need to largely bypass mainstream media, and to FORCE certain memes into the public mind.
* A/B testing is discussed in “The Lean Startup”
** yes, the Russian taxpayer would have to hold their noses. However, if you only incentivized essays pleasing to Russian ears, that would subject the whole project to ridicule. Anticipating such ridicule, it’s advisable to forestall it.
I don’t even know if I have any compassion left for the american people as a whole. Their country has made a living hell of the world in their name and, indirectly, for their benefit. Deep inside they know that they wouldn’t possibly enjoy their current (material) standard of living, if they were not exploiting the whole planet. For this reason they turn a blind eye to the crimes commited by their governments. They are uninformed by choice. They are cowards. And, on top of that they are hypocrites. They dare to criticize the rest of the world and deliver moral sermons. Only a devastating catastrophy will bring some sense to their thick sculls. Too bad, perhaps, but the writing has been on the wall for too long not to be noticed…
Exactly! It is time to stop with talking how only USA government is bad, that people don’t realize what is happening, they are brainwashed… They don’t care what does government do in their name as long as their way of life is not in danger.
When NATO bombed my people, ” civilized” world was full of joy.
I hope NATO members will taste how does war looks like when you have it on your own soil.
Untill then, they will not care a bit for rest of the world.
Except that is been a couple times now that the rattle snake delivered a bite only to see the drunken coming back. Look how many times Russia declared “jobs done” in Syria only to be forced to return after Washington found another way to restore their “good terrorists” army.
It doesn’t seem like the bites are discouraging the drunken who seems to get accustomed to it and it doesn’t seem like the snake wants to terminate the drunken. But it should because next the drunken will get the neighborhood to chase the snake away.
So Russia needs to get out of the snake role.
I am very worried. This is accelerating out of control. I had booked to go to England next week to attend my Aunt’s 93rd birthday. She was one of the Bombe operators at Bletchley Park in WWII, where the Enigma code-breaking was taking place. I have cancelled that trip. The Presidential election on March 18 seems like a typical event where the West would strike. Call me paranoid, but in my 60+ years, I have never seen anything as insane as what is going on now.
Neoliberal pychopolitics created a subject which is not aware of its own subjugation.
He, the subject, actually thinks he is free, while he is constantly subjected to subtle, supple and smart forms of the regime’s power. (Byung-Chul Han “Psychopolitics” Verso 2017)
In such a context you can create ‘false flags’ without bothering to be sophisticated, purely driving on emotions.
My view is that mad people/politicians (and their followers) should be best ignored.
Let’s assume that all this false flag/concoction of the U.K is a desperate attempt to influence the elections of Russia.
If it goes beyond this, it will trigger Putin’s statement that there is no purpose to a world without Russia.
Cheers from the South of France.
What I see is Russia and China working together to promote the multi-polar world order. The West, in its efforts to thwart this realignment, focus its attacks primarily on Russia.
I’m sure that has been acceptable to Xi and Putin up to now as most of these actions have only served to enhance Russia’s global position. I’m not so sure of that anymore.
This latest episode feels different. The West has upped the ante and seems to be going ‘all in’ in this hybrid war. I’m not seeing a Putin judo move coming that will be adequate. The West must be stopped and stopped soon before the military option is the only one left.
Has the time finally come for China to openly declare its alliance with Russia as the West understands alliance? This has been brought up here on this board several times and, to this point, has been proved unnecessary. How about now? If not now, when?
I’ve held out hope that there were things going on behind the scenes which we weren’t privy to that could act as a moderating force. That obviously isn’t so, judging by what’s happening on the world stage.
Perhaps this storm will blow over. Others have. Honestly, though, must Russia weather all these storms alone while China cruises along with no more effort than abstentions in UN votes? Could not the Chinese UN Ambassador at least stand up and demand in this latest case and demand that the UK adhere to the international process in bringing its case forward? Russia has been successfully demonized enough so that its protestations are ignored. It could use some backup on this one. International law has been ignored by the West long enough.
We see in the Skripol case that the joint statement blaming Russia is coming from the US, UK, Germany and France. This is hardly “the world”. “The world” wants peace and cooperation. Russia can not stand alone forever in fighting the good fight. This is one case where “the world”, beginning with China, needs to stand up to this limitless lawlessness and hubris.
Most of European “leaders” are childless and old they don’t even care if they them selves die much less if the European people die(and that seems to be the plan). Maybe they even got hand picked to serve as the European death-watch for this reason.
We are not dealing with rational actors here, with a dealing with a death-suicide cult.
More a king brown than a rattler. Maybe a tiger or even a tiger brown. Might go with a coral snake vis navy applications however. Let’s see. I’ve read an ominous article or two on Fort-russ the past few days…too. Trump has bought into the fantasy he has been chosen as a new Cyrus. His vanity has trapped him. In the end he will play out the role of the King of the South in Daniel 8. He will go up against the King of the South alone…no allies by his side…and in Syria find utter defeat.
Funny – according to the Australian snake expert Raymond Hoser there is no such creature as a “tiger-brown”. Iza isnt factoring in perhaps Donald has large supply of anti-venom and can grab the thing by the snout and and deal with it if he were to act. And thats a big IF. But I think what may happen in the ME viz Syria may surprise us.
Unfortunately it looks like Putin’s March 1 speech has made the West feel that it is now or never.
We are likely to see more false flags until the population can be rallied for war.
Failing that it will be a false flag so big that the response (attack on Russia) will happen before there is time for the public to evaluate the event. i.e. presented with a fait accompli.
Only sane alternative is a negotiated winding down of the US empire. But it is hard to imagine a scenario as to how it will happen.
The problem of the world is the British imperialism, in cooperation with the CITY of London/Wall St. Bankers, acting as front for the knights of Malta/Vatican and the Zionists of Chabad. GOD HELP US ALL.
Neither am I. I’m also terrified by what’s going on. We’re walking in WWIII completely asleep.
I’m very pleased to tell you that you’re perfect in this text.
Macron said he would boycott the yearly book event (salon du livre) in Paris.
Zakhar Prilepine will be there on sunday. Galia Ackerman, an infamous ‘Russian specialist’ (and liberast) will attend, and some rumours floating in FB say that she might be staging some provocation out there (with some sponsors). We’ll find out soon anyway.
Nope, he was there, but refused to go to the Russian Pavilion, like the spoiled toddler he is.

OMG….sky news interviews Saakashvilli to support the Putin did it….Newsnight continues the meme by interviewing Khordokovski….Putin has lost control of the state…”do you fear for your life” as an ex Russian…..pundits calling for regime change ( some people may lose their lives as a result of this !!!!!!).Russia is not playing by the rules….Jeremy Corbyn villification “let us not drift to separation/ confrontation)….uk did not intervene in Syria…..ermmm…interfering in someone elses election anyone?
The local Government owned ABC here in Austfailure has had Browder, in my opinion one of the most Evil of ALL Zionazis, on its propaganda diatribes, incessantly lately. I would personally back Browder as a firm favourite if this false flag was a private job. The ABC presstitutes are positively foaming at the mouth DEMANDING a ‘Magnitsky Act’ be introduced in this country. The sight of Evil imbeciles in full rabid, foaming, hydrophobic mode is deeply detestable.
Excellent symbolism. The West, unfortunately, is under the command of the elites, who do feel superior. I trust this sense of superiority will not be their down fall.
So, ‘the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

this is definitely a DEFINING moment ,…never mind the sleeping citizenry of the the world in- the east, west ,north and south, the whole gamut don’t get it ,cause they are informed every morning ,who is their friends and who is their enemies by the talking heads in mass media in vogue….The FEW that are aware are waking up to this, the million dollar/petroyuan question is will the powers that controlled us & the …world…financially, politically, economically, militarily, psychologically, religiously give up their godly powers for the past 400 years and treat every human as equals?..never mind their background?
i think they have, now they are in the NEGOTIATION mode, all their tools have become obsolete .
Get ready for equality and human right ,it might take 5 or 10 years but the fat lady has sung.
The Skripal spectacle is so bizarre I am afraid that The Saker is too sanguine and far to kind on the Empire and its vassals.
A proper open investigation can not be allowed to happen. The stakes are simply too high, the blowback so devastating should the truth be allowed to surface.
My hunch is that Mr. Skripal will not be allowed to live, lest something might slip and spoil the plot for the anglos.
If he and his daughter do survive it will be in a zombie state to be displayed as lasting proof of the evil the Russians are capable of.

A fitting analogy.
Many others have said this better than me already but it is worth perhaps repeating; it is sometimes too easy to be afraid and buy into the tension and fear mongering. Fortunately we have been spoilt for choice in recent years as sites such as this have tried to take a more rational, calm and analytical approach when discussing global events. Personally I taken considerable comfort from this as it offers a refreshing change from the drivel we are increasingly being fed via the MSM in all of it’s forms. Indeed it is no surprise that many of us have switched off the MSM.
That said, this is not a game and there is the potential for some form of serious confrontation. Grimly, one sort of expects an incident to take place in Syria that may escalate. Moreover if I am honest, there is a dark part of me that wants Russia and it’s allies to take dramatic action that stops the aggressive parties in their tracks, hopefully before the situation gets really nasty and begins to expand beyond the desired parameters (my hunch being that there are some parties that figure a ‘limited war’ would be in their interest). I cannot say that I am proud of these thoughts as it means that more people will likely die, more urban areas and environments will be degraded and destroyed.
I have no desire for innocent people to become little more than fossils and stardust like my namesake in this medium. But there is little to convince me that this will not happen and continue to happen.

Article by former ambassador to Uzbekistan
It begins as follows
Now this is getting interesting !!!
“I have now received confirmation from a well placed FCO source that Porton Down scientists are not able to identify the nerve gas as being of Russian manufacture, and have been resentful of the pressure being placed on them to do so. Porton Down would only sign up to the formulation “of a type developed by Russia” after a rather difficult meeting where this was agreed as a compromise formulation.”
I recommend people to read this and post on as many sites as possible
Thanks for that information. I wonder how long it will take before they report it on CNN? (sarc)
It might be expedient for Russia to quietely inform her western “partners” that she has switched her nuclear arsenal to automatic mode, meaning that it will be actuated in conformance with certain preestablished criteria by computer action and without prior human intervention. But I doubt that the world may survive the stench from the latter’s soiled underwear…
Great analogy Saker, I too trust the rattle will be sufficient but these tattooed morons can only think of their intoxicating gas monopoly and will do anything and everything to stop Nord Stream 2 connecting the Russian Federation and Germany.
Temptation in the desert, you crazy diamondback. The first? No.
You stand accused of the crime you didn’t commit, you had no reason to commit, against your own kin, however traitorous. With means that don’t possibly even exist. So, how do you defend yourself in such a case? It’s impossible, you can’t.
Only way left to you is to confess that you’re the lowest scum on the earth, unworthy of existence. And yet, it might seem, at the moment you’re the one who has the edge in raw power. Which might not exist in the medium near future. Should you take advantage of it while it lasts, should you retaliate?
***
It’s a trap. You are deeply hurt, injustice is visited upon you without reason. But you must desist. The moment you act, the globalization is over. China will be separated and all good people, all aspiring nations are left at the mercy of Moloch.
The are hoping for Russia to react. They are making their best to make her act, for the rotten old world order to be given a new chance.
But why must it be the russians to act like Christ? It escapes me totally.

If sprayed on the bench….surely at least their clothes would be contaminated …nothing happened at the restaurant or more might be ill..only now just examining luggage..maybe a bottle of scent or gift daughter brought from Moscow….flowers on the grave..then there would be some remaining…surely?
Yes, it’s good, figuratively and impressive. But seems they all (ZUS-UK-etc leaders) are drunk. Including their people. We really don’t need such a world.
I have been struggling for some time to find some evidence that shows Mr. Putin or some other Russian authority indicating to the west that push comes to shove Russia would back down. Wishful thinking. I encountered the comment quoting Mr Putin above a few days back and knew in my heart that Russia would not back down. The US has never truly been blooded by war except the self inflicted war between the states. Pearl Harbour and 9/11 were inflicted by others, but in response to American machinations so again self inflicted. In the measures of blood the latter two are small events. So for the past roughly 150 years North America has had peace. Being the core of empire North America garnered great wealth and prosperity via the global wealth pump. The consequence of it all is a sense of impunity, invulnerable to the works of the rest and thus hubris. Unhappily I believe the western “democracies” will find a way and there will be a massive blood letting. I hate to say this, but in my gut I feel it. I hope the “west” ceases to be.
Kremlin calls BJ’s comments that the evidence is overwhelming that Putin directly ordered death of Skripal….”shocking and unforgiveable”.
Claims of Syrian chemists plus military developing manufacturing chemical weapons….would not be surprised if Haley extends this to claim Syria supplied Novichuk to Russia for VVP.’s personal “use”…

The flag of revolutionary America. We all learned that in elementary school history.
“Don’t tread on me”.
There are several other versions of the snake on a flag in US history with the same motto.
Saker, thanks for the sane words in this insane reality! I lived in Croatia, when the war started there. There was plenty of signs that is was coming, however, my “wishful thinking” was engaged to the maximum and I was saying, “it will not happen, people were not that crazy”. I woke up when the mortar shells started falling around me and I remember, I had a dog then, a Great Dane which starred at me when the shells were exploding in such a way, that I could not avoid her eyes, like asking me what was happening. And, I felt ashamed in front of the dog, because I was not able to explain it to her. In fact, I did not have an explanation even for myself.
Later, I was looking for the answers, and still not sure, but then, I came across the book The Gods of Eden, by William Bramley, who researched the human conflicts throughout the history. He said there that there was a “third party” which operates beyond our perception and somehow, it is able to control people like puppets. This force was always a winner. Later, I found out that Russian esotericist Gurdjieff, who represented the Eastern Gnosis, was saying that “people were machines controlled by external influences”. Some researchers of paranormal phenomena, like Barbara Bartholic, were saying that there was a force which is controlling both sides on the chess board. John Keel was saying, too, that the game was crooked. He did not imply that there were aliens behind, running the show-program on this planet, but an AI to which we all have been connected.
I think that there could be some substance in such findings. A hundred years ago, even Charles Forte asked the question – “how a puppet could possibly rebel against the puppet master”? And, it seems that the “master” is installing psychopaths into the positions of power and they would be its main vehicles for arranging and executing the psycho-pathological activities on this planet?! Yet, we have been all conditioned to rationalise them and do nothing about it, in an effective manner. Like victims, mind controlled to be victims or their preys.
Eastern gnostics were saying that the only way to resist the “external influence” was to disconnect from our personalities or the thoughts coming from our heads, and to live following the influences coming from inside of our being (which come from the true consciousness?!), in the moment we are in. Not an easy concept to grasp, but it seems that, as much rational and pragmatic we were trying to be, that less we were able to really explain all this madness and to interact with this reality in an optimal manner.
At the end, I see the signs of the coming war, again, and this time, my wishfull thinking is disengaged. Now, I live in Australia, but I do not think that it would be much helpful, when surviving the WW3 is in question. And, what would be the point in surviving the war, if we were not able to live really consciously, as real human beings (which are aware and humane by their essence)?! Not much time left for a real awakening, but still worth trying.
..
Oh, Australia, the land of post-nuclear “On the beach” movies (1954 and 2000), did u maybe watched?
I did not think we would see them implemented….
66 comments as I begin to write. Impressive — Ladies and Gentlemen, and Dear Saker: “The End of History” has long ended, we are in the middle of history being made, and it separates the “men” from the “boys,” the chicken hawks, the trannies, the fags, the theoreticians and arm-chair warriors.
The fundamental character or configuration of the “chessboard” is this: We are walking the razor-sharp blade of a knife that separates military affairs and “policy”, or politics. Let me illustrate.
For a long time, the mechanics of US management of its role in the world was to compensate for a lack of strategic political or economic depth with military tools. As Obama famously said – this is not to support him, but merely to identify in his language the objective status of US machinations – “if you have (or believe you have) a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.” Objectively this was simply compensation for the underlying political and economic weakness, but if Obama or others understood it that way, they were bad managers (in the sense of simply objective competence) because they did nothing to redress the weaknesses. On the other hand, perhaps they were not that bad, but they could not withstand the “systemic inertia”.
Trump at the beginning seemed to have a different “policy,” but the same “systemic inertia” quickly made these policies irrelevant. Some find satisfaction in deploring that situation, but it remains a fact. Therefore, the issue became, from within the systemic inertia itself, “What can really be achieved with the US military hammer?” Korea became the most interesting and instructive test case. There is no need to detail the scenarios now because they are well-known, and they are acknowledged both publicly and in the “inner-circles” in the USA: The USA had checkmated itself. As I say, there is good evidence that this is acknowledged in the inner-circles, but that is not to say that it has sunk in as a “lesson learned.”
Some weeks ago, Trump launched a tweet. That was before the “coup” (in Cipher-Brief language) that opened the possibility for a Trump-Kim meeting. Trump said: He is disappointed that his military have not come up with workable options to strike against North Korea. My wife and I had a long debate (argument, fight): She contended that the tweet proved Trump is/was still out for a military US-unilateral solution to the “crisis” the USA had itself put on the front burner. I contended that, no, Trump is irrelevant, … or, no, he is not irrelevant, but even if he had a “good policy” on North Korea, that would be irrelevant. Regardless of Trump’s intensions, or whatever his political intentions might be, his tweet contains objective information: The US Military Planners have not been able to come up with a ”good,” i.e., workable “military option” for North Korea.
It would be quite tempting to dive into a theoretical discussion about what might be Trump’s criteria for having made the decision, not that there is no military option for North Korea *in principle* (which I would have told them from the start), but that *his* military have not come up with a workable option. But we do not know the criteria of that decision, while we can be sure that “Trump’s Generals” are not going to publicly challenge that decision, perhaps saying something like, “Hey, boss, you can’t say that because we are still working on it… and we are almost finished.” No, Trump did everything he could to support a military option, he gave “his generals” “total authority” to work it through, and “his generals” know that, and in the end, they flubbed, and they know that, too. But that is not their fault. They did what they are supposed to do: when the CinC says he wants to get something done, they are supposed to either come up with a workable “hammer” solution or tell the CinC that it cannot be done. And if it cannot get done with the “hammer,” then it has to be done some other way. Now, there is no guarantee that the “other way” will work, but you have to work on it just as hard as the military guys did on their “hammer”-end of the work.
That is the knife’s edge between military affairs and politics: We will only get to “politics” once the “hammer”-approach is understood to be unworkable. Just to be explicit: the “hammer approach” is not per se just a “military approach,” it is the “policy” of striking the hammer anywhere, at any time, to achieve whatever one decides, and with impunity. That is why the “hammer approach” is not really a military posture at all, it is instead characteristic of bloviating liberals and theoreticians who decline to take responsibility when it turns out that you cannot do anything at all in this world with impunity. Those who are in the business of making political decisions and taking responsibility for them have to know that in advance, as they so quite apparently do know in the case of North Korea.
It is useful to compare the relative situations of Trump and Putin. 16 years ago the Russian General Staff analyzed the strategic situation. They did not identify what they *hoped* to be able to do, they instead identified what had to be done and analyzed whether and how it could be done. Putin gave the order, “Do it!” and they did it. Trump *said* he wanted a military solution for North Korea, no – in fact he *said* the USA would solve the problem, unilaterally, and that it would be a military solution, there were a lot of military solutions, they could choose the military options off the shelves of the military-options-supermarket, some of them fresh from the think-tank farms, others under deep-freeze from the likes of Brzezinski & Co. But it turned out, no, there was no supermarket: either “his generals” told him that or he knew it himself, from the start or later. It makes little difference. In the end, in fact *publicly*, there is nothing that “his generals” have come up with, where Trump can say “do it!” As Putin said in his interview with NBC, Trump takes responsibility. Putin knows this situation very well: there was a time when Russia, too, had few options. Putin understands Trump’s situation, he has “empathy,” so Americans can thank their lucky stars if not God that Russia is a rattlesnake.
But the “world” is “the world as a whole” at the strategic level, and it is divisible into myriad operational theaters. So, although it is now understood – at least at the “top” of the “professional” inner-circle – that the hammer-approach is unworkable in North Korea, that understanding does not translate into a principled understanding. It is therefore understandable when a CentCom commander such as General Votel continues to believe that, while North Korea is a component of the special and specific configuration of the Pacific Theater of Operations, the lessons of that theater do not necessarily apply to his theater in Syria or the entire MENA region. His belief is wrong and foolish, but it is understandable.
Russia definitely played a role in the failure of the “hammer approach” in North Korea, but that role was largely “under-the-radar” and, in comparison with the recent shift in Russian policy, “soft”. Now, like on a railway track, the “switch has been thrown” and Russian policy is on the “hard” track. It is crucially important, however, to see and understand, that Russia has had this two-track flexibility for quite some time. Long before identifying the specific “non-ballistic” weapons systems that nullify US ABM systems for a long time to come, Putin had already said – when? A year ago? – that Russia had no reason to fear any aggressor. The fundamental breakthrough work had already been accomplished when Putin said that, he merely omitted the details. Yes, Russian military and diplomats said many things about specific strategic-stability concerns, and no one listened, but all the time they were saying things in the hope that someone *would* listen, the second track, the “hard track” was already there. In other words, the “hope” Russia invested in all the talk was not the kind of “hope” Benjamin Franklin was talking about when he said, “People who live on hope die hungry.” The point was that the work of talking that was supposedly based on “hope” was not getting anywhere, it was not yielding *responsible decisions*, even if some people, maybe even a lot of people on the other side were indeed listening.
So why did Putin, who had already announced the accomplished existence of the “hard track”, throw the switch exactly on March 1st 2018? Second question: Given that the “hard track” already existed, was the speech on March 1st different only because of the military specifics in detail (now only speaking of the military last part of the speech), or was there something else really new?
Second question first. – “*Russia* need no longer fear any aggressor” leads us – perhaps — to believe Russia will only defend herself. Russia’s Syria-intervention was already well underway and successful when that announcement was made. As General Gerasimov’s statement last week made clear, “territorial Russia” is wherever Russian diplomatic or military personnel happen to be, and they are seamlessly “embedded” all over Syria, so that any at attack on them is an attack on “Russia”. This was the specific “hard track” military, objective, explicit *application* of Putin’s March 1st speech. “Application,” not “interpretation.” Thus, the “hard track” is an explicit mirror-image of Trump’s investing “his generals” with “total authority.”
So, before the weak-knee crowd starts screaming, “OMG, war is in the air!,” let me point out again that we are on the knife’s edge between military affairs and “politics”, and military affairs means finding out what can be done and what not. That is the core of so-called “deconfliction.”
General Votel, for example, and his ilk do not yet understand that: they believe “deconfliction” means Russia is afraid of conflict, direct conflict with the US military and its supermarket of options, so they can cheat, break agreements, shift policy, decide to occupy Syria, build their own terrorist army, etc. Obviously, you do not sit down to talk with General Votel about this, you block him. And General Gerasimov did block him, not only with words about shooting down aircraft or also targeting naval vessels that shoot off missiles, but with the array of naval, air, and other materiel flowing into Syria. ‘You wanna fight General? One wrong move and you’re gonna need full back-up from Washington, because this is going up the escalation ladder so far that it’s beyond your command mandate.’ With General Votel blocked, General Dunford wants to talk with General Gerasimov. And that is fine, the point is, however, that this “wanting to talk” is akin to the American self-checkmate in Korea: it is not yet a principled understanding. Let’s say it is a “work in progress.”
And then what happens? — British PM May flips her wig. She sees what is happening, she wants to derail the “work in progress,” but she can’t do it. Following the mealy-mouth declaration ostensibly in support of May, Trump throws more sanctions at Russia (so what?) and the White House points out he has always been “tough on Russia.” That, too, is fine: let a tough Trump talk tough with Russia.
They will do that when there is a principled understanding that their military options supermarket is empty, and with the experience last week in Syria, that understanding is near. And, as I think, that is why Putin made his speech on exactly March 1st.
The idea of
Anti ballistic missile defence was pushed on anmerica by the british since 1997.
By the time of bush stealing of 2000 election the british were openly asking Gore candidate side to acceot florida fraud because ” american partners like britain want to have anti missike defence set up as quickly as possible ” .
All plots against other nations are thought , executed and propagandised by the english nation.
As desired by british, bush under british spy cheney announced tearing up of ABM treaty much before 2002.

President Putin is wrong when he says ( in Munich security conference 2007) that Russia should or will target the missile on Europe if america goes with anti missile defence plan in Poland in Europe.
]In fact it was not America but england which asked for ABM against Russia. BBC spy journalists were harassing presidential candidate Gore not to go ahead with Florida recount on ground” ally like britian want to conclude AMB deployment in Yorkshire as soon as possible so there should be no delay in govt. formation.” In other word accept fraudulent win of bush for sake of england !
Russia must target (rather than should) the nuclear missiles with multiple war heads against all ( military instalations) of england because this cold war -like the one before- is being started by england for the benefit of english race only-.it is race war between the english parasite race versus the rest of the world-the sooner the rest of the world realizes that better it is for the world.
look how Germany was vilified soon after fall of soviet union-look how russia is being vilified immediately after Putin made russia strong.
Russia’s “partners” understand only two things: the big wallet and the big gun, as satan understands only Saint George’s spear. Time is near.
-such is the evil propaganda of british spies inside america. .
Poland is nothing but a proxy for the british bastards.
It is no use targeting Poland -target the main villain which is england and the english nation which must be sorted out by the world.

face 0f the evil.
When someone asked Bismark once what he would do if the British invaded, he said he’d have the border police arrest them (or words to that effect).-thaqt is how low the germans thought of the English army capability –and the Germans were right as was shown the cowardice of non fighting coward English trrops in both world wars-they instigated others to fight but remained behind in actual fighting till late.
Remember Bismarck said that when the pirate empire called british empire was at height of her pseudo power-in other words Prussians could defeat the English race at the height of their so called power. and that was at height of pirate empire of the british at Victoria’s time. And rightly so. english then and now are ready to fight only unarmed civilians.
Prussia was the strongest army in the world at that time. It tells you how low English race is compared to the Germans and how much Germans could have gone up had they been not made to fight Russian in plot created by the English race-that plot is called world war one and two.
======================================
British or rather English are plotting attack on Russia with nato and american mercenaries –just like the same english race plotted both world wars , cold war and Iraq, Libyan and Syrian wars.
When will Russia wake up?

As America teetered on the brink of entering World War II, “Charles” A. Lindbergh gave a fateful speech that did more damage to the America First movement for peace than all the propagandistic efforts of the pro-war groups he named in Des Moines that day. In his oration, the great aviator and American hero sought to define who and what had brought us to the point of no return:
“The three most important groups who have been pressing this country toward war are the British, the Jewish, and the Roosevelt administration.
“Behind these groups, but of lesser importance, are a number of capitalists, Anglophiles, and intellectuals who believe that the future of mankind depends upon the domination of the British empire. Add to these the Communistic groups who were opposed to intervention until a few weeks ago, and I believe I have named the major war agitators in this country.”
these protestant baptists((and so callled religious fundamentalists and evnagalicals bastards)) are the agents of england inside america and have always been.
thse baptists are the ones who created civil war for the benefit of british to reconquer america and during attack of britian in 1812 these baptists were acting as enemy agents inside amaerica.
these baptisat are called patrioit–now what a shame? the southern flag is sympbol of american patriotism when it was really an instrument of treachery to the american independence.
” I am afraid the meddling small minded, fearful white boy is indicative of a large group of the American types who still support a corrupt regime of neo-con pschycopathes. He and those like him live in suspicion and fear of anyone different from themselves.
He was once a settler who cut down and burned the forest of New England because he was afraid of the wildlife. He was once a trader who passed out smallpox blankets to the Indians. Then later a buffalo hunter who decimated entire herds and left them to rot on the plains. His grandfather herded Japanese into camps, his father was at MyLai. His brothers are at Abu Graib and Gitmo. Where will he be tommorrow?”
” but all non-WASP got (and still get) their time as scapegoat-du-jour: Native, Black, Chinese, Irish, Italian, Jew, Japanese, Catholic, Latino, and now Middle-Eastern, just to name a few. Along with the scapegoating goes the profiling, which is little more than prejudice and stereotypes made legal.”
The recent director of Harvard’s Carr Center for Human Rights, Michael Ignatieff, proposed in the New York Times in May 2004 that we should give U.S. presidents the authority to preventively detain U.S. citizens and to engage in “coercive interrogations” should the United States experience another terrorist attack like 9/11. Ignatieff argued that “defeating terror requires violence” and “might also require coercion, secrecy, deception, even violation of rights.” “Sticking too firmly to the rule of law simply allows terrorists too much leeway to exploit our freedoms,” he said.[1]
In addition to Harvard’s top human rights academic arguing on behalf of “torture lite,” Harvard Law School’s Alan Dershowitz supports “torture warrants” so that U.S. presidents can torture detainees in so-called “ticking bomb” cases.

britain is the number one “parasite” nation of this world and is the main evil brain behind american offensive (perpetual war) everywhere in the world. Why? Because only through american military might can a fourth rate country like england hope to have some influence in the world.
and the rest of the world is responsible for this-why has aljarreza engagesd the british journalists like frost in the english version? look how much propaganda englsh eversion of al zareeja is making against Iran and Zimbabwe -in other words doing the bidding for british media and British government lies.
it is high time that the british are removed forcibly from everywhere outside Britain or may be even inside if they are not going to stop destroying other nations.
England must be defeated militarily-not a great difficulty with a coward nation-and must be eliminated as serious challenge to humanity
What the western politicos are doing isn’t new – especially to them. It is their tried and tested scheme of Big Lying the populace into war to distract from pending economic collapse. The new thing is that Teh Interweb allows people to see (or those that wish to see) the other side of the coin and see that it is all BS.
I was an admirer of the Gila Black-tail…… Happy days living in the wilderness.
It is indeed horrifying to watch this as it plays out. I was having difficulty understanding the goal of such a ham-handed, blatant false-flag. The only sense I can make of it is that this is one part of a larger effort to convince the Russian elites to “take out” Putin from within, a sort of inverted color revolution, with the pressure coming from the top rather than from the bottom. But will this operation succeed? I guess the next three days will show whether their belief in “their invulnerability and superiority” is accurate, or the sort of delusion that appears perfectly willing to play “chicken” with Putin. And where does their sense of invulnerability arise from? They must think they have some card up their sleeves. Are there secret weapons systems in place that makes them feel invulnerable, or did all those trillions of dollars in black budget projects just get Hoovered up in corruption?
I suppose a “Twilight’s Last Gleaming” scenario is the least-destructive scenario, and probably necessary, but will anyone be able to prevent it from escalating?
I’m not so sure either. Not at all. Regardless of how anyone will spin it, the Donald Trump from the campaign trail, with promises of good relations with Russia and ending all foreign meddling has simply fallen by the wayside. The same waring ways and agenda continue on. This is the usual way evil acts before they intend to strike and destroy their victim. They first demonize the subject. No real evidence is needed.
Good piece. I copy the snake and post it on my wall. I love animals more than people.
To get international respect & prestige Russia needs a hawk president not a political chess player but strong, determined, courageous leader who’d clean the Russian Swamp from Zionist agents & stop their subversive activities. Will never call Russia’s mortal enemies, partners or colleges. There should be 30-50,000 Russian troops in Syria to truly liberate the country from AngloJewish Terrorists and show they really care for humanity.
When Hugo Chavez told Putin about taking more responsibility for defending freedom, Putin declined saying that Russia wants to be as any ordinary state. So we have it now. That are treated as such, meaning, being forced to
accept a basal statute. By acting as so far, they become only accomplices in time. They have no friends as they
wished, only enemies. Even Serbians not reciprocated for the love of Russia. Remember Kosovo. Russian allowed for very long time foreigners, expcially jews to control their destiny. No good future for Russia as the course continue. Tell them to read PC Roberts stuff. Maybe that get under their hard skulls.
Well said. Some of the articles I’m seeing in my news feed are insane. “Putin used the N-word” is an actual book trending on Amazon. “Bias” stopped functioning as a word to describe what we’re seeing months ago. #Warprep# is really far more on-the-ball..
Yes it has been so totally obvious to me this what you say is true, that I wonder how mentally crippled one needs to be to get into high office and bring one’s mental baggage along.
Such shockingly rapid degeneration. In the west.
Having lived in Africa, I have encountered Black Mamba’s. These snakes are not to be messed with in any way. The will rear and hiss if threatened, and if that is not followed by a retreat of yourself immediately, you will find yourself struggling for your life in minutes. They attack readily and brazenly delivering several bites in a very short time, often on the upper part of the body, as they can rear one third of length, max is close to 3,5 meters. Their fangs are forward pointed, acting like daggers and their venom extremely potent.
You always heed a Black Mambas right of way..
Ohh they are very , very fast too, on shorter distances as fast as a human and potentially aggressive. Many African huts are sought at night, the mamba seeking warmth invades, and all inhabitants are killed in biting and panic spree.
Russia is more like this, stay away leave it alone and everything will be fine. Don’t even consider messing with it, as it will stand its ground.
Met one during hunting, I retreated and lived to tell.
There is a hole in Nato’s BMD bucket. It is in Norway and it will take time to fix it.
Nato told Norway, ‘Go fix it, go fix it, dear Norway’. Norway said ‘with what shall I fix it, dear Nato, dear Nato?’ Nato said ‘with your frigates you’ll fix it, dear Norway, dear Norway’. Norway said: ‘but my (5) frigates are not calibrated for this task, dear Nato’. ‘Then calibrate your frigates, dear Norway’. ‘With what shall I calibrate my frigates, dear Nato?’. ‘With a simulation programme, dear Norway (w’ll help you)’. ‘But the simulation data are outdated, dear Nato’ (re. Putin speech of 1 march). ‘Try to update the data, dear Norway, dear Norway’. ‘Where shall we fetch the data, dear Nato, dear nato?’ ‘Just across the border with Kola in Russia, dear Norway’. ‘But that’s where the hole in the BMD system is, dear Nato, dear Nato’.
Nato has the now outdated BMD shields in place in Spain (on frigates), Rumania and Poland (land based), but not yet in Norway, who are stalling the placement of the BMD system, allegedly due to complications with simulating the data on flight and response trajectories. At the same time, the Norwegian Defense research Institute NUPI is reflecting on the rational for Norway to place this system on its frigates, noting that Norway is hemmed in between considerations of ‘Nato solidarity/security’ and ‘neighbor’ relations with Russia. Re. http://www.nupi.no/Publikasjoner/Innsikt-og-kommentar/Hvor-hender-det/HHD-2017/Hvorfor-rakettskjold
Concerning these neighbor relations, the Klassekampen journal refers to the statement in January by the Russian embassy in Norway: ‘«I tilfelle rakettforsvarssystemer blir utplassert på norsk territorium, blir vi nødt til å reagere for å forsvare vår sikkerhet», skrev den russiske ambassaden i Oslo.’. I translate: ‘In case the BMD system will be placed in Norwegian territory will we be forced to react to ensure our security’.
How would this look from the Russian perspective? The Independent Barents Observer has some observations to make on the Russian arsenal (credit to Thomas Nilson):
Re.: https://thebarentsobserver.com/en/content/satellite-images-show-expansion-nuclear-weapons-sites-kola
Mind you, Kola is on Norway’s doorstep, or rather Norway/Nato is on Kola’s Russian doorstep. Just check the maps and the installations.
Conclusion: there is a hole in the US/Nato BMD system on the Northern frontier, the Norwegians are stalling the filling of the hole, ostensibly for lack of simulation/calibration data, while the Russian system is fully in place to ensure a free flight over Norway, the North Atlantic and the Pole.
Meanwhile the Norwegian Nato posts at Vardo (signals), Andenes (caves), Bodo (F 16 base), Namdalseid – shipping landing, Bujgn, Tromsdalen, Frigaard,(caves with together approx 300 K q-meters of prepositioned army stocks) and Veardal US marine base (300 troops) are vulnerable to say the least.
Time for the Norwegians to ask the drunk war mongers to sober up…, or all face a terrible hangover.

Thanks Elten. Very interesting information.
I knew that Sweden (to be precise, the renegade military brass of the Försvarsmakten) always was a crucial and reliable lever for US interests.

If this is true. I hope it is. May and entire government of Britain are bunch of cowards who want to appear tough. :(
I have often wondered why you dont live there if you care so dearly about russia?
Dont get me wrong. I enjoy your analyses. Its an honest question

A remarkable, cogent and profound metaphor. My hat is off to you.
I don’t think, however that it will have any positive effect on the AngloZionist/neocon psychopaths. Their brains are deficient in what it takes to understand this and, being so, are saturated with an unconscious death wish.
I hope and pray that I have underestimated the adaptability of our species and the young will work out a survival mechanism.
Excellent metaphor. Laughed out loud at ” take my beer and watch this”.
A little off topic, has anyone noticed a trend recently in that it has become impossible to leave comments anywhere. Most articles (in the UK, at least), have no options for comments, when they do, anything not in agreement with the mainstream doesn’t get published at all.
I’ve been watching Global Times to see if they have a reaction to the Skirpal farce. Up until today, they’ve been quiet. But tonight they published an editorial. It doesn’t call the accusations to be false, but neither does it really give any credit to them. But the interesting part was the closing ….
“The harsh attitude of Western countries toward Russia resembles their unity in the face of major geopolitical and value challenges despite problems in their own camp. Any non-Western competitor could become their shared target, which is part of the current world order.
Independent forces, including China, all face such risks.”
http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1093754.shtml
In other words, the Chinese are quietly signaling that they know that if Russia goes down, then that they are next. And that they have little doubt that the forces currently attacking Russia can and will easily turn on them.
To my ear, they are saying that if push really comes to shove, then they will stand with Russia.
Sadly, drunks who challenge rattlesnakes probably won’t hear the subtle message.
One of the things NWO has in its sleeves is Barium-strontium-titanate (BaSrTiO3) nanocrystals, which might be more powerful than nuclear weapons and nobody is taking it into an account. This was one of the main ingredient of so called – chemtrails.
From the book Dangerous Imagination, Silent Assimilation, by Cara St.Louis and Harald Kautz-Vella:
“(Ba, Sr) TiO3 is nano-crystals absorb UV light with wavelength shorter than 250nm, taking away 90% of the light passing the crystal. The absorption of signals shorter than 260nm is likely to eliminate the mono-directional signals responsible for cell division.
The up-conversion of absorbed photons would take two or three photons of a defined frequency and convert it to one of a higher frequency, resulting in disruption of cell communication and maybe cause cell damage due to the higher energy of the single resulting photon.
The refraction would geometrically disorder bidirectional biophoton waves, before being established.
The disorder induced regarding the non-linear qualities of second and third order could possibly alter the entire blueprint of nature causing pseudo-genetic deformations”. (page: 283)

We have been chemtrailed for ~20 years and now, all of us have it in our bodies. These nano-crystals have piezo-electric properties. When exposed to certain frequencies, generated by HAARP, mobile phones, mobile towers, anntenas etc. these nano-crystals can be activated. I would say that in case of WW3, many of those dying from the activated BaStTiO3, would think that it was from the radiation?! Something not-human and non-humane is running the show-program on this planet through its puppets and until we do not acknowledge it and address it properly, we will be its victims.
..
Thanks Boris; the first reference to a chemist oriented info.about the chemtrails. Last week my crew and I were delivering to a construction site nearby, starting a clear cold day when they came from all directions, the biggest wide trails I have seen so far, by far not the first obvious event for me.In an hour it was totally overcast. I pointed it to the “square” super, other contractors, who just shrug, as in, “well, don’t call him a kook, we have to work together”. Some people go ballistic if you mention it when it’s right above you. Hopeless thick sculls and denial. Or is it actually hope? hope it’s not true?
The failure of the species is rooted in that there isn’t a genetic block for stupid to reproduce.
(This conversation is better suited for the Moveable Feast Cafe. It’s not on topic of the post. Mod-pd)
sorry mod. pd; it was just here. Also, anymore the feast is sort of crowded out by the little coterie of buddies, ya know? (I usually stick with the main articles. Now I’m listening for exploding nukes… MOD pd)
Ah yes, poisonous snakes….”the Gaboon viper who will if provoked bite you on your Gaboon and then wait around to see if you liked it” – Tom Poston.
I realize the western plutocracy always needs an enemy but this game of brinkmanship can all too easily slip over the line, and with Russia, if that line is crossed there may not be any further warning as they have given plenty already. The most forthright, completely and undeniably direct being “what use has Russia of a world without a Russia” paraphrased.
Perhaps a little push back is necessary as words are not getting through. The west is drunk on hubris and likely sees that their continued incremental multidimensional soft war harassment of Russia as the way forward knowing that Russia is not at this time seeking any martial extracurricular activities on a larger scale. The west is likely trying to see if they can get Russia to back down in Syria to save herself from having to do a really big war with the west and accept a divided Syria. Brinkmanship extraordinaire.
Used to catch rattlesnakes when I was 11-12. Hold their head down with a stick and get a hold of them just behind their head. I’d keep them a few days, out of curiosity, then let them go. Did that with all sorts of wildlife. Still do. A few years ago I entertained a bunch of drivers when I resued a snake about to cross an 8 lane hwy at rush hour. :-D
Being the latest arrivals, us humans are the guests, and need to respect that. The exact opposite of right wing exceptionalism, btw.
