How come you never post an article about those stupid Russians? Seems to be Russians are chumps more than any one else and now there are a lot of chumps in this world… But they seem to be a sucker for it.
Bulgaria invites Turkey and not Russia for the commemoration of its liberation from the Ottoman empire!
Bulgaria is a NATO occupied country. They have no power in their own country.

“Bulgaria invites Turkey and not Russia for the commemoration of its liberation from the Ottoman empire!”
I saw that. My first thoughts were along the lines of “ungrateful curs”. My second though was,”it isn’t too late to return them to Turkey”. I say,let Erdagon have them. If he would give up his attacks on Syria, give him Bulgaria instead. They don’t deserve any help “ever” from Russia. Its a tragedy that so many Russians died to free people like that. Let the Turks take them back.
Did the soviets free the people like in little mamia and stupidonia and stuff? Now little mania say dont remove sanctions ever..
But it is not just Bulgaria is it, any country Russia has shed blood for has turned into another pasha gangster.. all of them in fact.. and even Serbia is moving in that direction..
And Russia is going to lay down another pipeline to Greece via Bulgaria after bulging eyes already renegaded on the first one? Why even bother..
mmiriww
I don’t know why you insist on discussing Bulgaria and Turkey even so I posted here information about Russia.
But here it is:

According to Bulgarian Foreign Ministry’s official spokesperson, rumors about inviting the Turkish president are a crude manipulation and not consistent with reality

People don’t seem to realize how difficult and expensive it is to design integrated circuits. Intel did not develop most of the superiority they have now, they bought out everyone else and added all their knowledge to their own as they had money and no one else did even if intel cpu’s were the worst of the bunch of the time. Intel had 32bit chips like 5 years after later and even with all their money and power they were still not the top dog until the last decade. So Russia is on par with china and india in this regard.. The difference being, intel will be adding NSA backdoors and it would be imperative to use home grown and developed parts in all aspects of military and industrial products even if they are slower and cost more. NSA is adding hooks into everything including your hard drives and computers and home appliances and even Putin recognizes this. And being behind a decade is not such a big deal.. That brand spanking new iphone does not help you do anything that makes you money or be more productive in your job that a cheap Chinese clone that costs 10% as much can not do.
Meadowsweet Terminal
It is reported that there was a first serial domestic PC.
In the company “T-Platforms” introduced the first “Baikal-T1” serial PC-based Russian processors this week.
The computer, made in monoblock form factor, called “Meadowsweet terminal.”
Processor “Baikal-T1” – pride “T-Platforms” – established its “daughter” company “Baikal Electronics”. It is an industrial chip architecture MIPS32 R5 Warrior. It has two 32-bit R5600 core with a working frequency up to 1.2 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache, memory controller DDR3-1600. Strictly speaking, Russia is only designed chip functional blocks of the processor core licensed from Imagination Technologies, and the processor is manufactured at the facilities of the company TSMC. Processor “Baikal-T1” – dual-core, on the PC manufacturer’s web site its capabilities were not disclosed. “T-Platforms” Direct competitors of chips called the American company Broadcom Stratagx series, as well as a series of Freescale’s QorIQ T1020. Based on these chips are routers (including pets), and industrial automation devices and thin clients. The performance of these solutions are inferior computers based on Intel processors 5-6 years ago.
Chip “Baikal-T1” is positioned as Russia’s first processor that is based on 28-nm process. Flagship smartphone iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which include single-chip platform Apple A9, produced by two different manufacturers Samsung and TSMC: in the first case, a 14-nanometer technology in the second – 16-nanometer. Apple A9 computing power is so high that is comparable in performance to the devices not only in class, but also other categories of gadgets previously wrote AnandTech. According to observers, Apple processors of the last generation have reached a level of performance that can compete with Intel Core M. lineup
The previous generation iPhone, debuted in 2014, is based on the chip Apple A8 and produced by the same TSMC 20-nm process technology. Even earlier model iPhone 5s established on the basis of 28-nanometer processor Apple A7. And this corresponds to the architecture of the processor architecture “Baikal-T1” from the “Meadowsweet terminal.” Thus A7 is a 64-bit memory chip, and the Russian “analog” operates on 32-bit kernels.
Besides 2-core 21.5-inch “Meadowsweet terminal” includes a graphical SM750 adapter with 16 MB of video memory. RAM in monoblock – from 2 up to 8 GB of storage, you can choose – either 8 GB NAND Flash, or 8 GB Disk-on-Chip SSD, a 2.5 “SATA SSD. The computer is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing to work with two different networks (for example, internal and external), and four USB 2.0 ports.
The first large delivery monoblock price of 69 000 rubles are planned for the II quarter. Among those for whom the computer is oriented “meadowsweet Terminal”, named Federal enforcement authorities in Russia, government agencies and enterprise customers who prefer domestic solutions and places high demands on data security.

PS. It is clear that he is not fit (as with a PC-based “Elbrus”) for home multimedia PC. The device could benefit from the price, but something fundamental differences in the price of regular secondary home PC is not observed. But in terms of the replacement of imported iron under the “import substitution” device seems to find a niche.
Of course, comparisons with advanced technological samples are not in favor of the domestic models, but here I think as machines. Or score in the production of the principle of “the West still the best, and try to have nothing” (in the style of the recent statements
http://colonelcassad.livejournal.com/243 2004.html ) or still do your own, developing their own production, science and technology base, and not one of some industries, and in the complex, going out of the way “country gas station,” which is in store for Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. There of course can not do without copying, borrowing or banal abduction technology as it say and do makes China to a large extent reduced their technological lag behind the West. But only pulling the scientific and technological and industrial base, can be expected to go more or less in step with the times, and to do this based on something different, otherwise the country can only consume produced by others.
It is often said that just saying “not patriotic” work for American computers. In fact, there is some logical flaw, since the computers except the US technology produced Soup as a rule in China, Taiwan, Malaysia. to collect the normal PC into Russia, and would use the Russian version. If the device is adequately fulfills its function, does it matter who made it – I personally do not care where the computer made – in the US, China or Russia, just to work and carry out the functionality I need. Was I collected in the Russian DNS laptop – quite normal unit, even though most of komlpektuyuschih there was from Asia, as well as the technological solutions also would not domestic. Reach its own production of desktop PCs for the relevance of price and quality in the consumer segment, and will be commoditized, as we did with the Yota-background, who did not become quite so popular, and even found a couple who bought it myself among my friends. At the current time due to the absence of adequate domestic counterparts certainly use foreign iron. Home PC – China / Taiwan / Malaysia, tablet – Korea, phone – Korea, laptop – Taiwan. It would be interesting to have an adequate quality and price of domestic alternative.

“Bulgaria invites Turkey and not Russia for the commemoration of its liberation from the Ottoman empire!”
Haha, wonder how “Sultan” Erdogan feels about that. Backhanded compliment, perchance?
They are both the Natoists, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Erdogan should seize the opportunity and swamp Bulgaria to the utmost with refugees. Any complaints dismissed thus: “It’s Russia’s fault, sorry”.
Wow! Where it is, in the Arctic Circle? But, for God´s sake, that of the facades is ice?
It seems to do a cold of the devil, that have to go through the soul!
I guess I would like to have the experience of going there for a day or two, but definitely not live there, I sleep with socks from 9 ° C. Only a forcé majeure could keep me there longer … do not know what could be….
“When the permafrost melts”!
It looks like an adventure movie in the style of “The Naked Jungle” which was translated into Spanish as “When the marabunta roars”.
Absolutely wild! For pioneers only!
I wonder if when you try to walk the permafrost you can sink forever like in quicksand.
These workers I hope they are extremely well paid, really deserved. And they seem to take it with all the philosophy of the world.
What nice people!
Arctic Russians are much tougher than you and me!
US so-called tough guy special forces should watch out.
