My dear TV western armchair generals,
I get it, I promise. I really do!
Your entire life you have been trained to see a successful military operation like so:
Begin by bombing the shit of the “hadjis” or “sand niggers” with bombs and missiles, then flatten their town à la Fallujah, then move in with heavy armor and shoot everything which still moves or breathes.
Then distribute chewing-gums to a few kids while on video.
Then take the city center, drop a statue in front your embedded presstitutes, and then declare victory.
Then, after declaring victory, stay another 20 years or so (Blinken was clearly projecting!), ruin it completely, then leave it again and declare another brilliant victory.
And don’t forget to declare urbi at orbi that you reserve the “right” to bomb the shit out of them anytime you deem it is needed. And fuck their sovereignty or anybody else’s while we are at it!
Lastly, once home, don’t forget to “thank” your “veterans” for their “service”.
I get it.
Now YOU try, please!!
Now, in spite of this conditioning, please at least try to understand the following points:
First, the Russians do not see Ukrainians as Hadjis, but as their own brothers.
Second many/most LDNR soliders have relatives in the Nazi occupied Ukraine.
Third, yes, Russia can turn any Ukrainian city into Fallujah, but who do you think will then have to pay for its reconstruction?
Fourth, please understand that the double goals of 1) denazification and 2) disarmament implies that any person which is not a Nazi or is not armed and hostile is not, repeat, NOT the target of the Russian armed forces.
Fifth, the Ukie military was 80% defeated on Day 1. Get that? It was gone as a coherent fighting force. THAT is why they are blowing up bridges, distributing weapons and releasing convicted criminals. NOT because they are winning! I mean – how stupid are you if you believe that? Ukie stupid?
Seriously?
Right now you are the object of probably the biggest PSYOP operation in history. If you realize that and treat these PSYOPs as you should, that it is “informational warfare from the bad guys”, you will be able to tell your kids and grandkids “I never believed that crap”. Good for you!
But if you don’t, well then, just don’t tell too much about yourself in 2022 to your kids and grandkids, save yourself the ridicule and embarrassment…
That’s it. My very last attempt to wake you up. From now on, I will pretend like you don’t exist and instantly ban any comments parroting kind of self-evident nonsense.
Now I will quietly leave your room, switch off the lights, and let you watch your TVs.
Andrei
PS: I know the blogs load slow. We made hardware changes and we might have to do more. But that costs (lots) of money and time. We are doing our best with our means, but with both UncleShmuel and Soros out there to “get us” to the tune of billions of dollars spent, they are definitely winning and holding the upper hand in this informational war. Wanna help? SPREAD THE INFO as much as you can and SEND MORE MONEY for our IT. That is what “Biden” and Soros have that we don’t: many people and many dollars. That’s just a fact.
Does the Ukrainian language have the word neutral? If not they should add it immediately and use it.
Paul Craig Roberts got it right !
The imbalance of force has been corrected, and since force is all that the West understands, Russia is using force to end the use of Ukraine as a pawn against Russia. In the past the stupid and arrogant West ignored Russia’s warnings. In his address this morning Putin gave another warning. If the dumbshit Western leaders do not hear this warning, the West will cease to exist: “I would now like to say something very important for those who may be tempted to interfere in these developments from the outside. No matter who tries to stand in our way or all the more so create threats for our country and our people, they must know that Russia will respond immediately, and the consequences will be such as you have never seen in your entire history. No matter how the events unfold, we are ready. All the necessary decisions in this regard have been taken. I hope that my words will be heard.”
There is a major problem, they believe Putin is bluffing, simply because they in the same position would do it.
Macron and le Drian(cia neocon former fake socialist) are really going crazy tonight, they are closing RT France even pushing for criminal case against their actual and Former journos, all young and french.
RT France is much better than RT EN, they have a very large audience(1.5 million, not bad for a foreign
channel, better that the three french all news networks), as they launched the gilets jaunes protests
since Macron believes it was a coulour rev paid by Putin. They also publish wikileaks accusing Macron to be
a cocaine addict(he is) and having lgbt ….links let’say, but this is very old, 5 years ago.
Looks like a broacasting opportunity for “RT” Algeria.
Chechens are in Kiev already, from Pepe Escobar’s tweet…
https://mobile.twitter.com/200_zoka/status/1498002858733719558
What are they doing there now? Separate order?
I will not say, but according to my information, their tasks were different. Although … Of course, they will clean up Kyiv – Ramzan ordered them to fly the flag of the Chechen Republic (CR) of Russia on (street) Bankova / on the building of the Administration of the “President of Ukraine.
Today I am participating in the operation from Chechnya:
– Battalion “Vostok” of the 291st Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 42nd Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
– Regiment “North” of the 141st Special Motorized Regiment named after Akhmat Kadyrov, 46th Separate Operational Brigade of the troops of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (FSVNG RF);
– OMON “Akhmat-Grozny” and OMON “Akhmat-Krepost” (transport) UFSVNG RF for the Chechen Republic;
…
From Col.C:
Yes, the enemy is still strong, he is a staunch and motivated enemy who is not going to lay down his arms and dreams of turning the tide of hostilities, well, or at least waiting for NATO help, but we are pushing him, breaking him down, crushing him in all directions.
The situation is especially difficult in the Donbass, where in the triangle of Lisichansk, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, the most powerful group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, numbering more than fifty thousand soldiers and officers, has dug into the ground and is desperately fighting – a whole field army, according to the states of the Wehrmacht. And about seven thousand more Nazi fighters from “Azov”, “Aidar” are pressed against Mariupol. Here they have to be methodically and difficultly trampled down with “Grads” and “Hurricanes”, weeded out with “Msts” and “Carnations”, knocked down by tanks and mechanized detachments. Just like eight years ago near Debaltseve. It is hard and bloody work, but it will be done!
And that’s all for now!
I am not a fan of empty forecasts, but one thing I know for sure – the one who today spits his army in the back, hoots and demands “No to war!”, That is just an outright enemy, or a naive fool who does not understand that his own fate is being decided now. The war in Ukraine is not a “desperate attempt by the regime to prolong its existence,” as the bleating chorus of non-pleasant emigrants from London convinces us now – no! This is the decisive phase of the fourth world war, during which our place in the 21st century will be finally determined. Will we again become a world power, or will we repeat the fate of the USSR, only with much more serious and irreversible consequences?
And, if someone with a “beautiful face”, hatred for the regime and democracy in his heart, thinks that the Western victors will warm him up, feed him, press him to his heart and lead him into the sweet western halls, then he is greatly mistaken. He will have to live in a poor, torn to pieces country without a future, pleasing and appeasing the masters of the winners in all available ways.
But we will not allow this! We will win!
Even if this victory has a thick and spicy taste of blood…

Glad to hear the RF are picking off the NAZIs with firepower and not sacrificing precious human resources on the filth.
Anyone else seen this?

I wonder how many of those that sign it realise they are in essence petitioning against Ukrainian Nazism?
Signing it and putting a comment to the signature seems like a useful action.
Yes the Africans & Indians here in the UK pulled their ‘we stand with Ukraine’ flags upon hearing, reading how their people were being discriminated by the Nazis. Next up the Jews + LGBTQ + WOKE. All that’s left will be the Nazis in the UK, including the BBC.
I just read in the MSM where I live that a retailer from which I usually purchase wine is taking Russian vodka from its shelves. I will be canceling my membership with them and letting them know, in no uncertain terms, what I think about that. I know the The Saker blog is stretched at the moment but I am wondering if a page can be set up to create a list of companies that people come across which are applying such corporate sanctions so that readers here can know whom to boycott.
Just start a telegram page. Exactly that was done here in Tasmania in response to businesses refusing to serve the unvaxed. Went viral very quickly, got so busy I unsubscribed because tyhe notificatiosn of new members was driving me nuts.
Sorrt for the thread diversion mod.
So the honking horns of dissent made you want to find a quieter place to be in?
Think about it.
Thank you.
I found it strange that you (obviously) had to do an entry, (yet again?!) explicitly spelling out, what I thought to be, basic shared common knowledge, in the vineyard.
Anyhow….
… thank you for your ongoing coverage; these could be the most interesting (and harrowing) moments of our lives, for most patrons, here.
I appreciate having a source which is ‘still based in the reality of a physical universe’, very much.
I saw a quote of Putin on an RT headline, “West’s ’empire of lies'”, and I thought….
yes
the physical universe seems so much more bountiful, to me.
thanks again for all the work

Saker would it not be interesting that you do some audio or live somewhere?
“… SEND MORE MONEY for our IT”
I can/will only use Patreon (for personal reasons).
I’ve started a small monthly donation which I’m happy to continue while this current wave of madness is in progress.
However, I see no one-off payment options.
As such it is difficult to see how to make a more sizable one-off transfer for your immediate IT needs.
Please advise etc. I’ll use Amex as the preferred method. The source will be in aud$.
imo, Thank-you and blessings.
If Patreon works for you, then increase your donation amount there, and before the next month, decrease it again. They actually work the best for me. While it lasts, let’s use them. We cannot develop new methods now.
got it. … :-)
Honestly, I think the methodical approach by the RF Armed Forces is quite sensible, not just in the modern warfare sense, but even in the information war. Slowly but surely, RF Armed Forces are achieving their objectives, barely damaging civilian infrastructure (let alone lives), clearly focusing on keeping the country “in tact.” Ukraine propagandists really have little to work with when it comes to drumming up outrage, don’t they?
Westerner attention span is equivalent to that of the dog in the movie UP. They will look in any direction thinking it’s a squirrel. The longer the Ukraine operation goes without flashy or dramatic moments of progress, like climactic cues in a movie script, the more the “audience” will lose interest. Thus all the fakes. They’ll look somewhere else for their entertainment, maybe start complaining about the trucker convoy or something, or whatever happens next (so, to keep all eyes on Ukraine, that’s when to expect a false flag).
Russia and its people can be patient if they have to. Anecdotally, I know that even some Putin-critical Russians know that this operation could only happen if it was absolutely necessary to happen. And it turns out, it was. Americans and Europeans, on the other hand, have been taken over by the culture of Gen Z (entirely and completely lacking of resilience, with no skills for perseverance in the face of hardship). They’re so deluded by this god complex–that they can do no wrong and never be beaten–that any hint of defeat or embarrassment will send them for a loop. They want life to be a hollywood super hero movie. That’s why they fall for the absolute stupidity of the ghost of kiev or whatever. I feel embarrassed just thinking about how gullible these people are. So be it. Even if defeat is staring them in the eye, they won’t change. Cognitive dissonance in the West always results in denial because they’ve never had to face any consequences. Only when the standard of living shifts will there be awakenings. And that may be sooner than everybody thinks (for Europeans that is — US wins big in this conflict).
You are right. People are nor ready for a major war on Europe soil and they don´t believe . One thing is a small contingent bombing iraq or afghanistan that did not have nuclear weapons, other thing is a nuclear power. Why do you think they never atacked North Korea? Lots of people are fighting on the internet, and winning that war, because the dissent opinions are being banned. If ukrainian men are fleeing to avoid being mobilized for war, imagine what would happen in Europe. Besides, Europe is ful of old people.
During the Korean War, Douglas MacArthur was panting and drooling about turning China and Korea into uninhabitable nuclear wasteland but was let down and then unceremoniously sacked. Even a gung-ho, effing US reactionary like Harry Truman understood what the USSR’s acquisition of nuclear weapons implied.
One can imagine the bitterness and full-on rage that the US neocons feel over having botched the golden opportunity to physically destroy the USSR with zero risk of any nuclear retaliation. Also, they let the second opportunity go to waste 30 years ago. Now, all they can do is pulling sanctions out of their asses and keep up their ”information warfare” watching Russia and China defeating them in all fields of any real substance.

The Nazification of Ukraine has been organized by US ziocons
For decades, the Canarian and American Jewish communities pretended to ‘do not notice’ the Nazi Memorials and Nazi parades in Canada. The Canadian military was training Ukrainian Nazis (thank you, Khristya Freeland). And then Nuland-Kagan took it on herself to initiate the Ziocon-Nazi collaboration in Ukraine in 2014.
Unbeleivable!
Spot on. Kiev still has lights, water, even internet! And sure, I’m certain that part of Putin’s reasoning here is the cost of reconstruction and further negative PR, but at the end of the day, I earnestly believe that this man has a shred of humanity still running through his veins. Maybe it’s just religious fear?
A moot point compared to the FACT that Russia has been the de facto hedge against U.S. imperialism since 2004, when the U.S. elected to re-manufacture the Russian menace.
You have one helluva website filled with factual history and insights on current/modern events. You’re making a difference. Blessings to you and to yours.
Products in the cities are running out. And the national fascists do not let civilians / civilians through the humanitarian corridors – they mine, they shoot. According to the training manual of American terrorists Al-Qaeda, ISIS in Syria, Iraq …
There, the United States razed Aleppo, Raqqa and Mosul to the ground with all the inhabitants, and the terrorists remained alive.
Even if you have seen the documentary “Ukraine On Fire 2016 Oliver Stone”, I highly recommend you watch it again. With ongoing Ukrainian events so much in the MSM propaganda-news 24/7, IMO it provides a mostly truthful recent historical background, which is a rare commodity nowadays. After watching it for the second time, it made a far greater impression on me than the first time a watched it two years ago. Specifically, the scale of the coup and the numbers of powerful foreign influencers involved really hit me, and I realized that Russia intervening at that point might very well have not been a walk in the park. It suddenly also hit me that perhaps “Russia” decided literally the day after the coup that it was going to intervene, but that doing so certainly-successfully, with minimum loss of life, was going to take a long time to plan and fully prepare for, weapons-wise and logistical-support-wise, especially anticipating the severe “sanctions” that the WOTEC was certainly going to impose instantly as a result of reversing the coup, etc. Watch the documentary and see if you react to it as I did.
Another thing that struck me as I watched the documentary is that even if Russia accomplshes its goals of demilitarization and denazification, I cannot help but think that the probable goal of Russia “leaving” a more or less friendly Ukraine that will not hate Russia to the point of wanting to “get back at” Russia might be a bridge too far, and that some kind of permanent Russian presence will be required, especially in western Ukraine, for a maybe lengthy period of time to “re-educate” the brainwashed younger generation, if that is even possible. Some type of economic arrangement will also have to be made with Ukraine in order to avoid civilan suffering and the resulting increased hatred of Russia, etc. (If I’ve crossed a Saker red line by mentioning this documentary, I sincerely apologize and mods, please just delete this comment.)

1. Trump 2016 gets in:
Response — endless manfactured BS on “Russian collusion” (and poisonous door knobs with deadly nerve agents that don’t actually kill if you live in the UK).
2. Biden gets in:
Response — endless silence on Hunter and the “Big Guy” brown-paper bag (&IT/PC porn-image trade) business.
3. Assange silenced and tortured:
Response — the big public yawn and mass media fawn.
4. Durham report on Clinton criminal racket:
Response — Ukraine/Nato border crisis wipes media front pages.
5. Russian red-line ultimatums:
Response — poodle goading until “military technical” action announced.
6. De-nazification of the Ukraine and recognition of twins:
Response — World-Wide mass media hysteria and “de-Russification” of the entire Anglo-Sphere, including Russian vodka in Canadian government owned/controlled bottle shops & confiscation of private citizen funds by the “Ukrainian” minister of just about everything $$$ and 2iC under the Cuban sired Canadian Woke prime minister.
7. In a side-box: Trump announces social media App in Store and starts to publically “poke the Brandon”.
Response: mid-terms 2022 begin and Pepe Escobar can tweet some of his best public-tweet lines to date from Istanbul.
Heartiest congratulations to Dmitry Peskov!
‘BRUSSELS, February 28. /TASS/. The European Union has blacklisted 26 more Russian nationals, including presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, and one legal entity, according to the corresponding normative acts published in the EU Official Journal on Monday.’
Another typically doltish move by the EU.
Russia should respond by announcing that all civil servants and government officials sanctioned/blacklisted by the EU shall receive a special state pension.
The Devil, the father of lies, wallows in hatred, rage and impotence. His thousand years are running out…
Outstanding Andrei. I caught up with some friends this morning, sheeple one and all. Sadly they prefer the MSM TV news to anything I want to tell them. They simply do not want to know.
Regardless, I would consult President Xi, and look for some more concrete support/strategy. This situation could spiral out of control if its not handled properly.
Putin used the “empire of lies” term again today. That term is an omen of changes.
Well, here is a headline for an interesting Pepe E. tweet/quip along the old 007 “Goldfinger” lines.

We are starting the second stage of the “Special military peacekeeping operation on the Okraine/Edge of Russia”
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (CGS, g-a Gerasimov) introduces 2 (two) reserve echelons to the theater of operations (theater of military operations) “4th Reich”. Thus, increasing the number of contingents by 3 (three) times.
Big escalation that is for sure. I also want to thank you for the info on the sowing season starting 10 through 15th March in Ukraine. Very important info which receives very little mention.
Well, it appears that a line has been drawn in the sand in Russia and they now intend to ‘become a Cardinal agent of change’. https://www.rt.com/russia/550873-ukraine-action-end-era/
I’m not quite sure what that means, but I can only assume that it is about bringing about change based on a sense of spiritual, moral and community values, rather than being the world’s biggest bully and genocidalist.
Perhaps others more au fait with Russian thinking can pen out in more detail what that term is meant to imply?
“Well, it appears that a line has been drawn in the sand in Russia and they now intend to ‘become a Cardinal agent of change’. https://www.rt.com/russia/550873-ukraine-action-end-era/”
>> It would seem so, and that the Russians feel that they have no choice regarding what they see as an existential threat.
“I’m not quite sure what that means, but I can only assume that it is about bringing about change based on a sense of spiritual, moral and community values, rather than being the world’s biggest bully and genocidalist.”
>> Well, some might frame it as such, and possibly not be wrong. However, it is equally valid, imo, to simply see it (as Putin and others have said in the past) that great states only have “interests” … there is no need to imply moral dimensions at that tectonic-plate scale, although it may be useful in order to deconstruct strategy, likely outcomes, and personal complex subjective meanings etc.
The Ukronazis are using the negotiations with Russia as a stalling tactic. They want to prolong the situation and push NATO and Europeans into face to face confrontation with Russia. The last time we heard Zelinski saying he’s ready for talks, we also heard him saying he wants more weapons from NATO and also joining the EU, Ukraine could impose a no-fly-zone over Ukraine with the help of EU/NATO.

Every armchair general has a TV remote and a concept! :)
One concept would be to send forces directly up from Crimea and down from Belarus, flowing like Taoist water around the outside of Kiev, to connect together in the middle of the Ukraine. This divides Ukraine into two, and leaves the Ukie army in the east, locked into their dug in positions.
If the eastern armies move aggressively out of their positions, moving westwards, then they can be easily picked off on the roads with Russian control of the air.
Extended lines are always vulnerable, but with control of the air, and waiting reinforcements, it could be handled.
The Russians can now relax, and maybe go planting with the farmers for the crop season. :)
The only question then remains, what to do with NATO wanting to run weapons into Western Ukraine. There needs to be a protecting mechanism on the ‘western front’!
From the world wisest leader today:
Khamenei.ir
“””The following is an excerpt of the statements His eminence made in His speech:
Iran supports ending the war in Ukraine. We want the war to be ended there, but the solution to any crisis is only possible if the root cause is identified. The root of the crisis in Ukraine is the US policies that create crisis, and Ukraine is a victim of these policies.
The US dragged Ukraine to where it is now. By interfering in Ukraine’s internal affairs, creating color revolutions and toppling one government, and putting another in power, the US dragged Ukraine into this situation.
Ukraine’s situation has two important lessons. Governments that rely on the US and Europe should know their support is a mirage and not real. Today’s Ukraine is yesterday’s Afghanistan. Both countries’ presidents said they relied on US and Western governments but were left alone.
The people are the governments’ most important support. This is the second lesson from Ukraine’s situation. If the people of Ukraine had been involved, the Ukrainian government wouldn’t be in this situation. The people didn’t get involved because they didn’t approve of the government.
The US is a manifestation of modern ignorance, discrimination, oppression and creating crises in the world today. Basically, the US regime creates crises, lives off of crises and feeds on various crises in the world. Ukraine is another victim of this policy.
The US regime is a mafia regime. Political, economic, and all sorts of mafias control their country and bring presidents into power. They create crises in the world to maximize their profits…..””
I must admit I went through various stages in the past week, optimism, despair, fear… The Saker has been a real beacon as it has helped me calm down.
At the beginning I was indeed infected with these Hollywood expectations of waltzing through Ukraine. I realized however that Ukraine is quite a big country and that it’s a bit unrealistic to expect conquering hundreds of kilometers of terrain in 2 hours. One important factor also in the propaganda war is that on the ukrainian side, tons of people can post pictures and vids (including fakes), whereas on the other side there is only the Russian military and quite obviously they have something else to do than perform photo shoots.
It seems as if Russia is indeed progressing methodically and prudently, with minimal loss of life. The real test will be whether the mega cauldron in the East can be effectively closed. If at the end of the week it has not happened then this will seriously put into question the predictions of Andrei.
On the financial front the nuclear weapon was triggered (exclusion of SWIFT) but it seems to be a dud. Life goes on ;the ruble just went below 100 versus the dollar, so it has regained a bit. My hunch is that these much-vaulted sanctions won’t do much, especially if China backs Russia…
The real question that torments me is : will NATO and EU be crazy enough to get involved in the conflict ?
I have a question.
Why do some people call the Uncranian hard-core nationalist Nazis?
I see them fighting for anglo-zionist interests.
I also hear they are hostile to the Christian Orthodox Church, and as far as I know nazis were Christians.
Doesn´t make much sense to me. Could anyone explain?
I have read the moderation policy, it is very extensive. I apologize I am unwillingly infringing it.
@ your service!
we live in a world, where certain magic spells exist. These are the following:
nazi
racist
antisemite
fashist
homophobe
sexist
etc, etc, etc…I do not know them all, I am not one of those magicians….😁
Actually I have never used any of them to colour a person.
Now: as soon as you utter these magic spells, your opponents arguments automatically become meaningless, he will cower in shame, gets deplatformed, demonitized, and either killed by the zombie mob, or commits suicide.
Thus the popularity of them, in a nutshell.
I hope this helps…
They are — correctly — referred to as Nazis. Just like the German Nazis of yesteryear and their Ukro flunkeys Bandera and the OUN, today’s Ukronazis are hardcore anti-Russian genocidalists. They were very explicit about that as they set sight on Crimea as per NATO’s and the Maidan provocateurs’ instructions. This was crucial in galvanizing the residents in Crimea who instantly stopped the mortal threat by re-uniting their province with Russia.
Just in case you’re still in doubt: ”Nazi” is not an insult to these Ukrainian dregs; it’s a compliment.
I made a shortcut for the translation by Google of the front page of ukraina.ru
I find quite a lot of interesting article there

Well Said Saker…. It’s almost unbelievable to me that so many family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, politicians, MSM, et.al. refuse to understand reality, history and the gravity of this situation… or for that matter, any situation. I am at a loss as to why they seem unable or unwilling to listen to anything outside the boundaries of the approved narrative.
The future seems unknown for those of us that believe in freedom and liberty. Please keep up the fight.
Totally agree on that, Jim. I even stopped speaking to friends on WhatsApp because they seem uncapable of grasping any fact outside what Western MSM sell us as “facts”.
The Saker is the only beacon amidst this darkness.
Studying military history helps a lot. David Glantz, Christer Bergström, Niklas Zetterling, James Gibson, Jonathan Haus etc. Tons of common popular mostly western but also some Russian myths debunked. There is no easy way to victory. Ever. Price has to be paid.
Some thoughts
1. This can be seen as a continuation of western rivalry with Russia (previously Tsarist Russia and then the USSR) which includes the Crimean war of 1856 and this was western international competition over the middle east, to be specific Russia’s claim to be protector of Orthodox Christians in the middle east. This time the conflict is not just relating to the Crimea itself but the wider region i.e. Ukraine.
2. The American neo-cons sustain global hegemony by keeping their rivals bogged down in regional conflicts and tensions with smaller regional powers. So they keep Russia down through backing Chechen separatists, Georgia (2008 war) and the extremely aggressive nationalist government in Kiev.
China also has its share of regional foes backed by the US but unlike Russia has had no ‘hot war’, no direct military clash in recent post-cold war history.
The EU is also a threat and the US uses its Anglo-Saxon cousin the UK as well as the anti-Russian states of central Europe and ensures the destabilization of Europe through conflict e.g. in Bosnia in 1992 when the Bosnian president Izetbegovic had essentially agreed to sign the Lisbon agreement, the US got Warren Zimmerman to dissuade him from signing the agreement, this led to 3 years of war with the Bosnian Muslims being the biggest victims, loss of territory (in eastern Bosnia which was heavily Muslim e.g. Foca, Zvornik etc) and then the Dayton agreement which was like Lisbon 1992 but less land for the Bosniaks and with tens of thousands of them dead.
However what the US ‘gained’ from this was the destabilization of Europe and the EU, which it sees as a rival and which needs to be kept in check via promoting ethnic conflict.
Quite a few in mainly Christian Europe are not happy with the presence of Muslim mini-states in Europe such as Bosnia and Kosovo, which are backed by the US precisely it seems to promote long term instability in the area.
3. It is in this wider context that the American project in Ukraine must be seen. The American neo-cons, even if the Kiev government is defeated and the country is partitioned are still the main ‘winners’. They get.
a: Russia to be hated even more than it is now in eastern Europe.
b: Eastern European states aligning themselves even more with the US.
c: Military build up by the eastern European states which is lucrative for the US MIC.
d: Promoting long term hatred between Ukranians and Russians. Ukraine itself as most here probably know is a heterogenous country where self-identification is fluid. Some ethnically Russians within Ukraine identify as Ukrainian by nationality and believe in the Ukraine project and dislike Russia, some ethnic Russians are pro-Russia and then you have the actual ‘Ukranians’ in the Galician west e.g. Lyvov.
Regardless, the neo-cons are happy to see intra-Slavic hatred. It is fine to see people fighting in Kharkiv, Maripoul, Kiev…..because Los Angeles, Houston, New York are all fine as people munch pop corn watching the LA Lakers or New York jets. America is peaceful whilst Slavs fight each other as they did in ex-Yugoslavia.
3. The Americans installed a deliberately provocative anti-Russian government in Kiev to provoke the bear and to bait them in to a Vietnam/Afghanistan style quagmire with all the resultant anti-Russian feeling mentioned before and its accompany turn to ‘Uncle Sam’ for support.
The Russians knew this and tried not to take the bait and waited for 8 years.
4. What changed? We can’t be sure but this military operation has clearly been planned for around a year or so and the US knew. The inevitable financial sanctions and other forms of backlash were almost certainly factored in to the Russian planning and it was deemed necessary to carry out this operation.
Now moving more on to what will happen.
5. Russia will win as they won in:
a: Transdniestria.
b: Georgia 2008.
c: Crimea and Donbass 2014.
d: Syria 2015
..
e. Ukraine 2022
What may emerge is a new state either federated or reunified with Russia consisting of the entire Ukranian black sea coast and the east. What happens to Kiev? I don’t know. The Russian posters here might know more than me. Well Russia keep it as they see it as integral to their national identity and history? Is it just full of too many people that identify with Ukranian nationalism to bother holding on to?
However for the medium term Russia it seems will seek to establish control of the city and this will make them have greater leverage in negotiations. Lyvov may become the capital of either ‘Ukraine’ (if that name continues) or a Galician state. As for Poland annexing western Ukraine as speculated in another article here, I don’t think that will happen at all as Poland simply would not be interested and itself has a historically problematic relationship with the Galicians. West Germany integrated east Germany and the two are still quite culturally different even though they are all ethnically German and were one nation before unlike Poland and Ukraine (Galicia).
6. Will the new (west) Ukraine/Galicia be fast tracked in to NATO/EU? Will the Russians insist that it can’t be? I don’t know. It’s an interesting question worth exploring.
7. In the next few weeks and months the tension over Ukraine will dissipate and it will feature in the news much less and things such as the mid-terms in the US will come more to the fore. The Ukraine crisis has also helped to deflect peoples minds from inflation, the covid issue and other things.
Economically Russia being forced to delink itself from SWIFT may just accelerate Russo-Chinese construction of a non-US centric global economic infrastructure. One which cannot yet compete with the US-centric one but which can allow protection from economic warfare by the US. Its constituent members would be Russia, China, Iran and then others.
8. Globally, Brazil is not going with sanctions against Russia. Saudi Arabia apparently is refusing to quit OPEC or crank up oil production. Most of the non-western world are not that bothered about Ukraine and certainly not embracing anti-Russian emotions. African states are appalled by the racial discrimination against Africans seeking to flee Ukraine at the hands of Ukrainian security services only lending more credence to Putin’s warnings over the Nazi nature of the Kiev government. In terms of the heterogenous and divided Muslim ‘world’, most are not that emotional about Ukraine and the use of Chechen fighters in Kiev serves to partially nullify any western attempt to use ‘Muslim’ fighters against Russia.
Russia should be able to whether out the economic storm of the western sanctions.
By the way, we are living in very dangerous times and Russia is actually ready for nuclear war and to launch missiles against New York, Washington and Los Angeles.
I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hope, that the fake reality and internal inconsistencies of the financial, cultural, industrial, political, medical, academical, psychological, historical spheres controlling the fake alliance of these sometimes fake nations will come home to roost, if Russia can hold the status quo for a short while…
To quantify the percentages, I would estimate, that around 40% or about the size of the unvaccinated population is fed up, had enough, unafraid, aware, red pilled and ready to make the jump internally – especially when you add to this the economic hardship, that is coming our way.
So hold fast Rossija! Slava!
I would just like to add, that the background noise you are hearing does not mean You are alone with your thoughts, but since we are deplatformed at a moments notice mostly everywhere, there is no point pursuing that angle. Just fgetaboutit!
If you get hot under the collar, discouraged or such, go for a walk, run, swim, kick your dog(nahaaa), make yourself a nice meal, play with the kiddos, wrestle the wife down…take a break.
We are a plenty!
6: Russia has stated that NATO has to back off from where it is now. If this is indeed a Russian red line, then the fast-track will not be allowed to happen unless whatever the new arrangement is in that region is also demilitarized and de-nazified, which IMO is going to be very difficult for Russia to enforce (as it will be in the rest of east-European NATO nations). If it is even possible, which I doubt, a negotiated settlement/agreement/treaty that spells out this d & d is IMO not going to be worth the paper it is written on.
7: I think the tension over Ukraine in the next weeks and months is going to be ratcheted up to the point where “the international community” will demand, demand! that “something must be done” about Russia. The problem is that “the international community” will have only one option left on the table. And, IMO, it will be used.
China must back up Russia all the way on this because they’re next on the US’s hit list. There are some encouraging signs that, so far, this is happening.
Thanks for your reply.
Regarding point 6.
A: Ukraine as it stands now is right next to Russia, whereas if the south-east of Ukraine becomes like the Lughansk and Donetsk regions i.e. declare independence, then the new (west) Ukraine or Galicia would no longer be bordering Russia directly thus less of a threat, thus even the Russians themselves (who have a lot to worry about) would care less about stopping the rump Ukraine from joining NATO. I mean the Baltics who border Russia directly are in NATO.
B: De-Nazificiation: Well the Ukranian army has the bulk of its forces on the borders of the Donbass and the Russians are preparing to encircle them. I would suspect the Russians do not plan to annihilate them because Russia does not want to give the US neo-cons what they want which is a century-long blood feud and hatred between eastern Slavic brothers. There maybe 100,000 Ukranian soldiers in this potential cauldron and if even 10,000 of them are eliminated that’s 10,000 families. I think they will encircle them, surround them, wait for them to run out of supplies whilst at the same time take decisive action against those of them who are a threat….and then essentially do what India did to Pakistan in east Pakistan (Bangladesh) 1971, mass surrender.
I don’t think they will be that thoughtful regarding the actual hardcore neo-Nazi militias such as the Azov Battalion.
If Nazis lose their hardcore fiercest fighters or are decisively crushed that will dent them morally and a Novorussian buffer state between them and Russia will erect a huge barrier between Russia and these Nazis. Even if Russia does annex south-eastern Ukraine and has direct borders with rump Ukraine, the Ukranians will know they cannot take on Russia militarily just as the Georgians have tried nothing since 2008.
However Putin has also highlighted to the world the Nazi menace within the Ukranian state and military.
C: De-Nazification goes with de-militarisation and the Russians seem to be totally removing the entire Ukranian military infrastructure which the Americans had helped to assemble and which will take a while for the Ukranians to restore.
7. I think things will calm down.
a: They seem to have done a U-turn about Poland (also Bulgaria and other countries) sending fighter jets to the Ukranians or Poland hosting its territory for Ukranian fighter pilots which could invoke a direct Russian military response.
b: They (the west) have spoken of ‘targeted’ exclusion of Russia from SWIFT rather than an absolute one.
Having said that, if Russia does win soon, the questions really will be?
i: How much of Ukraine do they keep? (coast and south-east I’m pretty sure, but is it east of the Dniepr river or beyond that?)
ii: Is the south-east of Ukraine an independent country like Donetsk and Lugansk or does it become part of Russia long term?
iii: What happens to rump Ukraine? Is Lyvov the capital? Does it become a new Israel seeking to militarise itself to exact revenge? Is it fast tracked in to the EU?
From a neo-con perspective, they haven’t really ‘lost’ even though they bankrolled Maidan and installed proxies in to power because they would have made a former part of the USSR, a hardcore anti-Russian state and made Russia suffer in the process economically, politically and to a lesser extent militarily.

USA is a comic-book country of “Captain America”. It is always “thanking” former soldiers “for their service” but never apparently those former soldiers filling up US prisons or on Skid Row taking drugs……….
It is an act reserved for Hollywood where unlike 1950s there are no former soldiers or airmen like Jimmy Stewart or Audie Murphy – and the only Vietnam film ever made by a veteran was Oliver Stone with Platoon.
USA is a Yankee-Doodle Dandy kind of place as Jimmy Cagney portrayed so well (1942) and has no time for the human wreckage decanted onto the streets after the latest war of plunder
All true, however, US citizens have more guns than probably all other citizens of all other countries combined, and yet will not use them against their tyrannical government.
If a purge is required anywhere, it’s America.
The First Line of DEFENCE, in fact.
I personally think the Western world is willingly stumbling into WWIII. They want weapons to pump into Ukraine and to operate an air force out of Poland. The geniuses who came up with that plan certainly love escalation.
Tell all that to Abel.
🇷🇺🇺🇦❗❗Russian Defense Ministry calls on residents of Kyiv, living near the building of technology facility of SBU which will be hit, to leave their homes.
“Igor Strelkov’s analysis, 1 March
– An operation to surround the city of Nikolaev will be launched today
– Russian units in the south will eventually start moving towards cutting off the Ukrainian army group in the Donbass
– The enemy is withdrawing troops from Donbass to Dnepropetrovsk with heavy losses
– Mariupol is not completely surrounded, but aerial and artillery bombardment make troop movement impossible
– The Armed Forces of Ukraine are withdrawing from the Lugansk region in an organized manner, but with heavy losses
– Severodonetsk will not be abandoned without a fight, I expect the battle there to begin today
– Fierce urban battles were going on all over Kharkov yesterday
– Until Kharkov is taken, progress further west will be stalled
– The battles for Kharkov will not end today, it will take another day or more, depending on the enemy’s morale
– There is no doubt Kharkov will be liberated, it is only a question of “when”
– I expect a lasting insurgency in Kharkov in the future
– The siege of Sumy and Chernigov continues, and Russian troops are advancing on Poltava; these cities have not yet been captured because of a lag in army units arriving in the region
Kiev front
– Russian troops advanced to the suburbs of Kiev – Brovary, and began to form the eastern front of the siege of the city
– I do not expect any direct attacks on Kiev until sufficient forces are concentrated here
– Russian troops are likely to attack the Boryspil airport and cut off the southbound highway
– Russian troops cut the Kiev – Zhitomir highway and are moving to cut the Kiev – Belaya Tserkov highway. The main Russian efforts today will be directed towards the latter, but the enemy will provide fierce resistance there to avoid encirclement
– The Kiev region is very built up, surbuban, and industrial, which is especially difficult for the attacking force – it requires lots of forces, but those forces are coming, I know that for sure.
– The garrison of Kiev will soon be surrounded.”

Wikipedia says this about Ronald Reagan “evil empire” speech: The “Evil Empire” speech was a speech delivered by U.S. President Ronald Reagan to the National Association of Evangelicals on March 8, 1983 during the Cold War. In that speech, Reagan referred to the Soviet Union as an “evil empire” and as “the focus of evil in the modern world”.
Putin’s reference to the West as an “empire of lies”, with a detailed description of why he calls it so, is bigger, because given to his whole country in a direct address broadcasted to the world too. The next time he said it was to members of his staff, with the knowledge it’d be published beyond his country. He did not have to say it to justify his military attack against Ukraine. It’s understandable that the Saker said he was not sure about “the goals.” Who knows (I don’t know).
Putin is a trained ex-KGB agent, and a man of war right now! I only know that saying “empire of lies” implies much more than Reagan’s statement when announced in the context of war. Putin is a candid person, but there’s no reason to expect him to announce his actual goals to all (now). When he instructed his defense minister on camera to put his strategic forces (or something close) in a state of high alert, the minister reacted. If I may guess or rather interpret the body language, it was not so much a reaction to the precise order, but more a tense reaction of someone reminded of other things we don’t know.
I absolutely do not believe the crap from the Empire. I consider myself to be 5518 miles behind enemy lines.
Dear Saker,
I understand your points.
However, it seems to me that you ignore how the Pentagon and other Western hegemonists look at the situation. They don’t see this as the US invading Iraq. They rather see this as the US in its last year in Afghanistan when half the country was controlled by the Taliban. The US had the resources to conquer any place it wanted. But it was a swamp that they couldn’t control long term.
To some extent this is an ideal image. But it is what they aim for.
Whats with the “ Uncle Shmel “ ?
I appreciate your articles. The West is also frustrated with the west, citizens with leadership and citizens with citizens. We’ve seen what the media did with Covid and peaceful protests, and I think that’s left a lasting impression and constructive distrust of main stream media and politicians deeper than before. Only the densest are still sleepwalking to the deceptive propaganda/narrative.

I remember back in 2014-15 seeing video of this set of buildings in Donetsk, they were not totally completed at that time, and they were hit by Ukrainian shelling. Now Ukrainian shelling is targeting them again. Along with the good news,we should remember that the Ukie’s are “still” shelling Donetsk. I would think some of that Russian fire power, maybe some attack drones at least ,could do something to stop that without messing up the grand battle plans:

You’re misunderstanding who the nazis are in your fourth point.
In Canada, hysteria is incredible. They run out of bad and false things to say about Russia and the current situation. It looks unreal and unhuman. I guess next step is to declare war on Russia? Canada claims that some upgraded ammunition for anti-tank weapons is being sent to Ukraine. What would that be – upgraded ammunition? Could it be something depleted, like uranium? If that is even true, and there is real desire to send lethal arms to Ukraine, I am just curious how and to whom they think to deliver those upgraded ammunition and arms? Cauldrons are slowly closing everywhere, no-fly zone has been imposed
Everything looks like taken from templates applied to Yugoslavian wars 1991-1996 and NATO bombing. Just the names are replaced – Putin for Milosevic, Russia for Serbia, even the TV speakers suddenly are the same ones from 25+ years ago. Lisa LaFlamme rides again on CBC – official government Radio/TV. Where is C. Amirpour doing?
Disgusting, it makes me sick just to talk about this. I was able to watch MSM exactly two minutes, to see what they believe is going on. They brought kids on TV to talk about war!
Disgusting, I can’t write any more.
at this rate, it won’t be an April fools joke when Kiev falls within a month. The Comedian Zelinsky jokes on twitter of victories using video game footage and claims of nato air support. meanwhile the world’s left him all alone in a countryside full of wolves and Bears!

There are some reports coming out on pro-Russian Telegram sites that are extremely concerning. They are reporting that the Russians say they will still recognize Zelensky as President. And have no intension to hold new elections in Ukraine (interview statements from Putin’s secretary). If with all this we end up with the Zelensky regime still in power then nothing will be accomplished. That regime,no matter what “promises” they give will turn on a dime and continue their anti-Russian policies, this time with massive NATO support. And claim a Ukrainian martyrdom and “moral” victory,to rally their supporters. Surely Russia can see that,so why on earth would they snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. My friend’s son is trapped by the fighting in Kharkov, and could die there if liberation doesn’t come soon. He and the other pro-Russian Ukrainians didn’t pray for this victory just to return to nazi rule. All the lives lost and those still going to be lost there,Russian and Ukrainian, must not be in vain.
If Russia tries to directly control post-war Ukraine she will be drawn into an endless quagmire of propping up regimes and fighting insurgencies as the US experienced in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Once de-Nazification and disarmament are completed, especially in the east, Russia will negotiate with any Ukrainian government, even Zelensky, willing to recognize the status of Crimea and the Donbass and adopt a neutral military status. Other than that Ukraine’s future must be decided by Ukrainians.
“After completion – de-occupation, – denazification and disarmament … Otherwise, the future of Ukraine should be decided by Ukrainians.”
That’s right, but control will remain. Otherwise, everything was in vain.
Until we de-occupy, denazify and demilitarize all of Europe.
In our “brave” western world there is one growing problem: lack of patience. And lack of nerve. As I do remember that was not the case some 50 years. Most people are foolishly thinking that wars are just few days glory spectacles. Actually we only need punch of real military experts and their almost consensus to see big picture. But first think about battle value of unit with hardly no supplies especially food and water. Zero.

responding to @parfois comment “…at the time of Maidan… I wrote consistently comments berating Mr. Putin for his conciliatory policies vis-a-vis his “Western colleagues” and not supporting Novorossiya to the hilt.”
“Maybe Russia needed time to build and test, Syria, new weapons systems, build stock piles of new and refurbish old munitions…”
I totally agree with you, sean. While Russia was hosting the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, the US State Department organized an anti-Russian coup d’état in Ukraine. Then, quickly following the Maidan-inspired coup, a terrorist ISIS caliphate project got off the ground in Syria, which was a new threat to Russia with radical Islamic fundamentalism creating armed conflict south of the Caucasus, and that rabid horde could later infect the Caucasus and elsewhere in Central Asia, all around Russian sovereign territory.
After Crimea’s February 2014 referendum to join the Russian Federation, and the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Luhansk having later referendum successes for seceding from Ukraine, I believe that Moscow saw positive proof that a large portion of the Russian-speaking peoples of Ukraine wanted to disengage from the fascist regime taking power in Kyiv.
However, the moment to do something in 2014 was passing as next came the contrived, severe reduction in world oil prices which significantly affected the Russian economy and its foreign currency earnings. This severely impacted Russia’s planning and capabilities with respect to resolving, militarily or otherwise, the situation in Ukraine at the time. The US Treasury and State Departments’ covert actions were meant to significantly disrupt the economies of the anti-hegemon oil producers of Russia, Iran and Venezuela.
In the subsequent years, in which Russia and the world also experienced the global financial crisis of 2008-9, I think Russian strategic planning (for national survival) demanded new and better military capabilities across the board. I think that Vladimir Putin’s address to the 2007 Munich Security Conference indicates this perspective was already in clear focus in Moscow.
The Russian Federation continued a-pace with new weapons systems for a changing world, and I believe that they out-performed the US in this regard. Those accomplishments were no doubt accompanied by a stockpiling of military supplies and the necessary raw materials needed in a modern economy. There would also have been considerations of, and contingencies for, financial survivability.
Timing is everything. I think that the recent attempted colour revolutions in the border republics of Belarus and Kazakhstan were clearly recognized signals of impending threats to Russia’s national security à la Ukraine’s Maidan. I strongly believe that Kyiv was indeed assembling a strike force behind the Line of Contact with the Donbass region, and that a military subjugation and absorption of the breakaway LPR and DPR regions was imminent.
Given Western nations’ remoteness to the zone of current Russian military operations, and short of nuclear war, there in nothing the US or its attack poodle NATO can do about this. As Andrei has said, it took months for the military forces from the same countries to logistically stage for the invasion of Iraq. Assembling anything near that attack force and injecting it into Ukraine in some piecemeal manner would see the incremental forces smashed before they could be tactically deployed. For this remote eventuality, Russia has the advantages of geolocation readiness and resupply, plus air and EW supremacy.
Sending weapons can cause the sender to become a contender in the war, more so if he wages an economic war. The war decision can be out of his hands. The other side could think: “You are in the war. You don’t send soldiers as a strategy. I don’t care at all about your article 5 now. I give zero credence to an ’empire of lies’ anyway. I’d be a fool to believe a ‘liar’. In WWII you sent soldiers three years after. I would care more about my soldiers who just returned from Afghanistan if I were you. Didn’t I say that if you get involved you will experience consequences like you never have before?…”
Someone in charge of security should imagine things like that now (or he/she should leave to make us safer).
This one comes from News Front:
1 March 2022, midday”Our artillery has today hit the headquarters of the Vostok task force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Combined Forces operation with a precision strike. This HQ controlled an enemy grouping defending from Donetsk to Mariupol. Most of the officers of the East group headquarters were killed or wounded. According to unconfirmed information, the commander of the Vostok grouping, AFU General Sodol, was killed. Only a timely escape from the command post could save him. He had no other options for survival. The control of the East grouping brigades of the AFU has been lost for the time being. The enemy is disorganized”
Other sources confirming it???
For a little highly-relevent comic relief, take a little trip down mammary lane and watch the cream of the European Elite at the 2018 NATO summit. Yummy yummy.
At the very first part of the video, notice who’s walking a bit farther away from the camera than Juncker. WTF is the big P doing at a fucking NATO summit — beg, beg, begging for membership? Also notice the USA’s Stepford Wife Stoltenberg after Juncker almost has to be carried down the stairs because he’s so drunk, and how the participants all shuffle around, strutting for best polticial positioning.

Someone please help me with this question. I already commented on this issue at MOA generally speaking. However, today, I was reminded of it, when a US general talking head pointed on the map of Ukraine to the kilometres-long Russian Convoy headed to Kiev. The general stated that if the US were involved militarily, that Convoy would already have been obliterated. He added that the Convoy is a Sitting Duck and should the Ukrainians still possess the drones Turkey supplied they can use them to take out strategic parts of the Convoy.
Now I know that Russia’s Ministry of Defense stated that Russia presently has air superiority, but what if Ukraine still possesses hidden aircraft or drones? How can Russia be sure that the Convoy will not be attacked? How can the Russian military be sure that drones from an unidentified foreign actor don’t enter from say Poland or Slovakia and strike the Convoy in the middle of the night?
Every time I see that Convoy, I have a such a sinking feeling that someone’s plotting to take aim at that Convoy. It just appears like such an easy target.
Please remove all doubt from my mind with regards to the security of this very strategic convoy that appears to be in the headspace crosshairs of USNATO.
So if there’s any expert on this thread can you please explain to me the strategy behind how the Convoy being protected?
I watched that same episode on CNN unfortunately. My favorite comment “Putin has achieved zero fighting the Ukrainian military, now he has to attack Ukrainian civilians.” Couldn’t watch past that. (meanwhile, in the real world, the entire southern front has fallen and Russian troops will complete three encirclements in Mariupol, west of LDNR and around Odessa. Where are the satellite photos of that?)
Based on that statement and CNN’s track record, I think the “convoy” isn’t real (maybe it’s stock footage or taken in another location) and will be “destroyed” by an equally unreal NATO strike, showing how tough the West is. Then Putin and Biden can set up some talks and end this little war so that both sides can claim victory. The West only understands fantasy, we are being set up for a scripted end to this war in a couple days.
Hi,
“My favorite comment “Putin has achieved zero fighting the Ukrainian military, now he has to attack Ukrainian civilians.”. Well, not exactly. It’s a question of not limiting the achievements to Ukraine.
Think about any country dreaming of joining the NATO/US/EU gang (Georgia, ……), or already thinking being under the protection of that gang (already serving them, like some gulf monarchies, …..), or even already part of that gang (Turkey, …).
What are they seeing now ? A puppet of the same gang just being severely beaten by Russia (well desserved anyway), neighbor to the gang, and after days of crying for help / support in any possible way, what they receive is just some mere small weapons, to help them fight to the last puppet.
What are they thinking then ? Well, if that gang did so few for a country so close to them (and compare it to Syria for example), they sure would think twice before going further.
That famous convoy is like adding insult to injury : so “weak” apparently (well, it surely is not that weak…), yet at the same time none from the gang even dares touching it.
So in a global point of view, the achievements are great, and cascading side effects, as it exposes in front of all that the gang can bark very loud, but does not dare to bite (unless biting defenseless ones, or desposing of its puppets).
The gang perfectly understands it, hence why they are barking very loud, but the shift is ongoing. Look at Turkey’s declaration (hilarious), and some others, and compare the countries “sanctionning” with the ones that did not bent to the (very high) pressure.
Sorry for typos.
I’m certainly no expert and would immediately defer to someone that was, but besides the complete Ukrainian theatre being protected by Russian air defence missles and on-alert air units, there would be combat air patrols (CAP) shadowing the convoy, in addition to the mobile air defences travelling with the convoy, and those units would be capable of targetting and firing while on the move.
We have been dreaming about this for a long time!
As soon as we get a bearing, and this is a fraction of a second, we will immediately destroy at least the Command Post and the drones themselves. And if after that the EuroNATO raises the alarm, then we will destroy the European NATO. And if in the US Armed Forces, then we will destroy the US.
The strategic nuclear forces of Russia are in full combat readiness, the launch codes of ICBMs have been opened, ICBM warheads with twice the number of warheads have been installed. “Nuclear upload potential” is installed in the Multiple-warhead ICBM warheads (from 3-4th they change to 6 nuclear warheads (BG / BC), Multiple-warhead ICBM from 6th – to 10-11th warheads)))
Strategic missile submarine (SSBN), in service, incl. and “Poseidon”, and mobile ground-based missile systems (PGRK) are dispersed over positional areas,
ICBM silo – autonomous, strategic bomber (long-range) aviation with a nuclear load does not turn off the engines,
S-550, Peresvet lasers and warships
(“special”) mode.
Air defense elements that will be assigned to electronic and fire damage:
1. Military air defense systems located directly in the combat formations of the first echelon – short-range air defense systems (MD air defense systems).
2. Firing positions of medium-range air defense systems (SAM SR) of the first and second echelons.
3. Battalions of long-range air defense systems (BD air defense systems) located behind the air defense systems of the second echelon of the UR.
a) EW of the RF Armed Forces on the march of columns of military equipment creates a reliable protective dome to cover against electronic attacks of a mock enemy.
– small-sized jamming stations “Lesochek”, installed on military equipment, create a mobile zone of electronic suppression – a “closed radio zone”.
– calculations of the R-934BMV and R-330Zh “Zhitel” electronic warfare systems provide interception, suppression of control channels and transmission of multimedia information of the “enemy” UAV.
Also, radio reconnaissance, direction finding and suppression (defeat) of sources of electronic radiation in the area of responsibility are carried out by the Krasukha-S4, Krasukha-2O, Zhitel, Borisoglebsk, Murmansk, Moskva electronic warfare systems. ..
b) Anti-aircraft missile and gun systems (ZRPK) “Pantsir-S1” and air defense systems “Tor-M1” and “Tor-2”, “Buk-M2” …
c) Loitering ammunition / kamikaze drones of the Kub-UAV type, Lancet-1 UAV, Lancet-3 UAV …
GRAM) …
PS The collapse of Euro NATO and the EU has begun, which means
“right way let’s go, comrades!”
Dunno if it has been mentioned here that Igor Strelkov provides comprehensive sitreps on his very own Telegram channel:
https://t.me/s/strelkovii
It’s in Russian but can be translated with Yandex, of course.
You make absolutely spot on points about how Russia must conduct this operation to create the intended results, which is not simply the utter annihilation of Ukraine, whatever its borders may optimally be. The cinematic shoot-em-ups that you describe of most American campaigns quite logically do not obtain.
I know that many people are eager for this to be over with an assurance of the intended outcome. Even your personal friend, a former treasury official in the Reagan administration, noted scholar and on-line blogger such as yourself, and outspoken supporter of Russia, Paul Craig Roberts, has expressed his impatience with Putin’s prosecution of this action. He thinks that the best assurance for a victory is a quick one.
What’s got me even more outraged than the target of your complaint here is the absolute completely non-stop across the board messaging by every available medium in the so-called West to thoroughly disparage, demonise and demolish every fibre and molecule of President Putin’s reputation. Go to the opening page of The Drudge Report for example. There are dozens of headlines from media sources across the entire West that characterise him as innately evil, a ruthless killer and a madman focused only upon stealing land whatever the cost in human lives to add to his empire which is simply not large enough for his insatiable ego. I mean the Western media deserves an academy award, not only for the misinformation you complain about, but for the biggest job of character assassination ever perpetrated on a naive public. They have for ever and all time totally obliterated their credibility on everything! We can believe them on nothing! We’ve always suspected such but this is now with absolute certainty. Everything they communicate must always be considered some falsehood perpetrated as part of some scam or con the ruling elites want to advance at our expense. Can we really all live together again when this is finally over? You know, not at the point of their guns.
What is the food situation in the surrounded cities? Videos have appeared that show looted supermarket shelves and food fights in Kharkov. Even if water, electricity, communication and rail transport still work, people won’t be able to hold out for very long if food runs out. Many things can happen depending on how the situation will develop from there. Starving people will want to leave. If Ukie forces try to hold them back, then that will lead to so many ugly pictures, that it might be difficult for the propaganda machinery to spin it. If they cannot be held back, then the cities will empty out, making it easier to flush out defenders.
– Food is very bad.
– Terrorist/fascist fighters mined exit routes – humanitarian corridors.
– No facts: pictures, messages, photos … ameromedia will not post. In addition, we turn off the Internet.
Sorry, I don’t quite get it. This guy was blogging from Kiev as late as of yesterday:
https://www.youtube.com/c/CoachRedPill
He said he had been able to go by train from Kiev to Kharkov and back. No way of verifying that, of course. But he does seem to be in Kiev.
Do you mean that _some_ cities have had their exit routes mined by the fascists? And what about mobile communications in the cities? I get it that RF seem to be shutting down the Internet in all the liberated territories, for good reason, but the surrounded cities? It’s the cities that count.
Anyways, ukronazis are banking on a humanitarian crisis of their own making to cajole the west into intervening, is that the idea? The west would simply ignore that ukronazis blocked the exit routes themselves – nothing is impossible.
#Long-awaited )))
In Ukraine urgent write off the country’s foreign debt in the amount of $57 billion
https://zn.ua/ https://www.interfax.ru/world/825501
Ukraine should seek to write off its external debt due to hostilities on its territory, said Valery Patskan, head of the country’s Accounts Chamber.
On his Facebook, Patskan wrote about the “colossal scale of destruction” in Ukraine. In view of this, our external creditors must be required to write off Ukraine’s debts. Today, the external debt is 1.6 trillion hryvnia, or more than $57 billion. International financial organizations should review their debt policy and zero out Ukraine’s debts.”
Ukraine does not need to write off debts, but it is counting on restructuring, said later the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Daniil Getmantsev said on the Rada TV channel on Tuesday – “The initiative of the head of the Accounts Chamber (on writing off Ukraine’s debts) – this is more of his personal initiative, and I don’t think that we can and will talk about writing off debts.(…) Undoubtedly, we will talk about debt restructuring, but neither we nor our partners.”
Let me remind you that Ze Ukraine has not declared war on Russia for 8 (eight) years.
And did not even break off diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation.
Here is such a “War with Russia”.
Well put Andrei
I suspect most armchair and real western generals sympathize with Russia over this but have to put up with the corrupt and unreasonable orders they get from their politicians masters (who for the main are completely unfit to hold office and should be in jail). Those in US UK EU etc..
They will be well are of the media disinformation.
