Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov holds a press conference after the 28th OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm on Thursday, December 2. The annual OSCE Ministerial Council, chaired by Sweden, takes place on December 2-3. The ministers are expected to discuss security issues in the OSCE area and review the organisation’s activities.
Its pretty grim. Russia’s proposals and submissions removed from the agenda and the ‘colleagues’ wanted to fill the meeting with ultra-liberal interpretations of the gender matters, which Lavrov says does not serve our organization.
During the debate Blinken started reading a list of requirements what Russia should do. Lavrov explained to him and quoted the Minsk agreements and read out to him that it is stated that this has to be settled between Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk. This willingness to tie the requirements to Russia is something all NATO countries do.
Anyway this meeting looks like another cluster bleep. Lavrov gave them all the documents and asked them to read and all that is necessary is to read and do what the documents say.
Grim is the word. I read that the meeting on the sidelines of the OSCE between Blinken and Lavrov only lasted 30 – 60 min. Short but not very sweet, apparently:

Thanks for reminding us of this relevant Swedish history. I lived in Stockholm during the Olof Palme assasination and walked by the site with still fresh flowers. I remember the pall over entire nation, a truly shocking moment.

Go shout at Ruptly that cannot give us a production-quality video. Russia is just extremely bad at these things.
