At best, the OSCE is a farce, at worst, they are downright complicit, and uncaring. They are suspected of having spies amongst the SMM ‘observers’, and have often – righly – been blocked from inspecting by the very noble Donbass defenders/protectors.
The lady is 100% correct – what real use are they to the very poor civilians, which are deliberately targetted by the American backed, and approved of, nazis??? Her point is also very valid, when the OSCE is there, no shelling, when they leave, it resumes.
Embarrassing, especially when the “boss” tells the babushka to talk in a civilized manner … It seems to me that the babushka cries very little, I had insulted them a little more, so they will more willingly to their lair……

As far as I know, most OSCE observers work only for a couple of weeks to months before being replaced. Hence, while I fully understand the frustration of the lady, I also understand that not every OSCE observer speaks Russian. Two years into the conflict, it would be wise to require all observers to speak Ukrainian and Russian, at least to understand the basics.
Not the minx in blue cap, coming on to rebuke the babushka. She’s been there at least one year. I never forget a face and a voice, when I’m interested.
