It’s amazing to see so many normally sane people foaming at the mouth about Russian interference in American politics. According to their reasoning, the Russians have hacked the Democratic Party and subverted social media to assure a victory for the present occupant of the White House (when he’s not in his NYC tower or at his fancy estate in Southeast Florida).
And horror of horrors, it appears, according to these same people, that one Vladimir Putin, president and dictator of Russia, has compromising sex tapes in his possession — and can easily use them to blackmail Mr. Donald Trump to do his bidding.
However, what these conspiracy-minded folks do not know is that someone else is already controlling Mr. Putin! Someone with an abiding American sense of fairness, as it turns out. That certainly rules out most of our current Congress critters and the Intelligence agencies they are supposed to supervise.
Yes, Putin is doing exactly what someone else would have him be doing! And from what can be told – at least as far as state secrets can be divulged — that someone else (yeah, the someone with the abiding American sense of fairness) could be me!
Of course I won’t be revealing my sources and methods. That would be a bit gauche and could have devastating consequences for certain, let us say, international interests. Russian nationalists could, after all, use these revelations to support a putsch or color revolution against Putin, and that is something I would prefer not to see happen, especially since it took considerable effort to get Mr. Putin under my control!
True enough, I am not terribly interested in what happens domestically in Russia. The Russians are on their own for that. But Russia’s plays on the international scene are exactly what the doctor ordered: that someone, somewhere would not be afraid to stand up to the American empire and help keep its arrogance in check –– all without leading to World War 3.
Aside from the inevitable collateral casualties, Putin has done this superbly in Syria and in Crimea, and as well as possible in the Donbas. If you are a supporter of “moderate Islamists” rebelling against Assad, or of Ukrainian nationalists insisting on territorial integrity based on Khrushchev’s administrative transfer of Crimea in 1954, that is not my concern. Likewise, the attempt of the current Ukrainian government with the support of the US and its Western allies to subjugate the Donbas rebels just doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling. What should matter is dialog, which has been Putin’s preference (can you thank me for that?), although armed resistance seems necessary all too often just to get negotiations started.
Putin’s cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran and with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is also surely causing hesitation in imperial Washington circles about directly attacking or militarily intervening in those countries. Unfortunately my mind-control techniques are not perfect, as Putin did not prevent Western intervention in Libya, but that could be due to the fact that it was actually Medvedev who was Russia’s president back then!
True Russian nationalists might wonder what Russia should be doing shouldering war costs, including blood and money sacrifices, for other governments in the Middle East. So Putin does need some serious chutzpah to get away with those actions. Where do you think he gets such courage?
Putin’s alliance with Xi’s China, and his support for the one-belt one-road initiative may be less controversial, but they do coincide with overall plans for world peace. Who do you think put him onto that path? Similarly, the same could be said about Putin’s efforts to get the BRICS countries to implement alternatives to the IMF, the World Bank, and the SWIFT monetary system. Do you think Putin came up with that himself?
In every instance on the international scene, it seems that Putin is doing my bidding. Shouldn’t that come out in those Congressional hearings on collusion with Russia?
“It’s amazing to see so many normally sane people foaming at the mouth about Russian interference in American politics”.
It’s pure projection on their part. Everything they have done, are doing or would like to do, they attribute to the satanic Russians.
But…………. No concern, about interference from Satanyahoo & Hell Aviv …
“And horror of horrors, it appears, according to these same people, that one Vladimir Putin, president and dictator of Russia, has compromising sex tapes in his possession — and can easily use them to blackmail Mr. Donald Trump to do his bidding.”
Sounds plausible, in fact. The West is run by utter filth, not least satanists and paedophiles. If Putin wants to capitalize on any sex tapes, he’d better do that very soon before satanism and paedophilia join faggotry as signs of spotless moral stature in accordance with “European values” and “The International Community”.
Yes, Putin has been very “naughty”. He prevented the break up of Russia, he chased the Rothschilds and Soros out of the country, he modernized the Russian military in record time, much to the amazement of NATO and the Pentagon, he reunited Crimea with Russia when NATO grabbed Kiev, he backed Donbas (now called Novorusia) so that NATO could not place missiles against the Russian border, he intervened in Syria, preventing the creation of an ISIS caliphate which would have been used against Russia, and together with Assad clobbered ISIS in Syria. Worse, he established the BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and he is working with China and Iran to create the Eurasian Economic Union. Even worse, he amassed more than 30.000 tonnes of gold, preparing to introduce a gold backed ruble which, in conjunction with the Chinese yuan, will replace the US dollar as the reserve world currency. Washington and Wall Street are obviously furious, as he ruined all their plans, the chief one being the break up and plunder of Russia. The elite in the US responded with childish, infantile propaganda against both Putin and Trump, all in the hope of creating a non existent enemy, which is an old political trick. Unfortunately this propaganda has, to a large extent, worked, as many in the US believe what CNN and others tell them. We now have crisis points with North Kore and Iran, the elite hoping to prevent the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union, which would be a catastrophy for Wall Street, as this Union would inevitably be joined by Europe. A dangerous situation has arisen. The impression is that Washington, Wall Street and the Pentagon are not sure what exactly they have to do, as in the past years the situation on the world scene has changed dramatically. Worse, all three are losing all sense of reality. I sincerely hope they will not do anything stupid, all the more so because Washington’s European allies are losing confidence in the US by the month.
Not do anything stupid? That would be something new…..
”’… he (Putin) chased the Rothschilds and Soros out of the country.” Sorry, that’s half-truth; they are still there only keeping a low profile. As Saker never fails to point out. The struggle for sovereignty and against globalization goes on in Russia just as it goes on in Europe and the US.
Some of the NGO’s have been banned. Others are still there, no doubt under the control of Soros and foreign governments. The point is that Putin has the situation in hand. That ofcourse does not mean that NGO’s will keep quiet. The upcoming presidential election will be their last chance for a color revolution and wide scale social and political disturbances, methods which Soros has used throughout the world. Yes, there will be street demonstrations, which the Western media will blow out of all proportion. And yes the NGO’s will bus into Moscow “demonstrators” from all over Russia to give the impression that they are “all” from Moscow, and yes CNN and others will point their cameras into the center of the “demonstrations” to give the impression of their “massive” size, forgetting to cover the flanks. However, these Soros tricks are well known, and they will be futile. You cannot use old tricks all the time.
30,000 tons of gold. No. Maybe 2,000, maybe even 3,000. But not 30,000.
Russia and China have, jointly, more than 60.000 tonnes of gold. If not, then WHY are both of them preparing to introduce gold backed rubles and yuans ?
Actually, someone is influencing Putin. He is not omnipotent. Someone is watching him, assessing him, criticizing him or encouraging him. They do not controll his mind, his decisions is his and his cabinets. But they formulate clear demands, that he must find a way to reach. They are ever present, ever watching. They understand what he is doing and tell him if they do not approve.
-This is not like what we are used to in, say the US. They may be watxhing occationally, they make demands, but lack any coherence and the president may therefore dismiss them. And he is powerful enough to not care anyway.
Who controls Putin? The Russian people. He knows they are watching. He knows their demands. And ge works hard to meet them, or at least to improve the situation for his people. It is strange to see for people that are used to see the president act in the interest of the elite. And scary for the said elite.
I ofteb raise my cup to Дядя Вова.
“Who controls Putin? The Russian people. He knows they are watching. He knows their demands. And he works hard to meet them, or at least to improve the situation for his people”
Yup … and a few people beyond Russia’s borders … a few as in billions?? :-)
Who controls Putin? The Russian people.
Yeah, right.
Most Russians regret USSR collapse, dream of its return, poll showsl
“In 2015, Putin was interviewed for a documentary and directly stated that Russia had no plans to bring back the USSR, but complained that no one wanted to believe in this.”
The West is now making a new approach in its vilification of Putin and Russia by stating that Putin has plans to reincarnate the former Soviet Union, ie. more “aggression” from Russia. Utter nonsense. Such a project would drain Russia financially and cause other problems, social and political. Russia has no real need of the former Soviet republics. They, on the other hand, have need of Russia, as the West did not turn out as they had anticipated. The former Soviet republics will always be connected to Russia economically, which for Russia is just perfect.
If Putin recreated the Soviet Union in some form or another, Russia would gain 2 million square miles of territory. But it would also gain about 60 million moslems.
Russia doesn’t need to recreate the full USSR. But joining together the “Russian” Soviet Republics would be a huge plus for Russia. It would unite all the “Russians” giving the Russian Federation a population of around 220 million people. And immense new resources. They should never have been split apart to begin with. But recreating the USSR would add too many non-Russian elements that couldn’t be assimilated.
It is more the Soviet system the Russians desire than the Union of Soviet Republics.
Instead Putin is providing them with Jungle Capitalism, the managers of the late Soviet System now ensconced as Oligarchs in the new having robbed the people blind.
The people now remember the Soviet era as the good times (in spite of deteriorating circumstances).
Who controls Putin? The Russian people.
Yeah, right.
I would rather say, that he is clever enough to know, that he doesn’t know everything, so he assembled a team of experts on all important fields, to consult with, and then act good advised!
Please post your question in the off-topic MF Cafe. There is a discussion there now on your topic. Thx. Mod.
Priceless! Thank you Patrick for this oh so delightful analysis ;-)
Re: “It’s amazing to see so many normally sane people foaming at the mouth…”
Perhaps they’re not as normal as you think. The US culture seems to generate very many mentally unbalanced people, and in a general way Americans seem easily moved to hysterical reactions. Since the 60s and above all since 911, a real degeneration of the mentality can be observed.
Had an argument with a coworker that said Russia interfered in the US elections… I asked where is the proof of that? I her twisted mind it’s subtle but Russia did influenced the elections with propaganda… I answered that “propaganda” was a few adds for both candidates, peanuts compared to the the 2.3Bilion spent on the elections… Then she’d said all inteligency agencies agreed on this… A that point I gave up and told her she is extremely naive I believing this sharade…
My point it’s futile to try to convince brainwashed Americans… Probably 98% of the population believes this nonsense. In that case, what to do?
Maybe refer this brainwashed person to very good truth-telling articles and analyses by Robert Parry, and Consortium News. Send her the links, or copy one of his articles into an email and send it to her. Especially regarding the “17 intelligence agencies all said” lie.

“My point it’s futile to try to convince brainwashed Americans… Probably 98% of the population believes this nonsense. In that case, what to do?”
You’re right regarding the futility of trying to reason with brainwashed Americans (or Westerners, generally). They are like drunkards on a park bench, meaning that as long as there is poison in abundance — alcohol and MSM, respectively — the sky is the limit.
My answer to your question about what to do is that you should have some fun at their expense. Thinly veiled contempt in the form of refined amusement. Like: “But are you sure all the intelligence agencies themselves aren’t led by Russians?” or, more bluntly, just “BOOO for Russia!!”. At least, that makes them trying to decipher your intents, LOL.
I love that idea! Will definitely have fun next time :)
Thank you!
My pleasure :-D Would be great to read a submission from you about the idiots’ reactions as well! Please feel free to try out my very favourite punchline applying to every piece of slander in the related to cyber warfare:
“But how could possibly Asiatic/Mongolic brutes and savages master computer science? Web porn maybe but hacking is out, period. Hollywood and the MSM told me so.”
I suppose one can have fun at the expense of many nations whose elites are running the country badly, but believe Putin recognizes that this is not ever because the will of the people is being expressed and followed, and I respect him greatly for that reason.
I disagree passionately (And I use the adverb advisedly) with those who say the American people as a whole agree with what the leadership and press are embarked upon in their mad quest to buttress their hold on power. They, the elite, are a tiny minority in this country, and they have trampled upon the US Constitution which clearly apportioned sovereignty to the people.
That has always been a tenuous relationship at best, one that has been put to the test many times, the clearest example being during the US Civil War. Now the country has been so weakened in deliberate and calculated ways that its leaders no longer follow the Constitution and they desperately seek ways to distract the general public from what they are about.
There is coming a circumstance which ought to address this huge problem. You are not hearing about it, but state but state each is voting to have a new Constitutional Convention. The number of new states needed for this to happen has diminished, I believe, to six. The media are trying to twist this opportunity as if it will bring out the worst elements but those worst elements are what they hype and conflate and encourage, because they , the mainstream media, are part of the elite.
Stop falling into their trap. The US population as a whole is aghast at what this country has become in the eyes of the world. And we are deeply, deeply ashamed of our leaders.
its futile to ”confront” anyone in that circumstance.
a more oblique ”getting under their defense mechanisms”
is required.
by the way we all have these illusions of one sort or another
and if these are attacked/questioned, then stand back for safety.

Obviously, P, you are getting your information from the wrong sources. This becoming a serious problem in the colonies. We in jewnazialand will have to fix that.
Hence from now on, nobody in our colonies will be allowed to see anything that contradicts our message of truth.
“Hence from now on, nobody in our colonies will be allowed to see anything that contradicts our message of truth.”
The need to see truth … as in read about it or hear it is passé.
Our built in nooscopes are being activated … intermediary devices like TV and Internet are on the wane.
Don’t even need to buy a nooscope at Walmart anymore. :-)
