Moveable Feast Cafe 2016/07/22 … Open Thread

I love it when I come here after a couple of days, and find a new cafe has opened with no comments yet and only 64 views.

I get to stand almost in front of the line. What a blast. Now if that line was for Vladimir Putin speaking in my home town, what a great blast that would be.

I suppose I’m letting my Trumpish ego show but so what? Do I think Putin does not have a big ego, and look at the good he’s doing. Well, according to his detractors, he is not. I don’t know, but if he really is building those big mansions and hiding his money under different companies and names, still, he’s stopping war on Russia, and that’s what it’s all about, at least according to the philosophy here.

Now, I’ve got to go back and catch up on what I missed the last couple of days, attending here what needs attention, like my ego needs and the needs of plants and trees here. Yesterday it was 103 F. I don’t mind the heat; it’s preferable to those cold Siberian winters, or the winters of our discontent. Thanks for being here.

I did a day’s falconry the other week. Watched a saker fly. Beautiful. Elegant. Acrobatic. Everything wonderful. Aside from that, some observations about the generosity of Russians. For the past two years I have visited Russia in May. Year before last I was in Moscow on the 70th anniversary of Victory Day. Thrilling and moving. This year I was in St Petersburg and Moscow, a fortnight later. Both trips involved Great Patriotic War elements – 2015 we visited the military aircraft museum (saw a training version of the ‘plane that scared the Americans’ as our guide called it – the one that buzzed the Donald Cook). This year we went to the Siege of Leningrad museum (St Pete’s) and the great patriotic war museum (Moscow). On no occasion did our guides refer to Germans. They always spoke of either Nazis or fascists. They know, as all Russians know, that the fight was against an ideology and not a people. Here in the UK most people will talk about the Nazis, but often talk of ‘the Germans’ as the enemy. The Soviets lost 27 million people. Pretty amazing that they are able to discriminate between ideology and people. A lesson for those who believe that all Muslims are terrorists and our enemies. Anyway, let’s all just think about sakers and the beautiful birds they are. There is more beauty in the world than ugliness. It’s just that ugliness sells newspapers (although their circulation is decreasing) and fills the 24 hour news channels…

I just appeared for an extensive live commentary on Press TV on events in Munich, Germany, where a terrorist attack has taken place. I pointed out that today is the 22nd of July, the most important date in the history of the Zionist entity. There are reports of 10 people dead so far. On this day in 1946, Israel carried out its first false flag terrorist attack on the King David Hotel. This day five years ago, Anders Brevik, a far-right patsy massacred dozens of pro-Palestinian activists in Norway. Professor Ola Tunander wrote a detailed study of the event for a peer-reviewed Security Studies journal. His conclusion was that the attack had been orchestrated by Israeli intelligence (Mossad). The attacks in Munich have taken place in the Olympia Shopping Mall.

Today is the 72nd anniversary of the false flag terrorist attack which led to the founding of the Jewish State. I have suggested that the planners may want to pay hommage to the 1972 Munich Olympic Massacre, carried out by two Jewish double agents Abu Nidal and Luttif Affiv and blamed on the Palestinian Liberation Organisation. The ruling of July 12th on the South China Sea was not made by the Permanent Court of Arbitration. It was made by an arbitral tribunal unilaterally requested by the Philippines and improperly constituted under Annex VII of UNCLOS. The PCA only acts as a registry for the case.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration in Hague, Netherlands (PCA) has no jurisdiction in the Philippines’ unilateral case. The PCA, established in 1899, is just an international arbitration tribunal, primarily for the settlement of disputes between states willing to submit themselves to its rulings (arbitration).

The PCA is not a UN agency, an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal or an international court like the ICJ. So it is not empowered by UNCLOS or any international law to make any binding ruling on any State Party to UNCLOS, without the state first having agreed to submit itself to its rulings.

The Philippines’ arbitral tribunal has failed to qualify as an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal because it has failed to comply with all the compulsory procedures necessary to constitute it as an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal. This is because, apart from the arbitrator appointed by the Philippines, the remaining four arbitrators (including the President of the tribunal) were appointed by the ITLOS President under the provisions of Article 3(e) of Annex VII without consultation with China. Article 3(e) of Annex VII expressly requires such consultation:

Article 3
Constitution of arbitral tribunal

(e) Unless the parties agree that any appointment under subparagraphs (c) and (d) be made by a person or a third State chosen by the parties, the President of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea shall make the necessary appointments. If the President is unable to act under this subparagraph or is a national of one of the parties to the dispute, the appointment shall be made by the next senior member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea who is available and is not a national of one of the parties. The appointments referred to in this subparagraph shall be made from the list referred to in article 2 of this Annex within a period of 30 days of the receipt of the request and in consultation with the parties. The members so appointed shall be of different nationalities and may not be in the service of, ordinarily resident in the territory of, or nationals of, any of the parties to the dispute.

The words “arbitral tribunal” or “tribunal” referred in Articles 5 and 9 of Annex VII of UNCLOS and Article 288(4) of UNCLOS obviously does not mean any tribunal. It has to be a tribunal properly constituted under Article 3(b), (c), (d) and (e) of Annex VII of UNCLOS (an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal).

The Philippines’ arbitral tribunal cannot invoke any power or authority under these Articles or any other Article under UNCLOS unless it is an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal as defined above. For the reason as pointed out above, the Philippines’ arbitral tribunal has failed to be constituted as an Annex VII UNCLOS arbitral tribunal.

Germany is in the European Union and NATO, and this was Not asked of Citizens of the European Union, but it was asked of the Citizens of Germany, and I have read differencing opinions on this, and this is yet another opinion.

We Know that this happened after the British Voters Voted to leave the European Union.

There could be some People who think that France will Charge Germany with Crimes against Humanity and Genocide, because Germany wants Economic Sanctions on Syria, even though the Syrian Government is a Democratically Elected Legitimate Government of the People of Syria.

Syria was once a French Colony, and Britain also wants France to leave the European Union, because that way Britain and France can Rebuild their Economies, and their Colonial Empires.

The current Socialist President and French Socialist Party wants France to leave the European Union, but Britain has advised them that they Cannot make that Obvious to Germany for a better Brexit Deal, but they Need to be Subtle and lose the Election to the National Front, even as the British were Cunning and Subtle in how they had their Referendum, and where the British Labour Party Pretends to want to stay in the European Union.

The British People did Not want to leave the European Union, because it was Very Good for Britain’s Economy, but it was because of the actions of America and Germany, where America would use Germany to Dominate and Control the Eurozone Countries, and much of the European Union for America.
