Unrelated Short Analysis:
Islam requires its followers to be obedient to the state they live in. As long as the state does not infringe on their individual religious freedoms. An example I’ve stated before is Marjas asking Shias not to slaughter cows in India, I believe there is a similar Salafi Fatwa; since cows are sacred to Hindus.
A state that does not allow for mosques to be built or public processions is acceptable/tolerable. But a state that is forcing Muslims not to Fast in Ramadan is pushing it too far. China should know what needs controlling (content being taught at Religious schools) and what needs encouragement or empathy (fasting).

This (and what follows by way of example) is a half-truth and utterly misleading (especially in Tashayyu3). Kindly do not make such broad statements without knowledge:

Your sit reps are awesome.
China will overdue everything in Xinjiang. If the attacks had not gone to Beijing and Yunann, they would have felt the terror was provincial.
Now that it is a China-wide blood bath anywhere, the government will crush anything that is public, doctrinaire and aimed at the the youth of Uyghur populations. Fasting restriction probably is over-the-top. But the threat is coming in from Pakistan and Afghanistan and the Kunming railroad station was actually more shocking than the Beijing attack.
Also, the Chinese are worried that there have been airplane takeover attempts. The biggest was defeated by the passengers. The Chinese have gone in one year from unarmed, mostly female police to SWAT and anti-terror military in armored patrol vehicles.
I think the number of terror cells are small. And the Chinese will liquidate what is there in Xinjiang in a year or so. They won’t take prisoners in any confrontation, and they won’t let any live too long if they have any blood on their hands.
I follow China very closely. The CIA and World Uyghur front in Germany overplayed their hand.
President Xi and Putin and the SCO are on the case. Fasting or not fasting clearly is a minor thing. The good people had better get rid of the evil ones. Then they can return to a normal religious life when they get the terrorists and separatists out of China.
But there has been one impact on China. And it makes the CIA happy. Now, travel is tightened down. Subways are like cattle yards and the growing sense of personal freedom in China is stifled. That’s what terror wants—to alter everyone’s life.
And America can criticize the government in Beijing as repressive.
“10th July: Kurdish officials declare that they will boycott parliament after Maliki accused them of harbouring terrorists. Massoud Barzani referred to Maliki as having become “hysterical” and that he needed to step down.”
I suspect there are zero Kurdish “officials” in Iraq who are not owned by the anglo-zionists.
Thanks for the sitrep, Mindfriedo.

Do Americans think that what is happening in Gaza right now will not have consequences in the near future? Do Americans feel that their government is ‘keeping them safe’? They should think twice.
Another good sitrep, Mindtreido.
The further reading at the end continues to reaffirm the fact that the Telegraph’s main purpose is for wrapping dead fish and lining bird cages.
Con Coughlin’s rant is pure hasabra although its main point is valid.
The story on the Iraqi Shia volunteer militias is more informative but doesn’t mention that their only practical use is to shoot regular Iraqi soldiers when they desert the battlefield.
Lebanon may be the next area to erupt with an Islamic State organized uprising. Over twenty bomb rigged cars were discovered and a large number of fighters are thought to be training for an offensive in the mountains.
The promise of the Caliphate is inspiring Muslims around the world and they are arriving in the ME by the thousands to join the Jihad.
Thank you very much for your excellent SITREPs!
I’m very suspicious of this BBC article about Xinjiang. It’s true that Chinese authorities are encouraging Muslim students to eat free meals. Perhaps, they even force them to eat. I don’t know. But it’s safe to say that the “Ramadan ban” is getting blown way out of proportion:
The New Great Game Round-Up: July 7, 2014
I agree with Larchmonter445 that the CIA and its World Uyghur Congress overplayed their hand but I’m not convinced of China’s response thus far. Speaking of the CIA, this might be of interest to you: Syrian Army Catches the CIA Agents and Jihadists Red Handed
In my opinion, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yuva is credible. Now we’ll have to wait for more information from Damascus.
@peace
Peace on to you as well.
Fair enough, I will refrain from the religious part. Although I would want the opinion of a Marja regarding these questions, I.e., obeying the laws of a government and the action the students should take when being forced/coerced to break their fast. Before you quoted the Quran, I would have hazarded that only a threat to life would warrant breaking of their fast. But I’ll leave it to those who know, especially in this month. Maybe some kafarah can be paid.
And could you clarify this: “especially in Tashayyu3?”
@Larchmonter445
“And America can criticize the government in Beijing as repressive.”
I guess by posting that link I did the other side some propaganda. But what struck me is the sheer stupidity of China’s reaction. Force feeding/coercing Muslims to break their fast is going to drive more people extreme and anti government than any security measure. It’s forcing people to choose between God and State.
@wayoutwest
“The story on the Iraqi Shia volunteer militias is more informative but doesn’t mention that their only practical use is to shoot regular Iraqi soldiers when they desert the battlefield.”
A bit harsh, if they were Ba’athist shooting fleeing soldiers from Saddam’s army it would be easier to believe. I guess they have a motivational effect, sort of a moral boost. I was peddling to the summit of a hill once and two men on a bike passed me by. It was a remote place and they stopped to ask for directions. They reached the top and when I caught up, they said we would have turned and missed this view, but seeing you on a cycle we thought: what the hell, if he can pedal we can gas.
This is a start to these militias, in time they are going to be game changers in the region, just like their mentor Hezbollah.
“The promise of the Caliphate is inspiring Muslims around the world and they are arriving in the ME by the thousands to join the Jihad.”
Daash reminds me of Thulsa Doom and his cult of snake worshippers. How blind are these educated westerners is mind boggling. Like the daughter of King Osric, these men rush to their doom. As Saddam used to say “Fid Dunya wal Akhira.”

@peace
And could you clarify this: “especially in Tashayyu3?””
Salam Mindfriedo,
I will try to explain the above. The Shia believe in Freewill and Sunni believe in Predestination.
Thus according to Sunni:
0. Prophet Mohammad (saws) failed to choose a successor for himself (astafgurAllah), or didn’t consider it important, or left it to the Ummah to decide for themselves.
1. While the Prophet body was still warm and not buried yet, eight people from the Ummah decided the urgency to appoint a successor now, or the Ummah (Islam) will be destroyed. Their foresight was much better than the foresight of the Prophet (astafgurAllah). One of the eight was selected as the successor and was given the title of a Caliph. He was the First Caliph.
2. The next successor was appointed by the First Caliph in his Will, naming the Second Caliph.
3. The Second Caliph in his Will set up a Committee of seven, and choosing two individuals to become his successor. The Third Caliph was chosen by the Committee.
4. The Fourth Caliph Imam Ali (as) was chosen by the masses.
5. The Fifth Caliph become Caliph by sword (might).
6. The Fifth Caliph choose his son to be the next Caliph by might and dynasty. From Sixth Caliph onwards, it become Dynasties of Caliphate. The rest is History, so is the above.
Thus to Sunni, since it is Predestination, therefore all the above Caliphs, each and every Caliph, and each and every Ruler is chosen by God. Thus, they can be chosen by God as follow:
1. Few individuals choosing one.
2. By making a Will.
3. By a Committee.
4. By Masses.
5. By Sword (Might).
6. Dynasties.

Mohamed.

Salam Mindfriedo,
We Shia are called, “Rafida”, meaning those who “reject” or those who “refuse”.
Basically, we Shia rejected the First Caliph Abu Bakr to be the successor of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (saws).
Now, if you bring Predestination into account, we Shia basically rejected the Will of God.
Saddam was Will of God, Malaki is not Will of God.
Best regards,
Mohamed.

Salam Brother Mindfriedo,
The Shia rejected the concept of Caliphate, and they were persecuted throughout the history for this rejection and still will be persecuted in future for this.
Even though the State infringed on the individual Shia religious freedom and persecuted him/her, the Shia still remained obedient to the State, they lived in.
Please correct me if I am wrong?

Salam Brother Mindfriedo,
PART 1:
I believe that you should consider Iran and GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, U.A.E. and Oman) in your Daily SITREP.
This is from Press TV
“Iranian artists partake in two Sharjeh festivals:
Organized by Sharjah’s Department of Culture and Information, the festivals will run until July 31, 2014, at the Expo Center in the United Arabs Emirates.”
The above would be unheard six months ago.
Also, if you remember the Same Video you posted in Two Days SITREP. I called the Video Hasbara of Saudi Arabia. And, I will now quote from the same Video.
And, I quote Nabeel Naiem:
This is what I meant, Islamic Relief Org. is specialized in collecting Zakat (charity) and it’s in Saudi (Arabia)..
These are fools.. Prince Sulaiman Bin Abdul Aziz was in charge of it, it was not running loose you grab what you want and go on.. It was Saudi Intelligence and Prince Sulaiman Bin Abdul Aziz was in charge of it, it wasn’t a loose charity you fill your pockets and walk, No.
…so Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan was struck by September 11 attacks and after Osama Bin Laden’s death Al-Qaeda was bought by the Qatari Intelligence, and I tell you during the International Conference of Ikhwan (Muslim Brotherhood) in Istanbul, Qatar decided to create a fund to sponsor Free Egyptian Army and paid 1 billion dollar for it, and the person in charge of this fund is Ali Kurrah Zadah, Muslim Brotherhood official in Turkey, this is the finance, not like someone says 1 sheikh is donating..!
It’s the Takfiri ideology, the problem with this Takfiri ideology it’s widely spread among the European Muslims, why?
I’m with you, it’s spread among the Muslims in Europe and it’s spread in Saudi because Wahhabism is the closest to Takfir than others.
The religion (Islam) is not so strict, it includes prevention excuses like ignorance, circumstances, causes.. they didn’t study all this, for them the ruler is an infidel that means all of those with him are infidels.. Bashar (Assad) is a Nusairi then all of those with him are Nusairis, although that the Syrian Army 90% of it is Sunni, because that’s the Sunni percentage of Syrians.
It fights both Sunnah and Shiites, when they entered Sammerra, Sheikh Ali Hatimi, head of Anbar Tribes said: ISIS entered Sammerra and killed a thousand Sunni in cold blood.. and it kills Shiites and kills Christians and kills whoever it faces, ISIS considers all people infidels and their bloods are free.
Who killed Imam Ali appropriated his blood, who slaughtered Hussein wasn’t he a Muslim and from a sect claims they’re Islamist?
All these have a shameless historic extension, the prophet PBuH called them Dogs of Hell, the prophet said: ‘if I meet them I will kill them the same killing of ‘Aad and Iram of the Pillars’, those are the ones behind these ideologies, the ideologies of Khawarij (outlaws in Islam) who the prophet warned of them, and these will continue, as for ISIS, ISIS did not kill a single American. The opposition fighting Bashar Al-Assad fiercefully for 3 years did not shoot a single bullet against Israel..
This is the task of these groups in the region. When Obama said he supported Morsi’s campaign with 50 million (Dollars), and when (Yousuf) Qaradawi said: Obama sent us 60 million Dollars for the Syrian ‘Resistance’, God bless you Obama, and we need more..
PART 2
I will now quote from the same Video.
And, I quote Nabeel Naiem:
It’s required to clash Saudi and Iran in the 100 years war, an endless war, it exhausts Saudi resources and its monies, and it exhausts Iran resources and its monies, like what they did during the days of Saddam in Iraq (with Iran). This is what we should understand, fight and stand against..
– You mentioned Egypt, Syria and Iraq, we see in all of it similar activities, and you also mentioned Saudi, is it in a coming phase Saudi will be targeted?
It was meant when Muslim Brotherhood lay their ground in ruling Egypt, problems would start in Saudi in 2016 and in the whole Gulf (GCC), this is not my words, this what the head of national security in United Arab Emirates Dhahi Khalfan said, he arrested those who confessed. (BTW, Qatar is GCC and Qaradawi resides in Qatar)
Look, they have a book being circulated in London titled The Rule of Al Saud, in this book they called the Saudi family as Kuffar (infidels), and that it is unjust, and it steals the monies of the Saudis, and it’s an infidel doesn’t rule by God’s commands, and only applies Sharia law on the weak while the strong and the princess no law being applied on them, a book to educate the Saudi youths abroad to fight a war against the Saudi government, they also say: we call on the kingdom to become a constitutional monarchy, ie. the king doesn’t rule, like the British queen, and this trend is being supported by America and Britain and the people working on this are residing in London, the nest of spies, all the spies of the world reside in London..
There are countries like Iran, Saudi and Egypt, in geography it exists until the end of times, and there are countries called the Satanic Shrubs, it’s just found you don’t know how, like Israel and Qatar, it can vanish in one day and you won’t find it..
Yes, yes, most are Saudis & the move will be like that but they were hoping for the Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt to settle in power, that’s why when (Saudi) king Abdallah supported the 30 June revolution (in Egypt), he did so based on the information he has of what will happen in the region
I said: Jarba is worth of Bashar shoes only.. They said: true. And they went back.
I told them you are going to fight in favor of America and Israel, will you be the one to rule Syria?
If you were the one who will rule Syria I will come and fight on your side, I swear by God I’ll come and fight on your side..
But are you going to rule Syria after Bashar? He said no, I told him you are being used to remove Bashar and then Jarba, Salim Idress, Issam Hattito will come, all of those are being raised in the spy nest in London, it’s not you who will rule.
Because the Muslim Brotherhood have no religion, no nation, not safe to be with them, they’ll betray anyone.
There is a link between the national responsibility and the religious commitment, and this contradicts with the understanding of the Salafists clerics, and I’ll tell you the political theory of imam Ibn Taymiyyah, who people consider him the most strict imam, Ibn Taymiyyah was asked: if the nation’s interest conflicts with applying Sharia, if we apply Sharia will lose the country, what to do?
He said: Maintaining the homeland is a priority over applying Sharia, because if you lose the country, where will you apply Sharia? (LMAO)
What I want to tell you, the efforts of all Islamic countries, Sunnah and Shiites, must combine, to eradicate these groups, because these groups are the claws of colonialism in the region, it’s not on religious bases, there are members of ISIS who do not pray, so in Al-Qaeda, there are members who didn’t pray a single kneeling, there must be a combination of the countries efforts to organically eliminate these groups by security and by intellect, disprove their ideology..
Part 3:
I quote Nabeel Naiem:
There must be a response to these groups and explaining its ideology is a stray ideology, contrary to the Islamic Sharia, and this is the ideology that the prophet warned from when he said about Khawarij (Outlaws in Islam):
‘Newly in the religion, ribald in their aims, they go through the religion like how an arrow goes through the bow, if I meet them I will kill them the way Iram and A’ad were killed, they’re the worse killers under the skies, blessed who they kill or who kills of them..’ and he called them: ‘the dogs of hell.’
I guess it is Good Hasbara from Saudi Arabia, as long as it doesn’t demonize Qatar and Muslim Brotherhood.
Ramadan Kareem,
Mohamed.
Yusuf al-Qaradawi from WikiPedia.
Yusuf al-Qaradawi resides in Qatar and I quote from above:
Yusuf al-Qaradawi (Arabic: يوسف القرضاوي Yūsuf al-Qaraḍāwī; or Yusuf al-Qardawi; born 9 September 1926) is an Egyptian Islamic theologian, and chairman of the International Union of Muslim Scholars. He is best known for his programme, al-Sharīʿa wa al-Ḥayāh (“Shariah and Life”), broadcast on Al Jazeera, which has an estimated audience of 60 million worldwide. He is also well known for IslamOnline, a popular website he helped found in 1997 and for which he now serves as chief religious scholar.
Al-Qaradawi has published more than 120 books, including The Lawful and the Prohibited in Islam and Islam: The Future Civilization. He has also received eight international prizes for his contributions to Islamic scholarship, and is considered one of the most influential such scholars living today. Al-Qaradawi has long had a prominent role within the intellectual leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood, an Egyptian political organization, but twice (in 1976 and 2004) turned down offers for the official role in the organization.
Religious and sectarian views:
Shi’ites
Al-Qaradawi has described Shi’ites as heretics (“mubtadi’oun”). In 2008 warned of the “Shiitization” of the Middle East, saying Shiite Muslims were “invading” Sunni societies.
In connection with the Syrian Civil War, he has denounced the Alawite sect, which many describe as an offshoot of Shia Islam and of which President Bashir al-Assad is a member, as “more infidel than Christians and Jews”. He has called on Muslims “everywhere” to help insurgents in Syria “be victorious … Everyone who has the ability and has training to kill … is required to go” to Syria. “We cannot ask our brothers to be killed while we watch.”
Fellow member of International union of Muslim Scholars, Mohammad Salim Al-Awa criticized Qaradawi for promoting divisions among Muslims. In response, the Iranian Press Agency has described Qaradawi as “a spokesman for international Freemasonry and rabbis”
Even though Qaradawi is still in Qatar, Iran has now very good relations with Qatar:
From PressTV:
‘Iran, Qatar plan joint free trade zone’
An Iranian official says the Islamic Republic and Qatar plan to establish a joint free economic zone, with the southern Iranian province of Bushehr and its adjacent provinces being the trade hub.
Again, from PressTV:
‘Age of terrorism, extremism over’
Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has reaffirmed the importance of strengthening cooperation among regional countries to combat terrorists, stressing that the era of violence and terrorism has passed.
“I hope that terrorists would realize the firm determination of regional Muslim governments in fighting terrorism and know that our era is not one of killing and terrorism,” President Rouhani said in a telephone conversation with Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Sunday.
He added that Iran and Qatar can make constructive efforts to restore peace and stability to the region in cooperation with each other.
I urge both brother SAKER and brother Mindfriedo, along with others to connect the dots.
Ramadan Kareem,
Mohamed.
Mohamed, thank you for the explanation of the schism between Sunni and Shia but can you tell us about the shared beliefs that might close this division?
It seems to me that this division is more political than religious and is one of the main reasons for the weakness of the Muslim world.
I think the Muslim world is at an inflection point in their history and if they can unite under a single banner they may be able to resist the Western Hegemon, if not then they are doomed to be fractured, dominated and degraded by outside powers and their local minions. I don’t think there will be another circumstance like the one we see today for real power and unity to be achieved.

Salam Brother Wayoutwest,
Very well said and I couldn’t have said it any better. Yes, this is the true times for Muslims (Sunni and Shia) to be unified in one connects the dots.
However, Muslim Brotherhood is made up of Sunnis in quite a majority people all around the world. Most of them are God Fearing Good Muslims.
Some of the Sunni countries like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and … they have demonized and called the Muslim Brotherhood as Terrorists, and said that Qatar is financing them.
I pray to God in this month of Ramadan the month of Generosity, that all Muslims to be united and none to be demonized. All Muslim Countries to unify.
