As we approach another Srebrenica anniversary this year, on July 11 at the Memorial Center in the east Bosnian community of Potočari the annual spectacle will again take place. It will be graced by the presence of individuals who claim to be political leaders in the region and the part of the world under the domination of the West. Their speeches, which as a rule are uninspired and barely distinguishable from each other, this year again will be filled with the usual banalities.
Before anything else, Srebrenica should be placed in its proper context. As with most unspontaneous events, operations carried out to achieve a special political effect, Srebrenica also was conceived as a multilayered project. According to Prof. Edward Herman, an American scholar who invested a huge amount of time and effort in Srebrenica, far from being simply an example of Balkan-style mutual mayhem, Srebrenica is “the triumph of propaganda at the end of the twentieth century.” An implication of that interesting assessment is that the triumph in question – and the event to which it refers – would not have occurred but for the involvement of the forces which direct and control the global propaganda apparatus, and whose political agenda that apparatus serves. Those forces are most emphatically not the patsy actors from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Herman’s observation can be supplemented with the sobering confession of Jean-Claude Antonetti, a Hague Yugoslavia Tribunal (ICTY) judge who was on the appellate chamber in the Srebrenica-related Tolimir case: “If relatives of the dead asked me who ordered the killing of their loved one, and why, I would not know what to tell them.”
That was not a casual remark the judge Antonetti made in an informal conversation. He stated that in his separate opinion in the appellate judgment in the trial of Bosnian Serb Army General Zdravko Tolimir, after reviewing all the evidence. These words, and his insightful analysis of the entire case, are located on the website of the Hague Tribunal.
This statement is an amazing admission of factual impotence when account is taken that the Hague Tribunal has been in existence for more than two decades, that it has been intensely collecting evidence about Srebrenica for most of that period, and that it has adjudged over a dozen defendants guilty of alleged complicity in Srebrenica crimes, imposing severe sentences, including several life imprisonment terms.
Perhaps it is not yet time for a definitive summation of the Srebrenica affair, but at a twenty-five-year distance from the event in July 1995 at least two fundamental conclusions can be suggested. With the passage of time, the likelihood of their being debunked diminishes steadily.
The first of these conclusions that the official Srebrenica narrative for the most part successfully accomplished its main propaganda task, and that in some measure it will continue to yield significant political benefits for some time yet. But viewed from a long-range perspective, which can be much shorter than sub specie aeternitatis, Srebrenica narrative’s impact will be ephemeral. That does not mean that it has lost the potential to keep inflicting notable moral, political, and even material, damage to Serbian interests, or that its utility as an imperialist battle cry, disguising the real motives behind campaigns of pillage and destruction, has diminished. However, cracks have appeared, and they are widening and, as the consequence of critical scholarship, the narrative’s foundations are shaken. What I would call the “Srebrenica exhaustion syndrome” has also taken its toll. The ennui is turning into repugnance toward the aggressive and decreasingly persuasive Srebrenica genocide promotional campaign, with its objective to impose on world public opinion threadbare mantras of “8,000 men and boys” and “genocide” of planetary proportions.
The second conclusion which may safely be drawn is that the official Srebrenica narrative has failed to achieve the main strategic objective of the multilayered psychological and intelligence operation – the Serbian people as a whole remain unimpressed by its message. While in other areas the campaign to remold the Serbian mind has had its share of successes, the critical mass of Serbs remains impervious to the libelous accusation of “Srebrenica genocide.” They steadfastly resist the imputation of guilt for a crime that – as research into the background of Srebrenica events demonstrates with increasing clarity – the Serbian people and their institutions, by any reasonable standard, have had nothing to do with. One of the principal psychological objectives of the Srebrenica operation was not to get on board Angelina Jolie, but to demoralize the Serbs and break their will. Viewed from that angle, the mission was not accomplished and with the passage of time the accomplishment of this objective is becoming decreasingly probable.
The reasons for the collapse of the official narrative are primarily of an empirical nature. Under critical analysis, it turned out that not a single one of the popular memes concerning Srebrenica is sustainable. During the armed breakout in July 1995 of the Bosnian Army’s 28th Division that was illegally stationed in Srebrenica while the enclave was alleged to be a “demilitarized” civilian safe heaven, there were several times more legitimate combat casualties than executed prisoners. Total losses from all causes, combat, execution, etc. were significantly under the propagandistically sacralized figure of 8,000. (The World Health Organization recorded 34,341 Srebrenica refugees in Tuzla as of July 29, 1995, and the UN reported a higher total of 35,632 refugees on August 4, 1995, as more of them streamed in from various directions. Since on July 11, 1995, when it fell to Serbian forces, Srebrenica enclave had about 40,000 inhabitants, 8,000 executions is a mathematical impossibility.) Furthermore, a careful analysis of the forensic evidence collected by experts for the prosecution at the Hague Tribunal, who had exclusive access to mass graves where exhumations were conducted, revealed the presence of a total of 1,920 individuals in mass burial sites for which more or less proper autopsy reports are available. That was far below the projected figure of 8,000. About 70% of the 3,568 available autopsy reports (where one report does not equal one body, hence fewer bodies than reports) show patterns of injury from a variety of other causes, inconsistent with execution.
These are hard facts that must be taken into account and if acknowledged cannot be sidestepped. That is undoubtedly the reason why they are consistently ignored by the partisans of the official narrative.
The strategy for overcoming the insufficiency of traditional forensic evidence to prove 8,000 illegal deaths was by introducing DNA technology. As an attempt to bedazzle the uncouth masses with cutting edge science, that was also a flop. Thomas Parsons, science director at the hermetically closed ICMP laboratory in Tuzla, which does DNA matching for the Tribunal, and whose chairman since its founding in 1997 is always a State Department appointee, under cross examination at the Hague admitted that DNA sample matching cannot determine the time, place, and manner of death. That means that it is useless for the purpose for which the Prosecution of the Hague Tribunal has employed it, which is to smuggle identified missing persons into the evidence as “victims of genocide.” It is therefore scarcely a surprise that the Prosecution, with the full support of the chamber, adamantly refused to allow defendants Karadžić and Mladić a facility that is routine in every non-political criminal trial. That is to make possible independent expert verification of the DNA evidence being used against them. Instead, both the chamber and the prosecution have closed ranks behind the insistence that the results provided by the ICMP laboratory, the scientific branch office of the State Department in Tuzla, be taken at face value.
To this we may add a position which is literally without precedent, at least with regard to a matter which allegedly was transparently and irrefutably adjudicated by one of the most reputable judicial institutions of our time, i.e. that Srebrenica was “genocide.” That is the resort to repression. The latest, but probably not the last example of this is the “Srebrenica genocide denial” law being considered by the Canadian parliament. Suppression of public debate and scholarly research about Srebrenica is being accomplished by criminal prohibitions which are often reinforced by the even more perfidious tools of “political correctness.” The end result desired by the Srebrenica Lobby is nothing less than to silence everyone who critically questions the dogmatically received narrative about what happened in Srebrenica in July of 1995. That is in itself a spectacular confession that the entire construct rests on a foundation of sand and is highly unstable.
Last but not least, if we put aside the issue of how many prisoners were executed, a detail that, in the moral sense, least perturbs the “international community” and the local Srebrenica Lobby actors, and if we focus on the only politically significant part of the story, the allegation of genocide, that is where the Srebrenica Lobby is in deep trouble. In order to create the illusion that it is applying the only accepted standard of what constitutes genocide, the 1948 UN Convention, the Hague Tribunal has resorted to a trick. It appears as if the Tribunal in its Statute has adopted the language of the Convention and relies on it as the norm. But in fact, the Tribunal does not judge in accordance with the Convention as an integral act, which would include the travaux préparatoires, necessary to clarify the lawgiver’s intent, but judges entirely in accordance with its own ad hoc Statute. The Hague Tribunal thus reserves for itself the right to improvise and arbitrarily interpret the evidence, in accordance with its own disposition and needs. That was the only way to reach the grotesque legal analysis which in the Krstić trial, at the end of which the Srebrenica propaganda narrative was loyally confirmed. The Krstić trial was the matrix for all subsequent corrupt Hague Tribunal Srebrenica proceedings.
In addition to fundamental but systematically falsified or ignored factual issues, that also returns to front and center the complex question of responsibility for what happened in Srebrenica. That means, in the first place, causal responsibility (in the traditional who dunnit? sense) but also the moral, political and other forms of liability for the massacre. That awkward but natural question is universally viewed as a Pandora’s box, and all interested parties are keen to keep it forever shut. Because of the involvement of a wide spectrum of institutional factors, interests, and power centers, each with its own agenda and rationale (as in an Agatha Christie thriller), the posing of such an appropriate question cannot even remotely be contemplated. Inspector Poiro is posing it, of course, but his investigation is still in progress.
An encouraging outcome of the two and a half decade long unilateral and feverish quest for evidence of culpability that would finally confirm the preconceived scenario, or at least confer on it an appearance of credibility, is precisely the fact that no subterfuge has resulted in a compelling demonstration of Serbian guilt. (That does not mean that no Serbian hands were involved in the killing. The reference is to institutional responsibility, at any level.) The characteristic signature of false flag operations is the emission of deafening noise to misdirect the observer’s attention and the ingenious planting of false leads which go nowhere. Srebrenica fits perfectly into just such a matrix.
The fragility of the Srebrenica construct is reflected in the fact that as soon as we turn off the generators of distracting noise and begin to disregard the false leads, we immediately start to notice the colossal scope of the bluff upon which the obligatory “correct” narrative rests. The absence of palpable evidence for all key claims is the first thing to strike the eye. To the extent that there is something resembling evidence, all of it is susceptible to persuasive alternative interpretations (as demonstrated by Prof. Edward Herman and colleagues in their seminal analysis, The Srebrenica Massacre) or, instead of corroborating, on the contrary, it degrades the officially prescribed forensic fictions (as Dr. Ljubiša Simić has demonstrated in his detailed analysis of Srebrenica autopsy reports, and here, and the scientifically impermissible use of DNA technology, also here). As far as the central claim is concerned, that what occurred in Srebrenica was genocide, that requires a huge amount of deafening noise to distract attention from the rather evident fact that it is uncorroborated by even a modest shred of evidence.
The lack of any data suggesting that the destruction of Muslims as a special group was contemplated on the Serbian side compelled the Hague Tribunal to give up on direct tangible evidence and to construct its genocide conclusion a nebulous concept of “mosaic.”
That frivolous approach to legal analysis consists of selecting and fitting together fragmentary details, parts of witness testimony, and even gestures, but singularly in a way that supports the Prosecution’s claims. (Prosecution’s plea-bargain cooperating witness Momir Nikolić nonchalantly testified that, in response to the question he put to Mladić what would the prisoners’ fate be, the defendant suggestively ran a finger across his neck.) In Hague Tribunal jurisprudence, evidence of this nature, woven of disparate, fragmentary, and plainly prejudicial information, is sufficient to establish virtually any element of the crime charged, up to and including the dolus specialis, special intent, required to prove the gravest of crimes – genocide.
As a result of its inherent implausability, the official Srebrenica “genocide” account necessarily has the character of a “protected narrative” which is imposed by compulsion and sustained artificially by means of pressure and intimidation, including the threat of criminal prosecution of anyone who disputes it. A key factor making that operation possible is the media and political symbiosis of all the interested parties pushing the narrative. However, that alliance is of a purely tactical nature, being based on the fact that currently their interests overlap at the point called “Srebrenica.” The partners in this alliance are manifestly unequal, especially in the area of the utmost importance, which is control of the media environment. Without the logistical assistance of global media which remain under the predominant influence of Western countries, it is unlikely that the Sarajevo authorities could manage to impose the official version of Srebrenica on such a broad scale.
Which takes us to the next level of the Srebrenica tragedy. It is a perfect fit within the ominous “clash of civilizations” ideological matrix. Srebrenica has not just created a deep and for the present apparently unhealable rift between the communities representing the Orthodox and Muslim civilizations in Bosnia, but also world-wide. Due to persistent propaganda and fabrication of evidence, millions on both sides of the civilizational divide take a hard, dogmatic position on this symbolic issue and refuse to consider the pain and injury of their neighbors. The ill will Srebrenica has generated in Orthodox – Muslim relations will take a long time dissipate and repair.
There is also a corollary conclusion that follows from this. When the strategic panorama changes (as is happening right now) and the Western factor makes the decision that it is no longer in its interest to deploy its mediatic resources to sustain the narrative about “genocide” and “8,000 men and boys,” the Srebrenica construct will collapse. That will inevitably happen when they conclude that they no longer need it to maintain the appearance that they are not anti-Islam by hypocritically pretending to support Muslims in the Balkans while exterminating them everywhere else.
It seems that the short-sighted Sarajevo leadership has not prepared a Plan B for such a scenario. But when it happens, as the increasingly frequent references in the West to the inevitability of a “clash of civilizations” suggest it will, Bosnian Muslims will once again find themselves betrayed, abandoned, and isolated. Depending on the geopolitical context of such a development, their only remaining allies will be their neighbors whom they are falsely accusing of genocide.
The opening of Western archives disclosing the mechanics of the false flag operation known as “Srebrenica,” which for the moment are politely sealed, will come as an unpleasant event for most Bosnian Muslims.
“Western factor” will never make that decision (that it is no longer in its interest to deploy its mediatic resources to sustain the narrative about “genocide” and “8,000 men and boys,”)
They will simply fall in their own trap of making “unhealable rift between the communities”… And instead of initiating conflict of “Orthodox and Muslim civilizations” they will fall into the conflict themselves with “Muslim civilization”.
Because that’s exactly what they wanted, what they have planed for the Orthodox (Serbs, Russians).
They wanted that Ortxodox (ba*tards) to kill Muslim (ba*tards) so that Western (AngloSaxon) “superior” civilsation can prosper and keep those Muslims and Ortxodox (and Chinese) as their servants for the eternity.
Excellent article.
Pity it doesn’t try to explain into the details, who exactly created, participated..Who did Serbernica false flag.., Planing and all the rest.
A brilliantly written article.
I am not too worried about Srebrenica being a source of discord between Muslims and Orthodox. I have a feeling that the Balkan muslims (not just the Slavs but the Albanians as well) have shown the world their true faces as US stooges.
Should be clear by now, when the MFA of Kosovo twitter account gleefully cheers on US intervention in Venezuela, or offers to open an embassy to Jerusalem!
The Bosnian muslims have a lower profile as the Bosnian presidency is shared between a Croat, a Serb and Muslim (so they can’t say whatever they want) We know they are gripped by the Wahabi virus. We hear the stories and rumours about the ISIS training camps in their areas! I believe the muslim world has heard them too which is why Serbia could count on key support on Muslim states in crucial votes such as when Syria voted against Kosovo in UNESCO.
Wonder how things would have been different if Fikret Abdic had prevailed over the Wahabi Alija Izetbegovic…
The town where I was born and the vicinity towns the ones the tribunal sent to jail are treated as heroes. In a town north of Dubrovnik I saw graffiti on the wall N–nacionalna A–americka T–teroristicka O -organizacija In a small coal mining town Gacko Hercegovina they have a huge Mural of Mladic on side of the building. In the vicinity of that town there is a Jama (Karst pit some 20 m deep . During WWII the Muslims in the area threw some 50 Serbs into it and then threw grenades into the jama.
There are hundreds of such Karst pits all over Bosnia and Hercegovina. Around Srebrenica some 3000 civilians were killed by Nasar Oric and some 100 villages were torched livestock killed and women raped so its understandable that there was retaliation.
If we go to this link where Milosevic questions a witness about Zeleni Jadar witness provides a story called “he said she said”. For all we know these bodies could be the thousands of Serbs that were killed in and around Srebrenica.
Two more eye witness accounts of events at Srebrenica and see which one is more believable. . Captain Thornton interpreter British Army wrote from Vitez a letter to Time Magazine stating how Serbian men, women and children were killed in Srebrenica and dozens surrounding villages.
Here is what Lewis MacKenzie had to say about this event in the Globe and Mail July 14, 2005 Page A17 “As the Bosnian Muslim fighters became better equipped and trained, they started to venture outside Srebrenica, burning Serb villages and killing their occupants before quickly withdrawing to the security provided by the UN’s safe haven.
These attacks reached a crescendo in 1994 and carried on into early 1995 after the Canadian infantry company that had been there for a year was replaced by a larger Dutch contingent.”, He further writes “Evidence given at The Hague war crimes tribunal casts serious doubt on the figure of “up to” 8,000 Bosnian Muslims massacred. That figure includes “up to” 5,000 who have been classified as missing. More than 2,000 bodies have been recovered in and around Srebrenica, and they include victims of the three years of intense fighting in the area. The math just doesn’t support the scale of 8,000 killed” Lewis concludes his comments by saying “Evidence to date suggests that he was responsible for killing as many Serb civilians outside Srebrenica as the Bosnian Serb army was for massacring Bosnian Muslims inside the town.”
As I said many times one dead Yugoslav is one too many and all I ask from the media and those who see Serbs as dead Muslims and Croats in every grave in Yugoslavia to be even-handed about the crimes in Bosnia. Why is it that the writers about Srebrenica always claim dead Serbs as Croats and Muslims? It seems to me that NATO only accepts dead Serbs as Croat citizens.
@ Serbian girl
Wonder how things would have been different if Fikret Abdic had prevailed over the Wahabi Alija Izetbegovic…
My belief is that he would be quickly eliminated, as an obstacle on Alija’s path to Islamic B&H (and the Serbs would be blamed, as ever)
Does anyone know the casualty figures of the Sarajevo government forces against Fikret Abdic’s followers? I do know there were 10s of thousands of Abdic’s people who fled into Croatia (and then were blocked/trapped there for some time by the Croat forces, which wouldn’t allow them to move further into Croatia).
To add to the propaganda piece:
It was NATO (Bill Clinton, you know that beast which was attached to the satanic bitch) who told Izetbegović that the cost for NATO to intervene is 5000 killed Bosnians – he very certainly didn’t say it in those words but the essence and logic of what he (they) said.
So the whole was a blood sacrifice to NATO (North Atlantic Terror Organization) – and thus it started to become dark in Europe again – , Odessa and MH17 then put the seal on the whole – Europe will perish in an orgy of blood IF not the forces of light can kill the beast beforehand.
All what they do has a demonic component always !!!!
Dark times ahead !
But the thing is it didn’t happen – this blood sacrifice of thousands. The UN Dutch soldiers didn’t see Serbs kill any Bosnian Muslims during the fall. They did witness one of their soldiers get killed by a Bosnian Muslim soldiers as both forces were leaving their posts/defenses all around Srebrenica (they were clearing out before the Serbs came despite the Bosnian army forces there being much larger than the Serbs’ and they had excellent defensive terrain, were well-equipped and the UN gave them permission even for their heaviest weapons, which the UN was storing, about 2 weeks before the fall.)
Nor did the UN soldiers and western reporters come across any dead bodies in Srebrenica in the days/weeks after the fall.
U.S. and NATO drones and pilots didn’t spot any killings despite having full control over the airspace and it being long clear summer days.
Most all they claim as fall victims died before the fall – in the over 3 years of war in and around Srebrenica.
A few to several hundreds died in running battles on the way to Tuzla, but they are also said to have killed a couple hundred Serbs in just one of those battles – so combat injuries.
There was even a claim by a Srebrenica Muslim that there were some executions going on between themselves after they arrived to Tuzla to settle political scores.
What comes clearly from this video is that the Zionist West used (some) Serbs time and again to unleash chaos and slaughter (primarily of Muslims) in the region (during the 1st & 2nd world wars, as well as during recent wars to dismember former Yugoslavia).
Here we have a testimony of a commanding officer of Serbian Special Forces Unit Skorpioni which participated in the executions of Srebrenica’s Muslim men and boys. Pero Petrasevic, the man who gives the testimony served a 13 year sentence for the executions and was released due to health reasons. Serbs released him from prison because they were thinking he was literally about to die any moment. Anyhow, he lived on to tell his story….
Prior to war Pero was a talented young wrestler from Sarajevo (the only son to parents who were orphans from the 2nd world war….) who due to his sport talents obtained a scholarship to pursue his studies in Belgrade just on the eve of the wars in the former Yugoslavia. When the first shots were fired he volunteered to go to Croatia to defend his Serb brothers. And he felt that same urge when the same happened in Bosnia (as he left his parents behind in Sarajevo and felt the need to go back and be there to protect them…..). While in Bosnia he was approached by the representatives of SDB (Serbia State Security Service akin to CIA) and was employed by them (later on becoming a commanding officer, albeit a junior one). Pero took his role seriously and was an obedient and brave soldier (even at one point leading his unit to rescue Ratko Mladic from a trap he accidentally got into, a trap that even Mladic thought there was no way out of….so brave was this man). He fought many difficult battles, was wounded many times and received multiple awards for his bravery in battle . Eventually, after the war in Bosnia ended he returned to Belgrade and continued his employment for SDB (when the war broke off in Kosovo he was sent there as well). One day whilst drinking his morning coffee in Balgrade he was violently subdued by the Serbian police and put into years’ long solitary confinement. He was in disbelief, at first thinking there was some mistake but eventually realizing that he was scapegoated and betrayed (getting a few heart-attacks along the way as he was coming to terms with what had transpired…). Pero further testifies that his first superiors all died under suspicions circumstances (presumably to cut the direct ling to the top echelon).
However what has transpired in recent years is that Jovica Stanisic, Director of Serbia’s SDB was under the direct control of CIA throughout the wars in Former Yugoslavia……this is direct evidence that some of the Serbia’s leadership sided directly with the evildoers and some of the rank and file followed in their footsteps hence paying the heavy price eventually. It is God’s providence and those with wisdom will take heed….
Even though Pero is my enemy, and was on the side of my enemy I have deep respect for Pero. A courageous warrior, a cold blooded executioner and a champion of truth, Pero is all of this. Maybe God will have mercy on his soul for not shying away from truth.
God Bless to all those with sincere faith in God!

There were many articles written on the subject of “massacres conducted by the Serbs”, which showed and disproved those Western lies. Those said “mass graves” contained only a small fraction of claimed bodies and turned out to be of military men, who died as a result of military action.
“That frivolous approach to legal analysis consists of selecting and fitting together fragmentary details, parts of witness testimony, and even gestures, but singularly in a way that supports the Prosecution’s claims. (Prosecution’s plea-bargain cooperating witness Momir Nikolić nonchalantly testified that, in response to the question he put to Mladić what would the prisoners’ fate be, the defendant suggestively ran a finger across his neck.)”
The article fails to mention that Momir Nikolic was caught red-handed in perjury. That he himself, after caught, admitted it in court.
Momir Nikolic had been used in several cases before he was caught lying.
He was caught lying when it revealed that it was not he in a photo riding/siting next to the defendant in a jeep or some vehicle.
He was actually not even in town on that day but was somewhere else.
The photo had been used to make up an entire conversation/narrative which didn’t even take place.
The concocted conversation was being used to damn the defendant – however Momir Nikolic was found to be lying about the whole thing.
Further, Momir Nikolic and the prosecution (who very likely coached and scripted him on his “testimony”) had used the same methods which were used to convict other Serbs.
His being caught red-handed and then admitting in cross examination that he did lie should have overturned the previous conviction where he was used as a key or main witness.
His lies actually broke another Serb defendant – I remember Seselj or some other at the ICTY – talking about a Serb who’d been abused (arrested in brutal fashion) became completely overdone at Momir’s lies on the stand. That defendant later died soon afterwards (don’t know by killing or disease).
Does anyone know where Momir Nikolic is today? He should be in prison wherever he is.
