The is not an organized Left Wing in current US politics. There are people who are struggling toward Left Wing goals of ending wars, reversing centuries of racial abuse, and strengthening the US’s paltry and deficient welfare state; these efforts are strenuously opposed by the leadership of the nominally “Leftish” Democratic Party even while they vaguely espouse support for these positions. This error is also repeated by the infinitely more intelligent editor of The Saker who seems to equate Antifa and BLM with the morally bankrupt Democratic Party despite those two former political tendencies having no actual organizations.
I don’t think it’s PJWs fault that the left has morphed it into what it is now. This is the only “left” that I have ever known: humanitarian interventionism & championing of minority rights.
It’s only recently that I learned that the left used to be about workers rights (and right used to be about corporate rights.) But hasn’t been the case for a long time. The left- right paradigm no longer exists.
As for this particular video, its simply a great watch!! I highly recommend it.

If a group of people morph from believing and doing things that are left wing to thinking and doing things that are right wing then they have morphed from being left wing to being right wing, if words have meaning. The ‘humanitarian intervention’ means killing people and trashing countrys for corporate intersts and any interest in minority rights is entirely hypocritical.
What you have is one party of extreme corporatists pretending to be two partys so that they can take turns pretending to be the ‘lesser evil’. Somehow sections of this one party have recieved the names ‘left wing’ and ‘conservative’ though nothing about their words and deeds resembles the ordinary meaning of these terms.
