Can China and Russia Squeeze Washington Out of Eurasia? The Future of a Beijing-Moscow-Berlin Alliance By Pepe Escobar
Its likelihood is being seriously discussed at the highest levels in Beijing and Moscow, and viewed with interest in Berlin, New Delhi, and Tehran. But don’t mention it inside Washington’s Beltway or at NATO headquarters in Brussels. There, the star of the show today and tomorrow is the new Osama bin Laden: Caliph Ibrahim, aka Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the elusive, self-appointed beheading prophet of a new mini-state and movement that has provided an acronym feast — ISIS/ISIL/IS — for hysterics in Washington and elsewhere.
From Beijing’s point of view, the Ukraine crisis was a case of Washington crossing every imaginable red line to harass and isolate Russia. To its leaders, this looks like a concerted attempt to destabilize the region in ways favorable to American interests, supported by a full range of Washington’s elite from neocons and Cold War “liberals” to humanitarian interventionists in the Susan Rice and Samantha Power mold. Of course, if you’ve been following the Ukraine crisis from Washington, such perspectives seem as alien as any those of any Martian. But the world looks different from the heart of Eurasia than it does from Washington — especially from a rising China with its newly minted “Chinese dream” (Zhongguo meng).
Moscow has, in fact, been involved in no less than half a century of strategic dialogue with Berlin that has included industrial cooperation and increasing energy interdependence. In many quarters of the Global South this has been noted and Germany is starting to be viewed as “the sixth BRICS” power (after Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa).
Relations between China and India have made significant progress in the new century. The strategic and cooperative partnership for peace and prosperity has been established. China has become India’s largest trading partner, with their bilateral trade volume increasing from less than US$3 billion early this century to nearly US$70 billion. Mutual visits reached 8,20,000 last year. We have had close coordination and cooperation on climate change, food security, energy security and other global issues and upheld the common interests of our two countries as well as the developing world as a whole. Progress has been made in the negotiations on the boundary question, and the two sides have worked together to maintain peace and tranquillity in the border area. China-India relations have become one of the most dynamic and promising bilateral relations in the 21st century.
Both China and India are now in a crucial stage of reform and development. The Chinese people are committed to realising the Chinese dream of great national renewal. We are deepening reform in all sectors. The goal has been set to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advance the modernisation of national governance system and capability. A total of over 330 major reform measures covering 15 areas have been announced and their implementation is well underway.
As Deng Xiaoping puts it, no genuine Asian century would come without the development of China, India and other developing countries. We are ready to shoulder this mission of our times and work actively to enhance friendship between China and India.
Completely agree with you. Nuland giving instructions to Poroshenko, demanding Novorussiya goes back to Kiev control. Germany sending humanitarian aid, USA armoured vehicles via Latvia and Estonia. Drones soon to arrive and of course the up and coming elections. No doubt a major false flag will try and go down. They always escalate the fighting once Washington goes to town. Good luck Novorussiya and don’t give up. AM
re various comments that Ms. Nuland in Kiev portends a resumption of intensive warfare against Novorussia:
It would need to resume soon, or it’s too late this year. For the next 10 days the forecast for Donesk is 60’s (F) daytime, 40’s night, little rain. After that mud and cold weather begins, with snow a month later.
I’m not sure what’s up with biden’s recent antics, in addition to a post before this one about PCR saying about his recent speech about Europe/sanctions, but i noticed this–he’ been apologizing in sequence to various nefarious actors, first Turkey, now S.A.!
From a RIA Novosti article about nuland:
The expert noted that Nuland’s rhetoric contrasts with the abject apology to Turkey that Vice President Joseph Biden immediately provided on October 4 when Turkey protested Biden’s embarrassing comment about Turkey’s help for Islamist fighters in Syria.
WASHINGTON, October 8 (RIA Novosti) – Vice President of the United States Joe Biden apologized to Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Saud Faisal for claiming that the Arab country had supported extremists in Syria, Biden’s office said in a statement.
Happy Birthday Mr. Putin! The picture of V.V. with the dog is sweet, but even more I preferred the one with young leopard, who attacked some journalist, but allowed Mr. Putin to calm him down. Only truly fearless man can deal with wild animals.
Happy Birthday President Putin, and many more! Nuland’s visit to Kiew shows that a false flag is coming, her saying “that sanctions toward Russia may be lifted if Minks agreement is respected” means that there will be big provocations, so it will not be respected. I hope Russia will continue to keep an eye on Novorussia, because it looks we are going to have at least another tough year in front of us. Talking about ISIS, have you noticed that they never treated Israel? but they are trying to enter in Libano?
Nationalism is predicated on the illusion of mutual interest.
Killing is not synonymous with transcendance although may have a limited role as a constituent part; killing always has a half-life which is primarily ideological in the first instance.
To rely on aspects of “present practice/perception” to facilitate transcendance is to become enmeshed in ideological fishing nets, hence self-defeating.
Consequently the strategic concept should always be the opponents which are not limited to physical entities or external entities.
Good thing Mozgovoi dont have to follow these rules and regulations..
1: Correspondents must swear allegiance to the Caliph [Abu Bakr] al-Baghdadi … they are subjects of the Islamic State and, as subjects, they are obliged to swear loyalty to their imam. (son of the great and powerful CIA)
2: Their work will be under the exclusive supervision of the ISIS media offices. (and the NSA)
3: Journalists can work directly with international news agencies (such as Reuters, AFP and AP), but they are to avoid all international and local satellite TV channels. They are forbidden to provide any exclusive material or have any contact (sound or image) with them in any capacity. (except for Faux News)
4: Journalists are forbidden to work in any way with the TV channels placed on the blacklist of channels that fight against Islamic countries (such as Al-Arabiya, Al Jazeera and Orient). Violators will be held accountable. (or Haaretz and timesofisrael)
5: Journalists are allowed to cover events in the governorate with either written or still images without having to refer back to the ISIS media office. All published pieces and photos must carry the journalist’s and photographer’s names. (and include a pic to make sure the proper heads can roll in case)
6: Journalists are not allowed to publish any reportage (print or broadcast) without referring to the ISIS media office first. (always clear it with your CIA superiors)
7: Journalists may have their own social media accounts and blogs to disseminate news and pictures. However, the ISIS media office must have the addresses and name handles of these accounts and pages. (passwords are optional since the NSA already has all the passwords.)
8: Journalists must abide by the regulations when taking photos within ISIS territory and avoid filming locations or security events where taking pictures is prohibited. (no nudie pics and many of the slave girls are under aged children so thats a BIG NONO)
9: ISIS media offices will follow up on the work of local journalists within ISIS territory and in the state media. Any violation of the rules in place will lead to suspending the journalist from his work, and he will be held accountable. (could lose ones head in cases)
10: The rules are not final and are subject to change at any time depending on the circumstances and the degree of cooperation between journalists and their commitment to their brothers in the ISIS media offices. (depends on the roll of the rolex watch)
11: Journalists are given a license to practice their work after submitting a license request at the ISIS media office. (processing and handling fee of $200 to be included in a plain white envelope)
At the conclusion of the meeting, some journalists reportedly signed a contract agreeing to the conditions of the rules.
Now Kerry is a Bonesman, horse-face, sadist that enjoyed shooting random peasants in Vietnam for fun, he’s just as bad news as the Bushes only perhaps not as high as them in the pecking order.
Oh-Bummer is just a puppet, with a good poise and teleprompter reading skills, that’s all he is. No wonder now Putin puts his calls directly to voice-mail.
Here’s an interesting article from an alleged White House Insider, it tells you what Obama is really like (once you cipher through the in-fighting stories and upcoming presidential campaign at the time) it’s roughly at the last quarter of the interview where he says:
“Look, let me try and paint a picture for you – a clearer picture of what Obama really is. If you were to step into the White House and see the man at work, or whatever the hell it is he calls it. It’s not the same as what some of his own people are calling it – I know that for certain. The jokes, the sneers that go on behind the president’s back. You want to see that picture? The real Barack Obama? Maybe then you might understand what the man is capable of – really capable of.”
“I’m not sure what’s up with biden’s recent antics, in addition to a post before this one about PCR saying about his recent speech about Europe/sanctions, but i noticed this–he’ been apologizing in sequence to various nefarious actors, first Turkey, now S.A.!”

Remember Biden is going to do a run for Pres in 2016. He has to start distancing himself from Obama otherwise it sticks to him in his futile run against Hitlery
But Biden has always been a loose cannon. He basically forced Obama to support gay marriage during the summer of 2012 campaign
Obama is just going through the motions but had to yank on his chains to please his Arab masters

Imam Baghdadi is a Yahud. Jewish mom. As much a Jew as “Waltzman”.
That’s at least the conclusion of Indian diplomat M.K. Bhadrakumar. And he has some arguments to back that opinion up. Bhadrakumar says that the West is not ready to fully support the Ukraine and that it has opted to leave the Ukraine at least partially in the Russian sphere of influence and that the West has bigger fish to fry than annoying Russia: protect its gas station called the Middle East and prevent it from being taken over by ISIS. Putin in the eyes of Bhadrakumar has scored yet another victory.

@Anunnaki
Yup, very sinister this Putin is, isn’t he? ;-)
And takes off from there.

I’m just as baffled as you are about Biden’s comments, not so much with the retraction/apology, but what he said at first was true, I was like… am I reading this right (!?)

Meanwhile, Kurdish officials say airstrikes carried out by the US-led coalition against ISIL positions in Syria are not working.
“There’s a valley to the south-west of Kobani that had 2,000 ISIL vehicles in it for 11 days, yet the Americans have never targeted them.
It’s as if they only want to scare them or do a little damage,” said Ahmed Shekho, the head of the Syrian Kurdish students union.

West Beats Retreat in Ukraine?
That’s at least the conclusion of Indian diplomat M.K. Bhadrakumar. And he has some arguments to back that opinion up. Bhadrakumar says that the West is not ready to fully support the Ukraine and that it has opted to leave the Ukraine at least partially in the Russian sphere of influence and that the West has bigger fish to fry than annoying Russia: protect its gas station called the Middle East and prevent it from being taken over by ISIS. Putin in the eyes of Bhadrakumar has scored yet another victory.
