In this post, I will be very short.
First, the Ukrainian military used a Tochka-U missile to strike at a Nazi deathsquad near Mariupol. Read all the details here on Andrei Martyanov’s website: https://smoothiex12.blogspot.com/2022/03/well-so-much-for-unity.html.
Second, here is a machine translated summary of the day by Boris Rozhin:
1. Kiev. Fighting in Bucha and in the Gostomel area. There are battles to the west of Kiev. Gradually, the city is being squeezed from the east. Chernihiv is blocked. Negotiations are underway on a humanitarian corridor. There are fights in the north of the city.
2. Kharkiv is practically blocked by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The AFU MLRS are actively working from the city, affecting residential quarters of the city, among others. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue their methodical hunt for accumulations of infantry and equipment that the enemy hides in the city.
3. Mariupol. The ring around the city is gradually shrinking. The city itself is physically completely blocked. The Nazis are blocking the exit of the population from the city. The deputy commander of “Azov” informs that the situation is critical and Mariupol is the last obstacle to the creation of a Land bridge to the Crimea. Requests the deblocking of the city.
4. Nikolaev. Fighting for the city. Fighting south of the city. The situation with Kulbakino airfield is unclear: at first it was stated that the Russian Armed Forces took it, and then the AFU were able to recapture it. They write from the places that it was empty at all. The flagship of the Ukrainian Navy “Hetman Sagaidachny” was flooded by the team on the first day of the operation.
5. Energodar and ZAES. The control is finally established. Fighting continues at Vasilevka. The canopies are occupied, which opens up the possibility for a strike on Gulyai-Pole.
6. Izium. Serious fights. The troops are approaching Slavyansk and the Izyum-Slavyansk highway. Krasny Estuary and Yampol are not far away.
7. Severodonetsk. Fighting near the city, the city itself has not yet entered. The prospects for the formation of the Severodonetsk boiler are increasing. Most of the territory of the LPR has already been liberated. It remains to cook the last large grouping of the APU in the LPR in the boiler.
8. Donetsk-Gorlovka. They continued to be subjected to heavy shelling. Destruction and sacrifice.
9. Volnovakha. The cleanup, according to Pushilin’s statement, will take several days. The enemy suffered heavy losses in people and equipment in the Volnovakha area.
10. Transnistria. The APU blew up a bridge on the border with the republic in order to complicate the hypothetical participation of a group of Russian troops in the PMR in the operation to liberate Odessa. No one is still landing naval landings in the Odessa area, although they have been waiting there for a week.
Putin confirmed again today that the operation will continue until the Russian Federation achieves all its goals. There will be no concessions.
***
In the meantime, the the Kindergarten of the Empire of lies, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham wants Putin murdered.
As for “Ze” – yesterday he gave a presser, either high, or drunk, or sick. Have a listen (no need to speak Russian or Ukrainian to see it clearly)
Clearly, Russia’s defeat is imminent.
Later that night, combats did take place near a major nuclear plant. Ze accused the Russian of shooting at the nuclear reactors using the thermal imaging of their tanks. The Ukies also declared that the worst ecological catastrophe was about to happen, much worse than Chernobyl. They asked the US for a no-fly zone. Then the local smartphones began showing footage of what actually happened. Also, the authorities running the nuclear power plant denied that there were any fires in the reactors or near the reactors.
So what really happened?
The Ukies did attack Russian forces, who responded by firing a couple of strong illumination flares, then they obliterated the Ukies with direct fire, then the fire department and specialists where given access: only building around the plant suffered any hits, the radiation levels are even a little lower than usual, the situation is under control.
This incident is very telling about how both sides fight this war.
I need to work outside my home today, but I will be back later this afternoon with, hopefully, some interesting developments.
Andrei
Two years ago I asked a friend in the military why are they so focused in enlisting gay/transgender people. He answered that what win wars is not physical force…it’s the battle of ” hearts and minds” … I thought to myself, I get the propaganda part, but he is just giving excuses… now I do understand him, after seeing this massive psyop …
Ze should go back to playing Hava Nagila on the piano with his d***.
The man may be suited for comedy, but placing him in charge of the country is about as wise as Bill Paxton or Marty Sheen becoming the US President, although at the present time they both could probably do a better job then the current demented fool who pretends to be a president.
Torak,
Because of you my husband that was taking a 15 minute nap woke up.
I laughed too loud reading your first line. Especially the “hava nagila ” bit.
Apologize. Lol
No true commander wants his Armed Forces and country to be totally destroyed. High level commanders are the first suggesting it’s time to surrender. They are also focusing their own personal future. Very few of them are 100% fanatics.
If Danilov clearly see the destruction and split among Ukrainian Armed Forces the situation in battlefield is even worse. In fact from the Day 2 it has been Azov using human shields there only true tool to continue war. “World opinion” has no effect in RF policy makers. Sanctions were not surprise at all.
I sent the following email to the Russian Embassy in London on 2 March:
Subject: You have lots of support from the rest of the world not subordinated to the USA – link below
/day-6-mr-president-is-ukraine-winning-the-war-not-a-joke/
One of the contributors remarks:
“Speaking of maps of Russia, the self-glorifying West might want to remove the label “Russia” from their versions of world maps, and simplify them with “Not USA” where Russia is located. That could also be applied to any other country, for example, China and Iran would simply be “Not USA” but the EUrodents would be one contiguous country identified as “USA”. They might as well. There are only two world zones according to the self-described “Masters of the Universe”: “USA” (Zone A) and “Not USA” (Zone B).
The simplification would greatly reduce the anxiety of the residents of USA by unburdening them with the impossible task of learning geography or astronomy.”
EXPLANTION OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER:
Ukraine is now identified as Area 404 or just 404 (http error code)
Europeans are now identified as EUrodents
Zone A are countries subordinated to USA (ie 14 eyes)
Zone B (80% of the world) will become totally detached from Zone A
Interstingly, people from Australia have made the following comments “Can you send them here when they’ve finished.” meaning they want Russia to sort out “prison” Australia (as one commentator descibed it) when you’ve finished sorting out Ukraine.
Lots of luck, we’re all rooting for you.
Hi Carol,
Your thesis is correct of course. But on the Zone A and B thing, not so much. The Saker wrote an essay some time ago, titled something like Zone B Exists, and the language took off from there – so, right here on the Saker blog, and not by the masters of the universe.

I am a professional librarian and receive email notifications from IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions). The Ukrainian Library Association has called for all Russian Library Associations and Russian librarians to be expelled from IFLA for not making a statement against the Russian actions in Ukraine. A Polish member has officially pledged support for ULA’s demand, hinting that if individual members made a statement their membership might be re-evaluated. I am horrified by this kind of rhetoric and loyalty/denunciation testing in the West. I lived and worked in Russia in the 1990s when the US/West was pillaging it. I taught Russian *K-12) for many years and have been sounding the alarm against Russophobia for years. I am terrified by what is happening to individual Russians and Russian culture throughout the world.
Reminds me of how when people in ME tried not to invoke the anger of IS by laying down arms, but that was not enough, they would be forced, at gunpoint, to scream: “Allahu Akbar!”
Now with the Ukronazis as the “European IS”, with its fanclub all over the West, ordinary people are forced to kneel and shout Slava Ukraina (or something similar) just to be left alone.
In Norway, Russian skiers are pressed to curse Putin, and if they just say: “Nobody wants war”,norwegian skiers scream-tweet: “If you won´t say: “Putin is wrong”, you should stfu completely!”
But of course, it wouldn’t matter, they will be harassed anyway. Hopefully they are well on their way home by now.
I can’t tell how sad and angry I am right now while watching this madness and tragedy unfold. It’s one of the darkest moments of mankind, given the implications and one of the truly saddest days in my life.
It’s over, folks!
Putin has implemented a kamikaze-harakiri strategy where there is no plan B and hardly some tactical retreat possible. Even a military victory looks ever more unlikely in the sense to control the country or the cities. Even if the Ukrainian army gets defeated, then what? Look at Kherson or Melitupol right now! Unarmed crowds with uki flags tell the Russian soldiers to f*** off!
I am closely following events from Germany since 2012, have never talked to a single Ukrainian but I could have told you that Russia wouldn’t be welcomed with open arms outside donbass.
What the hell were Putin and his advisors thinking and smoking??
In a single move, Putin has
-alienated the vast majority of Ukrainians, even many still sympathetic to Russia
-alienated scores of people in the West that so far defended Russia and tried to build bridges and raise awareness about how important it was to have Russia as resistance leader to the US. I know many of these people, they watch in shock and anger and despair
-thrown back Russia’s economy by decades. Thinking to substitute everything w Chinese stuff or some Indian is delusional to the hilt, especially hi tech needed to modernize production and other facilities
-made Russia 100% dependent on China – an awful position to be in even if it’s of course way better than to depend on the US
-shattered the image of Russia across the globe
-put Russian soldiers into a meat grinder where there seems no easy way out. Retreat Vs ever higher bloodshed.
All that for literally nothing positive gained in return!
The empire couldn’t have hoped for more, ever! It’s almost as if THEIR plan got executed here!
Even preventing nukes in Ukraine would have been possible by other means: just tell them that Russia will instantly strike any launching site under construction, no matter what and follow through on it. They won’t nuke in return and people around the world would understand Russia.
I am angry, furious and saddened beyond belief.
You’re emotionally falling for and dancing to the noise.
I’m not even going to say anything. Please read about the noise. /playing-the-mighty-wurlitzer-vs-reality/
Take a look at reality.
Russia didn’t start a war in Ukraine. The war has been going on for 8 years, spearheaded by literal Nazis killing 14,000 including 3,000 civilians. Russia is ending it.
And Russia’s military ops are getting more coverage in the last 24 hours than the last 8 years of the Nazi-led seige of eastern Ukraine, killing 14,000 people, and leading to these ops in the 1st place.
Russia’s intervention in Ukraine has gotten much more coverage, and condemnation, in just 24 hours than the US-Saudi war on Yemen has gotten since it started nearly 7 years ago.
Don’t fall for the noise but break through to reality.
Right now from India: India wants to bypass dollar to keep trading with Russia
India is examining the viability of using domestic currencies in trade with Russia.
We are into the global process of establishing multi-polarity. The Ukraine is not the issue. Russia will remove this as a pretext to attack her.
that is for sure the one thing that the USA has no problem printing/manufacturing……… the bunker where the nationalists were driven out and where the National Guard of Chechen origin entered, foreign currency was found in the boxes of the ICRC
https://t.me/intelslava/21561…………….
How many people realize (as I have just done) that the US is in fact fully supportive of the Russian people and wishes to protect them from noxious disinformation, which I heartily agree with, but why in the world don’t they extend the same care and consideration to the American people??? Here is the proof:
CNN Pulls Out Of Russia
but…
March 2 (Reuters) – Cable news network CNN said on Wednesday it will launch a news and entertainment streaming service called CNN+ this spring
The old gay Lindsey Graham should just shut up, or go to Russia and assassinate Putin all by himself. It sure is easy to be a war monger when you don’t have to fight, and you have
no immediate familly that has to fight. Drop Graham on Russia, along with Hillary, Cookie Nuland, Blinky, and Biden.
Every now and then it’s worthwhile to take a look at the Grand Lines of History:

Niemöller, an elderly German Shepherd, said:
“First they came for my next door neighbor, Ursula Haverbeck, a very nice human, and I didn’t speak out because I am not a human.
Then they came after Russian cats, and I didn’t say anything because I am not Russian and, I am sorry to say I don’t have much use for cats. But now they have come after Russian dogs and I have to speak out because I am a dog and also because my best friend is a Borzoi.
Most of all I have to bark as loudly as I can because humans are not doing it.
Freedom to bark!

The live-feeds from Kiev have been very peaceful. The only clashes I saw, involved some cars in an intersection.
But isn’t Nicolaev just about to fall? I saw Russian tanks posted just outside the city, ready to go in!
