It is difficult for me as a European to see what is just election rhetorics or real. In any case, the way they talk in public scares the hell out of me. Loose (nuclear) cannons.

What I see myself as a more and more likely scenario is that internal US conflicts will cause a new american revolution. The power of the poor black and hispanic population is quite big.

I was shocked at the latest numbers of child homelessness. 1 in 30!. That means that if you take out the rich areas, there much be places in the US Where child homelessness is 1 in 10. Poverty leveld must be much higher than that. A recipe for disaster.

It´s getting crazier by the minute now. It seems like the Ukies are going full retard and are getting really desperate.

Because today Dutch media report that the Ukrainian secret service, SBU,claimed to have prevented a terrorist attack on a Dutch delegation, including the Dutch minister of Foreign Affairs, according to the head of the SBU, Nalyvaichenko.

Nalyvaichenko claims that they have arrested members of a terrorist group who have been trained by the Russian FSB. He even says that the Russians had given the order to attack the the Dutch delegation!

So according to the Ukies the Russians not only shot down the plane but they also organized a terrorist attack on the Dutch minister of Foreign Affairs when he visited their ‘glorious’ Ukrain/Banderastan/Heimat.

The Dutch delegation paid a visit to the tank factory in Karkov in november, because that is the place where bodyparts from the MH17 are being held before they go to the Netherlands. (Maybe they checked out those new Ukie tanks as well. Wonderful!)

This is pretty serious. Everything is being done to destroy the political relationship between my country and Russia. Remember that the Netherlands had a good relationship with Russia before al this bullshit. Together with Germany I would say the strongest relationship of all Western countries. A lot of trade between our nations and during the Olympics in Sochi we send a strong delegation, including our king and queen, to Russia. All other western countries decided to spit Russia and Putin in the face by sending a nobody to the opening ceremony. Putin and king Willem-Alexander even had a beer together in Sochi. Everything was fine. Well, until a plane full of Dutch people was shot out of the air by ‘Russian seperatists’. Coincidence, right?

The largest factor that I see is that the internet has become the global samizdat and more people are becoming aware of the depths of depravity of the western nomenclatura.
When the supply chain is disrupted and impacts large groups with food, energy or even toilet paper shortages I think there will be a reaction. I will admit that during Bill Clinton’s first years as president, Hillary’s campaign for universal health care in the face of such overwhelming opposition was deserving of respect. When she became Senator of New York, however, she took the witch’s broom out of her closet in order to march “lockstep” with Israel and the highly influential Jewish voters in that state. My hope at this point is that Elizabeth Warren will announce her candidacy. While far from ideal – especially with her obligatory kowtows to Israel – she could at least bring some fresh perspective. Although he is just a shadow of his father, Rand Paul could be similarly described. If the Clinton and Bush presidential dynasties persist, however, then the world likely will not.

I do see positive effects, however, of the nonvote movement when it comes around to 2020 (has a nice ring to it that, doesn’t it?) I already have the slogan: Real Eyes Realize Real Lies.

I think by then, gazing into my crystal ball, the nonvoters these past elections will have successfully overcome the cast in concrete flailing hadbeen-millionaires of the ancient duopoly, and there will be two groups (lets not call them parties any longer) of earth-conscious, empathetic doers who’ll be gathering handwritten testimonials, maybe enlisting some of the current politicians like Bernie Sanders and Jill Stein (who have been drowned out up to now,) as mentors – but going ahead with noncorporate backing, the backing of the actual, real, flesh-inhabiting people.

And they will be MORE supported than Obama was in 2008.

Sorry, I may not be around to see it, hence my crystal ball affords me an enjoyable glimpse. So here’s my testimonial, do-gooders of the future.

First of all, I’m definitely on the left side of the political spectrum. However, I agree 100% Hillary would be a disastrous presidency any way you slice it. It would be a repeat of Bill and Obama, and possibly be worse (and I strongly think Obama’s presidency was worse than Bush’s; W’s actions were an aberration, Obama turned these aberrations into bipartisan status quo).
The question rightly is, would a republican candidate be any less bellicose? That remains to be seen, but a republican presidency would at least be more upfront (I don’t think “honest” is quite accurate) about its aims and intentions.

This thread is old and not many will read it, but I hope at least Saker does. Below, I provide links to articles that are not generally known.

Why are Orthodox Christians upset when they talk about the Catholic Church? The theological differences are obvious, but to really understand the feelings we must study the history of the last thousand years. I will only write about the conflicts in the North. Serbs can tell us about the religious conflicts on the Balkans in WW2, informed netizens can tell us what support was given to Hitler, Franco and Mussolini, others may have information about the Napoleonic wars and the Greeks can tell us about Constantinople being destroyed by crusaders.

My post is about the old conflict between the Catholic and Russian Orthodox Church and the unfortunate wars in the North. I don’t want more conflicts between Christians, I want healing, but I want all of us to see the historical roots of the conflicts. Maybe we can understand each other better if we understand how it all started and then went on autopilot.

The many wars between Sweden-Finland and Novgorod/Russia started in earnest in the 14th century and continued until 1809. Before that, the old bonds were still strong despite some geopolitical tensions. Birger Jarl and Aleksandr Nevskii fought in the 13th century, but the two could talk with each other. Part One of Two

I understand and somewhat sympathize with the position of people (not politicians, not experts and military commanders, but simple Russians) who are sincerely outraged by illusory truce in Donbass, don’t trust the impostors in Kyev, demand the straight interference and expect from Russia harder and more open policy in freeing Ukraine from American puppets. Their long unhappiness sure transforms into disappointment in Moscow’s policies and in Putin’s personal behavior, and often they come to conclusion about him being a traitor in regard to citizens of Donbass, who are killed and shelled, belittled and hanging in half-position of unrecognized election. It is useless to try to persuade them that there are times (especially in big politics, when millions of lives and the whole civilization are at stake) when it is necessary to wait for better time to act. It is useless to tell them that VVP (Putin) changed his decision on Donbass and Kyev not just because, but after very serious arguments and facts, which we will know only after the victory, or even never. These people see the right and righteous goal and they call to go for it right away. One appreciates them for their faith and their fight for the truth. To be honest, I’m the same way – and with all my heart I want it to be as it was in 1945, and as it was in great Russian history before – to attack the nazi, to kill the enemy, reminding him about all the horrors and misery, to save Russians people, to lead an open war with banderites for Russian culture on occupied Ukraine. This is the truth. They are right todemand not to shy away from open confrontation and to free Ukraine by force.

But more than that one understands that in real life not everything is as one wishes, not always for the complete victory one has to use a sword. One understands that in Russian history 1945th only came after horrors of 1941st. One must not forget it. There is not a straight comparison, but there is the same feeling. Besides, the situation in much worsen by 23 years of Ukrainians being bombarded by Russophobes, at first as a if it was a joke, and now it is serious and open. Unlike the 17-th century, when Ukrainian peasants considered themselves one whole with Moscow people as belonging to the same faith, they were seeking protection from the tsar while their rulers where at war with Russia. Now the Ukrainian people too are against Russia and its people. At the same time even though the war rages on Ukrainian territory, it is not the war for Ukraine, it is raging all over the planet and the price is huge. If we win strategically, Ukraine would fall in our hands on its own: the impostors will run first after loosing the West’s support, and people will shake of the delusion and will insist that they are not guilty, for they were lied to.

Part Two of Two

Strategic thinking is not as much about how to win Ukraine, as about how to free the whole world of the West. It is incredibly hard. But only this way one can save people that consider themselves part of Russian civilization, either outside Russian boarders or within. Yes, I have a strong desire to fight with the sword on this suffering land of Ukraine. I want to pull of the lying cover of misinformation from 35 million of Ukrainians, to kick out Savik Shuster and all his gang, to put on trial Avakov, Kolomoysky, Turchinov, Poroshenko and Co., to send banderites to run and hide, to pull up Malorossia from under poison corps, fill it with life and bring back the Saint Russia in all its unity. I want so much to openly name the criminal, and hit him in the face. But at the time when behind him stands a world maniac, which really uses Ukraine only as a trap and is ready to throw the deadly punch at the moment we concentrate on saving Ukrainian land. There is a huge chance that when we follow the righteous calling, we will loose Ukraine, as part of Russian world, and Russian world as a whole. With one hit! At this time we have to act different – we need to defeat the main aggressor, and then return our land and our people to our Motherland. We need to free the world from the fat, ever-hungry beast and help to establish multi-polar world order, which will automatically establish natural boarders of each civilization. And as long it is not done yet, one has to keep in mind the main goal and fight the main criminal, not to fight his dogs, no matter how painful their bite is. If we fight dogs, their master will defeat us.

Not always the righteous goal is reached by straight and simple way (no matter how much I wish it was-after Crimea), but we must follow the hard decisions, to sacrifice for the sake of the future strategic victory. This is the case when one has to live and think not only by heard or rationality, but rather their harmonic symbiosis, i.e. by soul. And the soul tells us to hold on. And be prepared for attack

I haven’t had time to read all the comments yet so perhaps I am repeating someone else’s.

Hillary is a member in good standing of the psychopaths’ club, which is running the US, and much of Europe.

Elections have become much like voting which anaconda will eat you, and if from the feet first or the head down. It’s absurd to think that any candidate allowed to even get into the running would do the right thing, necessary for survival, in the totally corrupt and fascist political machine.

I don’t consider it worth my time or energy to even follow or think about this stuff — no more than wondering about steering to the left lane or right lane as my car hurtles towards a collapsed bridge: the question is how to escape from the car (the machine) before it inevitably goes over the edge, or how to survive when it plunges into the river.

A revolution in the US? Americans aren’t smart enough or informed enough (not yet, anyway) to know how to pull it off successfully or end up with something better than chaos, misery, and a new tyranny. Don’t think Americans are any smarter than the West Ukrainians, or any more adverse to nazis taking over (which is almost the case at the present, albeit ‘kinder and gentler’ (Bush 41 nonsense) nazis, for the moment).

The problem is sytemic! Keep the system and it all will continue to degenerate.

If the ‘success story’ of both the Iraqi and Afghan ToO are anything to go by [where men armed with AK47 outlasted drones and everything else we threw at them], ‘non-wars’ that cost the most modern army on the planet dearly, there’s no way in hell they’ll go after Russia.

They’ll use proxies [Ukrainian Army/extremists/etc], but the US/UK will not actively fight a direct war with Russian forces.

Covertly involved? Yes, for sure. Instructors, weapons and mercenaries, but no conventional armies will engage in skirmishes with the Russian armed forces.

I’d be careful of Roberts, I find/think he is a war monger serving the West. Just my observations, a bit like McCain but with no oomph!

My family have been republican’s and fiscal conservatives since Lincoln. Won’t vote for Jeb. Neither will I vote for Hillary. Ever. May not vote at all.
