I have LOTS of news for you, all of them good.
I am writing a detailed open letter to you, the readers, to inform you of the coming changes to how this blog operates and spelling out things which in the past I only alluded to or rarely mentioned.
But I am also still tired, but off my antibiotics and better rested.
Please give me a day or two, you will see that why I needed the time to lay it all down on paper.

UPDATE: I feel fine, no worries, better than in a long time. Also, I have not left, I will work on the blog, just at a more easy going pace, that’s all. As for the announced changes, they about both a reorganization of the main page and an adjustment of how and when I write what (sorry for the ugly sentence). I am confident that all of the planned changes (I am in the process of deciding what should stay and what should be removed from the early drafts) will be for the better. I hope that this reassures everybody. Cheers!

I thought “some-“one” ” in Saker -ville uses “spookie” (I’m pronouncing it correctly?) can’t one use that to off set symptoms- (not sure exactly what you r recovering from…? but…)

Hot water bottles work great (still unsur what u got), sometimes breath right helps (still unsur) … take alll the time you need… do not rush recovery…

Keep your immune system in good shape. Echinacea D1 from DHU (mother tincture for preparation of homoepatic medication, alcoholic extract from Echinacea), about 3 to 5 times 10 drops a day, is quite helpful for boosting it. 5000 IE Vitamine D3 and 25mg Zinc per day prevents the escalation of viral infections. Until being fully recovered, relax and sleep a lot. Writing a challenging contribution can wait.
All recs are without any side effects and risks.
You didn’t mention vitamin L (любовь) , but of course it comes implicitly with each caring letter.
