Dear friends,
After a gruelling 16 hours on the road, I have safely arrived in southern Virginia. I am safe and comfy, just with a slow Internet connection. Thanks for your concern and good wishes. I will stay put up here at least until Tuesday and, depending on the conditions, it might take me 2 days go get back down to Florida. So being back to work on the blog on Friday is a best case scenario. Scott and Herb will take care of the blog until then, I will try my best to help, of course, but with a slow Internet connection this might be hard.
One request: unless this is BOTH urgent AND important, please do not email me: replying to 100+ emails per day on a small screen is really a major pain. I will read all the comments posted here below in the comments section, even if I do not always reply.
Finally: during my absence all moderation decisions will be final. Please do NOT email me to complain.
Kind regards to all, hugs and cheers,
The Saker
Glad you have all arrived safely – good news. R&R now and recharge your batteries.
Thanks Veritas, and that is exactly the program: catch as much rest as time allows.
Hugs and cheers,
The Saker
Glad to hear you arrived safely. The thought of what a trip would be like when seems like anyone with any sense would be abandoning Florida sounded a bit ominous. I have a vivid imagination, so I could imagine some horrendous traffic on at least the first part of that trip. So, glad to hear you’ve completed that part and have gotten off the road somewhere for a few days. :) Hopefully with a solid roof that works over your head, as I suspect you’ll still see a bunch of rain.
Since I grew up in the southeast, I’m curious as to details as to which roads you took and what you saw and where you landed, but I’ll respect your privacy and choke back my curiosity. For myself, I abadoned the southeast on a more permanent basis a while ago, so I’m a mile high and dry and watching this storm from the other side of the country. :)
There was an old song about “I’m think I’m turning Japanese”. These days, I’ll gladly trade a foot of snow and sub-zero winter temperatures to give up hurricanes. So, maybe today I’ll hummm “I think I’m turning Russian, I think I’m turning Russian” to that old tune. :)
Of course, human nature being what it is, if I’d grown up with the Swiss branch of my family tree and spent time in northern Europe, I’d probably look fondly on a Florida beach. Just the way people are. :)
Be safe and dry, especially for the next week!
My go to person in regard to in-depth geopolitical analysis. A brilliant blog
Glad to know you are safe! An event took place yesterday, which I think is meaningful, though I do not know what conclusions to draw from it. I will describe it here as a comment that does not require a reply.
Israel launched an air attack at the ourskirts of Damascus, allegedly to destroy a “chemical weapons” plant.
So far, nothing very unusual – of course some people died, but goys (or their equivalent) we know to be expendable.
The event was reported with reasonable emphasis on the European main Press – see for example

Curiously, RT has completely ignored the Israeli attack. removed. What you have stated is incorrect – RT did cover this not only on its site but its live news: https://www.rt.com/news/402270-syrian-military-israel-strike/

Returning to Syria, I will admit to political naivete’ but the whole thing does not square with the open fact that Israel (and the CIA) were the direct-indirect creators and/or supporters of ISIS, about which much, other than the signature horrors, is in my view, still obscure.
To the point that – see
https://southfront.org/us-helicopters-evacuate-over-20-isis-commanders-from-deir-ezzor-media/
US helicopters have evacuated some ISIS bigwigs from Deir Ezzor. Whether the evacuees were actual ISIS commanders or US agents and/or “important defectors,” as another source claims, is not critical. More critical, I would say, is RT’s silence on these matters.
After NPR, which I stopped watching a long time ago, Democracy Now (or rather Zion Now), which I also abandoned quite some time ago, it would be quite a blow if even RT were to bow to Talmudist power.
Pl. continue to stay out of Irma la Douce, or rather Irma l’Amere
Cheers.
Please could you post your off-topic majority comments either under the relevant articles on Syria or the MFC. Mod
whats a “Majority comment” ?
Hes right about RT. something not right there.
Hoping that you and your family are safe – Irma is terrifying. I have cousins in Florida, in Apopka, so my thoughts and prayers will be centered in Florida, so to speak.
I also feel so sorry for all the animals, the wildlife, birds and insects, cattle, abandoned pets, and the trees and plants… it breaks my heart.
All three of my friends in Florida have now headed north, away from the storm. Good, now Ye’lean’chka and I can sleep without worries of Saker and the other two.
Saker, where you are now should be good, the storm looks like it’s going to pull a left hook as it heads up in to the mainland. Hopefully my other friend in Kentuk will not feel the residuals from this mess.

Good to hear that you’re safe! Will be waiting for your return to writing. I could never have enough calm and thoughtful analysis. Be safe and rest!
As long as you and your family are safe, that’s all that matters. It’s good to hear you’re resting after all that driving. Screw this weather geoengineering that the government does by using HAARP.
Formidable! Puissiez-vous trouver le repos mérité et retrouver votre demeure, vos biens et vos aimés dans la meilleure forme possible à votre retour chez-vous.
K…
It will see rise in crimes though hopefully not much in violence and unrest. I very much worries that some actors decide that it’s an opportunity to use to push their agenda ahead.
Loved your book above, keep up the good fight against the Anglo Zionist Empire !!
