Just what I was thinking. When Mr. Putin addresses his country I never have any thoughts that he is lying through his teeth or seeking to deceive the country.
Here in Canada, our slave training continues with the thought firmly planted in the public consciousness that life can not go back to anything approaching normal until a vaccine is created. And the government is still mulling over whether to make it mandatory!
We have a former drama teacher, foundation child acting as P.M. with a minority government yet behaving with impunity as if he were a dictator. Canada is a slave state.
Canada a slave State? Yes and a pathetic loser symbolized by our black face PM kneeling like a slave to the cause of BLM in the middle of a noisy crowd surrounded by an army of security guards.
Here is an example: Canada criminal incompence in handling Covid 19 results in death four times the world average while countries using the right products (HCQ + HZC) have five times less deaths than those who do nothing.
And our doctors? Foot soldiers for the government by letting their patients die like rats rather than prescribing the right medication.
I am just wondering when real doctors stand up and tell their fake viro-colleagues what mess they have caused and what shame they have brought to the medical profession.
In America, we have no comparison, unless we go back to prior to November 22, 1963, and the murder of our Last Constitutional President, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and the destruction of our Republic. Kennedy was a well read man, a war hero, an author (“Profiles in Courage” was his finest effort).
Kennedy could speak/communicate. He, as with Putin, loved his country and its People.
It beggars belief that out of a country of 350 million the only choice for President is likely between Trump and Biden, it doesn’t auger well for America does it. The sad part is there are Americans who think one of these is a good option!!!!!
Why he insists on referring to the USA as a “partner” is beyond my understanding. Since when would a real partner place bio-weapons labs in Georgia and Ukraine, actually all around Russia and China?
The Anglo-Zionist Empire has coveted Russian resources for centuries and they definitely want to take China down economically. Thankfully, overt military and economic warfare has only strengthened Russia rather than diminishing it. Hopefully the bio-warfare directed at Russia, China, and Iran will galvanize those nations and the rest of the world to put sanctions on the USA and send all of its occupation forces home where they belong. That will be the end of the empire and it can’t happen soon enough.
Tommy; Putin’s use of the word “partner” in relation to the West can well be thought of as a sane parent patiently teaching an insane child how to function with others. It has the benefit of reinforcing sanity and normality and avoiding contributing to the language of hate that is so the norm in the West. Patience is a Russian virtue. It seems to me that, along with the Chinese, he is simply refusing to validate the war mindedness so beloved in the West. It is a form of therapy. He is saying, as I see it, “reality or extinction.” If he chose to call a spade a spade, as we may wish, he would be escalating tensions and conflict and thereby aiding the West’s criminal propaganda agenda. He is cooling down lunatics. It is working.
Why he insists on referring to the USA as a “partner” is beyond my understanding.
Jiu-Jitsu. Gotta remain flattering to the great lumbering giant right up until the time it’s ready for the slaughter. Or as Obama and the Shrub used to say when they were trying to impersonate an actual Commander in Chief when they grew up: “We (in this case, Putin and Russia) will respond at a time and place of our own choosing.” In their case, of course, they were just mouthing words they read off a script. In Putin’s case, there will be no need to say it, as he’ll just actually do it when the time is right. All the difference in the world there.
Glad to see someone else is on board with recognizing CV19 as a US initiated bio-warfare event.
Putin could phrase it ”Exceptional, Indispensable Partners”. The West’s silly, arrogant fools would just be elated to hear this ”flattery” and look even more mentally challenged in the eyes of the overwhelming global majority.
Thanks for posting this: a sane leader speaking in defense of culture who radiates respect. Respect to tradition, respect to the teacher, respect to your opponent in the judo match. It goes a long way.
Plus, with a Sun sign Libra and a moon in Gemini ( 7th house of Partnership) he , at core personality and emotional level, really does start off seeing “the other” as partner in a very practical way of how to work with them. That is why he is very intuitively good at it.
I do not read or speak the Russian language. To me, it has the sound of leaves rustling in a breeze wafting through a forest in autumn…a gentle musicality like no other. So, on a train travelling in Russia with my daughter not so long ago, I read Pushkin’s Yevgeny Onegin as translated into English by Nabokov. Nowhere in literature will you find anything remotely approaching the dreadful chill and tension evoked by the scene of the duel. Sublime. Happy Pushkin and Russian Language Day to the people of Russia.
Alexander Pushkin is known as the quintessential Russian writer, but he took particular inspiration from his African great-grandfather, General Abraham Petrovitch Gannibal.
Gannibal (sometimes written Hannibal), was very young when he was kidnapped from Africa and sent to Constantinople as a slave. From there, a Serbian Count brought him to the Court of Peter the Great in St Petersburg.
The Tsar became very fond of the young boy. He made him his godson and sent him to study in France. By the time Peter the Great’s daughter Elizabeth took the throne, Gannibal’s rank and accomplishments allowed him noble status.
But, in a 1742 letter to the Russian Senate, Gannibal insisted that his noble status was linked to his father being an African chief. “I am of African origin, of an illustrious local nobility. I was born in the city of Logone, on lands belonging to my father, who reigned, furthermore, over two other cities.”
For Pushkin, the African ancestor who left traces of himself in his physique was also present in his persona. Pushkin’s work criticized society, which led to temporary banishment. Gannibal represented what it was like to be uprooted, yet live in the heart of one’s adoptive homeland. He was simultaneously an insider and an outsider, rather like a poet who looks in on the world to compose about it.
This influence provides a subtext for many of Pushkin’s writings, including The Moor of Peter the Great, his unfinished historical novel of Gannibal’s life.
Pushkin’s most famous work, Eugène Onegin, alludes to Russia’s turbulent history straddling East and West. The story has been reinterpreted as an opera (Tchaikovsky, 1879), ballet (Cranko, 1965), and film . It also contains one of his most famous references to his own mixture of Russian and African heritage.
It is a description of straddling two worlds:
“It’s time to drop astern the shape of the dull shores of my disfavour, and there, beneath your noonday sky,
my Africa, where waves break high, to mourn for Russia’s gloomy savour, land where I learned to love and weep, land where my heart is buried deep.”
Wonderful speech Mr Putin, showing how Russia respects culture.
Riots in the United States over Race so Putin gives a speech about Pushkin the Descendant of Peter the Great’s African General and possibly the World’s greatest poet. He is the Master Troller.
Putin is such an honest, smart and warm human being. He is the one statesman i trust completely. The Russian People are lucky to have him. So are we in the West because he wants peace. Unfortunetly the Germans do not appreciate this. I wish he would stay President of Russia as long as possible. At least till the Germans have the courage to stand up against the warmongering Americans and realize that Russia and China are better partners as they want to live in peace in a multipolar world.
A stark contrast between Russia coming out of lock-down and the western ‘colleagues’ coming out of lockdown.

How about a Nurse?

That has been the case for many months now, impossible not to have noticed. Do some serious searches.

Think of “partner” as “counterpart(y)”, someone with whom you are matched up with or against.
Thus, “counterpar”t means “opposite”.
So partner is either with you or against you.
Ambiguity is useful in diplomacy.
Taken in context, it is derisive on the face of it. But polite.
Or, Putin could be speaking ironically, something that is lost on Trump who takes everything literally.
“Why he insists on referring to the USA as a “partner” is beyond my understanding. ”
Because “events” to date were facilitated partly by the complicity of the opponents : partners being more polite than useful fools.
Putin could phrase it ”Exceptional, Indispensable Partners”. The West’s silly, arrogant fools would just be elated to hear this ”flattery” and look even more mentally challenged in the eyes of the overwhelming global majority.

in comparison to others who don’t by referring to Putin.
“It is a description of straddling two worlds” rather than immersion in one world series.
